| 1 | Service-aware 6G:An intelligent and open network based on the convergence of communication,computing and caching显示文摘With the proliferation of the Internet of Things(IoT),various services are emerging with totally different features and requirements,which cannot be supported by the current fifth generation of mobile cellular networks(5G).The future sixth generation of mobile cellular networks(6G)is expected to have the capability to support new and unknown services with changing requirements.Hence,in addition to enhancing its capability by 10–100 times compared with 5G,6G should also be intelligent and open to adapt to the ever-changing services in the IoT,which requires a convergence of Communication,Computing and Caching(3C).Based on the analysis of the requirements of new services for 6G,this paper identifies key enabling technologies for an intelligent and open 6G network,all featured with 3C convergence.These technologies cover fundamental and emerging topics,including 3C-based spectrum management,radio channel construction,delay-aware transmission,wireless distributed computing,and network self-evolution.From the detailed analysis of these 3C-based technologies presented in this paper,we can see that although they are promising to enable an intelligent and open 6G,more efforts are needed to realize the expected 6G network. | Yiqing Zhou Ling Liu Lu Wang Ning Hui Xinyu Cui Jie Wu Yan Peng Yanli Qi Chengwen Xing | 2020 | Digital Communications and Networks2020,6,3: | 57 |
| 2 | Online illumination estimation of outdoor scenes based on videos containing no shadow area显示文摘Real-time estimation of outdoor illumination is one of the key issues for ensuring the illumination consistency of augmented reality.In this paper,we propose a novel framework to estimate the dynamic illumination of outdoor scenes based on an online video sequence captured by a fixed camera.All existing approaches are based on two assumptions,i.e.there exist some shadow areas in the scene and the distribution of the skylight is uniform over the sky.Both assumptions greatly simplify the problem of illumination estimation of outdoor scenes,but they also limit the applicability as well as the accuracy of these approaches.This paper presents a new approach that breaks these two hard constraints.It recovers the lighting parameters of outdoor scenes containing no shadow area through solving a constrained linear least squares problem.By representing the skylight as a parameterized model incorporating an occlusion coefficient,the proposed approach can handle the dynamic variation of non-uniform skylight distribution.Experimental results demonstrate the potential of our approach. | XING GuanYu ZHOU XueHong LIU YanLi QIN XueYing PENG QunSheng | 2013 | Science China(Information Sciences)2013,56,3: | 3 |
| 3 | Role of chemerin/CMKLR1 in the maintenance of earlypregnancy显示文摘Chemerin is a cytokine that attracts much attention in the reproductive process. This study aimed toexplore the effects of chemerin and its receptor chemokine-like receptor 1 (CMKLR1) on the maintenance of earlypregnancy. The expression levels of chemerin and CMKLR1 in the decidua tissues of 20 early normal pregnantwomen and 20 early spontaneous abortion women were examined by Western blot and real-time polymerase chainreaction analyses. CMKLR1 receptor antagonist (a-NETA) was then intrauterinely injected into normal pregnantmice model to assess its effect on the outcome of pregnancy and the phosphorylation rate of ERK1/2 in deciduatissues. We found that the expression level of chemerin in women who had experienced early spontaneous abortionwas lower than in those who had experienced normal early pregnancy (P 〈 0.01); conversely, CMKLR1expression was higher in the former than in the latter (P 〈 0.01). In a pregnant-mouse model, the embryoresorption rate of a-NETA group was higher than that in the negative control group (61.5% vs. 10.8%) (P 〈 0.001).Compared with the control group, ERK1/2 phosphorylation in decidua tissues decreased in the a-NETA-treatedgroup (P 〈 0.01). | 5 | Vertical distribution and temporal evolution of formaldehyde and glyoxal derived from MAX-DOAS observations:The indicative role of VOC sources显示文摘Formaldehyde(HCHO)and glyoxal(CHOCHO)are important oxidization intermediates of most volatile organic