1Characteristics of Long Air Gap Discharge Current Subjected to Switching Impulse显示文摘Measuring the pre-breakdown current of long sparks in air is important for investigating the discharge mechanism.Since the breakdown of long air gaps is conducted by a series of streamer-leader processes,the corresponding current signals cover a bandwidth of 0 to more than 20 MHz.Measurement accuracy of the current from the high voltage side is affected by the displacement current and impulse electromagnetic interference.In this paper,a coaxial current sensor with a DC bandwidth of 74.45 MHz is developed.A displacement current-restrained electrode structure is proposed to reduce the equivalent capacitance between the current sensor and the ground over 30 times.Combined with the digital optical fiber synchronous acquisition unit,a current measurement system for long air gap discharge is established.For the purpose of the UHV system’s external insulation optimization design,the discharge current waveform of a 6 m rod-plane air gap under positive switching impulse voltage with 250µs and 1000µs time to crest is obtained.Discharge images and stressed voltage are combined to analyze the continuous feature of a current waveform under critical time to crest impulse and discontinuous feature under long front duration impulse.For the purposes of a lightning protection study,the current waveform of a 10 m rod-plane air gap is subjected to negative switching impulse.Finally,the pulse characteristics of the current corresponding to the single channel and branching stepped negative leader are discussed.Yishi Yue Hengxin He Weijiang Chen Junjia He Chuanqi Wu Xiangen Zhao Feng Huo 2015CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2015,1,3:13
2μ-and m-calpain expression and activity changes following diethylstilbestrol injection in the rat anterior pituitary显示文摘Little is known about changes in calpain activity in the pituitary gland.In the present study,μ-and m-calpain activity changes were detected in the rat anterior pituitary following intraperitoneal injection of diethylstilbestrol.Double-immunofluorescence labeling confirmed colocalization of μ-and m-calpain in prolactin-secreting cells(lactotrophs).Western blot analysis revealed significantly increased expression of both calpains,which accompanied upregulated cytosol and membrane zymographic activities at 12 weeks following diethylstilbestrol injection,compared with rats injected with sunflower oil.Moreover,following estrogen injection,pituitary gland pathological damage gradually worsened with increasing time.Results demonstrated that estrogen regulated calpain expression and activity,and both calpains participated in the pathophysiological processes of the pituitary gland.Ubiquitous calpain expression could serve as an effective target for anti-estrogen drugs.Weijiang Zhao Zhongfang Shi Fang Yuan Guilin Li Yazhuo Zhang Zhongcheng Wang 2011Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,1:7
3Development and prospect of direct‐current circuit breaker in China显示文摘The direct‐current circuit breaker(DCCB)is the most ideal choice for DC fault isolation in DC grids.Despite a late start,China's research and development on the DCCB have made outstanding achievements.This article provides a brief glance of current China's DCCB development status.It begins by sorting out the technical route according to the topology of DCCB.Then it systematically summarises both mechanical and hybrid DCCBs with focussing on the aspects of topology structure and principle,key technology and characteristics,prototype development and application.It is apparent that Chinese scientists and engineers confronted the worldwide problem of large capacity DC breaking,and put forward a comprehensive solution which consists of an innovative topology structure based on coupled negative voltage circuit,breaking throughs on the key technologies such as highly controllable and reliable fault current commutation,millisecond‐level ultra‐fast and efficient electromagnetic repulsion mechanism,high tolerance and high stability power electronic switch,low residual voltage and fast response energy consumption device,etc.The article states that the world's first set of hybrid high‐voltage(HV)DCCB,and the first set of mechanical HV DCCB have been developed.These DCCBs will soon be deployed to the DC grids which have the highest voltage levels therefore require the strongest breaking capacity.These achievements are leading the world in the development and application of DCCB.The article also discusses the overall development trends of DCCB in the areas of new topologies,key techno-logical breakthroughs and application scenarios,etc.These discussions serve as references for DCCB's future technological advancement and its ever‐expanding applications.Weijiang Chen Rong Zeng Junjia He Yi Wu Xiaoguang Wei Taixun Fang Zhanqing Yu Zhao Yuan Yifei Wu Wandi Zhou Bing Yang Lu Qu 2021High Voltage2021,6,1:6
