2High Efficient Removal of Trace Molybdenum from Water by FeCl_3:Effects of p H and Affecting Factors in the Presence of Co-existing Background Constituents显示文摘The effect of FeCl_3 coagulation-filtration on the removal of trace Mo(Ⅵ) from water is investigated in the p H range of 4. 00 to 9. 00 and the effects of sulfate,silicate,phosphate and humic acid( HA) on the process were determined. Overall,the removal of Mo(Ⅵ) is determined by two factors: the content of Fe intercepted from water( Intercepted Fe) and the affinity between Mo(Ⅵ)( or co-existing background constituents) and adsorption sites. At low p H,where the agglomeration of the iron flocs is limited,the former factor is dominant,so the methods that can promote the agglomeration of the iron flocs,such as increasing the p H,adding co-existing constituents( sulfate,phosphate or HA),can increase the removal of Mo(Ⅵ). While at high p H,the second factor dominated. Increasing the p H weakens the affinity between Mo(Ⅵ) and the iron flocs,and co-existing background constituents( sulfate,phosphate,silicate or HA) compete with Mo(Ⅵ) for adsorption sites,both effects result in a decrease in Mo(Ⅵ) removal. 10Preparation and properties of zirconia nanotube-supported 12-tungstophosphoric acid catalyst显示文摘Zirconia nanotube-supported H_3 PW_(12)O_(40)(HPW) catalysts were obtained by loading HPW onto zirconia nanotube arrays which were prepared through anodization of zirconium foil in the mixture of formamide and glycerol(volume ratio = 1:1) containing 1 wt% NH4 F and 1 wt% H_2 O.The samples were characterized through scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffraction,infrared spectra and thermogravimetric analysis. Various factors affecting the catalytic activities have been investigated. The catalysts, prepared through pretreating the nanotube carrier at 400 'C, followed by loading with 35 wt% HPW and calcining at 200 ℃, possess high catalytic activities in the synthesis of fatty acid ethyl ester. 11Principle and Experimental Verification of Flexible Caudal Fin Based on Active Torsion Propulsion Mode显示文摘The active torsion propulsion mode of a caudal fin,composed of macro fiber composites(MFC)and carbon fiber orthotropic composite material is proposed.The caudal fin is excited by the piezoelectric structure to vibrate flexibly.The work principle is firstly analyzed by finite element method(FEM)and experiments.Then the caudal fin is optimized to increase the torque and improve the streamline,and the added mass effect from the water is discussed in terms of the frequency of the structure.The torsion resonance frequency is around 103 Hz in the air and decreased by 75%to 25 Hz in the water.Finally,the mean thrust is discussed and measured to be 11 mN at900V(Peak to peak)driving voltage.A flexible micro robot is developed and tested.The locomotion velocity and flow velocity is 320mm/s and 268mm/s,respectively.The results of the simulation and experiments indicate that the locomotion of the biomimetic aquatic robot has fast movement characteristics.Guan Yuanlin Li Huafeng Yang Xixin Di Sisi 2016Transactions of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics2016,33,5:0
12Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis critically rewires the ischemia/ reperfusion-induced dysregulation of cardiolipins and sphingolipids in mice显示文摘Background:Lipid dysregulation plays a fundamental role in nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH),which is an emerging critical risk factor that aggravates hepatic ischemia/reperfusion(I/R)injury.However,the specific lipids that mediate the aggressive I/R injury in NASH livers have not yet been identified.Methods:The mouse model of hepatic I/R injury on NASH was established on C56B/6J mice by first feeding the mice with a Western-style diet to induce NASH,then the NASH mice were subjected to surgical procedures to induce hepatic I/R injury.Untargeted lipidomics were performed to determine hepatic lipids in NASH livers with I/R injury through ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry.The pathology associated with the dysregulated lipids was examined.Results:Lipidomics analyses identified cardiolipins(CL)and sphingolipids(SL),including ceramides(CER),glycosphingolipids,sphingosines,and sphingomyelins,as the most relevant lipid classes that characterized the lipid dysregulation in NASH livers with I/R injury.CER were increased in normal livers with I/R injury,and the I/R-induced increase of CER was further augmented in NASH livers.Metabolic pathway analysis revealed that the enzymes involved in the synthesis and degradation of CER were highly upregulated in NASH livers with I/R injury,including serine palmitoyltransferase 3(Sptlc3),ceramide synthase 2(Cers2),neutral sphingomyelinase 2(Smpd3),and glucosylceramidase beta 2(Gba2)that produced CER,and alkaline ceramidase 2(Acer2),alkaline ceramidase 3(Acer3),sphingosine kinase 1(Sphk1),sphingosine-1-phosphate lyase(Sgpl1),and sphingosine-1-phosphate phosphatase 1(Sgpp1)that catalyzed the degradation of CER.CL were not affected by I/R challenge in normal livers,but CL was dramatically reduced in NASH livers with I/R injury.Consistently,metabolic pathway analyses revealed that the enzymes catalyzing the generation of CL were downregulated in NASH-I/R injury,including cardiolipin synthase(Crls1)and tafazzin(Taz).Notably,the I/R-induced oxidative stress and cell death were found to be aggravated in NASH livers,which were possibly mediated by the reduction of CL and accumulation of CER.Conclusions:The I/R-induced dysregulation of CL and SL were critically rewired by NASH,which might potentially mediate the aggressive I/R injury in NASH livers.Sheng Yu Kai Wang Qingping Li Yiran Wei Yiyi Li Qifan Zhang Pengxiang Huang Hanbiao Liang Hang Sun Hongxian Peng Xixin Huang Cuiting Liu Jie Zhou Jianping Qian Chuanjiang Li 2023Hepatobiliary Surgery and Nutrition2023,12,1:0
13The Bundle of Personal Information Rights from the Perspective of State Protection显示文摘The bundle of personal information rights refers to a set of rights belonging to the subject of personal information,including the right to know,decide,inquire,correct,copy,delete,etc.Such a bundle of rights is usually understood in Chinese civil rights legal circles as a civil right falling under the paradigm of individual autonomy and control,and is interpreted as a specific right to personal information.This understanding somewhat misinterprets the nature and function of the bundle of personal information rights.In terms of its nature,the bundle of personal information rights is the outcome of the state’s obligation to actively protect and empower individuals through institutional safeguards,and is thus essentially a means and a tool of protection granted to individuals by the state under the concept of protective law.In terms of its function,the bundle of personal information rights is both a tool enabling individuals to check and counterbalance processors of information and a strategy for the state to regulate data processors.Understanding the nature and functions of the bundle of rights from the perspective of state protection and regulation strategies helps to construct a fairer,more transparent and rational order of public law data governance under the concept of protective law and promotes the structural optimization and capacity enhancement of the data governance system.As an instrumental right under the state’s regulatory strategy,the implementation of the bundle of personal information rights needs to focus on facilitating the individual’s knowledge,participation and ability to negotiate under procedural justice,as well as the reasonable allocation of rights and obligations between individuals and information processors under distributive justice,with a view to continuously developing and enhancing the state’s regulatory rationality.Wang Xixin 邵亚楠 2022Social Sciences in China2022,43,2:0
