Temperature Variable Optimization for Precision Machine Tool Thermal Error Compensation on Optimal Threshold显示文摘Machine tool thermal error is an important reason for poor machining accuracy.Thermal error compensation is a primary technology in accuracy control. To build thermal error model, temperature variables are needed to be divided into several groups on an appropriate threshold.Currently, group threshold value is mainly determined by researchers experience.Few studies focus on group threshold in temperature variable grouping.Since the threshold is important in error compensation, this paper arms to find out an optimal threshold to realize temperature variable optimization in thermal error modeling.Firstly, correlation coefficient is used to express membership grade of temperature variables, and the theory of fuzzy transitive closure is applied to obtain relational matrix of temperature variables.Concepts as compact degree and separable degree are introduced. Then evaluation model of temperature variable clustering is built. The optimal threshold and the best temperature variable clustering can be obtained by setting the maximum value of evaluation model as the objective. Finally, correlation coefficients between temperature variables and thermal error are calculated in order to find out optimum temperature variables for thermal error modeling. An experiment is conducted on a precise horizontal machining center. In experiment, three displacement sensors are used to measure spindle thermal error and twenty-nine temperature sensors are utilized to detect the machining center temperature.Experimental result shows that the new method of temperature variable optimization on optimal threshold successfully worked out a best threshold value interval and chose seven temperature variables from twenty-nine temperature measuring points. The model residual of z direction is within 3 m.Obviously, the proposed new variable optimization method has simple computing process and good modeling accuracy, which is quite fit for thermal error compensation. | ZHANG Ting YE Wenhua LIANG Ruijun LOU Peihuang YANG Xiaolan | 2013 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2013,26,1: | 11
Decolorization on Indigo Dyeing Wastewater by Laccase from Coriolus versicolor显示文摘[Object]The study aimed to discuss the decolorization on indigo dyeing wastewater by laccase from Coriolus versicolor.[Method]Firstly, the effects of temperature,pH,indigo concentration,HBT concentration, laccase dosage on the decolorization of indigo dyeing wastewater by laccase /HBT,and then the synergism of laccase and acid cellulase was analyzed.[Result]Using ABTS as the substrate, the kinetic parameters,K m and V max, were 0.318 mmol/L and 0.035 5 mmol/(L·min) respectively. The decolorization rate of indigo reached 96.5% when the laccase acted on indigo for 40 min with HBT as an introducer at temperature 50 ℃,pH =4.5,indigo concentration 100 mg /L,HBT concentration 0.1% and laccase dosage 100 IU /L.Due to the synergism of laccase and acid cellulase during the bio-finishing of blue jeans, the backstaining degree of blue jeans reduced by 85% when the amount of laccase added was 15 000 IU /kg.Menawhile,the synergism of the laccase and acid cellulase decreased indigo concentration in wastewater by 83.8%.[Conclusion] The laccase from Coriolus versicolor had a good prospect in the bio-finishing of blue jeans and the decolorization of indigo dyeing wastewater. | Enli Gao Weijia Zhong Xiaolan Fu Fushan Chen Zhigang Ye | 2013 | Meteorological and Environmental Research2013,4,1: | 10
A computational cognition model of perception, memory, and judgment显示文摘The mechanism of human cognition and its computability provide an important theoretical foundation to intelligent computation of visual media. This paper focuses on the intelligent processing of massive data of visual media and its corresponding processes of perception, memory, and judgment in cognition. In particular, both the human cognitive mechanism and cognitive computability of visual media are investigated in this paper at the following three levels:neurophysiology, cognitive psychology, and computational modeling.A computational cognition model of Perception,Memory, and Judgment(PMJ model for short)is proposed, which consists of three stages and three pathways by integrating the cognitive mechanism and computability aspects in a unified framework. Finally, this paper illustrates the applications of the proposed PMJ model in five visual media research areas. As demonstrated by these applications, the PMJ model sheds some light on the intelligent processing of visual media, and it would be innovative for researchers to apply human cognitive mechanism to computer science. | FU XiaoLan CAI LianHong LIU Ye JIA Jia CHEN WenFeng YI Zhang ZHAO GuoZhen LIU YongJin WU ChangXu | 2014 | Science China(Information Sciences)2014,57,3: | 10