4Xuefuzhuyu decoction for hyperlipidemia: a systematic review and Meta-analysis of randomized clinical trails显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Xuefuzhuyu decoction for hyperlipidemia.METHODS:Randomized clinical trials on hyperlipidemia treated by Xuefuzhuyu decoction,either alone or with Western Medicine,were searched in electronic databases.Databases searched were:MEDLINE,Allied and Complementary Medicine Database,EMBASE,The Cochrane Library 2013(Issue4),China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,and Wanfang Database up to 2 May,2013.Study selection,data extraction,quality assessment,and data analysis were conducted according to the Cochranestandards.RESULTS:Six randomized clinical trials involving748 patients(373 patients in the treatment group,375 patients in the control group)were included in the analysis.The studies were of low methodological quality.Meta-analysis indicated that the effect of Xuefuzhuyu decoction on hyperlipidemia was better than that in the control group[n=748,OR=5.07,95%CI(3.40,7.58),P<0.01].Weighted mean differencesin total cholesterol,low-densitylipoprotein cholesterol,triglycerides,and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol were﹣0.79,﹣0.74,﹣0.44,0.16,respectively,and Meta-analysis revealed that the treatment group was better than the control group with 95%CI(﹣1.21,﹣0.36),(﹣0.94,﹣0.55),(﹣0.77,﹣0.11),(0.04,0.27),respectively(all P<0.05).Some adverse events in evaluated studies wererecorded.CONCLUSION:Xuefuzhuyu decoction may be effective for treating hyperlipidemia.The studies we analyzed were of low methodological quality,which indicates that the above findings should be considered cautiously.Therefore,more strictly designed large-scale randomized clinical trials are needed to evaluate the efficacy of Xuefuzhuyu decoction in hyperlipidemia.Jiangquan Liao Jiaxing Tian Tengfei Li Weijiang Song Weihan Zhao Jinhang Du 2014Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2014,34,4:5

6Heat dissipation characteristics of anode saturable reactors with high thermal conductivity epoxy resin used for ultra-high-voltage direct current converter valves显示文摘A saturable reactor is one of the important components of converter valves in high-voltage direct current transmission systems.With the ever-increasing capacities of converter valves,the heat losses generated by saturable reactors are also increasing.Thus,a thermal-fluid mechanics coupled heat dissipation model for saturable reactors is proposed.In order to study the factors affecting the thermal dissipation in the saturable reactor,the epoxy resin insulating layers with different thermal conductivity were considered in this work.The simulation results showed that the hot spots in the saturable reactor are on the iron core and close to the pipe inlet that most of the generated heat can be extracted by a cooling pipe and that the effect of heat dissipation can be improved by raising the thermal conductivity of the epoxy resin.The thermal conductivities of the epoxy resin used in the two reactors were 0.8 and 1.2 W/mK,respectively.The time dependence of the iron core temperature was in accordance with the simulation results and the maximum temperatures of the saturable reactor were also consistent with the simulation results.By increasing the thermal conductivity of the epoxy insulation layer,the temperature of the iron core could be significantly reduced.Yang Wei Chen WeiJiang Zhou Yuan Zhang Chong Zhang Zhuo Chen Xin Zhao YuShun Bian XingMing 2020High Voltage2020,5,5:2

12The synbiotic mixture of lactulose and Bacillus coagulans protects intestinal barrier dysfunction and apoptosis in weaned piglets challenged with lipopolysaccharide显示文摘Background Lactulose as an effective prebiotic protects intestinal mucosal injury.Bacillus coagulans is widely used in feed additives because of its ability to promote intestinal health.Our previous study suggests that the combination of lactulose and Bacillus coagulans may be a good candidate as alternative for antibiotic growth promoters.However,the in vivo effects of lactulose and Bacillus coagulans on growth and intestinal health under immune challenge in piglets remains unclear.The objective of this study is to explore the protective effects of synbiotic containing lactu-lose and Bacillus coagulans on the intestinal mucosal injury and barrier dysfunction under immune challenge in weaned piglets.Methods