1A COLLABORATIVE SPECTRUM SENSING SCHEME USING FUZZY COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION IN COGNITIVE RADIO显示文摘Cognitive Radio(CR) is a promising technology to solve the challenging spectrum scarcity problem.However, to implement CR, spectrum sensing is the groundwork and the precondition.In this paper, a collaborative spectrum sensing scheme using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed.The final sensing decision of the proposed scheme is based on the combination of distributed sensing results of different Secondary Users(SUs).To improve the reliability of the sensing decision, the combination procedure takes into account the credibility of each SU, which is evaluated using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The effect of the presence of malicious SUs and malfunctioning SUs on the performance of the proposed scheme is also investigated.The efficiency of the scheme is validated through analysis and simulation.Yang Wendong Ye Yuhuang Cai Yueming Xu Youyun 2009Journal of Electronics(China)2009,26,3:3
2Power allocation for non-orthogonal decode-andforward cooperation protocol显示文摘This paper studies the power allocation problem for the non-orthogonal decode-and-forward (NDF) cooperation protocol with selection relaying. With the availability of the magnitudes of all channel gains at the source, the power allocation is explored that maximizes the mutual information between the source and destination subject to a total power constraint. The minimum power that avoids the outage of the relay is set as a condition, under which the power allocation problem becomes one of selecting the optimal one from several allocation factor triplets. 3Energy-Efficient User Association in Heterogeneous Networks with M2M/H2H Coexistence under QoS Guarantees显示文摘In this paper, we propose an energy efficient user association scheme for uplink heterogeneous networks with machine-to-machine(M2M) and human-to-human(H2H) coexistence. A group based random access protocol is designed for massive number of machine-typecommunications(MTC) user equipments'(UEs) transmissions. A user association problem for UEs' energy efficiency maximization is formulated considering the HTC UEs' quality of service(QoS) guarantees and load balance among multiple BSs, simultaneously. A distributed iterative algorithm is developed to solve the optimization problem. In addition, the convergence of the proposed algorithm is proved. 4Channel-aware multi-user uplink transmission scheme for SIMO-OFDM systems显示文摘The problem of medium access control(MAC) in wireless single-input multiple-output-orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(SIMO-OFDM) systems is addressed. Traditional random access protocols have low overheads and inferior performance. Centralized methods have superior performance and high overheads. To achieve the tradeoff between overhead and performance,we propose a channelaware uplink transmission(CaUT) scheme for SIMO-OFDM systems. In CaUT,users transmit requestto-send(RTS) at some subcarriers whose channel gains are above a predetermined threshold. Using the channel state information provided by RTS,access point performs user selection with receive beamforming to decide which users can access and then broadcasts the selection results via clear-to-send(CTS) to users. We present a distributed power control scheme by using a simple fixed modulation mode. We optimize the modulation order and channel gain thresholds to maximize the separable packets subject to the bit-error-rate(BER) and temporal fairness requirements and the individual average transmit power constraints. The performance of CaUT scheme is analyzed analytically and evaluated by simulations. 13Multipair two-way massive MIMO AF relaying with ZFR/ZFT and hardware impairments over high-altitude platforms显示文摘HAPs(High-Altitude Platforms)are one of the most promising alternative infrastructures for providing wireless communications to overcome the shortcomings of terrestrial-tower-based and satellite systems.This paper investigates a multipair two-way MM-AF(Massive MIMO Amplify-and-Forward)relay system over HAPs,where multiple user pairs exchange information within a pair through a relay with a very large number of antennas,and a HAP channel is modeled to follow a Rician fading distribution because of the presence of a line-of-sight path.First,the effect of hardware impairments on a multipair two-way MM-AF system is taken into consideration and is modeled using transmit and receive distortion noises.Then,ZFR/ZFT(Zero-Forcing Reception/Zero-Forcing Transmission)processing matrices of HDR(Half-Duplex Relaying)and FDR(Full-Duplex Relaying)with imperfect channel state information are presented.Finally,the asymptotic expressions of an end-to-end SINR are derived.Theoretical analyses and simulation results show that when the number of relay antennas grows very large,the SE(Spectral Efficiency)of an MM-AF relay system is limited by hardware impairments at the users instead of those at the relay,or by other types of interference.Thus,the quality of the hardware at a relay can be decreased without significantly degrading performance.SUN Xiaoli XU Kui XU Youyun MA Wenfeng 2016Journal of Communications and Information Networks2016,1,3:1

17A NOVEL SEMI-BLIND TIME-FREQUENCY DOMAIN TRACKING ALGORITHM SUITABLE FOR MPSK-OFDM显示文摘This paper presents a semi-blind tracking algorithm used for Multiple Phase Shift Keying based Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing(MPSK-OFDM) system. By using special pream-bles to assist the decision of a feedback loop and to solve the problem of phase ambiguity,the tracking performance of the algorithm has been improved greatly. Only a few preambles are needed in the al-gorithm since the preambles are not used to estimate the frequency offset but used to provide the variation information of the phase due to the presence of frequency offset. 18ROBUST AND FAST FREQUENCY OFFSET ESTIMATION FOR OFDM BASED SATELLITE COMMUNICATION显示文摘A pilot-aided Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) frequency offset es- timator designed for satellite communication system is proposed in the paper. The estimator focuses on the acquisition of the integer part of carrier frequency offset and the acquisition range is as large as the whole signal bandwidth. Making full use of the phase difference between received pilot and local ref- erential pilot, a fast estimation is obtained. Compared with existing method, our method can also work well even in SNR as low as 0dB. 20Markov approximation for multilayered selection in satellite network显示文摘A satellite network system comprises three layers of satellites:LEO(Low Earth Orbit),MEO(Middle Earth Orbit)and GEO(Geostationary Orbit).In the system,users can choose a layer according to their demands,including QoS(Quality of Service),congestion,energy cost,etc.The utility that users gain will change when they access satellites in different layers.The mobility of satellites in the LEO and MEO leads to frequent handover among satellites in the same layer.These characteristics of multi-layered satellite networks make it possible for us to exploit the optimal distribution of users,which will maximize the utility of the entire satellite network.While the proposed problem is an NP-hard problem,we analyze the system based on the Markov chain and use the Markov approximation to approach the maximum utility.In addition,we use the count down and select algorithm to implement the process of Markov chain.The simulation results validate the convergence of the Markov approximation.In addition,the gap between the approximate value and optimal values decreases with an increase inβ,which is a positive constant in Markov formulation,according to the simulation results.LI Yiqing LI Yuqing GAN Xiaoying WANG Jingchao XU Youyun WANG Xinbing 2016Journal of Communications and Information Networks2016,1,3:0