Metal Sealing Performance of Subsea X-tree Wellhead Connector Sealer显示文摘The metal sealing performance of subsea X-tree wellhead connectors is crucial for the safety and reliability of subsea X-trees. In order to establish the theoretical relation between metal sealing ring's contact stress and its structural parameters and working pressure, a mechanical analysis method for double-cone sealing of high pressure vessels is applied in analyzing the metal sealing ring under the condition of preload and operation. As a result, the formula of the unit sealing load for the metal sealing ring under operation with residual preload is shown in this paper, which ensures that the metal sealing ring has an excellent sealing effect and can prevent the metal sealing ring from yielding. Besides, while analyzing the sealing process of the metal sealing ring, the change rule of contact stress and working pressure is concluded here, putting forward that the structural parameters of the metal sealing ring are the major factors affecting the change rule. Finally, the analytical solution through theoretical analysis is compared with the simulation result through finite element analysis in a force feedback experiment, and both are consistent with each other, which fully verifies for the design and calculation theory on metal sealing ring's contact stress and its structural parameters and working pressure deduced in this paper. The proposed research will be treated as an applicable theory guiding the design of metal seal for subsea X-tree wellhead connectors. | ZHAO Honglin CHEN Rui LUO Xiaolan DUAN Menglan LU Yinghui FU Guowei TIAN Hongping YE Daohui | 2015 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2015,28,3: | 9
The interaction between cognition and emotion显示文摘Cognition and emotion have long been thought of as independent systems. However, recent research in the cognitive and neurobiological sciences has shown that the relationship between cognition and emotion is more interdependent than separate. Based on evidence from behavioral and neuroscientific research, researchers have realized that it is necessary to propose a new conceptual framework to describe the relationship between cognition and emotion. In this article, recent research from behavioral, neuroscientific and developmental research on the interaction between cognition and emotion is summarized, and how the interaction of cognition and emotion might affect computer science and artificial intelligence is discussed. It especially focuses on the implications for affective computing. | LIU Ye FU QiuFang FU XiaoLan | 2009 | Chinese Science Bulletin2009,54,22: | 8

Comparison of Two Air Pollution Episodes over Northeast China in Winter 2016/17 Using Ground-Based Lidar显示文摘This study analyzes and compares aerosol properties and meteorological conditions during two air pollution episodes in 19–22(E1) and 25–26(E2) December 2016 in Northeast China. The visibility, particulate matter(PM) mass concentration, and surface meteorological observations were examined, together with the planetary boundary layer(PBL) properties and vertical profiles of aerosol extinction coefficient and volume depolarization ratio that were measured by a ground-based lidar in Shenyang of Liaoning Province, China during December 2016–January 2017.Results suggest that the low PBL height led to poor pollution dilution in E1, while the high PBL accompanied by low visibility in E2 might have been due to cross-regional and vertical air transmission. The PM mass concentration decreased as the PBL height increased in E1 while these two variables were positively correlated in E2. The enhanced winds in E2 diffused the pollutants and contributed largely to the aerosol transport. Strong temperature inversion in E1 resulted in increased PM2.5 and PM10 concentrations, and the winds in E2 favoured the southwesterly transport of aerosols from the North China Plain into the region surrounding Shenyang. The large extinction coefficient was partially attributed to the local pollution under the low PBL with high ground-surface PM mass concentrations in E1,whereas the cross-regional transport of aerosols within a high PBL and the low PM mass concentration near the ground in E2 were associated with severe aerosol extinction at high altitudes. These results may facilitate better understanding of the vertical distribution of aerosol properties during winter pollution events in Northeast China. | Yanjun MA Hujia ZHAO Yunsheng DONG Huizheng CHE Xiaoxiao LI Ye HONG Xiaolan LI Hongbin YANG Yuche LIU Yangfeng WANG Ningwei LIU Cuiyan SUN | 2018 | Journal of Meteorological Research2018,32,2: | 5
