Relative Contributions of Boundary-Layer Meteorological Factors to the Explosive Growth of PM2.5 during the Red-Alert Heavy Pollution Episodes in Beijing in December 2016显示文摘Based on observations of urban mass concentration of fine particulate matter smaller than 2.5 μm in diameter(PM_(2.5)), ground meteorological data, vertical measurements of winds, temperature, and relative humidity(RH), and ECMWF reanalysis data, the major changes in the vertical structures of meteorological factors in the boundary layer(BL) during the heavy aerosol pollution episodes(HPEs) that occurred in winter 2016 in the urban Beijing area were analyzed. The HPEs are divided into two stages: the transport of pollutants under prevailing southerly winds, known as the transport stage(TS), and the PM_(2.5) explosive growth and pollution accumulation period characterized by a temperature inversion with low winds and high RH in the lower BL, known as the cumulative stage(CS). During the TS, a surface high lies south of Beijing, and pollutants are transported northwards. During the CS, a stable BL forms and is characterized by weak winds, temperature inversion, and moisture accumulation. Stable atmospheric stratification featured with light/calm winds and accumulated moisture(RH > 80%) below 250 m at the beginning of the CS is closely associated with the inversion, which is strengthened by the considerable decrease in near-surface air temperature due to the interaction between aerosols and radiation after the aerosol pollution occurs. A significant increase in the PLAM(Parameter Linking Aerosol Pollution and Meteorological Elements) index is found, which is linearly related to PM mass change. During the first 10 h of the CS, the more stable BL contributes approximately 84% of the explosive growth of PM_(2.5) mass. Additional accumulated near-surface moisture caused by the ground temperature decrease, weak turbulent diffusion, low BL height, and inhibited vertical mixing of water vapor is conducive to the secondary aerosol formation through chemical reactions, including liquid phase and heterogeneous reactions, which further increases the PM_(2.5) concentration levels. The contribution of these reaction mechanisms to the explosive growth of PM_(2.5) mass during the early CS and subsequent pollution accumulation requires further investigation. | junting zhong xiaoye zhang yaqiang wang junying sun yangmei zhang jizhi wang kaiyan tan xiaojing shen haochi che lu zhang zhouxiang zhang xuefei qi huarong zhao sanxue ren yang li | 2017 | Journal of Meteorological Research2017,31,5: | 25
Opposing intraspecific vs.interspecific diversity effects on herbivory and growth in subtropical experimental tree assemblages显示文摘Aims Positive plant diversity-ecosystem function relations are ultimately driven by variation in functional traits among individuals that form a community. To date, research has largely focused on the role of species diversity for ecosystem functioning. However, substantial intraspecific trait variation is common and a significant part of this variation caused by genetic differences among individuals. Here,we studied the relative importance of species diversity and seed family(SF)diversity within species for growth and herbivory in experimental subtropical tree assemblages. Methods In 2010,we set up a field experiment in subtropical China, using four species from the local species pool.Trees were raised from seeds, with seeds from the same mother tree forming an SF.We established 23 plots containing one or four species(species diversity treatment)and one or four SFs per species(SF diversity treatment).Tree growth(stem diameter, plant height and crown expansion)and herbivory(percentage leaf loss due to leaf chewers)were monitored annually from 2011 to 2013.Important findings Tree species richness promoted growth but had no effect on herbivory. In contrast,SF diversity reduced growth and increased herbivory but only so in species mixtures. Most of the observed effects were time dependent, with the largest effect found in 2013.Our results suggest that biodiversity can affect plant performance directly via tree species-species interactions,or context dependent, via potential effects on inter-trophic interactions. Two important conclusions should be drawn from our findings.Firstly,in future studies regarding biodiversity and ecosystem functioning(BEF)relationships, intraspecific genetic diversity should be given similar weight as species diversity as it has often been neglected and its effects are not well understood.Secondly,we demonstrate opposite effects of biodiversity among and within species, stressing the importance to consider the effects of multiple levels of biodiversity simultaneously. | Christoph Z.Hahn Pascal A.Niklaus Helge Bruelheide Stefan G.Michalski Miaomiao Shi Xuefei Yang Xueqin Zeng Markus Fischer Walter Durka | 2017 | Journal of Plant Ecology2017,10,1: | 11
