1A physics-based statistical algorithm for retrieving land surface temperature from AMSR-E passive microwave data显示文摘AMSR-E and MODIS are two EOS (Earth Observing System) instruments on board the Aqua satellite. A regression analysis between the brightness of all AMSR-E bands and the MODIS land surface tem-perature product indicated that the 89 GHz vertical polarization is the best single band to retrieve land surface temperature. According to simulation analysis with AIEM,the difference of different frequen-cies can eliminate the influence of water in soil and atmosphere,and also the surface roughness partly. The analysis results indicate that the radiation mechanism of surface covered snow is different from others. In order to retrieve land surface temperature more accurately,the land surface should be at least classified into three types:water covered surface,snow covered surface,and non-water and non-snow covered land surface. In order to improve the practicality and accuracy of the algorithm,we built different equations for different ranges of temperature. 4Gα_s Relays Sphingosine-1-Phosphate Receptor 1 Signaling to Stabilize Vascular Endothelial-Cadherin at Endothelial Junctions to Control Mouse Embryonic Vascular Integrity显示文摘Sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 1(S1PR1),a G protein-coupled receptor(GPCR),controls vascular stability by stabilizing vascular endothelial(VE)-cadherin junctional localization and inhibiting vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2(VEGFR2) signaling.However,the molecular mechanisms that link S 1PR1 signaling to intracellular effectors remain unknown,In this study,we demonstrate that the heterotrimeric G protein subfamily member Gα_s,encoded by GNAS,acts as a relay mediator of S1PR1 signaling to control vascular integrity by stabilizing VE-cadherin at endothelial junctions.The endothelial cell-specific deletion of Gαs in mice causes early embryonic lethality with massive hemorrhage and a disorganized vasculature.The immunostalning results revealed that Gα_s deletion remarkably reduces the junctional localization of VE-cadherin,whereas the mural cell coverage of the vessels is not impaired.In addition,we found that Gαs depletion blocks the S1PRl-activation induced VE-cadherin stabilization at junctions,supporting that Gα_s acts downstream of S1PR1 signaling,Thus,our results demonstrate that Gα_s is an essential mediator to relay S1PR1 signaling and maintain vascular integrity.Ximing Shao Ke Liu Yi Fan Zhihao Ding Min Chen Minyan Zhu Lee S.Weinstein Hongchang Li Huashun Li 2015Journal of Genetics and Genomics2015,42,11:8

7Transcription factors AS1 and AS2 interact with LHP1 to repress KNOX genes in Arabidopsis显示文摘Polycomb group proteins are important repressors of numerous genes in higher eukaryotes. However, the mechanism by which Polycomb group proteins are recruited to specific genes is poorly understood. In Arabidopsis, LIKE HETEROCHROMATIN PROTEIN 1(LHP1), also known as TERMINAL FLOWER 2, was originally proposed as a subunit of polycomb repressive complex 1(PRC1) that could bind the tri-methylated lysine 27 of histone H3(H3K27me3) established by the PRC2. In this work, we show that LHP1 mainly functions with PRC2 to establish H3K27me3, but not with PRC1 to catalyze monoubiquitination at lysine 119 of histone H2 A. Our results show that complexes of the transcription factors ASYMMETRIC LEAVES 1(AS1) and AS2 could help to establish the H3K27me3 modification at the chromatin regions of Class-I KNOTTED1-like homeobox(KNOX) genes BREVIPEDICELLUS andKNAT2 via direct interactions with LHP1. 8Location layout design of aircraft parts assembly based on MSVR显示文摘Location layout of aircraft assembly is an important factor affecting product quality.Most of the existing re-searches use the combination of finite element analysis and intelligent algorithm to optimize the location layout,which are limited by numerical simulation accuracy and the selection and improvement of intelligent algorithms.At present,the analysis and decision-making technology based on field data is gradually applied in aircraft manufacturing.Based on the perception data of intelligent assembly unit of aircraft parts,a regression model of multi-input and multioutput support vector machine with Gauss kernel function as radial basis function is established,and the hyperparameters of the model are optimized by hybrid particle swarm optimization genetic algorithm(PSO-GA).GA-MSVR,PSO-MSVR and PSOGA-MSVR model are constructed respectively,and their results show that PSOGA-MSVR model has the best performance.Finally,the design of the aircraft wing location layout is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the method.Xining LI Zhihao ZHAO 2020Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,5:6
