DNA barcoding of 18 species of Bovidae显示文摘Genetic divergences of mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit I genes, known as DNA barcodes, have been used in species identification in the animal kingdom.Barcodes can assist field workers and taxonomists to determine groups in need of taxa analysis, and facilitate the recognition of appropriate populations and scales for conservation planning. In this study,18 species of Bovidae were selected to evaluate the effectiveness of DNA barcoding for species differentiation. The results showed that all but 2 species had unique DNA barcodes. The mean intraspecific variation was 0.63%,yielding a threshold of 6.3% for flagging putative species. The results supported the inference that barcode variation within species of mammals is somewhat higher than within other animal groups. The present study validated the effectiveness of barcoding for the identification of bovid species. | CAI YanSen ZHANG Liang SHEN FuJun ZHANG WenPing HOU Rong YUE BiSong LI Jing ZHANG ZhiHe | 2011 | Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,2: | 10
Prediction and safety analysis of additional vertical stress within a shaft wall in an extra-thick alluvium显示文摘An alluvium with a sandy aquifer at the bottom, but lacking an effective impermeable layer between the sandy aquifer and bedrock is referred to as a special alluvial stratum.Impacted by the drainage of the aquifer due to mining activities,a shaft wall in this special alluvial stratum will be subject to a downward load by an additional vertical force which must be taken into consideration in the design of the shaft wall. The complexity of interaction between shaft wall and the surrounding walls makes it extremely difficult to determine this additional vertical force. For a particular shaft wall in an extra-thick alluvium and assuming that the friction coefficient between shaft wall and stratum does not change with depth,an analysis of a numerical simulation of the stress within the shaft wall has been carried out.Growth and size of the additional vertical stress have been obtained, based on specific values of the friction coefficient, the modulus of elasticity of the drainage layer and the thickness of the drainage layer.Subsequently, the safety of shaft walls with different structural types was studied and a more suitable structural design, providing an important basis for the design of shaft walls,is promoted. | WANG Yansen ZHANG Chi XUE Libing HUANG Xinggen | 2010 | Mining Science and Technology2010,20,3: | 7
A novel bioactive polyurethane with controlled degradation and L-Arg release used as strong adhesive tissue patch for hemostasis and promoting wound healing显示文摘Effective strategy of hemostasis and promoting angiogenesis are becoming increasingly urgent in modern medicine due to millions of deaths caused by tissue damage and inflammation. The tissue adhesive has been favored as an optimistic and efficient path to stop bleeding, while, current adhesive presents limitations on wound care or potential degradation safety in clinical practice. Therefore, it is of great clinical significance to construct multifunctional wound adhesive to address the issues. Based on pro-angiogenic property of L-Arginine (L-Arg), in this study, the novel tissue adhesive (G-DLPUs) constructed by L-Arg-based degradable polyurethane (DLPU) and GelMA were prepared for wound care. After systematic characterization, we found that the G-DLPUs were endowed with excellent capability in shape-adaptive adhesion. Moreover, the L-Arg released and the generation of NO during degradation were verified which would enhance wound healing. Following the in vivo biocompatibility was verified, the hemostatic effect of the damaged organ was tested using a rat liver hemor-rhage model, from which reveals that the G-DLPUs can reduce liver bleeding by nearly 75% and no obvious inflammatory cells observed around the tissue. Moreover, the wound care effect was confirmed in a mouse full-thickness skin defect model, showing that the hydrogel adhesive significantly improves the thickness of newly formed dermis and enhance vascularization (CD31 staining). In summary, the G-DLPUs are promising candidate to act as multifunctional wound care adhesive for both damaged organ and trauma. | Faxing Zou Yansen Wang Yudong Zheng Yajie Xie Hua Zhang Jishan Chen M.Irfan Hussain Haoye Meng Jiang Peng | 2022 | Bioactive Materials2022,7,11: | 2
