| 3 | Wind tunnel experimental study on droplet drift reduction by a conical electrostatic nozzle for pesticide spraying显示文摘Droplet drift wastes pesticide,pollutes the environment,and has become one of the focus issues of agricultural crop protection.Electrostatic spray technology reduces drift to a certain degree.In order to investigate the droplet drift pattern of a conical electrostatic nozzle,the droplet drift mass center distance was defined as an experimental index and used to conduct experimental wind tunnel studies on droplet drift.A mathematical model of the droplet drift mass center distance versus electrostatic voltage and wind speed was created via the regression method.The test results showed that the electrostatic voltage had an insignificant effect on droplet drift,the wind speed and its interaction with the electrostatic voltage had significant effects on droplet drift.When the wind speed was less than 3 m/s and stable,the crop adsorbability of a droplet had a dominant effect on the droplet drift;the droplet drift decreased with the increase of electrostatic voltage.When the wind speed exceeded 3 m/s and was stable,the reduced droplet particle size had a dominant effect on droplet drift,where droplet drift increased as the electrostatic voltage increased.When the wind speed was 0 m/s and the electrostatic voltage was 12 kV,the minimum droplet drift mass center distance was 35.5 mm,which was 56 mm less than that of conventional nozzle droplet drift.Therefore,a conical electrostatic nozzle is inapplicable for operation in an environment where wind speeds exceed 3 m/s.This study provides a reference for optimizing operational parameters of conical electrostatic nozzles and improving the anti-drift capability of droplets. | Zhang Wei Hou Yongrui Liu Xin Lian Qi Fu Xiaoming Zhang Bo Wang Haiyang Wang Yingqian | 2017 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,3: | 8 |

| 5 | Background-free latent fingerprint imaging based on nanocrystals with long-lived luminescence and pH-guided recognition显示文摘Latent fingerprints (LFPs)are highly specific to individuals,and LFP imaging has played an important role in areas such as forensic investigation and law enforcement.Presently,LFP imaging still faces considerable problems,including background interference and destructive and complex operations.Herein,we have designed a background-free,nondestructive,and easy-to-perform method for LFP imaging based on pH-mediated recognition of LFPs by carboxyl group- functionalized Zn2GeO4:Mn (ZGO:Mn-COOH)persistent luminescence nanorods (PLNRs).By simply adjusting the pH of the ZGO:Mn-COOH colloid dispersion to a certain acidic range,the negatively charged ZGO:Mn-COOH readily binds to protonated fingerprint ridges via electrostatic attraction.The ZGO:Mn-COOH colloid dispersion can be stored in portable commercial spray bottles,and the LFPs have been easily detected in situ by simply dropping the colloid dispersion on the LFPs.Moreover,since the ZGO:Mn-COOH can remain luminescent after excitation ceases,background color and background fluorescence interference were efficiently removed by simply capturing the luminescent LFP images after the excitation ceased.The entire LFP imaging process can be easily conducted without any destructive or complex operations.Due to the great versatility of the developed method for LFP imaging,clear LFP images with well-resolved ridge patterns were obtained.The designed background-free,nondestructive,and easy-to-perform LFP imaging strategy has great potential for future applications, such as forensic investigations and law enforcement. | Zhiheng Li Qian Wang Yingqian Wang Qinqin Ma Jie Wang Zhihao Li Yingxue Li Xiaobo Lv Wei Wei Lang Chen Quan Yuan | 2018 | Nano Research2018,11,12: | 5 |

| 12 | Blockade of deubiquitinase YOD1 degrades oncogenic PML/RARα and eradicates acute promyelocytic leukemia cells显示文摘In most acute promyelocytic leukemia(APL)cells,promyelocytic leukemia(PML)fuses to retinoic acid receptor α (RARα)due to chromosomal translocation,thus generating PML/RARαoncoprotein,which is a relatively stable oncoprotein for degradation in APL.Elucidating the mechanism regulating the stability of PML/RARαmay help to degrade PML/RARαand eradicate APL cells.Here,we describe a deubiquitinase(DUB)-involved regulatory mechanism for the maintenance of PML/RARαstability and develop a novel pharmacological approach to degrading PML/RARαby inhibiting DUB.We utilized a DUB siRNA library to identify the ovarian tumor protease(OTU)family member deubiquitinase YOD1 as a critical DUB of PML/RARα.Suppression of YOD1 promoted the degradation of PML/RARα,thus inhibiting APL cells and prolonging the survival time of APL cell-bearing mice.Subsequent phenotypic screening of small molecules allowed us to identify ubiquitin isopeptidase inhibitor I(G5)as the first YOD1 pharmacological inhibitor.As expected,G5 notably degraded PML/RARαprotein and eradicated APL,particularly drug-resistant APL cells.Importantly,G5 also showed a strong killing effect on primary patient-derived APL blasts.Overall,our study not only reveals the DUB-involved regulatory mechanism on PML/RARαstability and validates YOD1 as a potential therapeutic target for APL,but also identifies G5 as a YOD1 inhibitor and a promising candidate for APL,particularly drug-resistant APL treatment. | Xuejing Shao Yingqian Chen Wei Wang Wenxin Du Xingya Zhang Minyi Cai Shaowei Bing Ji Cao Xiaojun Xu Bo Yang Qiaojun He Meidan Ying | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,4: | 1 |
