1African Swine Fever Virus MGF-110-9L-deficient Mutant Has Attenuated Virulence in Pigs显示文摘African swine fever virus(ASFV)is the etiological agent of African swine fever(ASF),an often lethal disease in domestic and wild pigs.ASF represents a major threat to the swine industry worldwide.Currently,no commercial vaccine is available because of the complexity of ASFV or biosecurity concerns.Live attenuated viruses that are naturally isolated or genetically manipulated have demonstrated reliable protection against homologous ASFV strain challenge.In the present study,a mutant ASFV strain with the deletion of ASFV MGF-110-9L(ASFV-D9L)was generated from a highly virulent ASFV CN/GS/2018 parental strain,a genotypeⅡASFV.Relative to the parental ASFV isolate,deletion of the MGF-110-9L gene significantly decreased the ability of ASFV-D9L to replicate in vitro in primary swine macrophage cell cultures.The majority of animals inoculated intramuscularly with a low dose of ASFV-D9L(10 HAD50)remained clinically normal during the 21-day observational period.Three of five ASFV-D9L-infected animals displayed low viremia titers and low virus shedding and developed a strong virus-specific antibody response,indicating partial attenuation of the ASFV-D9L strain in pigs.The findings imply the potential usefulness of the ASFV-D9L strain for further development of ASF control measures.Dan Li Yinguang Liu Xiaolan Qi Yuan Wen Pan Li Zhao Ma Yongjie Liu Haixue Zheng Zhijie Liu 2021Virologica Sinica2021,36,2:8

3Biological Characteristics of Aeromonas Strains in Nanchang Area显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to find effective measures to prevent and control Pelteobagrus fulvidraco hemorrhage.[Methods]Typical disease materials were collected for bacterial isolation and culture and biological characteristics detection,and morphological characteristics were observed by pure culture method.Biochemical characteristics were identified by micro biochemical method.Molecular identification was performed by PCR amplification method.Drug resistance was detected by disk diffusion method.The agar diffusion method was used for the detection of in-vitro inhibitory effect.The immunogenicity of the isolates was detected by subcutaneous immunoassay.The virulence factor was detected by spot inoculation.The intraperitoneal injection was used for the detection of pathogenicity.[Results]The isolates were round,grayish white,and identified as Aeromonas.They fermented maltose,glucose,etc.,did not ferment lactose,and were negative for urea and H2S and positive for lysine and arginine.The target fragment appeared at 1 500,and the sequences shared the highest homology with Aeromonas.The isolates were highly susceptible to amikacin and gentamicin,and resistant to penicillin G and tetracycline.Eight lactic acid bacteria strains produced 1.1-1.9 cm of inhibition zone against the isolates.After the second vaccination,the titer reached 2^13;both hemolysin and protease were produced;and the test mice died within 24 h.[Conclusions]The isolates are Aeromonas,and have strong drug resistance,immunogenicity and pathogenicity.Inactivated emusion-oil vaccines of Aeromonas combined with the co-use of lactic acid bacteria and susceptible drugs can prevent the outbreak of diseases caused by Aeromonas.Xinyi SHAN Dongxu WEN Xiaolan LIU Wangming TAO Mengjuan ZHANG Wei QI Fengwei ZHANG Zhixiu ZHU 2019Agricultural Biotechnology2019,8,3:1

6Defect-induced electron rich nanodomains in CoSe_(0.5)S_(1.5)/GA realize fast ion migration kinetics as sodium-ion capacitor anode显示文摘Optimizing charge migration and alleviating volume expansion in anode materials are the key to improve the electrochemical performance for sodium-ion storage devices.Herein,a hierarchical porous conducting matrix confining defect-rich selenium doped cobalt dichalcogenide(CoSe_(0.5)S_(1.5)/GA)is constructed as a promising SICs anode based on the guidance of theoretical calculation analysis.The increased defect concentration significantly enhanced the disorder degree of the compound and presented electron aggregation around the S atoms,which effectively modulated the electronic structure,further enabling high rate and ultra-capacity sodium storage.Moreover,strong interfacial coupling could construct spatial constraint to alleviate volume expansion as well as maintain electrode integrity and stability.The CoSe_(0.5)S_(1.5)/GA electrode can deliver a high capacity of 310.1 mA h g^(-1)after 2000 cycles at 1 A g^(-1),and the CoSe_(0.5)S_(1.5)/GA//AC sodium ion capacitor can exhibit an outstanding energy density of 237.5 W h kg^(-1).A series of characterization and theoretical calculation convincingly reveal that the defect moieties can regulate the Na^(+)storage and diffusion kinetics,which prove that our defect manufacture coupling with space-confined strategy can provide deep insights into the development of high-performance Na^(+)storage devices.Tianlin Li Danyang Zhao Binghui Du Qing Yin Yongzhi Li Xiaolan Xue Fuxiang Wei Jiqiu Qi Yanwei Sui 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,12:0
7Synthesis of Rare Earth Based Modenite and Study on Its Performance for Catalyzing Phenol Hydroxylation Reaction显示文摘La or Ce-containing mordenite samples were synthesized from an amine-free fluorine-containing system with a quite broad range of raw materials compositions.When cerous nitrate was used in place of lanthanum nitrate as the starting material for synthesis of the zeolite,the formation of quartz could be inhibited.Aluminum is the necessary starting material for synthesis of the rare earth-containing modernite,which features good activity for catalyzing phenol hydroxylation reaction with a less tar formation and a higher ratio of ortho-hydroxyphenol/para-hydroxyphenol.The activity of Ce-containing modernite is apparently higher than that of La-containing mordenite.The mordenite sample with high cerium content can give a higher phenol conversion coupled with a 200% increase in hydroquinone selectivity,resulting in an apparent reduction in para-benzoquinone selectivity.The phenol conversion increases in big chunks with an increasing reaction temperature,leading to an obvious reduction in para-benzoquinone selectivity along with an increasing decline ratio of ortho/para-positioned hydroxyphenol products.The appropriate hydroxylation reaction time is in the range of 4-6 hours.Chen Xiaodong Qi Xiaolan Zhang Jingchang 2011China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2011,13,1:0
