1An update on the function and regulation of methylerythritol phosphate and mevalonate pathways and their evolutionary dynamics显示文摘Isoprenoids are among the largest and most chemically diverse classes of organic compounds in nature and are involved in the processes of photosynthesis, respiration, growth, development,and plant responses to stress. The basic building block units for isoprenoid synthesis-isopentenyl diphosphate and its isomer dimethylallyl diphosphate-are generated by the mevalonate (MVA) and methylerythritol phosphate(MEP) pathways. Here, we summarize recent advances on the roles of the MEP and MVA pathways in plant growth, development and stress responses, and attempt to define the underlying gene networks that orchestrate the MEP and MVA pathways in response to developmental or environmental cues.Through phylogenomic analysis, we also provide a new perspective on the evolution of the plant isoprenoid pathway. We conclude that the presence of the MVA pathway in plants may be associated with the transition from aquatic to subaerial and terrestrial environments, as lineages for its core components are absent in green algae. 3Electrical and Raman properties of p-type and n-type modified graphene by inorganic quantum dot and organic molecule modification显示文摘We obtained n-type and p-type modified graphene by mixing quantum dots and depositing electron-acceptor molecules on the surface of graphene, respectively. The electrical and optical properties of these two types of samples were measured. For n-type modified graphene, the electrons were transferred from quantum dots to graphene. The resistance of these quantum dots in modified n-type graphene is significantly smaller than that of pristine graphene. For p-type graphene, modified by electron-acceptor organic molecules of tetracyanoethylene (TCNE), electrons were transferred from graphene to TCNE molecules. The resistance of this molecular modified p-type graphene is about 10% larger than that of pristine graphene. 5A Comparative Study of Genetic Variation between Chinese Mitten Crab Eriocheir Sinensis and Hepu Mitten Crab E.Hepuensis显示文摘Horizontal starch gel electrophoresis was used to investigate the biochemical genetic structure of Chinese mitten crab Eriocheir sinensis and Hepu mitten crab E.hepuensis. Sixteen putative enzyme-coding loci were examined for forty-nine Chinese mitten crabs and thirty-eight Hepu mitten crabs. Nine loci, AAT-1 *, AAT-2 *, G3PDH *, GPI *, IDHP-1 *, IDHP-2 *, MDH-1 *, MDH-2 * and PGM *, are polymorphic in Chinese mitten crab, and seven, AAT-1 *, AAT-2 *, GPI *, IDHP-1 *, MDH-1 *, MDH-2 * and PGM *, are polymorphic in Hepu mitten crab. The proportion of polymorphic loci and the expected heterozygosity are 0.562 5 and 0.080 3 for Chinese mitten crab, and 0.437 5 and 0.075 4 for Hepu mitten crab. 7White up-conversion luminescence and highly-sensitive optical temperature sensing in Na_(3)La(VO_(4))_(2):Yb,Er,Tm,Ho phosphors显示文摘In this work,tunable white up-conversion luminescence was achieved in the Yb^(3+),Er^(3+),Tm^(3+),Ho^(3+) codoped Na_(3)La(VO_(4))_(2) phosphors under 980 nm excitation.The emissions of three primary colors are mainly attributed to the ~2H_(11/2)/~4S_(3/2)→~4I_(15/2) transitions of Er^(3+),~1G_(4)→~3H_6 transition of Tm^(3+),and_5F_5→~5I_8 transition of Ho^(3+).White luminescence characteristics and mechanisms of up-conversion system were investigated in detail.In addition,the temperature sensing behaviors of multiple levels emission combinations for Na_(3)La(VO_(4))_(2):Yb^(3+),Er^(3+),Tm^(3+),Ho^(3+) were analyzed by employing thermally coupled and non-thermally coupled energy levels.Based on the emissions of ~3F_(2,3)/~1G_(4) energy levels,the maximum relative and absolute sensitivities were obtained to be 2.20%/K and 0.279 K^(-1).The design of up-conversion luminescence materials with high-quality white luminescence and excellent sensitivity performance is critical in the field of optical applications.Qi Xiao Xiumei Yin Lin Lv Xinyao Dong Na Zhou Kuichao Liu Xixian Luo 2023Journal of Rare Earths2023,41,7:1

11Exploration on Separation of Periplaneta Americana Small Peptides with Tricine-SDS-PAGE System显示文摘[Objective] This study aimed to explore a Tricine-SDS-PAGE method for separation and purification of Periplaneta Americana small peptides. [Method] By comparing the separation effects of three types of gels with different ratios on P. Americana small peptides, an appropriate Tricine-SDS-PAGE method for separation of small peptides was established. [Result] Standard low molecular weight Marker was preliminarily separated to a certain extent with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, while the sample mixture was not separated due to the different levels of aggregation in separating gel, spacer gel and stacking gel. 13Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor‑Recruiting Nanofiber Bandages Promote Multifunctional Skin Regeneration via Improved Angiogenesis and Immunomodulation显示文摘Tissue injury leads to gradients of chemoattractants,which drive multiple processes for tissue repair,including the inflam-matory response as well as endogenous cell recruitment.However,a limited time window for the gradients of chemoattract-ants as well as their poor stability at the injury site may not translate into healthy tissue repair.Consequently,intelligent multifunctional scaffolds with the capability to stabilize injury-induced cytokines and chemokines hold great promise for tissue repair.Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)plays a significant role in wound healing by promoting angiogen-esis.The overarching objective of this research was to develop intelligent multifunctional scaffolds with the capability to endogenously recruit VEGF and promote wound healing via angiogenic and immunomodulatory dual functions.Prominin-1-derived peptide(PR1P)was encapsulated into electrospun poly(L-lactide-coglycolide)/gelatin(P/G)-based bandages.The sustained release of PR1P recruited VEGF in situ,thereby stabilizing the protein concentration peak in vivo and affording a reparative microenvironment with an adequate angiogenic ability at the wound site.Meanwhile,PR1P-recruited VEGF-induced macrophage reprogramming towards M2-like phenotypes further conferred immunomodulatory functions to the bandages.These dual functions of proangiogenesis and immunomodulation formed a cascade amplification,which regulated matrix metalloproteinases(MMP-9)as well as inflammatory factors(nuclear factor(NF)-κb,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α)in the wound microenvironment via the VEGF/macrophages/microenvironment axis.Consequently,the bandages realized multifunctional regeneration in splinted excisional wounds in rats,with or without diabetes,affording a higher skin append-age neogenesis,sensory function,and collagen remodeling.Conclusively,our approach encompassing in situ recruitment of VEGF at the injury site with the capability to promote immunomodulation-mediated tissue repair affords a promising avenue for scarless wound regeneration,which may also have implications for other tissue engineering disciplines.Yi Chen Zhengchao Yuan Weiyan Sun Muhammad Shafiq Jun Zhu Jiafei Chen Hai Tang Ling Hu Weikang Lin Yanxi Zeng Long Wang Lei Zhang Yunlang She Hui Zheng Guofang Zhao Dong Xie Xiumei Mo Chang Chen 2023Advanced Fiber Materials2023,5,1:1

16孤立性纤维性肿瘤临床病理分析(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the clinicopathologic characteristics,diagnosis and differential diagnosis,molecular genetics,treatment and prognosis of solitary fibrous tumor(SFT).Methods:The clinicopathological manifestations were analyzed retrospectively in 22 patients with surgically confirmed SFT.Results:There were 12 male patients and 10 female patients,with the age range 33-67(mean 48.62) years.The SFTs originated from different from parts of the body,including 13 in the chest,2 in the lungs,3 in the abdomen,1 in the lumbosacral area,2 in the pelvis,and 1 in the left shoulder.There were 19 benign and 3 malignant tumors.Major clinical presentations were local masses and compression symptoms.Microscopy:the tumor was composed of areas of alternating hypercellularity and hypocellularity.The tumor cells were spindle to short-spindle shaped and arranged in fascicular or storiform pattern and hemangiopericytoma-like structure was presented.Immunohistochemically,Vimentin positive rate was 100%(22/22),Bcl-2 positive rate was 95.5%(21/22),CD99 positive rate was 86.4%(19/22),CD34 positive rate was 81.8(18/22),focally positive for P53,as well as negative CK,S100 and Desmin.Ki67 labelling index was 2%-30%.Conclusion:SFT is a rare tumor which may be found in various parts of human body.SFT mostly is a benign tumor,but a few could be malignant.Its diagnosis mainly rely on its morphologic features and immunohistochemical profiles.The major treatment is to completely resect it by operation and long-term clinical follow-up is necessary.Xiumei Zhang Hai Wang Shujing Wang Jinfeng Miao Zhengai Piao Yingying Dong 2012The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2012,11,5:0
17多中心骨巨细胞瘤9例报道与文献分析(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical,radiographic and histiopathologic features of multicentric giant cell tumor of bone.Methods:All the clinical data of twenty tumors in nine patients of multicentric giant cell tumor that underwent surgical treatment in our department from 1990 to 2010 were retrospectively reviewed,which included three males and six females.The patients ranged from 15 to 45 years at diagnosis,with an average age of 22.3 years.Three of the patients were younger than twenty years of age.Most tumors arose in long bones,especially around the knee.Radiographically,the tumors in long bones usually manifested as expansive lytic lesions involving the metaphysis and extending into the epiphysis.Three tumors in three patients were confined to the metaphysis,and one tumor exhibited bone-forming lesions.All tumors were treated with curettage or resection.Results:The typical 'giant cell' could be found in the oncologic examination in all