1A seamless operation mode transition control strategy for a microgrid based on master-slave control显示文摘This paper proposes a control strategy that can realize seamless microgrid operation mode transition between grid-connected operation and stand-alone operation.The scenario of a microgrid based on master-slave control is considered,where the master distributed generation(DG) unit operates in different control schemes in different microgrid operation modes,while other slave DG units operate with power/current control all the time.The proposed control strategy focuses on the master DG unit,and contains the control state/reference compensation algorithm and separation switch control logic.The proposed method can effectively reduce the impact on the critical loads and DG units caused by microgrid operation mode transitions.WANG ChengShan LI XiaLin GUO Li LI YunWei 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,6:45
2Coordinated control for medium voltage DC distribution centers with flexibly interlinked multiple microgrids显示文摘From flexible interconnection among feeders to hybrid alternating current(AC) and direct current(DC)distribution structures of future smart distribution systems medium-voltage DC distribution centers with flexibly interlinked multiple microgrids(MGs) will have wide applications on the demand side. A generic coordinated control framework based on a distributed cooperation scheme is proposed for such DC centers, as opposed to centralized control structures. A novel unified control only using local measurements is proposed for these interlinking converters. During normal power disturbances, automatic coordinated power control and mutual support among sub-systems can be realized, thereby improving DC voltage and AC frequency stability to enable multiple MGs to be treated as a real unified cluster. Moreover, with this method, interlinking converters can realize seamless transition in power dispatching mode, common DC bus voltage control mode, and MG support mode without communication and control system switching. A simplified dynamic model has been developed to verify the proposed control strategy. 4Reduced-order Modeling and Dynamic Stability Analysis of MTDC Systems in DC Voltage Control Timescale显示文摘An equivalent source-load MTDC system including DC voltage control units,power control units and interconnected DC lines is considered in this paper,which can be regarded as a generic structure of low-voltage DC microgrids,mediumvoltage DC distribution systems or HVDC transmission systems with a common DC bus.A reduced-order model is proposed with a circuit structure of a resistor,inductor and capacitor in parallel for dynamic stability analysis of the system in DC voltage control timescale.The relationship between control parameters and physical parameters of the equivalent circuit can be found,which provides an intuitive insight into the physical meaning of control parameters.Employing this model,a second-order characteristic equation is further derived to investigate system dynamic stability mechanisms in an analytical approach.As a result,the system oscillation frequency and damping are characterized in a straight forward manner,and the role of electrical and control parameters and different system-level control strategies in system dynamic stability in DC voltage control timescale is defined.The effectiveness of the proposed reduced-order model and the correctness of the theoretical analysis are verified by simulation based on PSCAD/EMTDC and an experiment based on a hardware low-voltage MTDC system platform.Li Guo Pengfei Li Xialin Li Fei Gao Di Huang Chengshan Wang 2020CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2020,6,3:5
5Lens Epithelial Cell Proliferation and Cell Density in Human Age-related Cataract显示文摘Purpose: To discuss the potential effect of the lens epithelial cell proliferation inage-related cataract.Methods: In vitro cell proliferation was assayed by MTT method to evaluate the lensepithelial cell density, index, and proliferation capacity in normal lens and all kinds ofage-related cataract. Capsulotomy specimens from all kinds of patients who underwentcataract phacoemulsification extraction surgery were compared with the lens epithelialspecimens from non-cataract lenses of Eye Bank eyes.Results:Lens epithelial cell density of central anterior capsule(LECD) in female normallens was higher than that in male, LECD in nuclear cataract (> NⅢ) was higher thanthat in normal lens, but in the mature cortical cataract, LECD was lower. 6Constructing Biophore of Uroselective α1-Adrenoceptor antagonist显示文摘Aim The biophore of uroselective α1-adrenoceptor antagonist was studied by using Apex-3D software on an O2 Silicon Graphics Computer Station. Methods Five known antagonism (Indoramin, GG-818, RS100975, R-YM12167,and KMD-3213), which possess both good selectivity and high affinities to prostate and α1-AR subtype, were chosen for htilding the biophore. Using an autoraatic filtering software for obtaining reasonable biophorcs, the filter parameters were selected: P (probability) >0.8, active (number of active compounds)≥4, and size (descriptor center)≥3. Results Three biophorcs conformed to the requirements, each of whom contained a basic center, an aromatic ring center and H-site according to the structure-activity relationships of known α1-adrenoceptor antagonist. 