Defined tumor antigen-specific T cells potentiate personalized TCR-T cell therapy and prediction of immunotherapy response显示文摘Personalized immunotherapy targeting tumor-specific antigens(TSAs)could generate efficient and safe antitumor immune response without damaging normal tissues.Although neoantigen vaccines have shown therapeutic effect in clinic trials, precise prediction of neoantigens from tumor mutations is still challenging. The host antitumor immune response selects and activates T cells recognizing tumor antigens.Hence,T cells engineered with T-cell receptors(TCRs)from these naturally occurring tumor antigen-specific T(Tas)cells in a patient will target personal TSAs in his/her tumor. To establish such a personalized TCR-T cell therapy,we comprehensively characterized T cells in tumor and its adjacent tissues by single-cell mRNA sequencing(scRNA-seq),TCR sequencing(TCR-seq)and in vitro neoantigen stimulation.Compared to bystander T cells circulating among tissues,Tas cells were characterized by tumor enrichment,tumor-specific clonal expansion and neoantigen specificity. We found that CXCL13 is a unique marker for both CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)Tas cells.Importantly,TCR-T cells expressing TCRs from Tas cells showed significant therapeutic effects on autologous patient-derived xenograft(PDX)tumors.Intratumoral Tas cell levels measured by CXCL13 expression precisely predicted the response to immune checkpoint blockade, indicating a critical role of Tas cells in the antitumor immunity. We further identified CD200 and ENTPD1 as surface markers for CD4^(^(+))and CD8^(^(+))Tas cells respectively, which enabled the isolation of Tas cells from tumor by Fluorescence Activating Cell Sorter(FACS)sorting.Overall, our results suggest that TCR-T cells engineered with Tas TCRs are a promising agent for personalized immunotherapy, and intratumoral Tas cell levels determine the response to immunotherapy. | Jingjing He Xinxin Xiong Han Yang Dandan Li Xuefei Liu Shuo Li Shuangye Liao Siyu Chen Xizhi Wen Kuai Yu Lingyi Fu Xingjun Dong Kaiyu Zhu Xiaojun Xia Tiebang Kang Chaochao Bian Xiang Li Haiping Liu Peirong Ding Xiaoshi Zhang Zhenjiang Liu Wende Li Zhixiang Zuo Penghui Zhou | 2022 | Cell Research2022,32,6: | 10
The Formation of the Jiaodong Gold Province显示文摘Gold deposits in Jiaodong, termed Jiaodong-type,are tectonically located in the southeastern margin of the North China Craton.Their major features are reviewed in this paper to highlight the differences between Jiaodong deposits and other genetic types of gold deposits. The mineralization was synchronized with asthenosphere upwelling indicated by synore OIB-like mafic dike and large-scale crustal thinning suggested by decrease of Sr/Y from pre-ore to syn-ore granites.Asthenosphere upwelling induced by the roll-back of Paleo-Pacific Plate drove partial melting of lithospheric mantle and devolatilization, which induced the release of the ore-forming fluids. In concomitant with magmatic records, mineralization migrated from the western Jiaobei terrane(133–127 Ma)to the eastern Sulu orogenic belt(114–108 Ma),corresponding to the eastward roll-back of Paleo-Pacific Plate.Gold mineralization in Jiaodong formed in the transitions of ductile to brittle deformation, rapid to slow crustal uplift, and regional compression to extension. In the regional-scale,the gold deposits in the Jiaobei terrane are mostly situated at intersections between NE-trending faults and EW-trending basement faults, and gold orebodies dominantly controlled by the lithologic contacts between Precambrian metamorphic rocks and Mesozoic granites. The mineralization was dominated by the disseminated-veinlet ores related to quartz–sericite alteration in strong cataclasite-breccia zone, with subsidiary thick quartz-sulfide veins developed in secondary fault zones. The ore-forming fluids belong to a H_(2)O–CO_(2)–NaCl±CH_(4)system and show minor variations in salinity among different types of ore.Structure-fluid feedback involving fluid-rock reaction and hydrofracturing triggered the fluid phase separation and resultant gold deposition. The Jiaodong gold deposits are distinct from orogenic and intrusion-related gold deposits in terms of tectonic setting, origin of ore-forming fluids, and mechanism of gold deposition. | DENG Jun WANG Qingfei LIU Xuefei ZHANG Liang YANG Liqiang YANG Lin QIU Kunfeng GUO Linnan LIANG Yayun MA Yao | 2022 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2022,96,6: | 7
