1Removal of copper ions from aqueous solution by calcium alginate immobilized kaolin显示文摘Kaolin has been widely used as an adsorbent to remove heavy metal ions from aqueous solutions.However,the lower heavy metal adsorption capacity of kaolin limits its practical application.A novel environmental friendly material,calcium alginate immobilized kaolin (kaolin/CA),was prepared using a sol-gel method.The effects of contact time,pH,adsorbent dose,and temperature on Cu 2+ adsorption by kaolin/CA were investigated.The Langmuir isotherm was used to describe the experimental adsorption,the maximum Cu 2+ adsorption capacity of the kaolin/CA reached up to 53.63 mg/g.The thermodynamic studies showed that the adsorption reaction was a spontaneous and endothermic process.Yanhui Li Bing Xia Quansheng Zhao Fuqiang Liu Pan Zhang Qiuju Du DechangWang Da Li ZonghuaWang Yanzhi Xia 2011Journal of Environmental Sciences2011,23,3:14
2Synthesis of Branched Chains with Actuation Redundancy for Eliminating Interior Singularities of 3T1R Parallel Mechanisms显示文摘Although it is common to eliminate the singularity of parallel mechanism by adding the branched chain with actuation redundancy, there is no theory and method for the configuration synthesis of the branched chain with actuation redundancy in parallel mechanism. Branched chains with actuation redundancy are synthesized for eliminating interior singularity of 3-translational and 1-rotational(3T1R) parallel mechanisms. Guided by the discriminance method of hybrid screw group according to Grassmann line geometry, all the possibilities are listed for the occurrence of interior singularities in 3T1R parallel mechanism. Based on the linear relevance of screw system and the principles of eliminating parallel mechanism singularity with actuation redundancy, different types of branched chains with actuation redundancy are synthesized systematically to indicate the layout and the number of the branched chainsinterior with actuation redundancy. 4Study on Surface and Bulk Properties of Ce-5 % Lanthanum Alloy显示文摘The surface and bulk properties of Ce-5% La were studied with X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS)and X-ray diffraction (XRD), respectively.The XRD analysis shows that cerium in bulk is in γ-phase, and its lattice parameter is 0.516 nm.And we also find Ce2O3 in the bulk from the XRD figure but no existence of metal lanthanum because of its small quantity.The XPS analysis shows that there are always oxides existing in the surface.The O1s peak always exists at the binding energy of 530.3 eV, which may be attributed to Ce2O3 and La2O3, but no evidence was found for the existence of CeO2.It is concluded that there is a thick layer of Ce2O3 on the sample surface.And the Ce3d peak show multi-split in the figure, in which there are two peaks in each region, 3d5/2 and 3d3/2, and the binding energy of these peaks are 882.86, 887.70 eV for 3d5/2, and 901.44, 905.93 eV for 3d3/2.The special phenomena can be attributed to the changes of 4f electronic configuration, and the cerium in the sample exhibits properties similar to Ce2O3.But the influence of the addition of lanthanum to cerium is not visible, and further investigations are expected.Luo Lizhu Wang Xiaolin Fu Xiaoguo Zhang Yanzhi Zhao Zhengping Liu Chunrong 2004Journal of Rare Earths2004,22,z1:7
5A Plant Lectin Receptor-like Kinase Phosphorylates the Bacterial Effector AvrPtoB to Dampen Its Virulence in Arabidopsis显示文摘Plasma membrane-localized receptor-like kinases(RLKs)perceive conserved pathogen-associated molecular pattems(PAMPs)in plants,leading to PAMP-triggered immunity(PTI).TheArabidopsis thaliana lectin RLK LecRK-Ⅸ.2 has been shown to regulate the bacterial flagellin-derived peptide flg22-induced PTI.Here,we discover that Pseudomonas syringae effector AvrPtoB targets LecRK-Ⅸ.2 for degradation,which subsequently suppresses LecRK-Ⅸ.2-mediated PTI and disease resistance.However,LecRK-Ⅸ.2 can interact with and phosphorylate AvrPtoB at serine site 335(S335).AvrPtoB self-associates in vitro and in vivo,and the association appears to be essential for its E3 ligase activity in ubiquitinating substrate in plants.Phosphorylation of S335 disrupts the self-association and as a result,phosphomimetic AvrPtoBS335D cannot ubiquitinate LecRK-Ⅸ.2 efficiently,leading to the compromised virulence of AvrPtoB in suppressing PTI responses.fig22 enhances AvrPtoB S335 phosphorylation by inducing the expression and activating of LecRK-Ⅸ.2.Our study demonstrates that host RLKs can modify pathogen effectors to dampen their virulence and undermine their ability in suppressing PTI.Ning Xu Xuming Luo Wei Wu Yingying Xing Yingbo Liang Yanzhi Liu Huasong Zou Hai-Lei Wei Jun Liu 2020Molecular Plant2020,13,10:5
