| 3 | Multi-dimensional overall regulatory modes and threshold values for water cycle of the Haihe River Basin显示文摘In this study, a multi-dimensional critical regulatory criteria and decision-making mechanism based on the scientific cognition of multi-dimensional attributes and characteristics of the water cycle was proposed. This system was functioned by deeply discriminating the nature-society binary characteristics of the five-dimensional characteristics of the water cycle system of the Haihe River Basin (water resources, economy, society, ecology, and environment) under the influence of high-intensity human activities and hydrological changes and by analyzing the organic interactive relationships between the five dimensions and their overall effect on the water cycle. A GDP calculation model was constructed in this study by adjusting the water environment for water resources, after which five-dimensional normalization objective functions were established for multi-objective analysis to carry out trade-off analysis of multi-dimensional regulatory indexes. In addition, synergetic theory, entropy theory and dissipation structure theory were introduced to construct an evaluation model for multi-dimensional regulatory schemes. A water cycle multi-dimensional critical overall regulatory model system was also established. This system consisted of a multi-objective macroeconomic model (DAMOS), water resource allocation model based on rules (ROWAS), evaluation model for WEDP (EMW) and multi-dimensional regulatory scheme evaluation model (SEAMUR) as the main body. | 5 | Effect of sustained intensive therapy with disease modifying anti-rheumatic drugs in rheumatoid arthritis:a 5-year real-world consecutive study显示文摘Background:Intensive therapy with disease modifying anti-rheumatic drugs(DMARDs)has been reported to improve the outcomes of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).However,real-world study on the effect of intensive therapy on RA sustained remission is still lacking.This study aimed to investigate the outcome of sustained intensive DMARD therapy(SUIT)for RA in a real-world 5-year consecutive cohort.Methods:Based on a consecutive cohort of 610 out-patients with RA,remission of RA was assessed in 541 patients from 2012 to 2017,by dividing into SUIT,non-SUIT,and intermittent SUIT(Int-SUIT)groups.Changes in the disease activity scores were evaluated by 28-joint disease activity score based on erythrocyte sedimentation rate(DAS28-ESR),28-joint disease activity score based on C-reactive protein(DAS28-CRP),and clinical deep remission criteria(CliDR).Cumulative remission rates between different groups were compared using Kaplan-Meier curves and predictive factors of sustained remission were identified by univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results:The remission rates of the SUIT group decreased from 12.0%(65/541)to 5.6%(20/359)based on DAS28-ESR,from 14.0%(76/541)to 7.2%(26/359)based on DAS28-CRP,and from 8.5%(46/541)to 3.1%(11/359)based on CliDR,respectively,with a gradually decreasing trend during the 5 years.The SUIT regimen led to a significantly higher cumulative remission rate than non-SUIT regimen based on DAS28-ESR(39.7%vs.19.5%,P=0.001),DAS28-CRP(42.0%vs.19.6%,P=0.001),and CliDR(24.5%vs.8.7%,P=0.001).The cumulative remission rates of patients treated with SUIT regimen were significantly higher than those treated with Int-SUIT regimen based on DAS28-ESR(39.7%vs.25.7%,P=0.043)and CliDR(24.5%vs.14.2%,P=0.047),but there was no significant difference between the two groups based on DAS28-CRP(42.0%vs.27.4%,P=0.066).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the use of SUIT regimen was an independent favorable predictor according to different remission definitions(for DAS28-ESR:odds ratio[OR],2.215,95%confidence interval[CI]:1.271–3.861,P=0.005;for DAS28-CRP:OR,1.520,95%CI:1.345–1.783,P=0.002;for CliDR:OR,1.525,95%CI:1.314–1.875,P=0.013).Conclusion:Sustained intensive treatment of RA is an optimal strategy in daily practice and will lead to an increased remission rate. | Yue-Ming Cai Ru Li Hua Ye Jing He Xiao-Lin Sun Jia-Yang Jin Jia-Jia Liu Yu-Zhou Gan Xu-Jie You Jing Xu Lian-Jie Shi Gong Cheng Qing-Wen Wang Zhan-Guo Li | 2020 | Chinese Medical Journal2020,,12: | 3 |

| 8 | Enhanced Crystallization Rate of Poly(L-lactide)/Hydroxyapatite-graftpoly(D-lactide) Composite with Different Processing Temperatures显示文摘Hydroxyapatite-graft-poly(D-lactide)(HA-g-PDLA)was synthesized by ring-opening polymerization with HA as initiator and stannous octanoate(Sn(Oct)2)as catalyst.Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FUR)results indicate that PDLA chains are successfully grafted onto HA particles by covalent bond.Under two different processing temperatures(190 and 230℃),the effect of the grafted PDLA chains on the crystallization behavior of poly(L-lactide)/HA-g-PDLA(PLLA/HA-g-PDLA)composite was investigated in the current study,comparing to neat PLLA and its four composites(PLLA/HA,PLLA/HA-g-PLLA,PLLA/PDLA,and PLLA/HA/PDLA).The crystallization rate of PLLA/HA-g-PDLA composite is highly enhanced comparing to PLLA,PLLA/HA and PLLA/HA-g-PLLA composites in which there are no stereocomplex(SC)crystallites.In addition,when the processing temperature rises from 190℃ to 230℃,the acceleration of PLLA crystallization in PLLA/HA-g-PDLA composite is not influenced so much as other composites containing SC crystallites,such as PLLA/HA/PDLA or PLLA/PDLA.The differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)results demonstrate that even without SC crystallites,the crystallization of PLLA can still be accelerated a lot in this composite.This may be related to the interaction between the grafted PDLA chains and the amorphous PLLA chains in PLLA/HA-g-PDLA composite.The isothermal crystallization kinetics studies indicate that the nature of nucleation and crystal growth of PLLA/HAg-PDLA composite are more likely 3D crystalline growth with heterogeneous nucleation mode,which are different from PLLA or other composites.This investigation could shed new light on the application of PLLA/HA composites. | Min Wang Lei-Chu You Yu-Qi Guo Ni Jiang Zhi-Hua Gan Zhen-Bo Ning | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Polymer Science2020,38,6: | 2 |
