1Insight into the triggering effect of(Al,Mg,Ca,Mn)-oxy-sulfide inclusions on localized corrosion of weathering steel显示文摘The surface properties of weathering steel(WS)is very important for its service performance and safety,and the localized corrosion induced by inclusions is closely related to the surface properties of WS and its application.In the current work,a common spherical(Al,Mg,Ca,Mn)-oxy-sulfide inclusion was selected to investigate the corrosion evolution of complex inclusion and its effect on localized corrosion on WS surface.The results indicate the inclusion in WS consists of(Ca,Mn)sulfides part and(Ca,Al,Mg)oxides part with complex core-shell structure.Locally preferential dissolution occurs in(Ca,Mn)sulfides part as well as metal matrix around the inclusions.Furthermore,both parts of the inclusions with poor conductivity and high-density dislocation at metal matrix around the inclusions was found,which suggests that traditional micro-galvanic corrosion cell may not be the cause of inclusion-induced localized corrosion on WS surface at initial stage of corrosion.The variation in maximum and average depth around the inclusion or selected region with immersion time indicates that localized corrosion induced by inclusions is overwhelmed by uniform corrosion of WS in the latter stage of immersion,then the rust formed on WS surface consists of two layers.Pan Liu Qinhao Zhang Xinran Li Jiming Hu Fahe Cao 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,5:2
2Optimal Day-ahead Scheduling of Islanded Microgrid Considering Risk-based Reserve Decision显示文摘Due to the lack of support from the main grid,the intermittency of renewable energy sources(RESs)and the fluctuation of load will derive uncertainties to the operation of islanded microgrids(IMGs).It is crucial to allocate appropriate reserve capacity for the economic and reliable operation of IMGs.With the high penetration of RESs,it faces both economic and environmental challenges if we only use spinning reserve for reserve support.To solve these problems,a multi-type reserve scheme for IMGs is proposed according to different operation characteristics of generation,load,and storage.The operation risk due to reserve shortage is modeled by the conditional value-at-risk(CVaR)method.The correlation of input variables is considered for the forecasting error modeling of RES and load,and Latin hypercube sampling(LHS)is adopted to generate the random scenarios of the forecasting error,so as to avoid the dimension disaster caused by conventional large-scale scenario sampling approaches.Furthermore,an optimal day-ahead scheduling model of joint energy and reserve considering riskbased reserve decision is established to coordinate the security and economy of the operation of IMGs.Finally,the comparison of numerical results of different schemes demonstrate the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed scheme and model.Zehuai Liu Siliang Liu Qinhao Li Yongjun Zhang Wenyang Deng Lai Zhou 2021Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2021,9,5:2

4Distributed Gas Ignition Using Injection Strategy for High Efficiency and Clean Combustion Under Lean Condition显示文摘Jet ignition is an efficient way to achieve lean burn of the engine and a promising strategy to meet the stringent emission regulations in the future.This paper presents a distributed gas ignition(DGI)combustion concept and realizes a DGI combustion mode using a newly designed DGI igniter.The igniter integrates a fuel injector and a spark plug to achieve minimum volume and easy installation.As the mixture preparation within the jet chamber is essential for the performance of the igniter,different jet chamber injection strategies were tested with varying excess air-fuel ratio ranging from 1.4 to 2.0.By addressing the dual injection strategy,the ignition delay and combustion duration were improved evidently.Compared with the single injection strategy,dual injection strategy improves the flexibility when preparing the mixture inside the jet chamber and therefore retains more fuel.The increased energy density of the jet chamber helps to generate more energetic jets under dual injection strategy,resulting in the improvement of ignition and combustion performance with lean burn.A higher thermal efficiency and a leaner limit of the engine are attained with dual injection than that with single injection.Dual injection exhibits its potential in reducing CO and THC emissions to an acceptable level with leaner mixture.Based on dual injection strategy,the maximum indicated thermal efficiency of 45%is achieved.Ziqing Zhao Wei Liu Fubai Li Qinhao Fan Zhi Wang 2020Automotive Innovation2020,3,4:1
5Atmospheric VOCs in an industrial coking facility and the surrounding area:Characteristics,spatial distribution and source apportionment显示文摘Industrial coking facilities are an important emission source for volatile organic compounds(VOCs).This study analyzed the atmospheric VOC characteristics within an industrial coking facility and its surrounding environment.Average concentrations of total VOCs(TVOCs)in the surrounding residential activity areas(R1 and R2),the coking facility(CF)and the control area(CA)were determined to be 138.5,47.8,550.0,and 15.0μg/m^(3),respectively.The cold drum process and coking and quenching areas within the coking facility were identified as the main polluting processes.The spatial variation in VOCs composition was analyzed,showing that VOCs in the coking facility and surrounding areas were mainly dominated by aromatic compounds such as BTX(benzene,toluene,and xylenes)and naphthalene,with concentrations being negatively correlated with the distance from the coking facility(p<0.01).The sources of VOCs in different functional areas across the monitoring area were analyzed,finding that coking emissions accounted for 73.5%,33.3% and 27.7% of TVOCs in CF,R1 and R2,respectively.These results demonstrated that coking emissions had a significant impact on VOC concentrations in the areas surrounding coking facility.This study evaluates the spatial variation in exposure to VOCs,providing important information for the influence of VOCs concentration posed by coking facility to surrounding residents and the development of strategies for VOC abatement.Meicheng Wen Weiqiang Deng Jin Huang Shu Zhang Qinhao Lin ChaoWang Shengtao Ma Wanjun Wang Xin Zhang Guiying Li Taicheng An 2024Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,4:0
