| 2 | The direct electrochemistry of glucose oxidase based on the synergic effect of amino acid ionic liquid and carbon nanotubes显示文摘Amino acid ionic liquids(AAILs) have attracted much attention due to their special chemical and physical properties,especially their outstanding biocompatibility and truly green aspect.In this work,a novel electrochemical biosensing platform based on AAILs/carbon nanotubes(CNTs) composite was fabricated.AAILs were used as a novel solvent for glucose oxidase(GOD) and the GOD-AAILs/CNTs/GC electrode was conveniently prepared by immersing the carbon nanotubes(CNTs) modified glassy carbon(GC) electrode into AAILs containing GOD.The direct electrochemistry of GOD on the GOD-AAILs/CNTs/GC electrode has been investigated and a pair of reversible peaks was obtained by cyclic voltammetry.The immobilized glucose oxidase could retain bioactivity and catalyze the reduction of dissolved oxygen.Due to the synergic effect of AAILs and CNTs,the GOD-AAILs/CNTs/GC electrode shows excellent electrocatalytic activity towards glucose with a linear range from 0.05 to 0.8 mM and a detection limit of 5.5 μM(S/N = 3).Furthermore,the biosensor exhibits good stability and ability to exclude the interference of commonly coexisting uric and ascorbic acid.Therefore,AAILs/CNTs composite can be a good candidate biocompatible material for the direct electrochemistry of the redox-active enzyme and the construction of third-generation enzyme sensors. | WANG MengDong DENG ChunYan NIE Zhou XU XiaHong YAO ShouZhuo | 2009 | Science China Chemistry2009,52,11: | 4 |
| 3 | Application of data fusion method to fault diagnosis of nuclear power plant显示文摘The work condition of nuclear power plant (NPP) is very bad, which makes it has faults easily. In order to diagnose the faults real time, the fusion diagnosis system is built. The data fusion fault diagnosis system adopts data fusion method and divides the fault diagnosis into three levels, which are data fusion level, feature level and decision level. The feature level uses three parallel neural networks whose structures are the same. The purpose of using neural networks is mainly to get basic probability assignment (BPA) of D-S evidence theory, and the neural networks in feature level are used for local diagnosis. D-S evidence theory is adopted to integrate the local diagnosis results in decision level. The reactor coolant system is the study object and we choose 2# steam generator U-tubes break of the reactor coolant system as a diagnostic example. | 5 | Colonization of endophyte Acremonium sp. D212 in Panax notoginseng and rice mediated by auxin and jasmonic acid显示文摘Endophytic fungi can be beneficial to plant growth. However, the molecular mechanisms under-lying colonization of Acremonium spp. remain unclear. In this study, a novel endophytic Acremonium strain was isolated from the buds of Panax notoginseng and named Acremonium sp. D212. The Acremonium sp. D212 could colonize the roots of P. notoginseng, enhance the resistance of P. notoginseng to root rot disease, and promote root growth and saponin bio-synthesis in P. notoginseng. Acremonium sp. D212 could secrete indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) and jasmonic acid (JA), and inoculation with the fungus increased the endogenous levels of IAA and JA in P. noto-ginseng. Colonization of the Acremonium sp. D212 in the roots of the rice line Nipponbare was dependent on the concentration of methyl jasmonate (MeJA) (2–15μmol/L) and 1-naphthalenacetic acid (NAA) (10–20μmol/L). Moreover, the roots of the JA signaling-defective coi1-18 mutant were colonized by Acremonium sp. D212 to a lesser degree than those of the wild-type Nipponbare and miR393b-overexpressing lines, and the colonization was res-cued by MeJA but not by NAA. It suggests that the cross-talk between JA signaling and the auxin biosynthetic pathway plays a crucial role in the colonization of Acremonium sp. | 6 | Variations in nitrogen isotopic values among various particle-sized fractions in modern soil in northwestern China显示文摘Ratios of stable nitrogen isotopes in organic matter derived from plants and preserved in soil are potential tracers for nitrogen cycles in natural ecosystems and valuable for evaluation of climate change. However, the rela-tionship between nitrogen isotopic compositions in surface soil and in plant litter during the decomposition process from plant litter to soil organic matter is not well understood. By using nitrogen isotopic analysis of soil parti-cle-sized fractions, nitrogen isotope discrimination between plant litter and surface soil organic matter in various modern ecosystems in northwestern China was conducted. The results of our study indicate that: (1) in general, the nitrogen isotopic compositions of particle-sized fractions from surface soil are different, and δ15N values increase from plant litter to fine soil organic matter; (2) the δ15N values in the soil particle-sized fractions become larger with increasing relative humidity and temperature, and the largest variation in the δ15N values is from -5.9‰ to -0.3‰; and (3) under a controlled climate, significant nitrogen isotope differences in δ15N values (Δδ15Nplant-soil) between plant litter and bulk soil organic matter were observed, with the values of 1.52 to 4.75 at various sites. | 18 | Analysis of changes in the Panax notoginseng glycerolipidome in response to long-term chilling and heat显示文摘Long-term moderately high or low temperatures can damage economically important plants.In the present study,we treated Panax notoginseng,an important traditional Chinese medicine,with temperatures of 10,20,and 30℃for 30 days.We then investigated P.notoginseng glycerolipidome responses to these moderate temperature stresses using an ESI/MS-MS-based lipidomic approach.Both long-term chilling(LTC,10℃)and long-term heat(LTH,30℃)decreased photo pigment levels and photosynthetic rate.LTH-induced degradation of photo pigments and glycerolipids may further cause the decline of photosynthesis and thereafter the senescence of leaves.LTC-induced photosynthesis decline is attributed to the degradation of photo synthetic pigments rather than the degradation of chloroplastidic lipids.P.notoginseng has an especially high level of lysophosphatidylglycerol,which may indicate that either P.notoginseng phospholipase A acts in a special manner on phosphatidylglycerol(PG),or that phospholipase B acts.The ratio of sulfoquinovosyldiacylglycerol(SQDG)to PG increased significantly after LTC treatment,which may indicate that SQDG partially substitutes for PG.After LTC treatment,the increase in the degree of unsaturation of plastidic lipids was less than that of extraplastidic lipids,and the increase in the unsaturation of PG was the largest among the ten lipid classes tested.These results indicate that increasing the level of unsaturated PG may play a special role in maintaining the function and stability of P.notoginseng photosystems after LTC treatment. | Tao Liu Jia Chen Furong Xu Xiahong He Shengchao Yang Youyong Zhu Weiqi Li Guowei Zheng | 2020 | Plant Diversity2020,42,2: | 1 |