8Development of unilateral obstacle-avoiding mower for Y-trellis pear orchard显示文摘To solve the problem of weeding under Y-trellis pear orchards,a unilateral obstacle-avoiding mower(UOAM)was developed in this study.The mower is composed of an obstacle-avoiding disc mechanism,a hydraulic profiling mechanism,and a cutting disc mechanism.The diameter of the obstacle-avoiding disc was 0.7 m,which could swing around the trunk or ground pile actuated by the spring mechanism.The piston movement of the hydraulic cylinder controls the working position of the obstacle-avoiding disc.The maximum extension distance of the hydraulic profiling arm was 1 m.Based on the national standards and actual situation of orchards,the optimum parameters were determined with a combination of advancing speed of 0.44 m/s,rotation speed of the cutting disc at 2000 r/min,blade number of 2,and cutting edge length of 0.2 m.Finally,the design parameters were verified by the mathematical model of the blade cutting edge trajectory and multi-body dynamics simulation.Taking stubble cutting stability,leakage rate,working efficiency and costs as the test indexes,field performance comparison tests were carried out on the three operation modes of UOAM mowing,shoulder carrying mower(SCM)mowing and manual weeding.Test results showed that the coefficient variation of stubble cutting height of UOAM was the smallest,showing that the working stability of UOAM was better than the other two treatments.The leakage rate of UOAM was 2.42%,and its coefficient variation was lower than that of SCM.The working efficiency of UOAM was much higher than that of SCM and manual weeding,which was 4.44 times of SCM and 20 times of manual weeding.The profitable area of UOAM was 7.02 hm^(2),showing that it was suitable for large-scale mechanized Y-trellis pear orchards.Xiaohui Lei Yannan Qi Jin Zeng Quanchun Yuan Youhong Chang Xiaolan Lyu 2022International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2022,15,1:0
9MEF2C ameliorates learning,memory,and molecular pathological changes in Alzheimer’s disease in vivo andin vitro显示文摘Myocyte enhancer factor 2C(MEF2C)is highly expressed in the nervous system,and regulates neuro-development,synaptic plasticity,and inflammation.However,its mechanism in Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is underestimated.In this study,the role and mechanism of MEF2C were investigated in the brain tissue specimens from patients with AD,APPswe/PSEN1dE9 double transgenic(APP/PS1_DT)mice,and SH-SY5Y cells treated withβ-amyloid peptide(Aβ).The results indicated that the expression of MEF2C is significantly reduced,and the expression of MEF2C/Aβin different parts of brain is negatively correlated in patients with AD.Knockdown of MEF2C promotes cell apoptosis and the level ofβ-amyloid precursor protein cleaving enzyme 1(BACE)but reduces BACE2 expression.In addition,knockdown of Mef2c enhances the generation and aggregation of Aβin the cortex of APP/PS1_DT mice,reduces the expression of synaptic proteins,exacerbates the ability of learning and memory of APP/PS1_DT mice,damages the structure of mitochondria,increases the oxidative stress(OS)level,and inhibits the expression levels of members of the Nrf2-ARE signal pathway.In summary,inhibition of MEF2C exacerbates the toxic effect of Aβin vivo and in vitro,damages synaptic plasticity,reduces the ability of learning and memory of APP/PS1 mice,and increases the level of OS via the Nrf2-ARE signal pathway.Jiamou Ren Shuli Zhang Xiaoling Wang Yuxin Deng Yi Zhao Yan Xiao Jian Liu Liangzhao Chu Xiaolan Qi 2022Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,1:0
10Catalytic Elimination of Oxygenated Byproducts in the Toluene Methylation Process显示文摘Catalytic methylation of toluene with methanol is an important alternative pathway for xylene production.Previous studies have indicated that methanol always undergoes several side reactions on acidic zeolites,resulting in oxygencontaining byproducts such as dimethyl ethers,ketones,and carboxylic acids.Herein,the presence and distribution of the oxygenated compounds formed during toluene methylation were firstly examined by systematic chromatographic analysis.Plausible formation mechanisms for the various oxygenates are discussed.The most problematic byproduct is found to be acetic acid,which can lead to inferior product quality and damage downstream units.A feasible solution is presented for oxygenate removal after toluene methylation,in which acetic acid is eliminated by catalytic decomposition into low-boilingpoint acetone over a MgO catalyst.This process allows for all of the low-boiling-point oxygenates,including methanol,dimethyl ether,acetone,and butanone,to be removed from the aromatics phase,taking advantage of the temperature of the reaction effluent and standard distillation equipment.X-ray diffraction was used to characterize the crystal phase of the fresh and used MgO decarbonylation catalysts,while thermogravimetry/mass spectrometry and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy were applied to investigate the transformation mechanism of acetic acid over the decarbonylation catalyst.CO insertion and ketonization of acetic acid accounted for the formation and elimination of acetic acid,respectively.The combined methylation/decarbonylation process should enable the production of high-quality xylenes,an important industrial feedstock,by overcoming the main technical obstacles associated with the toluene methylation process.Hou Min Qi Xiaolan Zheng Junlin 2023China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2023,25,2:0
