| 1 | A Novel Approach for QoS Prediction Based on Bayesian Combinational Model显示文摘As an important factor in evaluating service,QoS(Quality of Service) has drawn more and more concerns with the rapid increasing of Web services. However,due to the great volatility of services in Mobile Internet environments,such as internet of vehicles,Web services often do not work as announced and thus cause unacceptable problems. QoS prediction can avoid failure before it takes place,which is considered a more effective way to assure quality. However,Current QoS prediction approaches neither consider the highly dynamic of Web services,nor maintain good prediction performance all the time. Consequently we propose a novel Bayesian combinational model to predict QoS by continuously adjusting credit values of the basic models so as to keep good prediction accuracy. QoS attributes such as response time,throughput and reliability are used to validate the proposed model. | 2 | Preparation and stability investigation of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release pellets containing acrylic resin polymers with two different techniques显示文摘The objective of this study was to prepare tamsulosin hydrochloride-sustained release(TSH-SR)pellets which showed good release stability with frame-controlled method.TSH was added to Eudragit~?NE30D and Eudragit~?L30D-55 polymers to form drug-loaded inner core.Afterwards,enteric Eudragit~?L30D-55 polymer was modified on the surface of it to the final product.Dissolution studies showed that TSH-SR pellets were more stable during the coating process,different curing temperatures and storage conditions compared with TSH pellets produced by film-controlled technique.Appearances and glass transition temperatures(Tgs)of free films and surface morphologies observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)of blank sustained release pellets prepared by different ratios of Eudragit~?NE30D and Eudragit~?L30D-55 further indicated that temperature and relative humidity(RH)were the key factors when Eudragit~?NE30D blended with Eudragit~?L30D-55 were applied to sustained/controlled release preparations.In addition,SEM identified the surface morphologies of TSH-SR pellets before and after dissolution,which showed intact surface structure and great correlation with release curve respectively. | Rui Fan Yinghua Sun Bing Li Ruyi Yang Wenrui Ma Jin Sun | 2017 | Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2017,12,2: | 2 |

| 9 | Predict Blood Pressure by Photoplethysmogram with the Fluid-Structure Interaction Modeling显示文摘Blood pressure(BP)has been identified as one of the main factors in cardiovascular disease and other related diseases.Then how to accurately and conveniently measure BP is important to monitor BP and to prevent hypertension.This paper proposes an efficient BP measurement model by integrating a fluid-structure interaction model with the photoplethysmogram(PPG)signal and developing a data-driven computational approach to fit two optimization parameters in the proposedmodel for each individual.The developed BPmodel has been validated on a public BP dataset and has shown that the average prediction errors among the root mean square error(RMSE),the mean absolute error(MAE),the systolic blood pressure(SBP)error,and the diastolic blood pressure(DBP)error are all below 5mmHg for normal BP,stage I,and stage II hypertension groups,and,prediction accuracies of the SBP and the DBP are around 96%among those three groups. | Jianhong Chen Wenrui Hao Pengtao Sun Lian Zhang | 2022 | Communications in Computational Physics2022,31,4: | 0 |