A comparative study of distant hybridization in plants and animals显示文摘Distant hybridization refers to crosses between two different species, genera, or higher-ranking taxa, which can break species limits, increase genetic variation, and combine the biological characteristics of existing species. It is an important way of creating genetic variation, fertile strains, and excellent characteristics in new strains and populations. Combining analyses and summaries from many inter-related documents in plants and animals, both domestic and international, including examples and long-standing research on distant hybridization in fish from our laboratory, we summarize and compare the similarities and differences in plant and animal distant hybridization. In addition, we analyze and review the biological characteristics of their different ploidy progenies and the possible causes of disparity in survival rates. Mechanisms of sterility in animal and plant distant hybrids are also discussed, and research methods for the study of biological characteristics of hybrids, including morphology, cytology, and molecular cytogenetics are presented. This paper aims to provide comprehensive research materials and to systematically compare the general and specific characteristics of plant and animal hybrids with regards to reproduction, genetics, growth traits, and other biological characteristics. It is hoped that this paper will have great theoretical and practical significance for the study of genetic breeding and biological evolution of plant and animal distant hybridization. | Jie Chen Mi Luo Shengnan Li Min Yao Xiaolan Ye Wei Duan Chun Zhang Qinbo Qin Jun Xiao Shaojun Liu | 2018 | Science China(Life Sciences)2018,61,3: | 3
Endogenous Fe^(2+)-activated ROS nanoamplifier for esterase-responsive and photoacoustic imaging-monitored therapeutic improvement显示文摘Chemodynamic therapy(CDT)is well acknowledged as potent reactive oxygen species(ROS)-mediated anticancer strategy.Especially, the study about labile iron pool(LIP)as endogenous ferrous catalyzer has paved the way for future CDT development. However, limited H_(2)O_(2) expression, mild acidity, reduced glutathione(GSH)ablation of ROS,etc.,all require employing alternate peroxo-complex to achieve enhanced CDT effect. As a non-Fenton-type substrate, artesunate(ART)has been utilized as a source of free radicals through decomposition of endoperoxide bridges catalyzed by ferrous ions, nonetheless, the non-tumor-specific delivery, inferior pharmacokinetics, and hydrophobic nature minimize the efficacy of ART in physiological systems.Herein,we devise a PPA nanoamplifier by conjugating ART with PEG-functionalized Pd@Pt nanoplates(PP NPs)to form ester linkage, ensuring specific intratumoral esterase-responsive ART release.Significantly, the PPA nanoamplifier combines the in situ decomposition of ARTs endoperoxide bridges by Fe^(2+) to superoxide anions(O_(2)^(·-))and peroxidase(POD)-like enzymatic catalysis of endogenous H_(2)O_(2) by PP to hydroxyl radicals(*OH),thus achieving amplified ROS-mediated tumor therapy.Besides,PPA displays GSH destruction potential, thereby protecting ROS from the cleavage by GSH oxidation. In addition, the strong absorption of PPA in near-infrared(NIR)region also endows PPA with photoacoustic property to realize imaging-guided CDT.In short,by taking advantages of the high enrichment and esterase-responsive drug release at tumor sites,PPA amplified ROS signals via dual pathways, killing tumor cells in vitro are inhibiting tumor growth in vivo, thereby realizing high-efficiency non-Fenton CDT.We believe our novel anti-tumor strategy based on PPA will broaden the future of ROS-mediated tumor-targeted therapy. | Sijin Xiang Zhongxiong Fan Ziehen Ye Tianbao Zhu Dao Shi Shefang Ye Zhenqing Hou Xiaolan Chen | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,2: | 2

