| 1 | NOMA-Based UAV-Aided Networks for Emergency Communications显示文摘High spectrum efficiency(SE)requirement and massive connections are the main challenges for the fifth generation(5G)and beyond 5G(B5G)wireless networks,especially for the case when Internet of Things(IoT)devices are located in a disaster area.Non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA)-based unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)-aided network is emerging as a promising technique to overcome the above challenges.In this paper,an emergency communications framework of NOMA-based UAV-aided networks is established,where the disasters scenarios can be divided into three broad categories that have named emergency areas,wide areas and dense areas.First,a UAV-enabled uplink NOMA system is established to gather information from IoT devices in emergency areas.Then,a joint UAV deployment and resource allocation scheme for a multi-UAV enabled NOMA system is developed to extend the UAV coverage for IoT devices in wide areas.Furthermore,a UAV equipped with an antenna array has been considered to provide wireless service for multiple devices that are densely distributed in disaster areas.Simulation results are provided to validate the effectiveness of the above three schemes.Finally,potential research directions and challenges are also highlighted and discussed. | Wanmei Feng Jie Tang Nan Zhao Yuli Fu Xiuyin Zhang Kanapathippillai Cumanan Kai-Kit Wong | 2020 | China Communications2020,17,11: | 5 |
| 2 | Energy-efficient design for mmW ave-enabled NOMA-UAV networks显示文摘Owing to the recent advances of non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA)and millimeter-wave(mmWave),these two technologies are combined in unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)networks in this paper.However,energy efficiency has become a significant metric for UAVs owning to their limited energy.Thus,we aim to maximize the energy efficiency for mmWave-enabled NOMA-UAV networks by optimizing the UAV placement,hybrid precoding and power allocation.However,the optimization problem is complicated and intractable,which is decomposed into several sub-problems.First,we solve the UAV placement problem by approximating it into a convex one.Then,the hybrid precoding with user clustering is performed to better reap the multi-antenna gain.Particularly,three schemes are proposed,where the cluster head selection algorithm is adopted while considering different equivalent channels of users.Finally,the power allocation is optimized to maximize the energy efficiency,which is converted to convex and solved via an iterative algorithm.Simulation results are provided to evaluate the performance of the proposed schemes. | Xiaowei PANG Jie TANG Nan ZHAO Xiuyin ZHANG Yi QIAN | 2021 | Science China(Information Sciences)2021,64,4: | 5 |

| 9 | NMR studies of stock process water and reaction pathways in hydrothermal carbonization of furfural residue显示文摘Hydrothermal carbonization(HTC) is a valuable approach to convert furfural residue(FR) into carbon material. The prepared biochars are usually characterized comprehensively, while the stock process water still remains to be studied in detail. Herein, a NMR study of the main components in stock process water generated at different HTC reaction conditions was reported. Various qualitative and quantitative NMR techniques(~1H and ^(13)C NMR,~1H-~1H COSY and ~1H-^(13)C HSQC etc.) especially 1D selective gradient total correlation spectroscopy(TOCSY NMR) were strategically applied in the analysis of HTC stock process water. Without separation and purification, it was demonstrated that the main detectable compounds are 5-hydroxymethylfurfural, formic acid, methanol, acetic acid, levulinic acid, glycerol, hydroxyacetone and acetaldehyde in this complicate mixture. Furthermore, the relationship between the concentration of major products and the reaction conditions(180-240 ℃ at 8 h, and 1-24 h at 240 ℃) was established. Finally, reasonable reaction pathways for hydrothermal conversion of FR were proposed based on this result and our previously obtained characteristics of biochars. | 20 | In-situ TEM investigation of dislocation loop reaction and irradiation hardening in H_(2)^(+)-He^(+) dual-beam irradiated Mo显示文摘Through in-situ TEM observation during 30 keV H_(2)^(+)-He^(+) dual-beam irradiation at 723 K,the reaction and transformation of dislocation loops in pure Mo were investigated,especially for<100>loops.Irradiation could directly cause the formation of 1/2<111>loops and<100>loops,but 1/2<111>loops were dominant.In-situ observation confirmed the formation mechanism of<100>loops,including direct irradiation induced mechanism,1/2<111>loop direct conversion mechanism,and reaction mechanism of two 1/2<111>loops.Meanwhile,the reaction of two 1/2<111>loops to produce<100>loop should not require the strict size similarity condition.The reaction between 1/2<111>loops could also produce 1/2<111>loop,which was essentially a process in which one loop absorbed another one.The yield strength increment caused by irradiation-induced loops was analyzed,and its saturation value reached0.48 GPa at 0.06 dpa.Compared with single He+irradiation,the number density and average diameter of loops increased significantly and more serious damage was caused under the synergistic effect of hydrogen and helium.The mechanism based on in-situ experimental observation was discussed in depth. | Yipeng Li Guang Ran Xinyi Liu Qing Han Xiuyin Huang Yifan Ding | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,12: | 0 |