compounds(VOCs),but their vertical evolution in urban areas is not well understood.Vertical profiles of HCHO,CHOCHO,and nitrogen dioxide(NO_(2))were retrieved from ground-based Multi-Axis Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy(MAXDOAS)observations in Hefei,China.HCHO and CHOCHO vertical profiles prefer to occur at higher altitudes compared to NO_(2),which might be caused by the photochemistry-oxidation of longer-lived VOCs at higher altitudes.Monthly means of HCHO concentrations were higher in summer,while enhanced amounts of NO_(2)were mainly observed in winter.CHOCHO exhibited a hump-like seasonal variation,with higher monthly-averaged values not only occurred in warm months(July-August)but also in cold months(November-December).Peak values mainly occurred during noon for HCHO but emerged in the morning for CHOCHO and NO_(2),suggesting that HCHO is stronger link to photochemistry than CHOCHO.We further use the glyoxal to formaldehyde ratio(GFR)to investigate the VOC sources at different altitudes.The lowest GFR value is almost found in the altitude from 0.2 to 0.4 km,and then rises rapidly as the altitude increases.The GFR results indicate that the largest contributor of the precursor VOC is biogenic VOCs at lower altitudes,while at higher altitudes is anthropogenic VOCs.Our findings provide a lot more insight into VOC sources at vertical direction,but more verification is recommended to be done in the future. | Qianqian Hong Cheng Liu Qihou Hu Yanli Zhang Chengzhi Xing Jinping Ou Wei Tan Haoran Liu Xiaoqing Huang Zhenfeng Wu | 2022 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,12: | 1 |

| 9 | Recent advances in NiO/Ga_(2)O_(3) heterojunctions for power electronics显示文摘Beta gallium oxide(β-Ga_(2)O_(3)) has attracted significant attention for applications in power electronics due to its ultrawide bandgap of ~ 4.8 eV and the large critical electric field of 8 MV/cm. These properties yield a high Baliga's figures of merit(BFOM) of more than 3000. Though β-Ga_(2)O_(3) possesses superior material properties, the lack of p-type doping is the main obstacle that hinders the development of β-Ga_(2)O_(3)-based power devices for commercial use. Constructing heterojunctions by employing other p-type materials has been proven to be a feasible solution to this issue. Nickel oxide(NiO) is the most promising candidate due to its wide band gap of 3.6–4.0 eV. So far, remarkable progress has been made in NiO/β-Ga_(2)O_(3) heterojunction power devices. This review aims to summarize recent advances in the construction, characterization, and device performance of the NiO/β-Ga_(2)O_(3) heterojunction power devices. The crystallinity, band structure, and carrier transport property of the sputtered NiO/β-Ga_(2)O_(3) heterojunctions are discussed. | 11 | Effect of Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fracture on Adjacent Intervertebral Disc Degeneration显示文摘Objective:The influence of vertebral compression fracture on the degeneration of adjacent disc was analyzed.Methods:88 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures admitted to the orthopedic pain department from July 2014 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the previous MRI and the improved MRI results of admission,the patients were converted into old fractures after conservative treatment.They were followed up in 3,6 and 12 months after discharge,and the VAS score at each time point(visual acuity score)was calculated We collected and analyzed the classifcation of intervertebral disc degeneration and MRI index.Results:The follow-up rate was 659%(58/88);There were 42 cases(72.4%)of degenerative disc adjacent to the diseased vertebra,and 16 cases(27.5%)of adjacent intervertebral disc did not degenerate;VAS scores were 1ower at 14 days,3 months,6 months and 12 months after admission;The number of grade 1 of disc degeneration was lower in 6 months and 12 months than that in admission(P<0.05),and the number of grade 2,3 and 4 was significantly higher than that in the follow-up in December(P<0.05).The difference between 6 and 12 months was not statistically significant(P>0.05);MRI index at 6 and 12 months follow-up was lower than that at admission(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the research and analysis,we found that osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture will have a corresponding impact on the adjacent intervertebral disc,which can make the adjacent intervertebral disc degenerate. | Tuanmao Guo Yanli Xing Zhongning Chen Haiyun Zhu | 2020 | Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2020,4,6: | 0 |