6Effects of Ti addition on low carbon hot strips produced by CSP process显示文摘Large quantity of fine Ti(C,N) particles, 15-30 nm in size, were observed in low carbon hot strips added to a small amount of Ti and produced by CSP process. The results showed that the precipitation of Ti(C,N) mostly took place during soaking and hot rolling, which is significantly different from that in the conventional production. These fine Ti carbonitride particles could be very effective on the austenite grain refinement by hindering grain growth of recrystallized austenite. 7Phyto-phospholipid complexes(phytosomes): A novel strategy to improve the bioavailability of active constituents显示文摘Although active constituents extracted from plants show robust in vitro pharmacological effects, low in vivo absorption greatly limits the widespread application of these compounds. A strategy of using phyto-phospholipid complexes represents a promising approach to increase the oral bioavailability of active constituents, which is consist of ‘‘label-friendly'phospholipids and active constituents. Hydrogen bond interactions between active constituents and phospholipids enable phospholipid complexes as an integral part. This review provides an update on four important issues related to phyto-phospholipid complexes: active constituents, phospholipids, solvents, and stoichiometric ratios. 8The effect of monosialylganglioside mix modifying the PEGylated liposomal epirubicin on the accelerated blood clearance phenomenon显示文摘PEGylated liposomes are potential candidates to improve the pharmacokinetic characteristics of encapsulated drugs, to extend their circulation half-life and facilitate their passive accumulation at tumour sites. However, PEG-modified liposomes can induce accelerated blood clearance(ABC) upon repeated administration, and the extent of ABC phenomenon on the cytotoxic drugs-containing PEGylated liposomes is related to the dose of the cytotoxic drugs.In this study, EPI served as a model cytotoxic drug, a hydrophilic surfactant molecule,monosialylganglioside(GM1) was chosen and modified on the liposomes together with PEG.It was shown that upon mixed modification, when GM1 contents reached 10% or 15% mol,the ABC phenomenon of the PEGylated liposomal EPI significantly reduced. We also found that GM1 played an important role in abrogating the ABC phenomenon in both the induction phase and the effectuation phase. The results suggested that GM1 incorporation unfortunately did not avoid occurrence of ABC phenomenon completely, but GM1 modification on PEGylated liposomes may provide a significant improvement in clinical practice of PEGylated liposomes. 9Effects of complement inhibition on the ABC phenomenon in rats显示文摘Researchers reported that intravenously injected PEGylated colloidal drug carriers lose their long-circulating characteristic and accumulated extensively in liver when they are administrated twice in the same animal with certain intervals. This phenomenon was referred to as the 'accelerated blood clearance(ABC) phenomenon'. Some former studies had found that complement-mediated phagocytosis, activated by antigen–antibody complex, was responsible for inducing the phenomenon. According to the theory, we have used cobra venom factor to deplete complement in vivo and to investigate the effect of complement inhibition on the ABC phenomenon. Rats were administered by injection of cobra venom factor solution to build up the model of complement exhaustion/inhibition, and the effect of the inhibition of complement on ABC phenomenon was carried out. It seemed that inhibition of complement didn’t affect the pharmacokinetic of the first infection. By contrast, in rats of which complement had been depleted, the second dose of PEGylated nanoemulsions showed enhanced circulation time compared with normal rats in a complement inhibition-independent manner, but the ABC phenomenon was not completely eliminated. 