Possible early Neoproterozoic magmatism associated with slab window in the Pingshui segment of the Jiangshan-Shaoxing suture zone: Evidence from zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb geochronology and geochemistry显示文摘We report here geochemical data, U-Pb zircon ages, and Hf isotopes for the high-Mg diorites (HMDs), Nb-enriched basaltic porphyrys (NEBPs) and plagiogranites (PLAGs) in the Pingshui segment of the Jiangshan-Shaoxing suture zone. The HMDs are characterized by high Mg# (>60), high Na and LREE contents, depletion of HREE and HFSE, and pronounced positive εNd(t) values of 7.0 to 7.7, similar to some adakitic high-Mg andesites. The NEBPs are relatively Na-rich (Na2O/K2O>6) and display high abundances of P2O5 (~1.00%), TiO2 (~3.08%) and HFSE (e.g., Nb=9.53-10.27 ppm). Their Nd isotopic compositions (εNd(t)=6.8-8.0) are comparable to those of the HMDs. The PLAGs are metaluminous (A/CNK=0.84-0.89) and sodic (Na2O/K2O>10). Their depletion in HFSE (e.g., Nb, Ta) is consistent with 'SSZ-type' plagiogranite. Zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating yields an age of 932±7 Ma for the HMD, 916±6 Ma for the NEBP, and 902±5 Ma for the PLAG, respectively, indicating that they were products of early Neoproterozoic magmatism. The PLAGs exhibit relatively high zircon Hf isotopes and positive εHf(t) values of 11.0 to 16.2, consistent with their Nd isotopic data (εNd(t)=7.5-8.4). Such features are similar to those of oceanic plagiogranites in ophiolites and distinct from those of crust-derived granites. The PLAGs were most likely derived from partial melting of subducted oceanic crust in an active continental margin. Considering these results in the context of the regional geology, we suggest that a slab window in the subducting oceanic crust between the Yangtze Block and Cathaysia Block was possibly the principal cause for the unique arc magmatism in the area. The upwelling asthenosphere below the slab window may have provided significant thermodynamic conditions. | CHEN ZhiHong GUO KunYi DONG YongGuan CHEN Rong LI LongMing LIANG YiHong LI ChunHai YU XiMing ZHAO Ling XING GuangFu | 2009 | Science China Earth Sciences2009,52,7: | 26
Study on the Thermal Ignition of Gasoline-air Mixture in Underground Oil Depots based on Experiment and Numerical Simulation显示文摘The study on the special phenomenon, occurrence process and control mechanism of gasoline-air mixture thermal ignition in underground oil depots is of important academic and applied value for enriching scientific theories of explosion safety, developing protective technology against fire and decreasing the number of fire accidents. In this paper, the research on thermal ignition process of gasoline-air mixture in model underground oil depots tunnel has been carried out by using experiment and numerical simulation methods. The calculation result has been demonstrated by the experiment data. The five stages of thermal ignition course, which are slow oxidation stage, rapid oxidation stage, fire stage, flameout stage and quench stage, have been firstly defined and accurately descried.According to the magnitude order of concentration, the species have been divided into six categories, which lay the foundation for explosion-proof design based on the role of different species. The influence of space scale on thermal ignition in small-scale space has been found, and the mechanism for not easy to fire is that the wall reflection causes the reflux of fluids and changes the distribution of heat and mass,so that the progress of chemical reactions in the whole space are also changed. The novel mathematical model on the basis of unification chemical kinetics and thermodynamics established in this paper provides supplementary means for the analysis of process and mechanism of thermal ignition. | Ou Yihong Du Yang Jiang Xingsheng Wang dong Liang Jianjun | 2010 | Journal of Thermal Science2010,19,2: | 6