Impact of tree diversity and environmental conditions on the survival of shrub species in a forest biodiversity experiment in subtropical China显示文摘Aims Although shrubs are an important component of forests, their role has not yet been considered in forest biodiversity experiments. In the biodiversity-ecosystem functioning(BEF)experiment with subtropical tree species in south-east China(BEF-China),we factorially combined tree with shrub species-diversity treatments. Here,we tested the hypotheses that shrub survival differs between the 10 planted shrub species, with lower survival rates of late-than early-successional species and is affected by environmental conditions, such as topography and top soil characteristics,as well as by biotic factors, represented by tree, shrub and herb layer characteristics. Methods We analyzed the survival of 42000 shrub individuals in 105 plots varying in tree and shrub species richness of the BEF-China project four years after planting.Shrub survival was analyzed with generalized linear mixed effects models at the level of individuals and with variance partitioning at the plot level.Random intercept and random slope models of different explanatory variables were compared with respect to the Bayesian Information Criterion(BIC).Important Findings Survival rates differed largely between the 10 shrub species, ranging from 26%to 91%for Ardisia crenata and Distylium buxifolium, respectively.Irrespective of species identity, single abiotic factors explained up to 5%of species survival, with a negative effect of altitude and slope inclination and a positive effect of the topsoil carbon to nitrogen ratio, which pointed to drought as the major cause of shrub mortality. In contrast, neither tree nor shrub richness affected shrub survival at this early stage of the experiment.Among the biotic predictors, only herb layer species richness and cover of the dominant fern species(Dicranopteris pedata)affected shrub survival.Overall, our models that included all variables could explain about 65%in shrub survival, with environmental variables being most influential, followed by shrub species identity, while tree species diversity(species richness and identity)and herb layer characteristics contributed much less. Thus,in this early stage of the experiment the biotic interactions among shrubs and between shrubs and trees have not yet overruled the impact of abiotic environmental factors. | Bo Yang Ying Li Bingyang Ding Sabine Both Alexandra Erfmeier Werner Härdtle Keping Ma Bernhard Schmid Thomas Scholten Gunnar Seidler Goddert von Oheimb Xuefei Yang Helge Bruelheide | 2017 | Journal of Plant Ecology2017,10,1: | 7
Dolomitization by Penesaline Sea Water in Early Cambrian Longwangmiao Formation, Central Sichuan Basin, China显示文摘The Lower Cambrian Longwangmiao Formation shoal dolostone reservoir in Sichuan Basin is currently an exploration and research highlight in China. Reservoir rocks mainly consist of crystalline dolomite with residual grain texture, and dolarenite of which the arene is mainly composed of muddy to micritic dolomite with some crystalline grain directionally aligned. The trace element indicates that the dolomites of Longwangmiao Formation may be related to the high salinity of sea water. The oxygen isotope values of crystalline dolomite and dolarenite are both similar to that of the Early Cambrian marine dolomites, and the carbon isotope values of every kind of dolomites are completely overlapped with that of the seawater in Early Cambrian, indicating the dolomitization fluid is originated from the Early Cambrian sea water. The restricted marine biological communities and a small amount of gypsum pseudonodule seen in muddy to micritic dolomite indicate that the sea water in Early Cambrian was restricted and evaporated. However, the general lack of massive evaporite mineral and gypsum karst breccia indicates that the salinity of sea water during dolomitization was lower than the value of gypsum's precipitation. The Longwangmiao Formation consists of several high-frequency sedimentary cycles, indicating frequent sea level changes. This study indicates that massive dolomitization may also occur in underwater palaeohigh in carbonate platform through the reflux of penesaline sea water driven by a combination of high-and low-frequency sea-level changes. This kind of dolomitization can explain the generation of massive dolomites in the absence of evaporite precipitation, and further indicates that replacement dolomites can be produced by sea water with a wide range of salinity(normal, penesaline to hypersaline). | Xuefei Yang Hao Tang Xingzhi Wang Yaping Wang Yueming Yang | 2017 | Journal of Earth Science2017,28,2: | 6