Secure and Efficient Data Storage and Sharing Scheme Based on Double Blockchain显示文摘In the digital era, electronic medical record(EMR)has been a major way for hospitals to store patients’medical data. The traditional centralized medical system and semi-trusted cloud storage are difficult to achieve dynamic balance between privacy protection and data sharing. The storage capacity of blockchain is limited and single blockchain schemes have poor scalability and low throughput. To address these issues,we propose a secure and efficient medical data storage and sharing scheme based on double blockchain. In our scheme,we encrypt the original EMR and store it in the cloud. The storage blockchain stores the index of the complete EMR,and the shared blockchain stores the index of the shared part of the EMR.Users with different attributes can make requests to different blockchains to share different parts according to their own permissions.Through experiments,it was found that cloud storage combined with blockchain not only solved the problem of limited storage capacity of blockchain, but also greatly reduced the risk of leakage of the original EMR.Content Extraction Signature(CES)combined with the double blockchain technology realized the separation of the privacy part and the shared part of the original EMR.The symmetric encryption technology combined with Ciphertext-Policy Attribute-Based Encryption(CP–ABE)not only ensures the safe storage of data in the cloud, but also achieves the consistency and convenience of data update, avoiding redundant backup of data.Safety analysis and performance analysis verified the feasibility and effectiveness of our scheme. | Lejun Zhang Minghui Peng Weizheng Wang Yansen Su Shuna Cui Seokhoon Kim | 2021 | Computers, Materials & Continua2021,,1: | 1
Dynamics of the SARS-CoV-2 antibody response up to 10 months after infection显示文摘COVID-19 caused by SARS-CoV-2 infection has caused substantial morbidity and mortality worldwide and paralyzed the international economy.Understanding the magnitude and duration of the antibody response to SARS-CoV-2 is important to achieve a balance between curbing the pandemic and minimizing adverse effects on society.1 Although the antibody response to SARS-CoV-2 within 9 months has been extensively studied,2,3,4,5,6 little is known about the magnitude and kinetics of antibody responses for over 9 months. Moreover, with limited observations over 9 months(n<100),2,7,8 several studies have produced inconsistent conclusions about antibody dynamics, suggesting different rates of antiviral antibody positivity at the last follow-up.2,7,8 These studies have been limited by a lack of measurement of neutralizing antibodies(NAbs),7 of inclusion of mild or asymptomatic cases,2,8 and of further exploration of potential predisposing factors for antibody dynamics.2,7 Considering the individual heterogeneity(such as disease severity)8 and time-dependent nature1 of the immune response,in-depth characterization of SARS-CoV-2 antibody kinetics across disease severity groups over a long period is urgently needed. Therefore,we repeatedly tested IgM,IgG,viral spike protein receptor-binding dom(anti-RBD)IgG,and NAb titers in COVID-19 patients during a follow-up period of up to 10 months and explored potential predisposing factors of antibody titers during follow-up. | Hao Wang Yu Yuan Mingzhong Xiao Li Chen Youyun Zhao Haiwei Zhang Pinpin Long Yana Zhou Xi Xu Yanshou Lei Bihao Wu Tingyue Diao Hao Cai Li Liu Zuoyu Shao Jingzhi Wang Yansen Bai Kai Wang Miao Peng Linlin Liu Shi Han Fanghua Mei Kun Cai Yake Lei An Pan Chaolong Wang Rui Gong Xiaodong Li Tangchun Wu | 2021 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,7: | 1

Rainbow:reliable personally identifiable information retrieval across multi-cloud显示文摘Personally identifiable information(PII)refers to any information that links to an individual.Sharing PII is extremely useful in public affairs yet hard to implement due to the worries about privacy violations.Building a PII retrieval service over multi-cloud,which is a modern strategy to make services stable where multiple servers are deployed, seems to be a promising solution. However, three major technical challenges remain to be solved. The first is the privacy and access control of PII.In fact, each entry in PII can be shared to different users with different access rights.Hence, flexible and fine-grained access control is needed.Second,a reliable user revocation mechanism is required to ensure that users can be revoked efficiently, even if few cloud servers are compromised or collapse,to avoid data leakage.Third, verifying the correctness of received PII and locating a misbehaved server when wrong data are returned is crucial to guarantee user’s privacy, but challenging to realize. In this paper,we propose Rainbow,a secure and practical PII retrieval scheme to solve the above issues. In particular,we design an important cryptographic tool, called Reliable Outsourced Attribute Based Encryption(ROABE)which provides data privacy, flexible and fine-grained access control, reliable immediate user revocation and verification for multiple servers simultaneously,to support Rainbow. Moreover,we present how to build Rainbow with ROABE and several necessary cloud techniques in real world. To evaluate the performance,we deploy Rainbow on multiple mainstream clouds, namely,AWS,GCP and Microsoft Azure, and experiment in browsers on mobile phones and computers. Both theoretical analysis and experimental results indicate that Rainbow is secure and practical. | Zishuai Song Hui Ma Shuzhou Sun Yansen Xin Rui Zhang | 2023 | Cybersecurity2023,6,4: | 0

