2Double-layer ramp-metering model for incident congestion on expressway显示文摘In order to ensure stable traffic capacity and avoid incident congestion,a double-layer ramp metering model is proposed in this paper,based on coordination control theory,to predict and control the traffic flow at each on-ramp,when there is incident congestion on the expressway.The function of the lower model is to recognize where the incident congestion exists,based on an adaptive neural network with inputs of traffic flow,velocity and density.The outputs of the lower model are the number of section where the congestion occurs,the number of ramp which should be controlled,and real-time traffic flow information.These outputs should be transmitted to the upper model.The function of the upper model is to design the ramp-metering strategy based on nonlinear theory.The outputs of the upper model are a ramp-metering rate and traffic-flow state after ramp controlling on the expressway.The results of the simulation show that the double-layer ramp metering model could shorten the delay by about 25%,and the variance of the model results is 0.002,which could certify the control strategy is equitable.Yihu Wu Dan Yu Wei Yu Tao Qin Yifen Li 2014Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering(English Edition)2014,1,2:7

5The Game Theoretical Approach for Multi-phase Complex Systems in Chemical Engineering显示文摘This paper explores the application of noncooperative game theory together with the concept of Nash equilibrium to the investigation of some basic problems on multi-scale structure, especially the meso-scale structure in the multi-phase complex systems in chemical engineering. The basis of this work is the energy-minimization-multi-scale(EMMS) model proposed by Li and Kwauk(1994) and Li, et al.(2013) which identifies the multi-scale structure as a result of ‘compromise-in-competition between dominant mechanisms' and tries to solve a multi-objective optimization problem. However,the existing methods often integrate it into a problem of single objective optimization, which does not clearly reflect the ‘compromise-in-competition' mechanism and causes heavy computation burden as well as uncertainty in choosing suitable weighting factors. This paper will formulate the compromise in competition mechanism in EMMS model as a noncooperative game with constraints, and will describe the desired stable system state as a generalized Nash equilibrium. Then the authors will investigate the game theoretical approach for two typical systems in chemical engineering, the gas-solid fluidization(GSF) system and turbulent flow in pipe. Two different cases for generalized Nash equilibrium in such systems will be well defined and distinguished. The generalize Nash equilibrium will be solved accurately for the GSF system and a feasible method will be given for turbulent flow in pipe. 6How cooperation arises from rational players?显示文摘In classical control systems,the plant to be controlled does not have intention to gain its payof or benefit,which is obviously not the case in various aspects of social and economic systems(or subsystems).In the latter case,competition and cooperation between players who will optimize their own payofs turn out to be an important feature,and a fundamental problem is how to achieve cooperation from these rational players.In this paper,we present a neat way to lead to cooperation in dynamical Prisoner’s Dilemma game.In our scenario,the two players are heterogenous with hierarchical roles as the‘leader’and the‘follower’respectively.It is shown that the system will co-evolve into and stay at the cooperation state if and only if the leader is restricted not to take the dominating strategies.For the special case of 1-step-memory,the optimal strategies for the leader and follower are‘Tit for Tat’and‘ALL C’respectively.In this framework,both the heterogeneity of the players’roles and the multiplicity of time-scales are crucial for cooperation,which are quite natural settings from the view point of control theory.Besides,the boundary for cooperation also turns out to depend on the relative payofs of the players.MU YiFen GUO Lei 2013Science China(Information Sciences)2013,56,11:4
7Tenofovir Alafenamide Fumarate,Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate and Entecavir:Which is the Most Effective Drug for Chronic Hepatitis B?A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis显示文摘Background and Aims:The therapeutic effect of tenofovir alafenamide fumarate(TAF),tenofovir disoproxil fumarate(TDF)and entecavir(ETV)on chronic hepatitis B(CHB)patients remains inconsistent.The aim of this study was to explore the differences in virological responses to TAF,TDF and ETV in patients with CHB.Methods:Literature searches were conducted of the PubMed,EMBASE,and the Cochrane Library databases to identify randomized controlled trials and observational studies published up to July 21,2020.Statistical comparisons of virological response between TDF,ETV,and TAF were carried out with pooled odds ratio(OR)values.Results:The virological response in TDF-treated CHB patients was notably superior to that of the ETV-treated CHB patients after 12-weeks[OR=1.12,95%confidence interval(CI):0.89–1.41],24-weeks(OR=1.33,95%CI:1.11–1.61),48-weeks(OR=1.62,95%CI:1.16–2.25),72-weeks(OR=1.43,95%CI:0.78–2.62),and 96-weeks(OR=1.56,95%CI:0.87–2.81)treatment.No significant difference was observed for the virological responses in CHB patients after 48-weeks treatment with TAF or TDF.The virological response in TDF+ETV-treated CHB patients was superior to that of TDF-treated CHB patients after 24-weeks,48-weeks(OR=1.54,95%CI:1.17–2.02),96-weeks,and 144-weeks.Conclusions:The virological response in TDF-treated CHB patients was superior to that in ETV-treated CHB patients,but there was no significant difference between TAF and TDF.In addition,the therapeutic effect of TDF+ETV was superior to TDF alone.Xuefeng Ma Shousheng Liu Mengke Wang Yifen Wang Shuixian Du Yongning Xin Shiying Xuan 2021Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2021,9,3:3