| 12 | An Activatable Nanoenzyme Reactor for Coenhanced Chemodynamic and Starving Therapy Against Tumor Hypoxia and Antioxidant Defense System显示文摘It is critical to improve the efficiency of cancer therapy with minimized side effects.Chemodynamic therapy(CDT)is a tumor therapeutic strategy designed to generate abundant reactive oxygen species(ROS)at tumor sites through a Fenton or Fenton-like reaction.Recently,this developing scheme has demonstrated an incredible promise for tumor therapy.The process involved could induce cell death without the input of external energy,and this could only occur via the conversion of hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))to hydroxyl radicals(·OH).Although Fenton or Fenton-like reactions are being exploited for CDT,along with an application of oxidation reactions to supplement H_(2)O_(2),it has been proven that in cancer cells,the high levels of the existing antioxidants could suppress CDT via·OH depletion,and,unfortunately,tumor hypoxia also inhibits the oxidation reactions.Herein,the authors aimed to fabricate an activatable nanoenzyme reactor(NER)to solve this challenge.Fluorescent reporters(FRs)and bioenzyme glucose oxidase(GOX)were coassembled on nanozyme MnO_(2) nanosheets,which was enwrapped by the tumor-targeting material,hyaluronic acid(HA).NER was internalized explicitly by cancer cells through ligand/receptor recognitionmediated endocytosis,followed by intracellular hyaluronidase(HAase)-dependent activation.As a result,the oxygen level was improved,and the antioxidants were depleted,leading to the promotion of glucose consumption and an increase in·OH level.Thus,the NER exhibited multiple effects to induce coenhanced,chemodynamic and starving therapy against tumor hypoxia and antioxidant defense system to achieve a favorable targeted tumor therapeutic,via these rigorously highly effective,and targeted biochemical reactions both in an in vitro cultured cancer cells systemor in an in vivo mice tumor model. | Zhihe Qing Ailing Bai Lifang Chen Shuohui Xing Zhen Zou Yanli Lei Junbin Li Juewen Liu Ronghua Yang | 2021 | CCS Chemistry2021,3,5: | 0 |

| 14 | Causal Effect of Genetically Determined Blood Copper Concentrations on Multiple Diseases: A Mendelian Randomization and Phenome-Wide Association Study显示文摘Exposures to copper have become a health concern.We aim to explore the broad clinical effects of blood copper concentrations.A total of 376,346 Caucasian subjects were enrolled.We performed a Mendelian randomization and phenome-wide association study(MR-PheWAS)to evaluate the causal association between copper and a wide range of outcomes in UK Biobank,and we constructed a protein-protein interaction network.We found association between blood copper concentrations and five diseases in the overall population and nine diseases in male.MR analysis implicated a causal role of blood copper in five diseases(overall population),including prostate cancer(OR=0.87,95%CI 0.77-0.98),malignant and unknown neoplasms of the brain and nervous system(OR=0.58,95%CI 0.38-0.89),and hypertension(OR=0.94,95%CI 0.90-0.98),essential hypertension(OR=0.94,95%CI 0.90-0.98)and cancer of brain and nervous system(OR=0.63,95%CI 0.41-0.98).For male,except for dysphagia being newly associated with blood copper(OR=1.39,95%CI 1.18-1.63),other MR results were consistent with the overall population.In addition,the PPI network showed possible relationship between blood copper and four outcomes,namely brain cancer,prostate cancer,hypertension,and dysphagia.Blood copper may have causal association with prostate cancer,malignant and unknown neoplasms of the brain and nervous system,hypertension,and dysphagia.Considering that copper is modifiable,exploring whether regulation of copper levels can be used to optimize health outcomes might have public health importance. | Xiuming Feng Wenjun Yang Lulu Huang Hong Cheng Xiaoting Ge Gaohui Zan Yanli Tan Lili Xiao Chaoqun Liu Xing Chen Zengnan Mo Longman Li Xiaobo Yang | 2022 | Phenomics2022,2,4: | 0 |