Twenty four weaned piglets were assigned to 4 groups.Piglets in the CON-_(saline)and LPS-_(LPS)group were fed the basal diet,while others were fed either with chlortetracycline(CTC)or synbiotic mixture of lactulose and Bacillus coagulans for 32 d before injection of saline or lipopolysaccharide(LPS).Piglets were sacrificed 4 h after LPS injection to collect samples to determine intestinal morphology,integrity and barrier functions as well as relative genes and proteins.Results Our data showed that no differences were observed in the growth performance of the four test groups.LPS injection induced higher serum diamine oxidase activities,D-lactic acid levels,and endotoxin status,lower villus height and ratio of villus height to crypt depth,greater mRNA and lower protein expression related tight junction in both jejunum and ileum.In addition,a higher apoptosis index,and protein expression of Bax and caspase-3 were also observed in the LPS challenge group.Interestingly,dietary synbiotic mixture with lactulose and Bacillus coagulans protected against LPS-induced intestinal damage,barrier dysfunction and higher apoptosis as well as CTC.Conclusions Our data suggest that dietary supplementation of synbiotic mixture with lactulose and Bacillus coagu-lans showed resilience to LPS-induced intestinal morphological damage,barrier dysfunction and aggressive apoptosis in piglets as well as the protective effects of CTC.These results indicate that synbiotic mixture of lactulose and Bacillus coagulans showed beneficial effects on performance and resilience to acute immune stress in weaned piglets.Weijiang Zheng Zuyan Zhao Yunnan Yang Liren Ding Wen Yao 2023Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2023,14,5:1

15Analysis of Conducted Disturbance via Current Transformer Due to Switch Operation of GIS Disconnector in UHV Substation显示文摘The characteristics of conducted disturbances via current transformer(CT)caused by switch operations in 1000 kV UHV substations are studied in this paper.Since the broadband circuit models might have limitations on the stability and accuracy for CT conducted disturbance simulation,a frequencydomain simulation method without circuit synthesis is proposed based on VFTC spectrum and CT transfer characteristics.To improve VFTC simulation accuracy,both the bushing radiation loss and frequency-dependent earth impedance are taken into consideration.Transfer characteristics of three types of windings for the 1000 kV GIS CT are ingeniously measured from a combination of fast and slow impulse tests.Through conducted disturbances simulations in UHV Wuhu substation,bushing radiation loss is found to have a suppression effect on the highfrequency response but the effect of frequency-dependent earth impedance can be ignored.As a result,the maximum amplitude of 84.5 A for the conducted disturbance is obtained,thus a fast damped oscillatory wave immunity test with no lower than Level 4 from IEC standard is suggested to test the anti-interference performance of the secondary equipment in UHV substation.Jun Zhao Weijiang Chen Kejie Li Zihan Teng Ni Li Tao Wen Xing Fan 2023CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2023,9,3:0

19Charging models for airborne suspended particles around HVDC lines显示文摘Ground total electric field(GTEF)is a vital parameter in the field of electromagnetic environment of high voltage direct current(HVDC)lines.Some experimental works re-ported that airborne suspended particles can be charged in the corona ion flow of the lines and thus affect GTEF.This paper aims at studying the charging models for particles.Equivalent unipolar charging models(EUCMs)and bipolar charging models(BCMs)for describing field and diffusion charging mechanisms in bipolar ion environments are introduced and the Maxwell-Wagner relaxation is proposed to be incorporated.Besides,the EUCMs and BCMs are analysed and validated through comparisons with experimental data.The results show that BCMs are applicable to describing the particle charging in a bipolar ion environment,while EUCMs are not.The predictions made by BCM that takes into account the Maxwell-Wagner relaxation are in good agreement with experimental results.Moreover,the BCMs are proposed to analyse the experimental results about GTEF in the presence of particles,which are not understood before.It is demonstrated that the BCMs are able to qualitatively explain these results.Finally yet importantly,a new charging model combining field and diffusion charging mechanism is proposed for airborne suspended particles around HVDC lines and validated by experiments.The results show that the proposed hybrid field-diffusion charging model is able to give predictions consistent with experiments.Kun He Xiaoqian Ma Jiayu Lu Weijiang Chen Li Xie Yong Ju Luxing Zhao 2021High Voltage2021,6,2:0
