1RadA:A protein involved in DNA damage repair processes of Deinococcus radiodurans R1显示文摘RadA is highly conserved in bacteria and belongs to the RecA/RadA/Rad51 protein su-perfamily found in bacteria,archaea and eukarya. In Archaea,it plays a critical role in homologous re-combination process due to its RecA-like function. In Escherichia coli,it takes part in conjugational recom-bination and DNA repair but is not as important as that of archaea. Using PSI-BLAST searches,we found that Deinococcus radiodurans RadA had a higher similarity to that of bacteria than archaea and eukarya. Disruption of radA gene in D. radiodurans resulted in a modestly decreased resistance to gamma radiation and ultraviolet,but had no effect on the resistance to hydrogen peroxide. Complementa-tion of the radA disruptant by both E. coli radA and D. radiodurans radA could fully restore its resistance to gamma radiation and ultraviolet irradiation. Further domain function analyses of D. radiodurans RadA showed that the absence of the zinc finger domain resulted in a slightly more sensitive phenotype to gamma and UV radiation than that of the radA mutant,while the absence of the Lon protease domain exhib-ited a slightly increased resistance to gamma and UV radiation. 8Effect of different machinery and rolling times on the microbial activity of reclamation soil in coal area显示文摘Mechanical construction will put influence on the biological characters of reclaimed soils,as well as the soil quality.In order to explore the changing rule of soil microbial quantity and respiratory capacity under different construction machineries and rolling times,and find the optimal processing conditions,an experiment was set up and a simulation experimental area was chosen,in which we simulated the main types of reclamation in coal mine area.After 2 years’natural aging,we collected surface soil samples(0-20 cm)that can be used for experimental analysis.The result shows that changing rules of soil biological factors are different with different construction machineries,and soil properties are closest to the normal soil when adopting the combination of“crawler dozer×5 compaction times”and“dump truck×3 compaction times”,which shows that the soil quality is better under this condition.Xiangyu Min Xinju Li Ning Liu Xiaona Huang Kejin Dong Feng Gao 2014International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2014,1,2:1

14An Extension to the Said-Type Generalized Ball Basis Functions显示文摘In this paper, we present a general approach to the construction of the Said-type generalized Ball basis functions. The advantage of our approach lies in the fact that it can be used to derive the expressions for polynomials of not only odd degrees but also even degrees in terms of the Said-type generalized Ball basis functions. We then define dual functionals for the Said-type generalized Ball basis in a very natural manner and bring to light the integral property of the Said-type generalized Ball basis functions. 16Effect of calcination temperature on B-site vacancy content of La0.75Sr0.25Mn0.92△0.08O3-δperovskite显示文摘Lanthanum manganite with cation vacancies from nominal La_(0.75)Sr_(0.25)Mn_(0.92)△_(0.08)O_(3-δ) nanocrystalline powder was successfully prepared at different calcination temperatures using the sol-gel method. X-ray diffraction shows that as the calcination temperature(T_(Cal)) increases, the crystal particle diameter increases, but the B-site vacancy content decreases. According to a powder diffraction profile fitting technique and transmission electron microscopy results, the vacancy content can be estimated as 0.08,0.01, and 0.005 for T_(Cal) = 1073,1273, and 1473 K, respectively. Magnetization versus temperature curves show that the magnetic transition temperatures, including the Curie temperature, are influenced by both B-site vacancies and double-exchange interaction between Mn^(3+) and Mn^(4+) cations. A core-shell model is proposed for vacancies located on the surfaces of the crystal particles. 17'Third eye' of colonoscopists: a preclinical comparative study of artificial intelligence-assisted polyp detection显示文摘To the Editor: In China, colorectal cancer (CRC) ranks third in cancer incidence and fifth in cancer-related deaths.[1] Most CRCs arise from adenomatous polyps. Colonoscopy can detect and remove polyps early to prevent CRC. However, the polyp miss rate in conventional colonoscopy may be more than 40%.[2] New endoscopic devices for detecting polyps have made some progress over the past few decades,[3] but are still operator-dependent and require additional costs. 18Tetranuclear Copper complexes with new β—diketone and β—iminoketone—containing ligands显示文摘Novel tetranuclear copper complexes,Cu4(OH)2(ClO4)3 (HA).H2O(1)and Cu4(ClO4)5(H3B).3H2O(2),were synthesized by reacting 1,5-bis(1'-phenyl-3'-methyl-5'-pyrazolone-4')-1,5--pentanedione with 1,3-propanediamine and 2-hydroxyl-1,3-propanediamine in the presence of a template reagent copper ion ,New[2+2] type open cyclic multidentate ligands are also obtained from the reaction(H4A) and H6B stand for new compounds from 1,3-propanediamine and 2-hydroxyl-1,3-propanediamine,respectively),They each contain five C=O ,three C=N and one NH2 group[s,The complexes were characterized by elemental analyses,conductivity,FR-i.r.electronic spectra and extended X-ray absorption fine structure(EXAFS),Copper ions in (1) are basically four coordinate with tetragonal geometry.The average coordination bond distances of Cu-N and Cu-O are 1.91 A and 2.05A .In(2).copper ions are primarily five coordinate with square-based pyramidal geometry.The average coordination bond distances of Cu-N and Cu-O are 1.93 A and 2.08 A.Four copper atoms in molecules may be arranged tetragonally.Both the ligand field and the coordination bonds in complex(1) are stronger than those in(2).Investigations on variable temperature susceptibilities show that some antiferromagnetic exchange interaction exist in the complexes,The plots of x-1 versus T obey the Curie-Weiss law only at low temperature.Preliminary results of a bioassay indicate that the two complexes have some antitumour activity in vitro.LuqingYang XinJu 1999同步辐射装置用户科技论文集1999,,1:0
19Iodine-catalyzed amination of benzothiazoles with KSeCN in water to access primary 2-aminobenzothiazoles显示文摘A facile and sustainable approach for the amination of benzothiazoles with KSe CN using iodine as the catalyst in water has been disclosed under transition-metal free conditions. The reaction proceeded smoothly to afford various primary 2-amino benzothiazoles in up to 96% yield. A series of control experiments were performed, suggesting a ring-opening mechanism was involved via a radical process.