6Phase Identification of Low-voltage Distribution Network Based on Stepwise Regression Method显示文摘Accurate information for consumer phase connectivity in a low-voltage distribution network(LVDN)is critical for the management of line losses and the quality of customer service.The wide application of smart meters provides the data basis for the phase identification of LVDN.However,the measurement errors,poor communication,and data distortion have significant impacts on the accuracy of phase identification.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes a phase identification method of LVDN based on stepwise regression(SR)method.First,a multiple linear regression model based on the principle of energy conservation is established for phase identification of LVDN.Second,the SR algorithm is used to identify the consumer phase connectivity.Third,by defining a significance correction factor,the results from the SR algorithm are updated to improve the accuracy of phase identification.Finally,an LVDN test system with 63 consumers is constructed based on the real load.The simulation results prove that the identification accuracy achieved by the proposed method is higher than other phase identification methods under the influence of various errors.Yingqi Yi Siliang Liu Yongjun Zhang Ying Xue Wenyang Deng Qinhao Li 2023Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2023,11,4:0
7A comprehensive modification enables the high rate capability of P2-Na_(0.75)Mn_(0.67)Ni_(0.33)O_(2) for sodium-ion cathode materials显示文摘The Na^(+)/vacancy ordering can effectively affect the electrochemical behavior of P2-type cathode material.In this work we proposed an integrated strategy by attaining a high Na content,In^(3+) doping in conjunction with NaInO_(2) coating in the P2-Na_(0.75)Mn_(0.67)Ni_(0.33)O_(2) which can inhibit the sodium vacancy order,smooth the electrochemical curve,and enhance the structural stability and rate capability.A combination of X-ray diffraction analysis and DFT calculation indicate that the In(3+) ions in the Na layer serve as'pillars”to stabilize the layered structure,especially for high current density charging.The P2-Na_(0.75)Mn_(0.67)Ni_(0.33)In_(0.02)O_(2) with an impressive sodium content exhibits a remarkable reversible capacity of 109.6 mAh g^(-1),superior rate capability capacity of 79.8 mAh g^(-1)at 20 C,and 85%capacity retention after 100 cycles at 5 C.This work demonstrates an efficient approach for the comprehensive optimization of sodium ion cathode materials.Xiaochen Feng Yong Li Qinhao Shi Xuan Wang Xiuping Yin Jing Wang Zhonghong Xia Haiyan Xiao Aibing Chen Xinxin Yang Yufeng Zhao 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,6:0
8MIIP inhibits clear cell renal cell carcinoma proliferation and angiogenesis via negative modulation of the HIF-2α-CYR61 axis显示文摘Objective:In various cancers,migration and invasion inhibitory protein(MIIP)is expressed at low level and is involved in cancer pathogenesis.Herein,we sought to explore the function of MIIP in clear cell renal cell carcinoma(ccRCC).Methods:CCK-8,colony formation,cell cycle,and endothelial cell tube formation assays were performed to evaluate the roles of MIIP in ccRCC proliferation and angiogenesis.To explore the underlyi ng mechanism,we con ducted RNA-sequencing,GSEA,qRT-PCR,Western blot,ELISA,cell transfection,coimmunoprecipitation,and ubiquitination assays in ccRCC cell lines.Furthermore,xenograft tumor growth in nude mice,and Ki-67 and CD31 staining in xenograft tissues were examined.Finally,the association of MIIP expression with clinical pathology and the expression status of HIF-2a and cysteine-rich 61(CYR61)were further analyzed in human RCC tissues through Western blot and immunohistochemistry.Results:Both in vitro and in vivo functional experiments indicated that forced expression of MIIP inhibited ccRCC proliferation and angiogenesis,whereas silencing MIIP either in normal HK-2 cells or in ccRCC cells had the opposite effect(P<0.05).Mechanistically,CYR61 was identified as a gene significantly downregulated by MIIP overexpression,and was required for the suppressive role of MIIP in ccRCC.MIIP was found to promote HSP90 acetylation and thus impair its chaperone function toward HIF-2a.Consequently,RACK1 binds HIF-2a and causes its ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation,thus decreasing the transcription of its target,CYR61.Finally,analyses of clinical samples demonstrated that MIIP is significantly downregulated in cancer vs.normal tissues in RCC cases,and its expression is negatively associated with histological grade,metastasis,the prognosis of patients with RCC,and the expression of HIF-2a and CYR61(P<0.05).Conclusions:MIIP is a novel tumor suppressor in ccRCC via negative regulation of HIF-2a-CYR61 axis.Fengqi Yan Qinhao Wang Mingyuan Xia Yi Ru Wei Hu Guang Yan Xin Xiong Mei Zhang Jiancai Wang Qi Li Bo Zhang He Wang Wei Lin Guojun Wu Xia Li 2022Cancer Biology & Medicine2022,19,6:0