7Entrapping multifunctional dendritic nanoparticles into a hydrogel for local therapeutic delivery and synergetic immunochemotherapy显示文摘Developing multifunctional nanoparticles to support new therapy models is apromising and challenging task to address the current dilemma on antitumortreatment. Herein, we incorporated multifunctional dendritic nanoparticles intoa poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide)-poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(D,Lqactide-co-glycolide)(PLGA-PEG-PLGA) triblock copolymers thermosensitive injectable hydrogelmatrix to construct a localized drug delivery system for combining chemotherapyand immunotherapy. The multifunctional dendritic nanoparticles were designedwith following expectations: i, Dendritic scaffolds provide a hydrophobic interiorto load the anticancer drug, doxorubicin (DOX), for chemotherapy; and ii,dendritic scaffolds are used to build arginine-rich molecules to provide theinducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) substrate, L-Arg, to M1 macrophages,which can produce the cytotoxic substance nitric oxide (NO) and subsequentlyinduce tumor cell destruction through immunotherapy. It is noteworthy that thedendritic nanoparticles-in-hydrogel delivery system is able to gel at physiologicaltemperature and serves as a warehouse for the sustained release of the drug.Ultimately, this system showed great efficacy in treating 4T1 cells-xenograftedBALB/C mice (86.62% tumor growth inhibition). 8The Averaged-value Model of a Flexible Power Electronics Based Substation in Hybrid AC/DC Distribution Systems显示文摘The concept of a flexible power electronics substation(FPES)was first applied in the Zhangbei DC distribution network demonstration project.As a multi-port power electronics transformer(PET)with different AC and DC voltage levels,the FPES has adopted a novel topology integrating modular multilevel converter(MMC)and four-winding medium frequency transformer(FWMFT)based multiport DC-DC converter,which can significantly reduce capacitance in each sub-module(SM)of a MMC and also save space and cost.In this paper,in order to accelerate speed of electromagnetic transient(EMT)simulations of FPES based hybrid AC/DC distribution systems,an averaged-value model(AVM)is proposed for efficient and accurate representation of FPES.Assume that all SM capacitor voltages are perfectly balanced in the MMC,then the MMC behavior can be modeled using controlled voltage sources based on modulation voltages from control systems.In terms of the averaged current transfer characteristics among the windings of the FWMFT,we consider that all multiport DC-DC converters are controlled with the same dynamics,a lumped averaged model using controlled current and voltage sources has been developed for these four-port DC-DC converters connected to the upper or lower arms of the MMC.The presented FPES AVM model has been tested and validated by comparison with a detailed IGBT-based EMT model.Results show that the AVM is significantly more efficient while maintaining its accuracy in an EMT simulation.Hong Liu Zhanfeng Deng Xialin Li Li Guo Di Huang Shouqiang Fu Xiangyu Chen Chengshan Wang 2022CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2022,8,2:2
9PGE2/EP4 skeleton interoception activity reduces vertebral endplate porosity and spinal pain with low-dose celecoxib显示文摘Skeletal interoception regulates bone homeostasis through the prostaglandin E2(PGE2)concentration in bone.Vertebral endplates undergo ossification and become highly porous during intervertebral disc degeneration and aging.We found that the PGE2 concentration was elevated in porous endplates to generate spinal pain.Importantly,treatment with a high-dose cyclooxygenase 2 inhibitor(celecoxib,80 mg·kg−1 per day)decreased the prostaglandin E2 concentration and attenuated spinal pain in mice with lumbar spine instability.However,this treatment impaired bone formation in porous endplates,and spinal pain recurred after discontinuing the treatment.Interestingly,low-dose celecoxib(20 mg·kg−1 per day,which is equivalent to one-quarter of the clinical maximum dosage)induced a latent inhibition of spinal pain at 3 weeks post-treatment,which persisted even after discontinuing treatment.Furthermore,when the prostaglandin E2 concentration was maintained at the physiological level with low-dose celecoxib,endplate porosity was reduced significantly,which was associated with decreased sensory nerve innervation and spinal pain.These findings suggest that low-dose celecoxib may help to maintain skeletal interoception and decrease vertebral endplate porosity,thereby reducing sensory innervation and spinal pain in mice.Peng Xue Shenyu Wang Xiao Lyu Mei Wan Xialin Li Lei Ma Neil CFord Yukun Li Yun Guan Wenyuan Ding Xu Cao 2021Bone Research2021,9,3:2

