| 1 | A new phosphidation route for the synthesis of NiPx and their cocatalytic performances for photocatalytic hydrogen evolution over g-C3N4显示文摘Ni-based phosphides(NiPx)composed of earth-abundant elements are promising cocatalysts to replace noble metals for photocatalytic H2 evolution reaction(HER).A safe,energy-saving,and compositioncontrollable synthesis of NiPx is still highly desired.A facile and mild solvothermal process was developed for the first time for selective synthesis of a series of NiPx,including Ni,Ni12P5,Ni2P/Ni12P5,Ni/Ni2P and Ni2P,through controlling the dosage of NaBH4 and NaH2PO2.The phosphidation process was mainly composed of(1)a sequential reduction of Ni2+to Nj0 and(H2PO2)-to P(around the formed Ni0)triggered by NaBH4,and(2)a final phosphidation between Nj0 and the in situ generated P atoms. The photocatalytic HER performance of g-C3N4 can be substantially improved with the decoration of NiPx(3 wt%)as the separation of photoinduced charge carriers can be promoted and some active sites with low over-potential for HER can be introduced. The cocatalytic efficiency of NiPx is mainly determined by P content.Ni2P with a high ratio of P consequently exhibits the highest HER performance(215.1 umol g-1 h-1),which is almost six times higher than that of the pristine g-C3N4(35.6 umol g-1 h-1).Thus,as for the cocatalyst based on Ni phosphides,Ni2P is the preferable crystal phase and more efforts should be devoted to Ni2P to further optimize its structure, texture, and morphology in future works. | Ziqun Wang Longfeng Li Mingzhu Liu Tifang Miao Xiangju Ye Sugang Meng Shifu Chen Xianliang Fu | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,9: | 2 |

| 3 | Hybrid metasurface using graphene/graphitic carbon nitride heterojunctions for ultrasensitive terahertz biosensors with tunable energy band structure显示文摘Integrating novel materials is critical for the ultrasensitive,multi-dimensional detection of biomolecules in the terahertz(THz)range.Few studies on THz biosensors have used semiconductive active layers with tunable energy band structures. In this study,we demonstrate three THz biosensors for detecting casein molecules based on the hybridization of the metasurface with graphitic carbon nitride, graphene, and heterojunction. We achieved lowconcentration detection of casein molecules with a 3.54 ng/m L limit and multi-dimensional sensing by observing three degrees of variations(frequency shift, transmission difference, and phase difference). The favorable effect of casein on the conductivity of the semiconductive active layer can be used to explain the internal sensing mechanism. The incorporation of protein molecules changes the carrier concentration on the surface of the semiconductor active layer via the electrostatic doping effect as the concentration of positively charged casein grows, which alters the energy band structure and the conductivity of the active layer. The measured results indicate that any casein concentration can be distinguished directly by observing variations in resonance frequency, transmission value, and phase difference. With the heterojunction, the biosensor showed the highest response to the protein among the three biosensors. The Silvaco Atlas package was used to simulate the three samples'energy band structure and carrier transport to demonstrate the benefits of the heterojunction for the sensor. The simulation results validated our proposed theoretical mechanism model. Our proposed biosensors could provide a novel approach for THz metasurface-based ultrasensitive biosensing technologies. | HAIYUN YAO ZHAOQING SUN LANJU LIANG XIN YAN YARUWANG MAOSHENG YANG XIAOFEI HU ZIQUN WANG ZHENHUA LI MENG WANG CHUANXIN HUANG QILI YANG ZHONGJUN TIAN JIANQUAN YAO | 2023 | Photonics Research2023,11,5: | 0 |
| 4 | Ecological Risk Assessment of Amphibian Chytridiomycosis from Europe to China显示文摘[Objective]Chytridiomycosis has become one of the important infectious diseases of amphibians around the world since 1998. So far, amphibian chytridiomycosis has led to regional extinction of nearly 200 kinds of amphibians and reduced 50% of amphibian populations in the world. In recent years, amphibian chytridiomycosis occurs frequently in Europe. For instance, amphibian chytridiomycosis cases have been found successively in Spain,Germany and Italy, especially in Germany. Currently, with the development of prosperous world trade, the spread of chytrid fungus through trade between countries has posed a huge potential threat to the ecological security of amphibians in China. [Method]According to entry-exit inspection and quarantine standards of the people's Republic of China,in this paper, release assessment, contact exposure assessment and consequence assessment technologies were integrated to obtain the risk assessment result of chytrid fungus from Europe and the possibility assessment result of the colonization and dissemination of chytrid fungus after the introduction. [Result]The risk assessment result of chytrid fungus from Europe to China was identified as ' moderate',and the possibility assessment result of the colonization and dissemination of chytrid fungus after the introduction was identified as ' high'. [Conclusion]The importation of amphibians from Europe to China exhibits a certain risk. The introduction of chytrid fungus in China will cause a high risk of colonization and dissemination. | Xiaolong WANG Sirui WANG Ziqun ZHANG Yunqi ZHU | 2014 | Agricultural Biotechnology2014,3,4: | 0 |
| 5 | Analysis on the Impact of Amphibian Export in South Africa on Global Chytrid Distribution: Taking China as an Example显示文摘Chytridiomycosis, caused by chytrid fungus,is a dominant infectious disease in anura after metamorphosis. Previous evidence suggests that Africa is the birthplace of chytridiomycosis. At present, with the increasingly rapid development of international trade in amphibians, the rapid spread and widespread outbreak of chytridiomycosis poses a huge threat to amphibian populations in the world. In this study, according to the entry-exit inspection and quarantine standards of the people's Republic of China, the impact of amphibian importation from South Africa on ecological security in China was analyzed based on release assessment, contact exposure assessment and consequence assessment,to investigate the risk of chytrid fungus through the importation of amphibians from South Africa to China and the possibility of the colonization and dissemination of chytrid fungus after the introduction. The result of risk assessment of chytrid fungus through the importation of amphibians from South Africa to China and the result of possibility assessment of the colonization and dissemination of chytrid fungus after the introduction were both identified as ' moderate',which indicated that the importation of amphibians from South Africa to China exhibited a certain risk, and the introduction of chytrid fungus in China would cause certain risk of colonization and dissemination. | Xiaolong WANG Sirui WANG Ziqun ZHANG Yunqi ZHU | 2014 | Agricultural Biotechnology2014,3,5: | 0 |