10Preparation and toxicity evaluation of a novel nattokinase-tauroursodeoxycholate complex显示文摘Nattokinase(NK), which has been identified as a potent fibrinolytic protease, has remarkable potential in treatment of thrombolysis, and even has the ability to ameliorate chronic vein thrombosis. To reduce the hemorrhagic risk from an intravenous injection of NK,nattokinase-tauroursodeoxycholate(NK-TUDCA) complex was prepared at different pH values and with different ratios of NK and TUDCA. When assessing survival time, survival state,tail injury, and the body weight of mice, it was found that the NK-TUDCA complex(NK: 10 k IU/ml; TUDCA: 10 mg/ml; pH 5.0) had a lower toxicity when administered at an NK dosage of 130 kIU/kg in the acute toxicity test and 13 kIU/kg in the repeated low-dose challenge. From the results of the in vitro thrombolytic test and characterization of NKTUDCA, we speculated that the delayed release of NK-TUDCA might be the main cause of toxicity reduction by the complex. 11NIR-to-NIR UCL/T_1-weighted MR/CT multimodal imaging by NaYbF_4:Tm@NaGdF_4:Yb-PVP upconversion nanoparticles显示文摘Multimodal imaging nanoprobes are urgently sought because they can integrate different imaging function into individual nanoplatform and provide more comprehensive and accurate information for the diagnosis of early-stage tumor.Lanthanide-based upconversion nanoparticles(UCNPs) are regarded as promising nanoplatforms to fabricate these probes.Herein,we firstly developed the active core-active shell structured NaYbF_4:Tm@NaGdF_4:Yb-PVP UCNPs with the average diameter of 13.23±0.96 nm as multimodal imaging probes.These water-dispersible nanoprobes presented excellent near-infrared to near-infrared(NIR-to-NIR) upconversion luminescence(UCL) performance,which is favorable for optical bioimaging due to deeper tissue penetration and autofluorescence reduction.After coated with the NaGdF_4:Yb active shell,the UCL emission intensity at 800 nm increased by 7.2 times.These nanoprobes exhibited a desirable longitudinal relaxivity(r_1=3.58 L/(mmol s)) and strong X-ray attenuation property(58.84 HU L/g).The cytotoxicity assessment,histology analysis and biodistribution study revealed that NaYbF_4:Tm@NaGdF_4:Yb-PVP UCNPs had relatively low cytotoxicity and negligible organ toxicity.These UCNPs were applied for NIR-to-NIR UCL imaging in vivo.More importantly,the detection of small tumor was successfully achieved under T_1-weighted MRI and CT imaging modalities after intravenous injection of these UCNPs.These results revealed that NaYbF_4:Tm@NaGdF_4:Yb-PVP UCNPs could serve as promising NIR-to-NIR UCL/MRI/CT trimodal imaging probes.Tao Wang Min Yang Jiahui Huang Yanzhi Zhao Honglei Wang Shuang Leng Jinxing Chen Guoying Sun Jianhua Liu 2017Science Bulletin2017,62,13:2
12Theoretical characterization of electronic structures and properties of C-F···H-C pseudohydrogen bonds显示文摘The weak intermolecular interactions between 2-F-tetrahydrofuran and imidazole, pyrimidine, adenine, and guanine were studied theoretically using density functional B3LYP/6-311++G** and HF/6-311++G** methods. The results showed that both conven- tional N···H hydrogen bond and C-F···H-C pseudohydrogen bond (PHB) structures coexist in the four complexes. The weak intermolecular interaction energies indicate that the relative stabilities of the four complexes are in the order guanine···F > imidazole···F > adenine···F > pyrimidine···F. The characteristics of the four PHBs were determined using geometry optimizations, stretching vibrational frequencies, and natural bond orbital and electron density topological properties calculations. 16A Yeast BiFC-seq Method for Genome-wide Interactome Mapping显示文摘Genome-wide physical protein±protein interaction(PPI)mapping remains a major challenge for current technologies.Here,we reported a high-efficiency BiFC-seq method,yeastenhanced green fluorescent protein-based bimolecular fluorescence complementation(y EGFPBiFC)coupled with next-generation DNA sequencing,for interactome mapping.We first applied y EGFP-BiFC method to systematically investigate an intraviral network of the Ebola virus.Two-thirds(9/14)of known interactions of EBOV were recaptured,and five novel interactions were discovered.Next,we used the BiFC-seq method to map the interactome of the tumor protein p53.We identified 97 interactors of p53,more than three-quarters of which were novel.Furthermore,in a more complex background,we screened potential interactors by pooling two BiFC libraries together and revealed a network of 229 interactions among 205 proteins.These results show that BiFC-seq is a highly sensitive,rapid,and economical method for genome-wide interactome mapping.Limin Shang Yuehui Zhang Yuchen Liu Chaozhi Jin Yanzhi Yuan Chunyan Tian Ming Ni Xiaochen Bo Li Zhang Dong Li Fuchu He Jian Wang 2022Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2022,20,4:1
