1Heat transfer characteristics of nanofluid through circular tube显示文摘Nano fluid is considered to be a class of high efficient heat transfer fluid created by dispersing some special solid nanoparticles (normally less than 100 nm) in traditional heat transfer fluid. The present experiment was conducted aiming at investigating the forced heat transfer characteristics of aqueous copper (Cu) nanofluid at varying concentration of Cu nano-particles in different flow regimes (300WUSIMAN Ku-er-ban-jiang CHUNG Han-shik MD.J.Nine HANDRY Afrianto EOM Yoon-sub KIM Jun-hyo JEONG Hyo-min 2013Journal of Central South University2013,20,1:2

13dbSCI:A manually curated database of SARS-CoV-2 inhibitors for COVID-19显示文摘Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)is the pathogen of the ongoing coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)global pandemic. Here,by centralizing published cell-based experiments, clinical trials, and virtual drug screening data from the NCBI PubMed database,we developed a database of SARS-CoV-2 inhibitors for COVID-19,dbSCI,which includes 234 SARS-CoV-2 inhibitors collected from publications based on cell-based experiments,81 drugs of COVID-19 in clinical trials and 1305 potential SARS-CoV-2 inhibitors from bioinformatics analyses.dbSCI provides four major functions:(1)search the drug target or its inhibitor for SARS-CoV-2,(2)browse target/inhibitor information collected from cell experiments, clinical trials, and virtual drug screenings,(3)download,and(4)submit data. Each entry in dbSCI contains 18 types of information, including inhibitor/drug name, targeting protein, mechanism of inhibition, experimental technique, experimental sample type, and reference information. In summary,dbSCI provides a relatively comprehensive, credible repository for inhibitors/drugs against SARS-CoV-2 and their potential targeting mechanisms and it will be valuable for further studies to control COVID-19.QIANG WANG GUO ZHAO LONGXIANG XIE XUAN LI XIXI YU QIONGSHAN LI BAOPING ZHENG ZULIPINUER WUSIMAN XIANGQIAN GUO 2023BIOCELL2023,47,2:0
14Early initiation of ARBs without blood pressure risk via neutrophil membrane-fused pH-sensitive liposomes to reduce cardiomyocyte apoptosis after acute myocardial infarction显示文摘Activation of the local renin-angiotensin system(RAS)promotes cardiomyocyte apoptosis and cardiac remodeling after acute myocardial infarction(AMI).As an anti-RAS drug, the effect of Valsartan in the early stage of acute MI is limited by its low drug concentration in the heart and low dosage. Here,by exploiting the inherent nature of neutrophils migrating to the injured myocardium and the local low-pH microenvironment caused by ischemia and hypoxia after myocardial infarction,we designed nanocarrier(NSLP)-hybridized neutrophil membranes and pH-sensitive liposomes(SLPs)for the delivery of Valsartan(NSLPVal). These functional nanocarriers could mimic neutrophils and are homed to the injured heart;they were also found to respond to a low-pH microenvironment. In the mouse model of MI,we found that NSLP-Val could target the infarct marginal zone and release Valsartan locally in the low-pH microenvironment without affecting hemodynamic stability.Further, locally released angiotensin receptor inhibitors reduced the infarct size and inflammatory response by inhibiting cardiomyocytes.Ultimately,NSLP-Val improved cardiac function and inhibited cardiac hypertrophy and fibrosis.Jinfeng Gao Wusiman Yakufu Hongbo Yang Yanan Song Qiaozi Wang Qiyu Li Haipeng Tan Jing Chen Dili Sun Zhengmin Wang Jinyan Zhang Xueyi Weng Juying Qian Zhiqing Pang Qibing Wang Zheyong Huang Junbo Ge 2023Nano Research2023,16,7:0