9Recent advances in autofluorescence-free biosensing and bioimaging based on persistent luminescence nanoparticles显示文摘Persistent luminescence nanoparticles (PLNPs) are a series of emerging luminescent nanomaterials which can emit persistently after ceasing the external excitation. Due to the long decay time of persistent luminescence, the background autofluorescence in complex sample and tissues can be effectively eliminated, thus significantly improving the sensitivity of bioanalysis. Besides, such a long decay time of luminescence also makes PLNPs valuable for long-term bioimaging. Benefiting from these merits, PLNPs have been widely used for biomedical applications, especially biosensing and bioimaging. 11Spatial heterogeneity and source apportionment of soil metal(loid)s in an abandoned lead/zinc smelter显示文摘Metal smelting have brought severe metal(loid)s contamination to the soil.Spatial distribution and pollution source analysis for soil metal(loid)s in an abandoned lead/zinc smelter were studied.The results showed that soil was contaminated heavily withmetal(loid)s.The mean of lead(Pb),arsenic(As),cadmium(Cd),mercury(Hg)and antimony(Sb)content in topsoil is 9.7,8.2,5.0,2.3,and 1.2 times higher than the risk screening value for soil contamination of development land of China(GB36600-2018),respectively.Cd ismainly enriched in the 0–6mdepth of site soil while As and Pbmainly deposited in the 0–4mlayer.The spatial distribution of soil metal(loid)s is significantly correlated with the pollution source in the different functional areas of smelter.As,Hg,Sb,Pb and copper(Cu)were mainly distributed in pyrometallurgical area,while Cd,thallium(Tl)and zinc(Zn)was mainly existed in both hydrometallurgical area and raw material storage area.Soil metal(loid)s pollution sources in the abandoned smelter are mainly contributed to the anthropogenic sources,accounting for 84.5%.Specifically,Pb,Tl,As,Hg,Sb and Cumainly from atmospheric deposition(55.9%),Cd and Zn mainly from surface runoff(28.6%),While nickel(Ni)mainly comes from parent material(15.5%).The results clarified the spatial distribution and their sources in different functional areas of the smelter,providing a new thought for the risk prevention and control of metal(loid)s in polluted site soil.Yunxia Zhang Tianshuang Li Zhaohui Guo Huimin Xie Zhihao Hu Hongzhen Ran Changzhou Li Zhichao Jiang 2023Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,5:5
12Background-free latent fingerprint imaging based on nanocrystals with long-lived luminescence and pH-guided recognition显示文摘Latent fingerprints (LFPs)are highly specific to individuals,and LFP imaging has played an important role in areas such as forensic investigation and law enforcement.Presently,LFP imaging still faces considerable problems,including background interference and destructive and complex operations.Herein,we have designed a background-free,nondestructive,and easy-to-perform method for LFP imaging based on pH-mediated recognition of LFPs by carboxyl group- functionalized Zn2GeO4:Mn (ZGO:Mn-COOH)persistent luminescence nanorods (PLNRs).By simply adjusting the pH of the ZGO:Mn-COOH colloid dispersion to a certain acidic range,the negatively charged ZGO:Mn-COOH readily binds to protonated fingerprint ridges via electrostatic attraction.The ZGO:Mn-COOH colloid dispersion can be stored in portable commercial spray bottles,and the LFPs have been easily detected in situ by simply dropping the colloid dispersion on the LFPs.Moreover,since the ZGO:Mn-COOH can remain luminescent after excitation ceases,background color and background fluorescence interference were efficiently removed by simply capturing the luminescent LFP images after the excitation ceased.The entire LFP imaging process can be easily conducted without any destructive or complex operations.Due to the great versatility of the developed method for LFP imaging,clear LFP images with well-resolved ridge patterns were obtained.The designed background-free,nondestructive,and easy-to-perform LFP imaging strategy has great potential for future applications, such as forensic investigations and law enforcement.Zhiheng Li Qian Wang Yingqian Wang Qinqin Ma Jie Wang Zhihao Li Yingxue Li Xiaobo Lv Wei Wei Lang Chen Quan Yuan 2018Nano Research2018,11,12:5
