| 3 | Efficacy of platinum in advanced triple-negative breast cancer with germline BRCA mutation determined by next generation sequencing显示文摘Objective:To compare the efficacy of platinum-and non-platinum-based regimens as first-line treatment for advanced triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)and analyze the relationship between their efficacy and BRCA gene status.Methods:Retrospectively analyze clinical data of 220 patients diagnosed pathologically with advanced TNBC and treated at the Department of Breast Oncology,Peking University Cancer Hospital from 2013 to 2018 and evaluate the efficacy of chemotherapy.A total of 114 patients had BRCA1/2 gene tested by next generation sequencing(NGS)using peripheral blood,and we analyzed the correlation between their efficacy and BRCA1/2 gene status.Results:Non-platinum-based chemotherapy(NPCT)was administered to 129 and platinum-based chemotherapy(PBCT)to 91 study patients.The clinical benefit rate(CBR)and median progression-free survival(PFS)were not statistically different between NPCT and PBCT groups.The median overall survival(OS)was 30.0 and 22.5 months for PBCT and NPCT group,respectively[P=0.090,hazard ratios(HR)=0.703].BRCA status was assessed in 114 patients,14 of whom had deleterious germline BRCA1/2(g BRCA)mutations(seven in each group).In PBCT group,the CBR was 85.7%and 35.1%for patients with and without deleterious g BRCA mutations,respectively(P=0.039).The median PFS were 14.9 and 5.3 months and median OS were 26.5 and 15.5 months for patients with and without deleterious g BRCA mutations,respectively(P=0.001,P=0.161,respectively).Patients in PBCT group had significantly greater rates of grade 3-4 anemia(5.5%vs.0%)and thrombocytopenia(8.8%vs.0%),whereas palmar-plantar erythrodysesthesia(12.4%vs.0%)and peripheral neuropathy(8.6%vs.1.1%)occurred more frequently in NPCT group.Conclusions:Platinum-based regimens are more effective in patients with deleterious g BRCA mutations,but no difference in patients without BRCA gene mutations,so non-platinum is an option in patients without BRCA gene mutations considering the toxicity and side effect.And we recommend that patients with advanced TNBC should have BRCA gene test. | Nan Wang Kun Li Wenfa Huang Weiyao Kong Xiaoran Liu Weijie Shi Feng Xie Hanfang Jiang Guohong Song Lijun Di Quanren Wang Jianjun Yu Huiping Li | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2020,32,2: | 7 |
| 4 | The R2R3-type MYB transcription factor MdMYB90-like is responsible for the enhanced skin color of an apple bud sport mutant显示文摘The anthocyanin content in apple skin determines its red coloration,as seen in a Fuji apple mutant.Comparative RNA-seq analysis was performed to determine differentially expressed genes at different fruit development stages between the wild-type and the skin color mutant.A novel R2R3-MYB transcription factor,MdMYB90-like,was uncovered as the key regulatory gene for enhanced coloration in the mutant.The expression of MdMYB90-like was 21.3 times higher in the mutant.MdMYB90-like regulates anthocyanin biosynthesis directly through the activation of anthocyanin biosynthesis genes and indirectly through the activation of other transcription factors that activate anthocyanin biosynthesis.MdMYB90-like bound to the promoters of both structural genes(MdCHS and MdUFGT)and other transcription factor genes(MdMYB1 and MdbHLH3)in the yeast one-hybrid system,electrophoretic mobility shift assay,and dual-luciferase assay.Transgenic analysis showed that MdMYB90-like was localized in the nucleus,and its overexpression induced the expression of other anthocyanin-related genes,including MdCHS,MdCHI,MdANS,MdUFGT,MdbHLH3,and MdMYB1.The mutant had reduced levels of DNA methylation in two regions(−1183 to−988 and−2018 to−1778)of the MdMYB90-like gene promoter,which might explain the enhanced expression of the gene and the increased anthocyanin content in the mutant apple skin. | Chao Sun Chunming Wang Wang Zhang Shuai Liu Weiyao Wang Xinyi Yu Tao Song Maxwell Yu Weichang Yu Shenchun Qu | 2021 | Horticulture Research2021,8,1: | 6 |