cases.In some areas,such as the fibrohistiocytic regions,reactive bone forming and aneurysmal bone cyst-like changes could be found.Follow-up averaged 3.5 years,ranging from 6 months to 12 years.There was a recurrence of three tumors,and one patient died of pulmonary metastasis.Conclusion:Multicentric giant cell tumor occur often in younger patients than do solitary giant cell tumor.They are frequently present around the knee,and confined to the metaphysis.Each tumor arose independently,rather than being in multiple sites of metastatic lesion that develop from a single tumor.The risk of recurrence depends on the type of surgery that is performed.Chengliang Sun Jun Dong Dong Li Xiumei Liu Licheng liu 2011The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2011,10,8:0

19Improving the Accuracy of Vegetation Index Retrieval for Biomass by Combining Ground-UAV Hyperspectral Data-A New Method for Inner Mongolia Typical Grasslands显示文摘Grassland biomass is an important parameter of grassland ecosystems.The complexity of the grassland canopy vegetation spectrum makes the long-term assessment of grassland growth a challenge.Few studies have explored the original spectral information of typical grasslands in Inner Mongolia and examined the influence of spectral information on aboveground biomass(AGB)estimation.In order to improve the accuracy of vegetation index inversion of grassland AGB,this study combined ground and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)remote sensing technology and screened sensitive bands through ground hyperspectral data transformation and correlation analysis.The narrow band vegetation indices were calculated,and ground and airborne hyperspectral inversion models were established.Finally,the accuracy of the model was verified.The results showed that:(1)The vegetation indices constructed based on the ASD FieldSpec 4 and the UAV were significantly correlated with the dry and fresh weight of AGB.(2)The comparison between measured R^(2) with the prediction R^(2) indicated that the accuracy of the model was the best when using the Soil-Adjusted Vegetation Index(SAVI)as the independent variable in the analysis of AGB(fresh weight/dry weight)and four narrow-band vegetation indices.The SAVI vegetation index showed better applicability for biomass monitoring in typical grassland areas of Inner Mongolia.(3)The obtained ground and airborne hyperspectral data with the optimal vegetation index suggested that the dry weight of AGB has the best fitting effect with airborne hyperspectral data,where y=17.962e^(4.672x),the fitting R^(2) was 0.542,the prediction R^(2)was 0.424,and RMSE and REE were 57.03 and 0.65,respectively.Therefore,established vegetation indices by screening sensitive bands through hyperspectral feature analysis can significantly improve the inversion accuracy of typical grassland biomass in Inner Mongolia.Compared with ground monitoring,airborne hyperspectral monitoring better reflects the inversion of actual surface biomass.It provides a reliable modeling framework for grassland AGB monitoring and scientific and technological support for grazing management.Ruochen Wang Jianjun Dong Lishan Jin Yuyan Sun Taogetao Baoyin Xiumei Wang 2024Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2024,93,2:0
20Recent Advancements on Three‑Dimensional Electrospun Nanofiber Scaffolds for Tissue Engineering显示文摘Electrospinning is widely accepted as a technique for the fabrication of nanofibrous three-dimensional(3D)scaffolds which mimic extracellular matrix(ECM)microenvironment for tissue engineering(TE).Unlike normal densely-packed two-dimensional(2D)nanofibrous membranes,3D electrospun nanofiber scaffolds are dedicated to more precise spatial control,endowing the scaffolds with a sufficient porosity and 3D environment similar to the in vivo settings as well as optimizing the properties,including injectability,compressibility,and bioactivity.Moreover,the 3D morphology regulates cellular interaction and mediates growth,migration,and differentiation of cell for matrix remodeling.The variation among scaffold structures,functions and applications depends on the selection of electrospinning materials and methods as well as on the post-processing of electrospun scaffolds.This review summarizes the recent new forms for building electrospun 3D nanofiber scaffolds for TE applications.A variety of approaches aimed at the fabrication of 3D electrospun scaffolds,such as multilay-ering electrospinning,sacrificial agent electrospinning,wet electrospinning,ultrasound-enhanced electrospinning as well as post-processing techniques,including gas foaming,ultrasonication,short fiber assembly,3D printing,electrospraying,and so on are discussed,along with their advantages,limitations and applications.Meanwhile,the current challenges and prospects of 3D electrospun scaffolds are rationally discussed,providing an insight into developing the vibrant fields of biomedicine.Yujie Chen Xutao Dong Muhammad Shafiq Gregory Myles Norbert Radacsi Xiumei Mo 2022Advanced Fiber Materials2022,4,5:0