Biomimetic Ti-6Al-4V alloy/gelatin methacrylate hybrid scaffold with enhanced osteogenic and angiogenic capabilities for large bone defect restoration显示文摘Titanium-based scaffolds are widely used implant materials for bone defect treatment. However, the unmatched biomechanics and poor bioactivities of conventional titanium-based implants usually lead to insufficient bone integration. To tackle these challenges,it is critical to develop novel titanium-based scaffolds that meet the bioadaptive requirements for load-bearing critical bone defects.Herein, inspired by the microstructure and mechanical properties of natural bone tissue,we developed a Ti-6Al-4V alloy(TC4)/gelatin methacrylate(GelMA)hybrid scaffold with dual bionic features(GMPT)for bone defect repair.GMPT is composed of a hard 3D-printed porous TC4 metal scaffold(PT)backbone, which mimics the microstructure and mechanical properties of natural cancellous bone, and a soft GelMA hydrogel matrix infiltrated into the pores of PT that mimics the microenvironment of the extracellular matrix.Ascribed to the unique dual bionic design, the resultant GMPT demonstrates better osteogenic and angiogenic capabilities than PT,as confirmed by the in vitro and rabbit radius bone defect experimental results. Moreover, controlling the concentration of GelMA(10%)in GMPT can further improve the osteogenesis and angiogenesis of GMPT.The fundamental mechanisms were revealed by RNA-Seq analysis, which showed that the concentration of GelMA significantly influenced the expression of osteogenesis-and angiogenesis-related genes via the Pi3K/Akt/mTOR pathway. The results of this work indicate that our dual bionic implant design represents a promising strategy for the restoration of large bone defects. | Limin Ma Xiaolan Wang Ye Zhou Xiongfa Ji Shi Cheng Dong Bian Lei Fan Lei Zhou Chengyun Ning Yu Zhang | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,10: | 1

Naturally-formed objects categorized as artifacts:Effect of objects' functional depictions显示文摘Past research has identified a variety of factors that influence cognitive processing of artifact concepts, but few experiments tested possible interactive patterns among these factors. Using a natural language depiction based free naming task, we explored how an object's function and its history (information about how an object was formed by natural force) interact to affect categorization judgment in a 2×2 betweensubjects experiment (N = 169). The study had two key findings: (i) Without presenting an object's function, presenting the history of its natural formation increased subjects' tendency to name the object under the 'natural' domain and decreased their tendency to name it under the 'artifact' domain; (ii) once we presented the depiction of an object's function, the effect of history presentation on categorization disappeared:Subjects in both conditions strongly preferred naming objects as artifacts. In summary, presenting depiction of an object's function inhibited the effect of history on object categorization. Current findings suggest that an object's function plays a fundamental role in the cognitive processing of artifact concepts. | SUN YuHao WANG Zhe LIU Ye FU XiaoLan | 2010 | Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,4: | 1
Reduced smooth muscle-fibroblasts transformation potentially decreases intestinal wound healing and colitis-associated cancer in ageing mice显示文摘Cancer and impaired tissue wound healing with ageing are closely related to the quality of life of the elderly population.Given the increased incidence of cancer and the population ageing trend globally,it is very important to explore how ageing impairs tissue wound healing and spontaneous cancer. In a murine model of DSS-induced acute colitis and AOM/DSS-induced colitis-associated cancer(CAC),we found ageing significantly decreases intestinal wound healing and simultaneous CAC initiation, although ageing does not affect the incidence of AOM-induced,sporadic non-inflammatory CRC.Mechanistically, reduced fibroblasts were observed in the colitis microenvironment of ageing mice.Through conditional lineage tracing,an important source of fibroblasts potentially derived from intestinal smooth muscle cells(ISMCs)was identified orchestrating intestinal wound healing and CAC initiation in young mice. However, the number of transformed fibroblasts from ISMCs significantly decreased in ageing mice, accompanied by decreased intestinal wound healing and decreased CAC initiation.ISMCs-fibroblasts transformation in young mice and reduction of this