A Normalizing Flow-Based Bidirectional Mapping Residual Network for Unsupervised Defect Detection显示文摘Unsupervised methods based on density representation have shown their abilities in anomaly detection, but detection performance still needs to be improved.Specifically, approaches using normalizing flows can accurately evaluate sample distributions, mapping normal features to the normal distribution and anomalous features outside it.Consequently, this paper proposes a Normalizing Flow-based Bidirectional Mapping Residual Network(NF-BMR).It utilizes pre-trained Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN)and normalizing flows to construct discriminative source and target domain feature spaces.Additionally,to better learn feature information in both domain spaces,we propose the Bidirectional Mapping Residual Network(BMR),which maps sample features to these two spaces for anomaly detection. The two detection spaces effectively complement each other’s deficiencies and provide a comprehensive feature evaluation from two perspectives, which leads to the improvement of detection performance.Comparative experimental results on the MVTec AD and DAGM datasets against the Bidirectional Pre-trained Feature Mapping Network(B-PFM)and other state-of-the-art methods demonstrate that the proposed approach achieves superior performance. On the MVTec AD dataset,NF-BMR achieves an average AUROC of 98.7%for all 15 categories.Especially,it achieves 100%optimal detection performance in five categories. On the DAGM dataset, the average AUROC across ten categories is 98.7%,which is very close to supervised methods. | Lanyao Zhang Shichao Kan Yigang Cen Xiaoling Chen Linna Zhang Yansen Huang | 2024 | Computers, Materials & Continua2024,78,2: | 0
Redundant Data Detection and Deletion to Meet Privacy Protection Requirements in Blockchain-Based Edge Computing Environment显示文摘With the rapid development of information technology,IoT devices play a huge role in physiological health data detection. The exponential growth of medical data requires us to reasonably allocate storage space for cloud servers and edge nodes. The storage capacity of edge nodes close to users is limited. We should store hotspot data in edge nodes as much as possible,so as to ensure response timeliness and access hit rate; However, the current scheme cannot guarantee that every sub-message in a complete data stored by the edge node meets the requirements of hot data; How to complete the detection and deletion of redundant data in edge nodes under the premise of protecting user privacy and data dynamic integrity has become a challenging problem. Our paper proposes a redundant data detection method that meets the privacy protection requirements.By scanning the cipher text,it is determined whether each sub-message of the data in the edge node meets the requirements of the hot data.It has the same effect as zero-knowledge proof, and it will not reveal the privacy of users. In addition, for redundant sub-data that does not meet the requirements of hot data, our paper proposes a redundant data deletion scheme that meets the dynamic integrity of the data.We use Content Extraction Signature(CES)to generate the remaining hot data signature after the redundant data is deleted. The feasibility of the scheme is proved through safety analysis and efficiency analysis. | Zhang Lejun Peng Minghui Su Shen Wang Weizheng Jin Zilong Su Yansen Chen Huiling Guo Ran Sergey Gataullin | 2024 | China Communications2024,21,3: | 0
Diffusion process for efficiency improvement with high sheet resistance on traditional production lines of solar cell显示文摘By optimizing the diffusion temperature and time, four groups of samples with different sheet resistances are achieved. The front screen printing pattern and firing temperature are fine-tuned according to the needs. The performance of the low-and-plateau-temperature doping recipe(as recipe A)is better than that of the low-and-multiple-temperature doping recipe(as recipe B).And the 19.24%efficiency of volume production of monocrystalline solar cells with 238.95 mm2 and 80?/sq sheet resistance is obtained in the traditional process line.0.48%more efficiency is achieved than 60?/sq due to the reduction of the phosphorus surface doping and shallow junction by the low-and-plateau-temperature diffusion recipe. The module test shows that by using two drive-in zones, not only do we have a higher efficiency, but also have a stabler and lower power loss in encapsulation manufacture. It is showed that power of a large improvement will be gotten by statistical analysis and PC1D simulation. | JIA HeShun LUO Lei JIANG YanSen XU ZhenHua REN XianKun ZHANG ChunYan | 2014 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,5: | 0