13Time-domain terahertz optoacoustics: manipulable water sensing and dampening显示文摘Radiation at terahertz frequencies can be used to analyze the structural dynamics of water and biomolecules,but applying the technique to aqueous solutions and tissues remains challenging since terahertz radiation is strongly absorbed by water.While this absorption enables certain analyses,such as the structure of water and its interactions with biological solutes,it limits the thickness of samples that can be analyzed,and it drowns out weaker signals from biomolecules of interest.We present a method for analyzing water-rich samples via time-domain terahertz optoacoustics over a 104-fold thickness ranging from microns to centimeters.We demonstrate that adjusting the temperature to alter the terahertz optoacoustic(THz-OA)signal of water improves the sensitivity with which it can be analyzed and,conversely,can reduce or even“silence”its signal.Temperature-manipulated THz-OA signals of aqueous solutions allow detection of solutes such as ions with an order of magnitude greater sensitivity than terahertz time-domain spectroscopy,and potentially provide more characteristic parameters related to both terahertz absorption and ultrasonic propagation.Terahertz optoacoustics may be a powerful tool for spectroscopy and potential imaging of aqueous solutions and tissues to explore molecular interactions and biochemical processes.Jiao Li Yixin Yao Liwen Jiang Shuai Li Zhihao Yi Xieyu Chen Zhen Tian Weili Zhang 2021Advanced Photonics2021,3,2:4

17Effect of AAPH oxidation on digestion characteristics of seed watermelon(Citrullus lanatus var)kernels protein isolates显示文摘Seed watermelon kernel is a typical complex food with high fat and protein contents.During storage and processing,it is often affected by various factors to undergo interactions between components,which lead to its quality change.In this experiment,seed watermelon kernels were used as research objects,and the effects of 2-Azobis(2-amidinopropane)dihydrochloride(AAPH)on seed watermelon kernel protein isolates(WMP)were investigated.The structure and digestion characteristics of WMP after oxidation were studied.The results showed that with the increase of AAPH concentration(0.05−5 mol/L),WMP showed obvious aggregation,and its solubility decreased from 6.76 mg/mL to 9.59 mg/mL.The free sulfhydryl content of WMP was 18.24 mmol/g decreased to 11.25 mmol/g,α-helix decreased andβ-sheet decreased in secondary structure,and its disulfide bond increased by 43.06 mmol/g from 39.57 mmol/g,enthalpy(H)and denaturation temperature increased(Td)(P<0.05).By mass spectrometry results of simulated gastric digestion products,it was found that oxidation adversely affected the digestion characteristics of WMP.It can be seen that the lipid oxidation product APPH of seed watermelon kernel can significantly affect the structure and function of the protein extracted from the seed kernel.Shugang Li Zhihao Li Xiuting Li Ping Wang Xiongwei Yu Qinli Fu Sihai Gao 2020Food Science and Human Wellness2020,9,4:3

19Spatial distribution characteristics of bacterial community structure and gene abundance in sediments of the Bohai Sea显示文摘This study investigated differences in the community structure and environmental responses of the bacterial community in sediments of the Bohai Sea.Illumina high-throughput sequencing technology and real-time PCR were used to assay the bacterial 16S rRNA genes in the surface sediments of 13 sampling stations in the Bohai Sea.The results showed that sediments at the majority of the 13 sampling stations were contaminated by heavy metal mercury.The main phyla of bacteria recorded included Proteobacteria(52.92%),Bacteroidetes(11.76%),Planctomycetes(7.39%),Acidobacteria(6.53%)and Chloroflexi(4.97%).The genus with the highest relative abundance was Desulfobulbus(4.99%),which was the dominant genus at most sampling stations,followed by Lutimonas and Halioglobus.The main factors influencing bacterial community structure were total organic carbon,followed by depth and total phosphorus.The content of lead,cadmium,chromium,copper and zinc had a consistent effect on community structure.Arsenic showed a negative correlation with bacterial community structure in most samples,while the impact of mercury on community structure was not significant.The bacterial community in sediment samples from the Bohai Sea was rich in diversity and displayed an increase in diversity from high to low latitudes.The data indicated that the Bohai Sea had abundant microbial resources and was rich in bacteria with the potential to metabolize many types of pollutants.Quanrui Chen Jingfeng Fan Jie Su Hongxia Ming Zhihao Sun Mengfei Li Xiaohui Zhao Yantao Wang Yingxue Zhang Huizhen Zhang Yuan Jin Xiaowan Ma Bin Wang 2020Acta Oceanologica Sinica2020,39,2:2