A Lamb wave quantification model for inclined cracks with experimental validation显示文摘This paper investigates the influence of crack orientation on damage quantification using Lamb wave in plate structures. Finite element simulation is performed to acquire Lamb wave signal responses for different configurations of crack orientations and crack lengths. Two Lamb wave features, namely the normalized amplitude and the phase change, are used as damage sensitive features to develop a crack size quantification model. A hypothesis based on the geometrical influence on signal features is proposed, and the crack size quantification model incorporating the orientation angle is established using the hypothesis. An index of Probability of Reliable Quantification(PRQ) is proposed to evaluate the performance of the model. The index can be used to determine the sizing risk in terms of probabilities. A realistic aluminum plate is used to obtain the experimental data using piezoelectric(PZT) wafer-type sensors around a center through crack. The experimental data are used to validate the overall method. Results indicate that the proposed model can yield reliable results for size quantification of inclined cracks. | Jingjing HE Haode HUO Xuefei GUAN Jinsong YANG | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,2: | 5
Land bridge and long-distance dispersal——Old views, new evidence显示文摘The study of land bridge based on con- tinental drift1) and long-distance dispersal are gaining increasing attention in biogeography. We review several major dispersal theories including the Mal- pigiacea route, patterns of chameleon dispersal and the floating island model. The Malpigiaceae route indicates that the Malpigiaceae family originated in northern South America and that members of several clades migrated into North America and subsequently moved via north Atlantic land connections into the Old World starting in the Eocene. This route may also explain many other pantropic disjunction patterns, including some Chinese plants disjunctions, involving South America. Not all biogeographical distribution patterns can be explained by vicariance theory, so more research, including chameleon distribution, has recently focused on long-distance dispersal. The lat- est analyses suggest that chameleons have dis- persed over long-distances from Madagascar on several occasions. The floating island model would explain flora and fauna similarities between South America and Africa. Studying long-distance dispersal mechanisms is important for understanding distribu- tion patterns and even the spread of pandemics. More research on the specific implications of long- distance dispersal for biogeography is necessary. | ZHOU Zhekun YANG Xuefei YANG Qingsong | 2006 | Chinese Science Bulletin2006,51,9: | 5
Strengthening and ductilization of laminate dual-phase steels with high martensite content显示文摘The steels with excellent strength and ductility are expected to be achieved by tailoring the microstructural features. In this work, laminate dual-phase(DP)steels with high martensite content(laminate HMDP steels)were produced by a combination of warm rolling and intercritical annealing.Influence of rolling strain and annealing temperature on the microstructural evolution and mechanical properties of laminate HMDP steels were systematically studied. The strength of HMDP steels was significantly improved to~1.6 GPa associated with a high uniform elongation of 7%,as long as the laminate structure is maintained. The strengthening and ductilizing mechanisms of laminate HMDP steels are discussed based on the influence of laminate structure and the high martensite content, which promote the development of internal stresses and can be correlated to the Bauschinger effect as measured by the cyclic loadingunloading-reloading experiments.Detailed transmission electron microscopy(TEM)observation was applied to characterize the dislocation structure in the deformed ferrite. | Bo Gao Rong Hu Zhiyi Pan Xuefei Chen Yi Liu Lirong Xiao Yang Cao Yusheng Li Qingquan Lai Hao Zhou | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,6: | 4

Evaluation of dolomite reservoirs in the Longwangmiao Formation,Lower Cambrian in Northern Sichuan basin,China显示文摘With the extended petroleum exploration of the carbonate reservoir in the Longwangmiao Formation,Lower Cambrian in Sichuan basin, looking for a new favorable exploration area is the primary task in current exploration. This paper focusing on the dolomite reservoir in the Longwangmiao Formation in the Northern Sichuan basin, will evaluate the reservoir conditions, including reservoir lithology, reservoir spaces, physical properties and other basic characteristics.Combined with sedimentary environment study and diagenesis analysis, the genetic mechanism of Longwangmiao reservoir in study area will be discussed. It indicates that the reservoir rocks of Longwangmiao Formation in the study area are composed of dolarenite and crystalline dolomite, and the main reservoir spaces are intergranular dissolved pores, intragranular dissolved pores and intercrystalline dissolved pores. However, most of dissolved pores have been filled with bitumen, which lead to the reservoir properties very poor, both the porosity and permeability are worse than that of central Sichuan basin,so the reservoir in the