1Research on Kalman-filter based multisensor data fusion显示文摘Multisensor data fusion has played a significant role in diverse areas ranging from local robot guidance to global military theatre defense etc.Various multisensor data fusion methods have been extensively investigated by researchers,of which Klaman filtering is one of the most important.Kalman filtering is the best-known recursive least mean-square algorithm to optimally estimate the unknown states of a dynamic system,which has found widespread application in many areas.The scope of the work is restricted to investigate the various data fusion and track fusion techniques based on the Kalman Filter methods,then a new method of state fusion is proposed. 5Efficacy of Sijunzi decoction(四君子汤) on limb weakness in spleen Qi deficiency model rats through adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase/unc-51 like autophagy activating kinase 1 signaling显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of Sijunzi decoction(四君子汤)on limb weakness in a rat model of spleen Qi deficiency(SQD),and to study its effect on mitophagy in skeletal muscle through adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase(AMPK)/unc-51 like autophagy activating kinase 1(ULK1)signaling.METHODS:SQD model rats were produced by fasting combined with forced swimming method for15 d.After model assessment,rats were randomly divided into four groups of 10[low/middle/high(L/M/H)Sijunzi decoction dose groups and a normal saline(S)group].Limb holding power(HP)and body mass(BM)were measured after 2 weeks of treatment.Following euthanasia,quadriceps femoris were dissected and myofiber and mitochondrial morphology were observed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM).Mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP),adenosine triphosphatase(ATP)and reactive oxygen species(ROS)levels were determined using colorimetric methods,and immunoblot analysis of Microtubule-associated protein light chain 3(LC3)and Sequestosome 1(p62)was performed to monitor mitophagy and AMPK/ULK1 signaling.RESULTS:Compared with control(C)group rats,in the S group,HP was reduced,the myofiber Z line was disordered,mitochondria were scattered,and numerous vacuoles and mitophagy were observed.MMP and ATP levels were reduced,ROS levels were elevated,and LC3B expression,and p-AMPKα(Thr172)/AMPKα,p-ULK1(Ser555)/ULK1,and p-Raptor(Ser792)/Raptor ratios were increased,while p62 expression and p-mT OR(Ser2448)/mT OR and p-ULK1(Ser757)/ULK1 ratios were decreased.After treatment,compared with the S group,HP was improved in M and H groups but not in the L group.Mitophagy was reduced in M,H and L groups but the Z line was disordered and vacuolization remained in the L group.ATP levels were elevated in M,H and L groups,and MMPs were elevated in M and H groups but not in the L group.ROS levels were decreased in M,H and L groups,as were LC3B expression and p-Raptor(Ser792)/Raptor ratios,while p62 expression and p-mT OR(Ser2448)/mT OR and p-ULK1(Ser757)/ULK1 ratios were increased in M and H groups but not in the L group.p-AMPKα(Thr172)/AMPKαand p-ULK1(Ser555)/ULK1 ratios were decreased in M,H and L groups.CONCLUSIONS:Sijunzi decoction improved HP,possibly by inhibiting mitophagy via suppression of AMPK/ULK1 signaling.This restored mitochondrial morphology and improved oxidative phosphorylation,which contributed to recovery of limb weakness in SQD model rats.LIU Wenjun XU Xinzhu DUAN Zhiyuan LIANG Xicai MA Dan LI Gege XIE Xin CHAI Jiyan CHEN Jing SHAN Dehong 2021Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,4:2

9Zircon U-Pb age and Hf isotopic characteristics of the Huangtuliang monzonitic granite, North Hebei Province, China显示文摘The Huangtuliang monzonitic granite outcrops on the northern side of the Huangtuliang gold mining district, Chicheng, North Hebei Province. Our predecessors only made isotopic age determination using the K-Ar method. Through LA-MC-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb dating and zircon Hf isotopic composition determination, this study acquired the age of 244.8±2.0 Ma(MSWD=0.57) on the basis of the weighed mean 206Pb/238U ratio, indicating that the Huangtuliang monzonitic granite was formed during the Middle Triassic period, which is the product of Early Indosinian magmatic activities in the region of North Hebei. εHf(t) values vary relatively evenly, within the range of-10.65--14.03, with an average of-12.14. 