| 1 | Synthesis of three-dimensionally ordered porous perovskite type LaMnO_3 for Al-air battery显示文摘LaMnO_3 catalysts with three-dimensionally ordered holes perovskite structure were prepared via closepacked SiO_2 template synthesized by Stober-Frink method. SEM, XRD and BET were employed to characterize the microstructure, phases and specific surface area. CV method was used to the oxygen electrode beha-vior of catalysts. Diameter of the holes was about 330 nm, corresponding to the size of SiO_2 template. | 2 | Performance Validation and Analysis for Multi-Method Fusion Based Image Quality Metrics in A New Image Database显示文摘Considering that there is no single full reference image quality assessment method that could give the best performance in all situations, some multi-method fusion metrics were proposed. Machine learning techniques are often involved in such multi-method fusion metrics so that its output would be more consistent with human visual perceptions. On the other hand, the robustness and generalization ability of these multi-method fusion metrics are questioned because of the scarce of images with mean opinion scores. In order to comprehensively validate whether or not the generalization ability of such multi-method fusion IQA metrics are satisfying, we construct a new image database which contains up to 60 reference images. The newly built image database is then used to test the generalization ability of different multi-method fusion IQA metrics. Cross database validation experiment indicates that in our new image database, the performances of all the multi-method fusion IQA metrics have no statistical significant different with some single-method IQA metrics such as FSIM and MAD. | 3 | Loss of Lkb1 impairs Treg function and stability to aggravate graft-versus-host disease after bone marrow transplantation显示文摘Accumulating evidence suggests that a reduction in the number of Foxp3^(+) regulatory T cells(Tregs)contributes to the pathogenesis of acute graft-versus-host disease(aGVHD),which is a major adverse complication that can occur after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT).However,the precise features and mechanism underlying the defects in Tregs remain largely unknown.In this study,we demonstrated that Tregs were more dramatically decreased in bone marrow compared with those in peripheral blood from aGVHD patients and that bone marrow Treg defects were negatively associated with hematopoietic reconstitution.Tregs from aGVHD patients exhibited multiple defects,including the instability of Foxp3 expression,especially in response to IL-12,impaired suppressor function,decreased migratory capacity,and increased apoptosis.Transcriptional profiling revealed the downregulation of Lkb1,a previously identified critical regulator of murine Treg identity and metabolism,and murine Lkb1-regulated genes in Tregs from aGVHD patients.Foxp3 expression in human Tregs could be decreased and increased by the knockdown and overexpression of the Lkb1 gene,respectively.Furthermore,a loss-of-function assay in an aGVHD murine model confirmed that Lkb1 deficiency could impair Tregs and aggravate disease severity.These findings reveal that Lkb1 downregulation contributes to multiple defects in Tregs in human aGVHD and highlight the Lkb1-related pathways that could serve as therapeutic targets that may potentially be manipulated to mitigate aGVHD. | Xiuhua Su Qianqian Wang Wei Guo Xiaolei Pei Qing Niu Maolan Liu Yuanyuan Liu Song Chen Sizhou Feng Yi He Donglin Yang Rongli Zhang Qiaoling Ma Weihua Zhai Aiming Pang Jialin Wei Yong Huang Yuechen Luo Mingzhe Han Xiaoming Feng Erlie Jiang | 2020 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2020,17,5: | 3 |

The results indicate that: in the condition of the cross shear rolling, the deformation texture of rolled sheet is generally similar to that of conventional rolled sheet, however, the texture distribution through the thickness is asymmetrical. | 5 | Enhanced efficiency of graphene-silicon Schottky junction solar cell through inverted pyramid arrays texturation显示文摘Nanostructures of silicon are gradually becoming hot candidate due to outstanding capability for trapping light and improving conversion efficiency of solar cell. In this paper, silicon nanowires(SiNWs) and silicon inverted pyramid arrays(SiIPs) were introduced on surface of Gr-Si solar cell through silver and copper-catalyzed chemical etching, respectively. The effects of SiNWs and SiIPs on carrier lifetime, optical properties and efficiency of Gr-SiNWs and Gr-SiIPs solar cells were systematically analyzed. The results show that the inverted pyramid arrays have more excellent ability for balancing antireflectance loss and surface area enlargement. The power conversion efficiency(PCE) and carrier lifetime of Gr-SiIPs devices respectively increase by 62% and 34% by comparing with that of Gr-SiNWs solar cells. Finally, the Gr-SiIPs cell with PCE of 5.63% was successfully achieved through nitric acid doping. | 15 | Genetic diversity and population genetic structure of Python bivittatus in China显示文摘The Burmese python(Python bivittatus) has recently suffered large population declines in the wild in China due to illegal capture, overexploitation, deforestation and the loss of its natural habitat. Greater knowledge of the genetic diversity and structure of wild P. bivittatus populations is needed to help ensure its effective management.In this study, we investigated the genetic diversity and population genetic structure of wild P. bivittatus in China in detail. 109 P. bivittatus individuals from five distribution areas in Guangdong(GD), Guangxi(GX), Hainan(HN),Fujian(FJ) and Yunnan(YN) province of China were collected, and their genetic structure and diversity were analyzed. Eight highly polymorphic microsatellite loci were utilized to reveal high levels of genetic diversity in the P. bivittatus population. Genetic diversity was highest in GX, and lowest in GD. All geographic populations demonstrated a bottleneck effect indicating recent population decline. Fstand AMOVA analyses revealed that there was moderate genetic differentiation among the five populations, and that only 10.59 % of total genetic diversity occurred among populations. Fstvalues between populations were positively correlated with their geographical distances.