Longwangmiao Formation in the Northern Sichuan basin is low-porosity and low-permeability reservoir.During the Early Cambrian Longwangmiao period, the study was near the old-land,and the energy of sea water was not enough to deposit many grain shoals, which cause the sediments are small with lots of quartz and muds. Moreover, because lacking of large scale karstification in the late diagenesis, there isn't much dissolved pores and vugs develop in the Longwangmiao Formation. Some Intergranular dissolved pores and intercrystalline dissolved pores formed by the early atmosphere water dissolved exist as some reservoir spaces, but most of them have been filled with bitumen, which was residual when the ancient oil reservoir transformed.Above factors cause the Longwangmiao Formation in the Northern Sichuan basin become not a very favorable reservoir in Sichuan basin. | Xuefei Yang Yaping Wang Xingzhi Wang Deming Zeng Longbo Xu Zisang Huang | 2017 | Petroleum2017,3,4: | 3
Prized edible Asian mushrooms: ecology, conservation and sustainability显示文摘Mushrooms can be found in forests worldwide and have long been exploited as resources in developed economies because of their important agro-industrial,medicinal and commercial uses. For less developed countries, such as those within the Greater Mekong Subregion, wild harvesting and mushroom cultivation provides a much-needed alternative source of income for rural households. However, this has led to over-harvesting and ultimately environmental degradation in certain areas, thus management guidelines allowing for a more sustained approach to the use of wild mushrooms is required. This article addresses a selection of the most popular and highly sought after edible mushrooms from Greater Mekong Subregion:Astraeus hygrometricus,Boletus edulis,Morchella conica,Ophiocordyceps sinensis,Phlebopus portentosus,Pleurotus giganteus,Termitomyces eurhizus,Thelephora ganbajun,Tricholoma matsuake, and Tuber indicum in terms of value, ecology and conservation. The greatest threat to these and many other mushroom species is that of habitat loss and over-harvesting of wild stocks, thus,by creating awareness of these issues we wish to enable a more sustainable use of these natural products. Thus our paper provides baseline data for these fungi so that future monitoring can establish the effects of continued harvesting on mushroom populations and the related host species. | Peter E.Mortimer Samantha C.Karunarathna Qiaohong Li Heng Gui Xueqing Yang Xuefei Yang Jun He Lei Ye Jiayu Guo Huili Li Phongeun Sysouphanthong Dequn Zhou Jianchu Xu Kevin D.Hyde | 2012 | Fungal Diversity2012,,5: | 3
Metallogenetic model of Jiaodong-type gold deposits, eastern China显示文摘The genesis of giant gold provinces is an international scientific frontier,in which the source of a huge amount of gold and the drive for mineralization are key challenges. The mineralization intensity of the Jiaodong gold province in eastern China is a rare occasion in the world, because it owns gold reserves of~5500 tons within an area of less than 10,000 km^(2).The Jiaodong gold province formed in the superimposed domain of diverse tectonic regimes in an intracontinental setting.Paleoproterozoic regional peak metamorphism and Triassic continental collision are followed by the tectonic transition and gold mineralization at ca.120 Ma with time intervals of 1.9 billion years and about 100 million years, respectively. The Jiaodong gold deposits are different from orogenic and intrusion-related gold deposits in terms of the tectonic background, types of host rocks, and oreforming mechanism. These gold deposits show close spatial-temporal and genetic relationships to mafic igneous rocks, implying the derivation of ore-forming fluids from the metasomatic mantle domains.Mafic dykes in Jiaodong have negativeε_(Hf)(t)values of-29.9 to-9.1,Os content of 0.002-0.16 ppb,heavyδ^(18)O up to 8.23‰,and high initial^(187)Os/^(188)Os ratios of 0.1352-0.8858.These indicate that the lithospheric mantle was metasomatized by ancient crust-derived components. The lithospheric mantle in the western Jiaodong shows generally more enriched isotope features than that in the eastern part, which is explained to be an important reason for its huge gold resources. The mafic dykes show lighter Mg isotope characteristics(averageδ^(26)Mg of-0.33‰,n=50)and high Ca O content(overall greater than 6.5 wt%),indicating that the lithospheric mantle would also record the metasomatism by the carbonate rocks from the subducting oceanic slab.Under the background of the rollback of the subducting paleo-Pacific slab and the destruction of the North China Craton, partial melting of the lower crust would produce granitic magmas that led to the enrichment of gold in the residual crust. The syn-mineralization asthenosphere upwelling would promote the recycling of the lower crust