Impacts of TRMM SRR assimilation on the numerical prediction of tropical cyclone显示文摘Impacts of the four-dimensional variation (4DVAR) assimilation of Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission (TRMM)/TMI surface rainfall rate (SRR) on the initialization and simulation of TC Danas in 2001 are studied. A number of sensitivity experiments are designed to evaluate the performance of assimilation during the particular stage when Danas developed from a tropical depression towards a typhoon, as well as an abrupt turning. Under the dynamic and thermodynamic constraints of meso-scale model and the 4DVAR, the TRMM SRR data are directly assimilated in high horizontal resolution (18 km). On the basis of the adjustment of initial model field, 4DVAR of TRMM SRR considerably improved the depiction of TC’s structure and rainfall. The same explanation can also be given to the enhancement of simulation on TC’s intensity and track. In comparison with the popular idea of twice steps of SRR assimilation, namely, 4DVAR plus 1DVAR, the retrieval error is expected to be avoided in the procedure of direct 4DVAR. In addition, the TRMM SRR 4DVAR within a high-resolution model can take into account as much information as observed and is expected to be performed in operational use if the observed rainfall data are routinely available. | MA Leiming QIN Zenghao DUAN Yihong LIANG Xudong WANG Dongliang | 2006 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2006,25,5: | 3
Safe and Stable Lithium Metal Batteries Enabled by an Amide-Based Electrolyte显示文摘The formation of lithium dendrites and the safety hazards arising from flammable liquid electrolytes have seriously hindered the development of high-energy-density lithium metal batteries.Herein,an emerging amide-based electrolyte is proposed, containing LiTFSI and butyrolactam in different molar ratios.1,1,2,2-Tetrafluoroethyl-2,2,3,3-tetrafluoropropylether and fluoroethylene carbonate are introduced into the amide-based electrolyte as counter solvent and additives. The well-designed amide-based electrolyte possesses nonflammability, high ionic conductivity, high thermal stability and electrochemical stability(>4.7 V).Besides,an inorganic/organic-rich solid electrolyte interphase with an abundance of LiF,Li3N and Li-N-C is in situ formed, leading to spherical lithium deposition. The formation mechanism and solvation chemistry of amide-based electrolyte are further inves-tigated by molecular dynamics simulations and density functional theory. When applied in Li metal batteries with LiFePO4 and LiMn2O4 cathode, the amide-based electrolyte can enable stable cycling performance at room temperature and 60℃.This study provides a new insight into the development of amide-based electrolytes for lithium metal batteries. | Wanbao Wu Yiyang Bo Deping Li Yihong Liang Jichuan Zhang Miaomiao Cao Ruitian Guo Zhenye Zhu Lijie Ci Mingyu Li Jiaheng Zhang | 2022 | Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,3: | 2
A compact polarization-integrated long wavelength infrared focal plane array based on In As/GaSb superlattice显示文摘Real-time polarization imaging plays a vital role in target detection, recognition, and tracking in complex scenes. However, large optical crosstalk and the integration technology are difficult problems in the development of polarization-integrated infrared detectors. We demonstrate a monolithic long wavelength infrared(LWIR)In As/Ga Sb superlattice focal plane array(FPA)integrated with the polarizer. To obtain high performance and real-time polarization imaging devices, the parameters of the grating were optimized and the optical crosstalk between adjacent polarization bands was studied. We analyze the light diffraction depending on the distance between the polarizer and photosensitive elements and the coupling between oblique incident light and device. The fabrication process of the antireflective polarizer, the integration technology of the polarizer and the FPA composed of 512×4×3 pixels were explored. Finally,a polarization integrated focal plane array(PI-FPA)was fabricated to detect polarized light with different oscillating directions. The large response extinction ratio of corresponding polarization bands was measured as 50:1,49:1,and 44:1 of 0°,60°,and 120°,respectively. | Jian ZHOU Yi ZHOU Ying SHI Fangfang WANG Zhicheng XU Zhizhong BAI Min HUANG Lulu ZHENG Zhaoming LIANG Yihong ZHU Qingqing XU Yiming SHEN Xiangxiao YING Jianxin CHEN | 2022 | Science China(Information Sciences)2022,65,2: | 2