15Space charge dynamics in epoxy resin under voltage polarity reversal at various temperatures显示文摘Epoxy resin has been used to cast the core of the dry‐type high voltage direct current bushings and can accumulate space charge under high electric fields at high temperatures,which is believed to be a potential threat to the safe operation of dry bushings,especially under polarity reversal.In this study,results of a study of the evolution of space charge and electric field distribution in epoxy resin,under polarity reversal at 10 and 20 kV/mm,and at temperatures between 40 and 100°C,are presented.The results show that the space charge dynamics in epoxy resin during the test were different at various temperatures.At tem-peratures no more than 60°C,space charge accumulation within the samples was not obvious.Instead,a low‐frequency dielectric relaxation process maybe occurs during the polarity reversal,which made the charge peaks on the electrodes after the reversal were slightly smaller than those before the reversal.At temperatures no less than 80°C,considering that the applied electric field has little effect on the barrier reductions of the traps within the samples,the space charge dynamics were mainly governed by a thermally activated process,and the depths of the deepest occupied traps were obtain by analysing the transient processes.Peng Liu Hongliang Zhang Siyu Zhang Xialin Su Zongliang Xie Zongren Peng 2021High Voltage2021,6,5:1

19Reduning Injection prevents carrageenan-induced inflammation in rats by serum and urine metabolomics analysis显示文摘Objective:To elucidate the anti-inflammatory mechanism of Reduning Injection(RDN)by analyzing the potential biomarkers and metabolic pathways of the carrageenan-induced inflammatory model from the overall metabolic level.Methods:Rat inflammatory model was established by carrageenan.UPLC-Q-TOF/MS was used to detect and analyze changes of endogenous metabolites in the serum and urine of carrageenan-induced inflammatory rats.Combined with multivariate analysis and databases analysis,inflammatory-related potential biomarkers were screened and identified to analyze possible metabolic pathways.The reliability and biological significance of these biomarkers was verified by metabolic network analysis and correlation analysis with pharmacodynamic indicators.Results:A total of 16 potential biomarkers were screened and identified by multivariate analysis and metabolite databases,among which 13 species could be adjusted by RDN.The metabolism pathway analysis revealed that histidine metabolism,sphingolipid metabolism,and tyrosine metabolism were greatly disturbed.Their biomarkers involved urocanic acid,sphingosine,and norepinephrine,all of which showed a callback trend after RDN treatment.The three biomarkers had a certain correlation with some known inflammatory-related small molecules(histamine,arachidonic acid,Leukotriene B4,and PGE2)and pharmacodynamic indicators(IL-6,IL-1β,PGE2and TNF-a),which indicated that the selected biomarkers had certain reliability and biological significance.Conclusion:RDN has a good regulation of the metabolic disorder of endogenous components in carrageenan-induced inflammatory rats.And its anti-inflammatory mechanism is mainly related to the regulation of amino acid and lipid metabolism.This research method is conducive to the interpretation of the overall pharmacological mechanism of Chinese medicine.Xia Gao Jiajia Wang Xialin Chen Shanli Wang Chaojie Huang Quanchang Zhang Liang Cao Zhenzhong Wang Wei Xiao 2022Chinese Herbal Medicines2022,14,4:1
20Fabrication and Thermal Conductivity Improvement of Novel Composite Adsorbents adding with Nanoparticles显示文摘Thermal conductivity is one of key parameters of adsorbents, which will affect the overall system performance of adsorption chiller. To improve adsorbent's thermal conductivity is always one of research focuses in chemisorption field. A new chemical composite adsorbent is fabricated by adding carbon coated metal(Aluminum and Nickel) nanoparticles with three different addition amounts into the mixture of chloride salts and natural expanded graphite aiming to improve the thermal conductivity. The preparation processes and its thermal conductivity of this novel composite adsorbent are reported and summarized. Experimental results indicate that the nanoparticles are homogenously dispersed in the composite adsorbent by applying the reported preparation processes. The thermal conductivity of the composite adsorbent can averagely enlarge by 20% when the weight ratio of the added nanoparticles is 10wt%. Moreover, carbon coated aluminum nanoparticles exhibit more effective enlargement in thermal conductivity than nickel nanoparticles. As for the composite adsorbent of Ca Cl2-NEG, there is a big reinforcement from 30% to 50% for Al@C nanoparticles,however only 10% in maximum caused by Ni@C nanoparticles.