and the partial melting of the metasomatic mantle domains.Basic magmas, produced by the partial melting, and the mantle itself would degas to form ore fluids. The ore fluids would further leach gold in the lower crust to increase its fertility. The auriferous fluids were transported to the middle to upper crust along the detachment and strike-slip faults.Water-rock interaction and fluid immiscibility, which occurred in and above the ductile-brittle transition zone to induce gold precipitation, formed the Jiaodong gold deposits.Given the unique geological features and genetic model of the Jiaodong gold deposits, they can be defined as“Jiaodong-type”gold deposits. | Jun DENG Qingfei WANG Liang ZHANG Shengchao XUE Xuefei LIU Lin YANG Liqiang YANG Kunfeng QIU Yayun LIANG | 2023 | Science China Earth Sciences2023,66,10: | 2
Total synthesis of the aminopropyl functionalized ganglioside GM_1显示文摘GM1 is a common ganglioside pentasaccharide present on mammalian cell surface. It has been shown to play important roles in cellular communications and initiation of β-amyloid aggregation. In order to synthesize GM1,an efficient synthetic route was developed via a [3+2] strategy. The GM3 trisaccharide acceptor bearing an azido propyl group at the reducing end was prepared using the traditional acetamide protected sialyl thioglycosyl donor, which gave better stereoselectivity than sialyl donors protected with trichloroacetamide or oxazolidinone. The glycosylation of the axial 4-hydroxyl group of GM3 by the disaccharide donor was found to be highly dependent on donor protective groups.Donor bearing the more rigid benzylidene group gave low glycosylation yield.Replacing the benzylidene with acetates led to productive coupling and formation of the fully protected GM1 pentasaccharide.Deprotection of the pentasaccharide produced GM1 functionalized with the aminopropyl side chain, which will be a valuable probe for biological studies. | SUN Bin YANG Bo HUANG XueFei | 2012 | Science China Chemistry2012,55,1: | 2
A Sequence Image Matching Method Based on Improved High-Dimensional Combined Features显示文摘Image matching technology is theoretically significant and practically promising in the field of autonomous navigation.Addressing shortcomings of existing image matching navigation technologies, the concept of high-dimensional combined feature is presented based on sequence image matching navigation. To balance between the distribution of high-dimensional combined features and the shortcomings of the only use of geometric relations,we propose a method based on Delaunay triangulation to improve the feature, and add the regional characteristics of the features together with their geometric characteristics.Finally,k-nearest neighbor(KNN)algorithm is adopted to optimize searching process.Simulation results show that the matching can be realized at the rotation angle of-8°to 8°and the scale factor of 0.9 to 1.1,and when the image size is 160 pixel×160 pixel, the matching time is less than 0.5 s.Therefore, the proposed algorithm can substantially reduce computational complexity, improve the matching speed, and exhibit robustness to the rotation and scale changes. | Leng Xuefei Gong Zhe Fu Runzhe Liu Yang | 2018 | Transactions of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics2018,35,5: | 1

Climate change effects fruiting of the prize matsutake mushroom in China显示文摘Climate change affects various facets of life but there is little data on its effects on wild mushroom fruiting.Yunnan Province in China is a rich source of wild mushrooms and has experienced a temperature rise over recent decades. This has resulted in warmer temperatures but the impacts of these changes on mushroom production lack documentation. We collected data on the fruiting of the highly prized matsutake mushroom(Tricholoma matsutake)in West Yunnan,China over an 11 year period from 2000 to 2010.Fruiting phenology and productivity were compared against the driving meteorological variables using Projection to Latent Structure regression. The mushrooms appeared later in the season during the observation period, which is most likely explained by rising temperatures and reduced rain during May and June.High temperature and abundant rain in August resulted in good productivity. The climate response of matsutake production results from a sequence of processes that are possibly linked with regulatory signals and resource availability. To advance the knowledge of this complex system,a holistic research approach integrating biology, ecology, genetics, physiology, and phytochemistry is needed. Our results contribute to a general model of fungal ecology, which can be used to predict the responses of fungi to global climate change. | Xuefei Yang Eike Luedeling Guangli Chen Kevin D.Hyde Youji Yang Dequn Zhou Jianchu Xu Yongping Yang | 2012 | Fungal Diversity2012,,5: | 1