| 6 | Spatial integration of oasis city group around the western margins of the Tarim Basin显示文摘In this paper,the oasis cities in Kashgar Prefecture and Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture are taken as an example,through the factor analysis,spatial attraction interaction model and location quotient methods,urban hierarchy system,the intensity of urban economic ties,economic subordination degree,and structure of city functions were analyzed. The results indicated:(1) The urban hierarchy system takes Kashgar city as the main center,Artux city,Yarkant county and Maralbexi county as the sub-centers; (2) The intensity of economic ties among Kashgar city and each county is much higher than others. The interaction of Kashgar city,Shufu county and Shule county are the strongest,and the economic ties of Yarkant,Kagilik,Poskam counties are relatively close; All cities in the study area are economically subordinate to Kashgar city. (3) Three cities of Kashgar city,Shufu county and Shule county should connect strongly,with Kashgar city as the core. The cities and towns along the Southern Xinjiang Railway and along National Road 315 should be regarded as two strips,and the two city strips along the border,and the city strip along Provincial Road 215 should be treated as three axes. The ring structure strategy of 'core ring,closer ring and radiated ring' was proposed. | 7 | Combined peripheral natural killer cell and circulating tumor cell enumeration enhance prognostic efficiency in patients with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer显示文摘Objective:Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is a heterogeneous disease with poor prognosis.Circulating tumor cells(CTCs)are a promising predictor for breast cancer prognoses but their reliability regarding progression-free survival(PFS)is controversial.We aim to verify their predictive value in TNBC.Methods:In present prospective cohort study,we used the Pep@MNPs method to enumerate CTCs in baseline blood samples from 75 patients with TNBC(taken at inclusion in this study)and analyzed correlations between CTC numbers and outcomes and other clinical parameters.Results:Median PFS was 6.0(range:1.0–25.0)months for the entire cohort,in whom we found no correlations between baseline CTC status and initial tumor stage(P=0.167),tumor grade(P=0.783)or histological type(P=0.084).However,among those getting first-line treatment,baseline CTC status was positively correlated with ratio of peripheral natural killer(NK)cells(P=0.032),presence of lung metastasis(P=0.034)and number of visceral metastatic site(P=0.037).Baseline CTC status was predictive for PFS in first-line TNBC(P=0.033),but not for the cohort as a whole(P=0.118).This prognostic limitation of CTC could be ameliorated by combining CTC and NK cell enumeration(P=0.049).Conclusions:Baseline CTC status was predictive of lung metastasis,peripheral NK cell ratio and PFS in TNBC patients undergoing first-line treatment.We have developed a combined CTC-NK enumeration strategy that allows us to predict PFS in TNBC without any preconditions. | Xiaoran Liu Ran Ran Bin Shao Hope S.Rugo Yanlian Yang Zhiyuan Hu Zewen Wei Fengling Wan Weiyao Kong Guohong Song Hanfang Jiang Xu Liang Ruyan Zhang Ying Yan Guobing Xu Huiping Li | 2018 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2018,30,3: | 4 |
| 8 | Magnetic plasmon resonances in nanostructured topological insulators for strongly enhanced light-MoS_(2) interactions显示文摘Magnetic resonances not only play crucial roles in artificial magnetic materials but also offer a promising way for light control and interaction with matter.Recently,magnetic resonance effects have attracted special attention in plasmonic systems for overcoming magnetic response saturation at high frequencies and realizing high-performance optical functionalities.As novel states of matter,topological insulators(TIs)present topologically protected conducting surfaces and insulating bulks in a broad optical range,providing new building blocks for plasmonics.However,until now,high-frequency(e.g.visible range)magnetic resonances and related applications have not been demonstrated in TI systems.Herein,we report for the first time,to our knowledge,a kind of visible range magnetic plasmon resonances(MPRs)in TI structures composed of nanofabricated Sb_(2)Te_(3) nanogrooves.The experimental results show that the MPR response can be tailored by adjusting the nanogroove height,width,and pitch,which agrees well with the simulations and theoretical calculations.Moreover,we innovatively integrated monolayer MoS_(2) onto a TI nanostructure and observed strongly reinforced light-MoS_(2) interactions induced by a significant MPR-induced electric field enhancement,remarkable compared with TI-based electric plasmon resonances(EPRs).The MoS_(2) photoluminescence can be flexibly tuned by controlling the incident light polarization.These results enrich TI optical physics and applications in highly efficient optical functionalities as well as artificial magnetic materials at high frequencies. | Hua Lu Zengji Yue Yangwu Li Yinan Zhang Mingwen Zhang Wei Zeng Xuetao Gan Dong Mao Fajun Xiao Ting Mei Weiyao Zhao Xiaolin Wang Min Gu Jianlin Zhao | 2020 | Light(Science & Applications)2020,9,1: | 3 |
