| 1 | Power allocation for OFDM-based cognitive heterogeneous networks显示文摘In this paper,the capacity maximization and the spectrum utilization efficiency improvement are investigated for the Pico cells in broadband heterogeneous networks.In frequency-reuse model,the users attached to Macro base station are usually viewed as primary users,and those attached to Pico base station should be regarded as cognitive radio(CR) users.As both the primary users and the CR users communicate in parallel frequency bands,the performance of the system is limited by the mutual inter-carrier interference(ICI).In order to control ICI and maximize the achievable transmission rate of the CR users,an effective power allocation scheme is proposed to maximize the transmission rate of the CR users under a given interference threshold prescribed by the primary users.By transforming this suboptimal solution into an innovative matrix expression,the algorithm is easier to perform in practice.The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm provides a large performance gain in Pico cell capacity over the non-cooperative and equal power allocation schemes. | FEI ZeSong XING ChengWen LI Na HAN YanTao DANEV Danyo KUANG JingMing | 2013 | Science China(Information Sciences)2013,56,4: | 5 |
| 2 | Statistically robust resource allocation for distributed multi-carrier cooperative networks显示文摘In this paper, we investigate joint subcarrier and power allocation scheme for distributed multicarrier cooperative networks with imperfect channel state information. Using practical channel estimation algorithms, the statistic model of the channel estimation error is first derived. Then based on the channel error model, the resource allocation scheme aims at maximizing the sum rate of the overall network. Specifically, both subcarrier allocation and power allocation are taken into account. In the subcarrier allocation, a realistic problem of the power leakage between neighboring subcarriers is also addressed. Furthermore, based on Lagrange dual-decomposition algorithm, a practical power allocation algorithm is proposed. | 6 | Bioinspired mineral-in-shell nanoarchitectonics:Functional empowerment of mineral precursors for guiding intradentinal mineralization显示文摘Effective mineralization of biological structures poses a significant challenge in hard tissue engineering as it necessitates overcoming geometric complexities and multistep biomineralization processes.In this regard,we propose“mineral-in-shell nanoarchitectonics”,inspired by the nanostructure of matrix vesicles,which can influence multiple mineralization pathways.Our nanostructural design empowers mineral precursors with tailorable properties through encapsulating amorphous calcium phosphate within a multifunctional tannic acid(TA)and silk fibroin(SF)nanoshell.The bioinspired nanosystem facilitates efficient recruitment of mineral precursors throughout the dentin structures,followed by large-scale intradentinal mineralization both in vitro and in vivo,which provides persistent protection against external stimuli.Theoretical simulations combined with experimental studies attribute the success of intradentinal mineralization to the TA-SF nanoshell,which exhibits a strong affinity for the dentin structure,stabilizing amorphous precursors and thereby facilitating concomitant mineral formation.Overall,this bioinspired mineral-in-shell nanoarchitectonics shows a promising prospect for hard tissue repair and serves as a blueprint for next-generation biomineralization-associated materials. | Xiaoran Zheng Yang Liu Mingjing Li Yuyan Li Wanshan Gao Rongmin Qiu Jiaqi Xing Jiaojiao Yang Yantao Chen Xinyuan Xu Mingming Ding Jun Luo Jianshu Li | 2024 | Nano Research2024,17,5: | 0 |
| 7 | Synthesis and biological evaluation of N-Alkylamide derivatives as anti-tumor agents显示文摘Background:N-Alkylamides(NAAs),derived from Anacyclus pyrethrum(L.)DC,have potential anti-tumor effects.To explore the molecular mechanism and chemo-preventive capacity of NAAs,we synthesized an NAA(H-10)and evaluated whether it could inhibit the proliferation of B16,HepG2,HeLa,and HCT116 cancer cells in 2D culture.Methods:To evaluate the antiproliferative activity of H-10 in 2D and 3D culture of BD,HepG2,HeLa,and HCT116 cells,multicellular tumor spheroids were constructed to more accurately reflect the cell tumor environment.To visualize nuclear changes related to apoptosis,Hoechst 33258 staining and propidium iodide-Annexin V double staining were performed.Results:Compound H-10 strongly inhibited the growth of all tested cell lines.Hoechst 33258 staining and propidium iodide-Annexin V double staining revealed that H-10 did not cause morphological alterations in the nuclei and moderately induced late apoptosis only when treated at 180 mM.The strongest inhibitory effect was observed in HCT116 cells.Flow cytometry analysis indicated that treatment of HCT116 cells with compound H-10 resulted in robust cell growth arrest in G2 phase in 2D and 3D cell culture;in 3D-cultured HCT116 cells,growth arrest occurred in G1 phase.Treatment with compound H-10 also significantly suppressed angiogenesis of chick chorioallantoic membrane in vivo.Conclusion:Treatment with compound H-10 strongly affected clonogenic survival(in the long-term)and migration of HCT116 cells.Therefore,H-10,a compound of NAAs may be useful for treating cancer because of its anti-neoplastic effect and easy synthesis. | Kunxiu Jiang Yantao Xing Qinghua Quan Qianqian Sun Jingyun Tian Cen Liu Xingzhuo Song Xirui Wang Yonggang Liu | 2020 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2020,7,4: | 0 |
