| 2 | The effects of diltiazem in renal transplantation patients treated with cyclosporine A显示文摘Objective:To investigate the effects of diltiazem and cyclosporine A(CsA)combination therapy on protecting the kidney,promoting graft functioning and improving post-transplanted kidney recovery.Methods:The blood concentrations of CsA,the condition of the post-transplant kidney,the rate of acute rejection(AR),as well as hepatic and renal toxicity in 636 cases of renal transplant recipients were determined after being treated by CsA,with or without diltiazem.Results:Compared with the control group which received CsA,mycophenolate mofetil(MMF) and prednisolone(Pred)but lacked diltiazem,the group receiving these agents together with diltiazem required reduced dosage of CsA(P<0.01),while blood concentrations of CsA were significantly increased(P<0.01);the recovery time of graft function was reduced from(6.2±1.5)d to(3.9±1.4)d(P<0.01),and the rate of AR was decreased from 13.2%to 7.9%(P<0.01).Conclusion:In renal transplantation patients treated with CsA and diltiazem,blood concentrations of CsA were increased while the dosage was decreased.This efficient combination therapy reduced patients'economic burden,at the same time retained kidney function,promoted graft function recovery and decreased hepatic and renal toxicity and the rate of AR. | Wujun Xue Yong Song Puxun Tian Xiaoming Ding Xiaoming Pan Hang Yan Jun Hou Xinshun Feng Heli Xiang Xiaohui Tian | 2010 | The Journal of Biomedical Research2010，24，4： | 4 |

| 5 | Absorption characteristics,model,and molecular mechanism of hydrogen sulfide in morpholine acetate aqueous solution显示文摘The solubility of H_(2)S was measured in solutions of N-butyl-N-methylmorpholine acetate([Bmmorp][Ac])containing 20%-40%(mass)water at experimental temperatures ranged from 298.15 to 328.15 K and pressures up to 320 k Pa.The total solubility of H_(2)S increased with higher temperatures,lower pressures,and reduced water content.The reaction equilibrium thermodynamic model was used to correlate the solubility data.The results indicate that the chemical reaction equilibrium constant decrease with increasing water content and temperature,whereas Henry constant increase with increasing water content and temperature.Compared with other ionic liquids,H_(2)S exhibits a higher physical absorption enthalpy and a lower chemical absorption enthalpy in[Bmmorp][Ac]aqueous solution.This suggests that[Bmmorp][Ac]has a strong physical affinity for H_(2)S and low energy requirement for desorption.Quantum chemical methods were used to investigate the molecular mechanism of H_(2)S absorption in ionic liquids.The interaction energy analysis revealed that the binding of H_(2)S with the ionic liquid in a1:2 ratio is more stable.Detailed analyses by the methods of the interaction region indicator and the atoms in molecules were conducted to the interactions between H_(2)S and the ionic liquid. | Hongwei Jin Yun Teng Kangkang Li Zhou Feng Zhonghao Li Shiqi Qu Hongzhi Xia Huanong Cheng Yugang Li Xinshun Tan Shiqing Zheng | 2024 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2024，66，2： | 0 |
| 6 | Effects of mature Sertoli cells on allogeneic islets cocultured in vitro显示文摘Objective: To set up a method for isolation and culture of mature Sertoli cells and to estimate their effects on allogeneic islets cocultured in vitro. Methods: Adult SD rat testicular Sertoli cells were prepared successfully by three-step enzyme digestion. Then they were cocultured respectively with allogeneic islets and activated Wistar rat splenocytes. 24-hour cumulative insulin release and glucose-stimulated insulin secretion test were performed to detect islet function between pure islets culture group and coculture group. Splenocyte proliferation activity was determined by MTT colorimetry assay to observe the inhibition effect of Sertoli cells in different densities. Result: Firstly, in pure islet culture group, the 24-hour cumulative insulin release was gradually decreased in 21-day culture time. Compared to day 3, this change was significant on day 7 (P < 0.05) and on day 10,14,21(P < 0.01). In contrast, in coculture group, compared to day 3, the 24-hour cumulative insulin release was increased significantly on day 7 (P < 0.01), and then gradually decreased on day 10 and 14, but still higher than that of day 3. It was on day 21 that it began to decrease compared to day 3(P < 0.05). During the culture time in vitro, the 24-hour cumulative insulin release of islet coculture group was significantly higher than that of pure islets culture group(P < 0.01). In the case of stimulation index(SI), there was a similar tendency as insulin release in the two groups. Secondly, mature Sertoli cells(1×106/mL) pretreated by 15 grays irradiation could decrease proliferation activity of activated splenocytes compared to that of control group(P < 0.01). This inhibition effect was dose-dependent. Conclusion: Mature Sertoli cells can improve the function and prolong the survival of islet cells cultured in vitro. They can also provide an immune protection to islet cells.