17Strains Recorded Using a Seismometer Data Acquisition Unit显示文摘A seismometer data acquisition unit has been used in the Changping seismic station to record the output of a strainmeter.The output of a strainmeter was sampled at a rate of 100/sec by seismometer acquisition from the original rate of 1 per minute.Plenty of high frequency sampled data was recorded.The minute value curve calculated from the seismometer acquisition are consistent with that of the original data sampled by the strain acquisition system.More complete waveforms were recorded with a higher sampling rate,and seismic phase parameters calculated by using higher sampling rate strain seismic waves are also in consistency with the results of its predecessors.Spectra of the strain seismic waves are compared with that of seismic waves recorded by a seismometer in the Shisanling seismic station,and their trends are almost the same.Besides,some lower frequency components still exist in strain seismic waves.Yang Xuanhui Yang Shuxin Zhang Bin Zhang Guohong Liu Fusheng Liu Yanzhi Wang Yong 2012Earthquake Research in China2012,26,1:1

19Inverse hydrogen bonds between SiH_4 and hydrides of Na,Mg and Be显示文摘The optimized geometries of the three complexes between MeHn (Me=Na,Mg,Be;n=1 or 2) and SiH4 have been calculated at the B3LYP/6-311++g**,MP2/6-311++g(3df,3pd) and MP2/aug-cc-pvtz levels,respectively.The red-shift inverse hydrogen bonds (IHBs) based on Si-H,an electron donor,were reported.The calculated binding energies with basis set super-position error (BSSE) correction of the three complexes are-5.98,-8.65 and-3.96 kJ mol-1 (MP2/6-311++g(3df,3pd)),respectively,which agree with the results obtained via MP2/aug-cc-pvtz (-6.18,-9.12 and-4.28 kJ mol-1,respectively).The relative stabilities of the three complexes are in the order of SiH4···MgH2 > SiH4···NaH > SiH4···BeH2.Natural bond orbital theory (NBO) analysis and the chemical shift calculation of the related atoms revealed that the charges flow from SiH4 to MeHn and the chemical shifts of the interacting H shift to downfield.Here,the Si1-H3 of SiH4 acts as both a bond hydrogen donor and an electron donor.Therefore,compared with conventional hydrogen bonds,they formed IHB complexes.Atoms in molecules (AIM) theory have been used to investigate the topological properties of the critical points in the three IHB structures.YUAN Kun ZUO GuoFang LIU YanZhi ZHU YuanCheng LIU XinWen ZHANG JunYan 2011Science China Chemistry2011,54,1:1
20Compression Algorithm for Implicit 3D B-Spline Solids显示文摘Due to advantages in solid modeling with complex geometry and its ideal suitability for 3D printing,the implicit representation has been widely used in recent years.The demand for free-form shapes makes the implicit tensor-product B-spline representation attract more and more attention.However,it is an important challenge to deal with the storage and transmission requirements of enormous coefficient ten-sor.In this paper,we propose a new compression framework for coefficient tensors of implicit 3D tensor-product B-spline solids.The proposed compression algorithm consists of four steps,i.e.,preprocessing,block splitting,using a lifting-based 3D discrete wavelet transform,and coding with 3D set partitioning in hierarchical trees algorithm.Finally,we manage to lessen the criticism of the implicit tensor-product B-spline representation of surface for its redundancy store of 3D coefficient tensor.Experimental results show that the proposed compression framework not only achieves satisfactory reconstruction quality and considerable compression ratios,but also sup-ports progressive transmissions and random access by employing patch-wise coding strategy.Yanzhi Song Yixin Luo Yuan Liu Jiansong Deng Zhouwang Yang 2018Communications in Mathematics and Statistics2018,6,2:1