20Long-term application of diethylstilbestrol upregulates expressions of μ-and m-calpains in pituitary intermediate lobe of female Wistar rats显示文摘BACKGROUND: During formation of prolactin neoplasia, how cells and its structure in adenohypophysis affect prolactin cells should be further studied. Intermediate lobe can be regarded as a driving region to release prolactin (PRL) and may promote formation of prolactin neoplasia in pituitary anterior lobe. OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of diethylstilbestrol (DES) on the expressions of μ and m-calpains in pituitary intermediate lobe of female Wistar rats. DESIGN: Observational contrast animal study. SETTING: Beijing Neurosurgical Institute. MATERIALS: A total of 21 female Wistar rats, 3 weeks old weighing 70–80 g were housed with free access to tap water and standard pellet food. They were kept in a CL-grade condition, at (24±1)℃ and a humidity of (55±5)%, and with a 12 hours day-night cycle. Caprine anti-μ- and m-calpains antibodies were provided by Santa Cruz Biotechnology, CA, USA; rabbit-anti-PRL antibodies by Dako, Denmark; rabbit-anti-ACTH antibody by Boster Company, Wuhan. METHODS: The experiment was carried out in Pathophysiological Department and Animal Laboratory, Beijing Neurosurgical Institute from August 2006 to January 2007. ① Rats were randomly divided into groups with 7 in each group, including vehicle control group, in which rats were injected intraperitoneally with sun-flower seed oil (1 mL/kg, twice a week) for 16 weeks; DES group, where animals were administered with DES (5 mg/kg, twice a week) for 16 weeks; DES + vehicle control group, in which DES was administered for 12 weeks at the same dose with those in DES group, and then was discontinued and replaced by sun-flower seed oil (1 mL/kg, twice a week) for the following 4 weeks. ② At 16 weeks later, pituitary tissue was dealt with HE staining and PRL immunohistochemical examination to observe evoke of tumor; meanwhile, immunohistochemical examination was used to observe expression of PRL of pituitary anterior lobe, expressions of μ- and m-calpains of pituitary intermediate lobe and distribution of adrenocorticotropin. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: ① Expression of PRL of pituitary anterior lobe, expressions of μ- and m-calpains of pituitary intermediate lobe and distribution of adrenocorticotropin. ② Morphological observation of pituitary tissue. RESULTS: All 21 rats were involved in the final analysis. ① Results of immunohistochemical examination: Morphological changes of neoplasia in DES group were strongly positive to PRL, and this suggested that formation of prolactin adenoma was observed in pituitary tissue. As compared with vehicle control group, expression of adrenoeorticotropic hormone (ACTH) was increased in both DES group and DES + vehicle control group. In addition, expressions of μ- and m-calpains in pituitary intermediate lobe were higher in DES group than that in vehicle control group. Otherwise, expressions of m-calpains in pituitary intermediate lobe was decreased in DES + vehicle control group, but expression of μ-calpains was still increased. ② Morphological observation of pituitary tissue: Gland tubes were orderly arranged in rats in vehicle control group. Anterior pituitary gland in rats of DES group demonstrated an apparent disappearance of gland tubes and a relatively large-scaled vasculature formation, namely the vascular lake lined by tightly arranged endothelial cells. Local integrated tumor cell arrangements were also detected. In addition, the border between the IL and the anterior lobe was locally blurred. The definite tumor-like changes in pituitary tissueswere confirmed in 6 of 7 female Wistar rats in DES group, and one spontaneous occurrence of tumor formation was found in vehicle control group. In DES + vehicle control group, DES withdrawal led to the subtile emergence of gland tube cavity, although tumor-like cells still existed in 4 of 7 rats, suggesting occurrence of the tumor regression due to the withdrawal of DES. CONCLUSION: A long-term application of DES can enhance the expressions of ubiquitours neutral cysteine protease in pituitary intermediate lobe and this suggests that both of them play a key role in release of hormone and formation of prolactin neoplasia through directly promoting PRL expression and release of neighboring pituitary intermediate lobe.Weijiang Zhao Fang Yuan Guilin Li Zhongfang Shi Yun Cui Yazhuo Zhang Zhongcheng Wang 2007Neural Regeneration Research2007,2,5:0