16经皮瘤内注射^(32)P-玻璃微球治疗肝癌剂量与生物效应的实验研究(英文)显示文摘Objection:To study the relationship between different doses and biological effect of 32P-glass microspheres(32P-GMS) by percutaneous intra-tumor injection at different times and provide proofs of theory for clinical therapy.Methods:36 Zealand rabbits and Vx-2 were used to establish the animal model of liver tumor.Six groups were randomly designed.The suspension of different radiative doses of 32P-GMS combined with lipiodol-ultrafluid(0.1 mL) was respectively injected by percutaneous intra-tumor.The tumor tissues were examined by light microscope.MRI examination of liver tumors were performed before and after the injection.Results:C and D groups were observed that the tumor volume was decreased and the rate of restrained tumor was gradually increased after injection of 32P-GMS.The living tumor tissues of E group completely disappeared after the injection for two weeks.MRI examination showed that the tumor signal of E group was equal as T2 as the signal of normal liver parenchyma.The living tumor tissues were not found in F group after the injection for three weeks.Conclusion:111 MBq was the best radiative dose of 32P-GMS for treatment of 1 cm liver cancer by percutaneous intra-tumor injection.MRI examination was very valuable to evaluate the result and follow up after the injection to treat liver cancer.Xicai Cao Bin Li Xiaona Song Yong Liu Xiaodong Wang Jinsheng Wang Zhibin Fan Yan Han Fuxian Jiang 2008The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2008,7,10:0

18miR-30a-5p/PHTF2 axis regulates the tumorigenesis and metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma显示文摘Background:Lung adenocarcinoma is a very pervasive histological form of lung cancers,and inhibiting metastasis is crucial for effective treatment.In this investigation,we explored the functional interaction of miR-30a-5p and the putative transcription factor 2 of the homeodomain(PHTF2)in dictating the aggressiveness and metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma.Method:We collected clinical samples to evaluate the expression patterns of miR-30a-5p and PHTF2 in lung adenocarcinoma along with normal tissues.Cellular experiments including cell count kit(CCK)-8 growth assay,apoptosis analysis,migration and invasion examinations were performed to assess the aggressiveness of lung adenocarcinoma cells.Furthermore,we examined tumorigenesis and metastasis in a nude mouse model.Results:MiR-30a-5p exhibited downregulation pattern in lung adenocarcinoma samples.Transfection of miR-30a-5p mimic in lung adenocarcinoma cells resulted in the suppression of malignant characteristics.Notably,the administration of miR-30a-5p mimic also curbed tumorigenesis and metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma cells in animal model.Moreover,PHTF2 was found to be a molecular target of miR-30a-5p.Upregulating PHTF2 counteracted the tumor-suppressive effect of the miR-30a-5p mimic.Conclusion:miR-30a-5p functions as a tumor-suppressive molecule while PHTF2 acts as an oncogenic factor in the development and metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma.Therefore,targeting miR-30a-5p and PHTF2 could be developed into a promising therapeutic approach for inhibiting metastasis in lung adenocarcinoma.LIJUAN ZHANG QINGYIN MENG LI ZHUANG QUAN GONG XIANDA HUANG XUEQIN LI SHIJUAN LI GUOQIN WANG XICAI WANG 2024BIOCELL2024,48,4:0
19Method for determining number of coherent signals in the presence of colored noise显示文摘The approach of estimating the number of signals based on information theoretic criteria has good performance in the assumption of white noise, but it always leads to false estimation of the coherent sources in colored noise. An approach combining the combined information theoretic criteria and eigenvalue correction, is presented to determine number of signals. The method uses maximum likelihood (ML) and information theoretic criteria to estimate coherent signals alternately, then eliminate the inequality of the eigenvalues caused by colored noise by correcting the noise eigenvalues.
