1Optimal Day-ahead Scheduling of Islanded Microgrid Considering Risk-based Reserve Decision显示文摘Due to the lack of support from the main grid,the intermittency of renewable energy sources(RESs)and the fluctuation of load will derive uncertainties to the operation of islanded microgrids(IMGs).It is crucial to allocate appropriate reserve capacity for the economic and reliable operation of IMGs.With the high penetration of RESs,it faces both economic and environmental challenges if we only use spinning reserve for reserve support.To solve these problems,a multi-type reserve scheme for IMGs is proposed according to different operation characteristics of generation,load,and storage.The operation risk due to reserve shortage is modeled by the conditional value-at-risk(CVaR)method.The correlation of input variables is considered for the forecasting error modeling of RES and load,and Latin hypercube sampling(LHS)is adopted to generate the random scenarios of the forecasting error,so as to avoid the dimension disaster caused by conventional large-scale scenario sampling approaches.Furthermore,an optimal day-ahead scheduling model of joint energy and reserve considering riskbased reserve decision is established to coordinate the security and economy of the operation of IMGs.Finally,the comparison of numerical results of different schemes demonstrate the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed scheme and model.Zehuai Liu Siliang Liu Qinhao Li Yongjun Zhang Wenyang Deng Lai Zhou 2021Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2021,9,5:2
2Propofol inhibits cells migration and invasion via HOTAIR/miR-93/HIF-1α-mediated lactate secretion in colon cancer显示文摘Propofol,a common intravenous anesthetic used in clinical,has been shown to regulate cells proliferation,inflammation,angiogenesis and metastasis as well as exerting anti-cancer effect in several different types of cancer.However,the functions and mechanisms of propofol in lactate secretion and invasion of cancer cells remain unknown.The primary aim of this study was to investigate the role of propofol in cells migration and invasion of colon cancer(CRC).Scratches assay,Transwell assay were used to detect colon cells migration and invasion.Realtime Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction(RT-qPCR),Western blotting were utilized to detect the expression of related molecules.Dual-luciferase assay was performed to identify transcriptional activity of target genes,RNA pulldown assay was used to confirm the interactions of RNAs.Results indicated that propofol inhibited cell migration and invasion through suppressing lactic acid production in CRC.Moreover,propofol reduced lactic acid production by down-regulating the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)and monocarboxylate transporter 4(MCT4).In addition,propofol inhibited the expression of HIF-1αand cells migration/invasion via suppressing the interaction of HOX transcript antisense RNA(HOTAIR)with miR-93.The present study indicated that propofol inhibited colon cancer cell migration and invasion by reducing lactic acid production and the expression of HIF-1αand MCT4 via HOTAIR/miR-93 axis.These data may provide potential metabolic targets for CRC treatment.RUONAN GU WENJING GUO WENYANG WANG GUIHUAN LI XIAOJU LAI ZHIBIN HUANG WANLU ZHAO ZHICONGWU HUA CHEN WENYANG LUO FANGYIN ZENG FAN DENG 2021BIOCELL2021,45,6:0
3Phase Identification of Low-voltage Distribution Network Based on Stepwise Regression Method显示文摘Accurate information for consumer phase connectivity in a low-voltage distribution network(LVDN)is critical for the management of line losses and the quality of customer service.The wide application of smart meters provides the data basis for the phase identification of LVDN.However,the measurement errors,poor communication,and data distortion have significant impacts on the accuracy of phase identification.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes a phase identification method of LVDN based on stepwise regression(SR)method.First,a multiple linear regression model based on the principle of energy conservation is established for phase identification of LVDN.Second,the SR algorithm is used to identify the consumer phase connectivity.Third,by defining a significance correction factor,the results from the SR algorithm are updated to improve the accuracy of phase identification.Finally,an LVDN test system with 63 consumers is constructed based on the real load.The simulation results prove that the identification accuracy achieved by the proposed method is higher than other phase identification methods under the influence of various errors.Yingqi Yi Siliang Liu Yongjun Zhang Ying Xue Wenyang Deng Qinhao Li 2023Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2023,11,4:0
4Research on aiming methods for small sample size shooting tests of two-dimensional trajectory correction fuse显示文摘The longitudinal dispersion of the projectile in shooting tests of two-dimensional trajectory corrections fused with fixed canards is extremely large that it sometimes exceeds the correction ability of the correction fuse actuator.The impact point easily deviates from the target,and thus the correction result cannot be readily evaluated.However,the cost of shooting tests is considerably high to conduct many tests for data collection.To address this issue,this study proposes an aiming method for shooting tests based on small sample size.The proposed method uses the Bootstrap method to expand the test data;repeatedly iterates and corrects the position of the simulated theoretical impact points through an improved compatibility test method;and dynamically adjusts the weight of the prior distribution of simulation results based on Kullback-Leibler divergence,which to some extent avoids the real data being'submerged'by the simulation data and achieves the fusion Bayesian estimation of the dispersion center.The experimental results show that when the simulation accuracy is sufficiently high,the proposed method yields a smaller mean-square deviation in estimating the dispersion center and higher shooting accuracy than those of the three comparison methods,which is more conducive to reflecting the effect of the control algorithm and facilitating test personnel to iterate their proposed structures and algorithms.;in addition,this study provides a knowledge base for further comprehensive studies in the future.Chen Liang Qiang Shen Zilong Deng Hongyun Li Wenyang Pu Lingyun Tian Ziyang Lin 2024Defence Technology(防务技术)2024,33,3:0