8Microphthalmia family of transcription factors associated renal cell carcinoma显示文摘The microphthalmia(MiT)subfamily of transcription factors includes TFE3,TFEB,TFEC,and MITF.In the 2016 World Health Organization classification,MiT family translocation renal cell carcinoma(tRCC)including Xp11 tRCC and t(6;11)RCC,was newly defined as an RCC subtype.Xp11 and t(6;11)RCC are characterized by the rearrangement of the MiT transcription factors TFE3 and TFEB,respectively.Recent studies identified the fusion partner-dependent clinicopathological and immunohistochemical features in TFE3-rearranged RCC.Furthermore,RCC with TFEB amplification,melanotic MiT family translocation neoplasms,was identified may as a unique subtype of MiT family associated renal neoplasms,along with MITF associated RCC.In this review,we will collect available literature of these newly-described RCCs,analyze their clinicopathological and immunohistochemical features,and summarize their molecular and genetic evidences.We expect this review would be beneficial for the understanding of these rare subtypes of RCCs,and eventually promote clinical management strategies.Ling Xie Yifen Zhang Chin-Lee Wu 2019Asian Journal of Urology2019,6,4:3
9Influences of 1-methylcyclopropene-containing papers on the metabolisms of membrane lipids in Anxi persimmons during storage显示文摘Objectives:The aim of this work was to analyse the effects of 1-methylcyclopropene(1-MCP)treatment on the metabolisms of membrane lipids in postharvest Anxi persimmons during storage.Materials and methods:Anxi persimmon(Diospyros kaki L.f.cv.Anxi)fruits were treated by paper containing 1-MCP with a concentration of 1.35μl/l.The cellular membrane permeability was analysed by the electric conductivity meter.The activities of lipoxygenase(LOX),phospholipase(PLD)and lipase were determined by spectrophotometry.The component and relative amounts of membrane fatty acids were determined using gas chromatograph(GC).Results:The 1-MCP-treated Anxi persimmons manifested a lower electrolyte leakage rate,lower LOX,PLD and lipase activities,higher levels of unsaturated fatty acids(USFAs),higher ratio of USFAs to saturated fatty acids(SFAs)(U/S),higher index of USFAs(IUFA),but lower levels of SFAs.Conclusions:The degradation and the metabolisms of membrane lipids could be suppressed by 1-MCP treatment,which might be accountable for the delaying softening of postharvest Anxi persimmons during storage.Hui Wang Guo Chen Lili Shi Hetong Lin Yihui Chen Yifen Lin Zhongqi Fan 2020Food Quality and Safety2020,4,3:2

18Coordinated Exploration Model and its Application to Coal and Coal-associated Deposits in Coal Basins of China显示文摘China is a top world producer of coal resources with numerous coal-rich basins country-wide that also contain coalbed methane(CBM),an unconventional natural gas resource.Recent exploration of coal and CBM resources has also led to the discovery of rare,precious,and scattered metal minerals,including sandstone-type U and Ga–Ge–Li.High-grade and industrial-value deposits have been discovered in the Ordos,Junggar,and other basins across China during exploration for coal resources.Application of coordinated exploration theories and techniques in multiple energy and coal-associated ore deposits,such as coal and unconventional natural gas in coal,achieves efficient and practical exploration of natural resources.Based on the systematic study of accumulation and occurrence of coal and coal-associated mineral resources in coal basins,the basic idea of coordinated exploration for coal and coal-associated deposits is proposed,and multi-targets and multi-methods based on a coordinated exploration model of coal-associated deposits is developed.Coordinated exploration expands the main exploration objective from coal seams to coal-associated series,extending the exploration target from targeting coal only to coal-associated deposits.Entrance times for exploration are decreased to realize coordinated exploration for coal,unconventional natural gas and syngenetic/associated mineral resources in coal by implementing a’one-time approach’―one time in and out of a coal seam to minimize disturbance and time needed for extraction.According to the differences of geological background in China’s coal basins,four coordinated exploration model types,including co-exploration of coal and coal-associated unconventional natural gas,coal and solid minerals,coal and metal minerals,and coal with water resources are established.Other models discussed include a multi-target coordinated exploration model for the combination of coal,coal-associated gas,solid minerals,and metal minerals accordingly.The exploration techniques of coal and coal-associated resources include regional geological investigation and research and synthetic application of other techniques including seismic surveys,drilling,logging,and geochemical exploration.Particularly,applying the’multi-purpose drill hole’or reworking coalfield drill holes into parameter wells,adding sample testing and logging wells,determining gas-bearing layers by logging and gas content measurement,jointly measuring multiple logging parameters,sampling,and testing of coal-strata help in the exploration and evaluation of coal resources,coal-associated unconventional natural gas resources,and coal-associated element minerals.Accordingly,a system of integrated Space–Air–Ground exploration techniques for coordinated exploration of coal and coal-associated minerals is established.This includes high-resolution,hyperspectral remote-sensing technique,high-precision geophysical exploration and fast,precise drilling,testing of experimental samples,as well as coordinated exploration and determination methods of multi-target factors,multi-exploration means,multi-parameter configuration and optimization,big data fusions and interpretation techniques.In recent years,the application of this integrated system has brought significant breakthroughs in coal exploration in Inner Mongolia,Xinjiang and other provinces,discovering several large,ten-billionton coalfields,such as the Eastern Junggar and Tuha basins,and also in exploration and development of CBM from lowrank coals in Fukang,Xinjiang,discovery the Daying U Deposit in Inner Mongolia,the Junggar Ultralarge Ga Deposit,Lincang,Yunnan,and the Wulantuga,Inner Mongolia,Ge-bearing coal deposits,and the Pingshuo Ultralarge Li–Ge Deposit.WANG Tong SUN Jie LIN Zhongyue FANG Huiming WANG Yue LIU Yifen 2021Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2021,95,4:1