transformation in ageing mice were also confirmed by ex-vivo intestinal muscular layer culture experiments. We further found that activation of YAP/TAZ in ISMCs is required for the transformation of ISMCs into fibroblasts.Meanwhile, the reduction of YAP/TAZ activation in ISMCs during intestinal wound healing was observed in ageing mice.Conditional knockdown of YAP/TAZ in ISMCs of young mice results in reduced fibroblasts in the colitis microenvironment, decreased intestinal wound healing and decreased CAC initiation, similar to the phenotype of ageing mice.In addition, the data from intestine samples derived from inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)patients show that activation of YAP/TAZ also occurs in ISMCs from these patients.Collectively, our work reveals an important role of the ageing stromal microenvironment in intestinal wound healing and CAC initiation.Furthermore, our work also identified a potential source of fibroblasts involved in colitis and CAC. | Yi Liu Yanhong Ji Ruiyi Jiang Chao Fang Gang Shi Lin Cheng Yinan Zuo Yixin Ye Xiaolan Su Junshu Li Huiling Wang Yuan Wang Yi Lin Lei Dai Shuang Zhang Hongxin Deng | 2023 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,9: | 0
Pd@Ir-LOD multienzyme utilizing endogenous lactate consumption cooperates with photothermal for tumor therapy显示文摘Lactic acid(LA)plays a major role in the occurrence, development, and spread of cancer.Enlightened by its high accumulation in tumor site,a novel lactate oxidase(LOD)conjugated two-dimensional Pd@Ir nanoplatform(Pd@Ir-LOD,PIL)was fabricated to combine cascade reaction with photothermal for tumor therapy. In detail, the overexpressed LA in tumor microenvironment(TME)was a key factor to activate the PIL-based cascade reaction:(1)Plenty of H_(2)O_(2)could be generated from LA by the catalysis of LOD with O_(2);(2)potent·OH was produced from H_(2)O_(2)due to the peroxidase(POD)-like activity of PIL;(3)meantime,PIL’s catalase(CAT)-like activity could decompose part H_(2)O_(2)into O_(2)to achieve the purpose of LA cyclic oxidization. Moreover, the reduced glutathione(GSH)scavenging capability of PIL might protect the produced reactive oxygen species(ROS)from being cleared to further improve the cascade therapeutic effect.More importantly,PIL had excellent photothermal conversion efficiency(37.35%)and manifested a surprising temperature rising effect in tumor.Taken together, the decreasing LA concentration, accumulation of high-toxic ROS,the depletion of GSH together with the higher intra-tumoral temperature potently enhanced in vivo antitumor therapy. Therefore,a promising therapeutic tactic based on PIL integrating endogenous LA consumption, chemodynamic therapy(CDT),and photothermal therapy(PTT)has been put forward. | Zichen Ye Yun Li Jingchao Li Xinyan Hu Jinyang Zheng Gongxin Zhang Sijin Xiang Tianbao Zhu Zhide Guo Xiaolan Chen | 2024 | Nano Research2024,17,1: | 0

Multilevel air quality evolution in Shenyang:Impact of elevated point emission reduction显示文摘Visibility observed at different altitudes is favorable to understand the causes of air pol-lution.We conducted 4-years of observations of visibility at 2.8 and 60 m and particulate matter(PM)concentrations from 2015 to 2018 in Shenyang,a provincial city in Northeast China. The results indicated that visibility increased with the increasing height in winter(especially at night),and decreased with height in summer(especially at the daytime).PM concentration exhibited opposite vertical variation to visibility, reflecting that visibility de-grades with the increase of aerosol concentration in the air.The radiosonde meteorological data showed that weak turbulence in the planetary boundary layer(PBL)in winter favored aerosols'accumulation near the surface.Whereas in summer, unstable atmospheric con-ditions,upper-level moister environment, and regional transport of air pollutants resulted in the deterioration of upper-level visibility.Inter-annual variation in the two-level visibility indicated that the upper-level visibility improved more significantly than low-level visibil-ity,much likely due to the reduction in emission of elevated point sources in Shenyang. Our study suggested that strengthening the control of surface non-point emissions is a promis-ing control strategy to improve Shenyang air quality. | Xiaolan Li Guiqian Tang Liguang Li Weijun Quan Yangfeng Wang Ziqi Zhao Ningwei Liu Ye Hong Yanjun Ma | 2022 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,3: | 0
