| 2 | Organic-semiconductor: Polymer-electret blends for high-performance transistors显示文摘As compared with polymer semiconductors, solution-processed small-moleculesemiconductors usually have poorer film-formation properties, which induceswide variations in device performance in terms of mobility and threshold voltage,thus severely limiting their commercial applications. In this work, we propose aneasily accessible method to improve the performance and reduce the variabilityof small-molecule organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) by blending organicsemiconductors with an insulator polymer, which is subsequently post-treatedby gate stress to generate an electret. By blending the organic semiconductor2,7-didodecyl[1]benzothieno[3,2-b][1]benzothiophene (C12-BTBT) with the insulatorpolystyrene, uniform transport layers with vertically phase segregated morphologyare obtained, from which the mobility and threshold voltage of OFETs are largelymanipulated. The OFETs exhibit field-effect mobilities as high as 7.5 cm2-V-l-s-1with an on/off ratio exceeding 106 in ambient conditions. This double-layerstructure provides an appropriate architecture for applying gate-stress to injectcharges into the insulating layer, forming an electret. The generation of theelectret is thermally accelerated and thus can be easily realized under moderategate-stress at elevated temperature (e.g., 60 ℃). After cooling, the electret layer servesas a floating-gate, which not only continuously tunes the threshold voltage andfield-effect mobility, but also helps minimize the contact resistances and optimizethe subthreshold swing. | 8 | Investigation of Different Coke Samples Adhering to Cyclone Walls of a Commercial RFCC Reactor显示文摘The microstructure and properties of the coke samples collected from 4 different wall regions of the cyclone in the reactor of a residue fluid catalytic cracking unit(RFCCU) were analyzed by using the scanning-electron microscope(SEM), and the possible coke formation processes were investigated as well. The results showed that some of the heavy nonvolatile oil droplets entrained in the flowing oil and gas mixture could possibly deposit or collide on the walls by gravity settling or turbulence diffusion, and then were gradually carbonized into solid coke by condensing and polymerization along with dehydrogenation. Meanwhile some of fine catalyst particles also built up and integrated into the solid coke. The coke can be classified into two types, namely, the hard coke and the soft coke, according to its property, composition and microstructure. The soft coke is formed in the oil and gas mixture's stagnant region where the oil droplets and catalyst particles are freely settled on the wall. The soft coke appears to be loose and contains lots of large catalyst particles. However, the hard coke is formed in the oil and gas mixture's flowing region where the oil droplets and catalyst particles diffuse towards the wall. This kind of coke is nonporous and very hard, which contains a few fine catalyst particles. | 13 | Keyphrase Generation Based on Self-Attention Mechanism显示文摘Keyphrase greatly provides summarized and valuable information.This information can help us not only understand text semantics,but also organize and retrieve text content effectively.The task of automatically generating it has received considerable attention in recent decades.From the previous studies,we can see many workable solutions for obtaining keyphrases.One method is to divide the content to be summarized into multiple blocks of text,then we rank and select the most important content.The disadvantage of this method is that it cannot identify keyphrase that does not include in the text,let alone get the real semantic meaning hidden in the text.Another approach uses recurrent neural networks to generate keyphrases from the semantic aspects of the text,but the inherently sequential nature precludes parallelization within training examples,and distances have limitations on context dependencies.Previous works have demonstrated the benefits of the self-attention mechanism,which can learn global text dependency features and can be parallelized.Inspired by the above observation,we propose a keyphrase generation model,which is based entirely on the self-attention mechanism.It is an encoder-decoder model that can make up the above disadvantage effectively.In addition,we also consider the semantic similarity between keyphrases,and add semantic similarity processing module into the model.This proposed model,which is demonstrated by empirical analysis on five datasets,can achieve competitive performance compared to baseline methods. | Kehua Yang Yaodong Wang Wei Zhang Jiqing Yao Yuquan Le | 2019 | Computers, Materials & Continua2019,,8: | 0 |