| 9 | Rigid-Flexible Coupling Dynamic Analysis of Sub-Launched Vehicle During the Vertical Tube-Exit Stage显示文摘During the launching stage,hydrodynamic pressure and adapters' reaction loads can influence the vehicle's rigid motion as well as cause its structural vibration,which is a typical rigid-flexible coupling dynamic problem. This paper presents a 2-D rigid-flexible coupling model to calculate the vehicle's dynamic responses in that period.The vehicle was equivalent to a flexure beam with axial deformation. Hybrid coordinate and modal superposition methods were used to describe its large rigid displacement and small deformation. By the second Lagrange equation,the vehicle centroid's displacements,rotational angle and modal coordinates were chosen as generalized coordinates and then the vehicle 's rigid-flexible coupling dynamic equations were obtained. | 10 | Composite nonlinear feedback control for output regulation problem of linear discrete-time systems with input saturation显示文摘Transient performance for output regulation problems of linear discrete-time systems with input saturation is addressed by using the composite nonlinear feedback(CNF) control technique. The regulator is designed to be an additive combination of a linear regulator part and a nonlinear feedback part. The linear regulator part solves the regulation problem independently which produces a quick output response but large oscillations. The nonlinear feedback part with well-tuned parameters is introduced to improve the transient performance by smoothing the oscillatory convergence. It is shown that the introduction of the nonlinear feedback part does not change the solvability conditions of the linear discrete-time output regulation problem. | 19 | Deployment and Exploration of a Gas Storage Well Pattern Based on the Threshold Radius显示文摘To tackle the problem that wells that are deployed in a specific pattern based on the requirements of gas reservoir development are not suitable for gas storage,we have conducted concentrically circular injection and production simulation experiments for gas storage,discovered the existence of a threshold radius,denoted by Rt,and derived the expression for Rt.Based on the analysis and discussion results,we propose a strategy for deploying gas storage wells in specific patterns.The expression for Rt shows that it is affected by factors such as the gas storage gas production/injection time,the upper pressure limit,the lower pressure limit,the bottomhole flow pressure at the ends of injection and production,the and permeability.The analysis and discussion results show that the Rt of a gas storage facility is much smaller than the Rt for gas reservoir development.In the gas storage facilities in China,the Rt for gas production is less than the Rt for the gas injection,and Rt increases with the difference in the operating pressure and with permeability K.Based on the characteristics of Rt,we propose three suggestions for gas storage well pattern deployment:(1)calculate Rt according to the designed functions of the gas storage facility and deploy the well pattern according to Rt;(2)deploy sparser,large-wellbore patterns in high-permeability areas and denser,small-wellbore patterns in high-permeability areas;and(3)achieve the gas injection well pattern by new drilling,and the gas production well pattern through a combination of the gas injection well pattern and old wells.By assessing a gas storage facility with a perfect well pattern after a number of adjustments,we found that the Rt of the 12 wells calculated in this paper is basically close to the corresponding actual radius,which validates our method.The results of this study provide a methodological basis for well pattern deployment in new gas storage construction. | TANG Ligen ZHU Weiyao ZHU Huayin SUN Chunhui YANG Fenglai WANG Yan Li Xiaorui Li Haiming CHU Guangzhen WANG Jieming KONG Debin YUE Ming LIU Yuwei HUANG Kun | 2021 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2021,95,2: | 1 |