Efficient catalytic removal of COS and H_(2)S over graphitized 2D micro-meso-macroporous carbons endowed with ample nitrogen sites synthesized via mechanochemical carbonization显示文摘Developing a suitable catalyst for the elimination of highly toxic carbonyl sulfide(COS)and hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S) is of great significance in terms of industrial safety and environmental protection. We demonstrate here the facile synthesis of graphitized 2D micro-meso-macroporous carbons by one-step carbonization of a mixture of urea and glucose at 700–900℃.The as-synthesized graphitized catalysts, designated as 2DNHPC-x(x=urea/glucose mass ratio),are endowed with an ultra-high concentration(12.9–20.2 wt%)of stable and versatile nitrogen sites(e.g.pyrrole and pyridine)which are anchored on the surface via stable covalent bonding. As a result, the 2D-NHPC-x are active in catalytic hydrolysis of COS on pyrrolic N to H_(2)S,and the H_(2)S can be subsequently captured on pyridinic N and converted to elemental sulfur at ambient conditions over the same materials.Among the prepared catalysts,2D-NHPC-x can catalytically hydrolysize 91%of COS to H_(2)S at 30℃,whereas the conversion ratio over the common catalysts g-C_(3)N_(4)and Fe_(2)O_(3)are below 6.0%.Furthermore,these catalysts also exhibit H_(2)S conversion and sulfur selectivity of nearly 100%at 180℃with long-time durability, which is higher than those of the most reported carbonbased catalysts. In contrast, the H_(2)S capacities of activated carbon, ordered mesoporous carbons(OMC)and N-doped OMC are 3.9,1.5 and2.39 mmol g^(-1),respectively.Both the experimental and theoretical results are disclosed that 2D-NHPC-x are superior to the nitrogen-doped porous materials ever applied in simultaneous catalytic elimination of both COS and H_(2)S. | Xun Kan Guanqing Zhang Yingying Luo Fujian Liu Yong Zheng Yihong Xiao Yanning Cao Chak-tong Au Shijing Liang Lilong Jiang | 2022 | Green Energy & Environment2022,7,5: | 1

Porous α-Fe_(2)O_(3)/SnO_(2) nanoflower with enhanced sulfur selectivity and stability for H_(2)S selective oxidation显示文摘Being abundant and active,Fe_(2)O_(3) is suitable for selective oxidation of H_(2)S.However,its practical application is limited due to the poor sulfur selectivity and rapid deactivation.Herein,we report a facile template-free hydrothermal method to fabricate porousα-Fe_(2)O_(3)/SnO_(2) composites with hierarchical nanoflower that can obviously improve the catalytic performance of Fe_(2)O_(3).It was disclosed that the synergistic effect betweenα-Fe_(2)O_(3) and SnO_(2) promotes the physico-chemical properties ofα-Fe_(2)O_(3)/SnO_(2) composites.Specifically, the electron transfer between the Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+)and Sn^(2+)/Sn^(4+)redox couples enhances the reducibility ofα-Fe_(2)O_(3)/SnO_(2) composites. The number of oxygen vacancies is improved when the Fe cations incorporate into SnO_(2) structure, which facilitates the adsorption and activation of oxygen species.Additionally, the porous structure improves the accessibility of H_(2) S to active sites.Among the composites,Fe1 Sn1 exhibits complete H_(2) S conversion with 100%sulfur selectivity at 220℃,better than those of pureα-Fe_(2)O_(3) and SnO2.Moreover,Fe1 Sn1 catalyst shows high stability and water resistance. | Xiaohai Zheng Jiaming Cai Wentao Zhao Shijing Liang Yong Zheng Yanning Cao Lijuan Shen Yihong Xiao Lilong Jiang | 2021 | Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,7: | 1
The First High-quality Reference Genome of Sika Deer Provides Insights into High-tannin Adaptation显示文摘Sika deer are known to prefer oak leaves, which are rich in tannins and toxic to most mammals;however, the genetic mechanisms underlying their unique ability to adapt to living in the jungle are still unclear. In identifying the mechanism responsible for the tolerance of a highly toxic diet,we have made a major advancement by explaining the genome of sika deer.We generated the first high-quality,chromosome-level genome assembly of sika deer and measured the correlation between tannin intake and RNA expression in 15 tissues through 180 experiments.Comparative genome analyses showed that the UGT and CYP gene families are functionally involved in the adaptation of sika deer to high-tannin food, especially the expansion of the UGT family 2 subfamily B of UGT genes. The first chromosome-level assembly and genetic characterization of the tolerance to a highly toxic diet suggest that the sika deer genome may serve as an essential resource for understanding evolutionary events and tannin adaptation. Our study provides a paradigm of comparative expressive genomics that can be applied to the study of unique biological features in non-model animals. | Xiumei Xing Cheng Ai Tianjiao Wang Yang Li Huitao Liu Pengfei Hu Guiwu Wang Huamiao Liu Hongliang Wang Ranran Zhang Junjun Zheng Xiaobo Wang Lei Wang Yuxiao Chang Qian Qian Jinghua Yu Lixin Tang Shigang Wu Xiujuan Shao Alun Li Peng Cui Wei Zhan Sheng Zhao Zhichao Wu Xiqun Shao Yimeng Dong Min Rong Yihong Tan Xuezhe Cui Shuzhuo Chang Xingchao Song Tongao Yang Limin Sun Yan Ju Pei Zhao Huanhuan Fan Ying Liu Xinhui Wang Wanyun Yang Min Yang Tao Wei Shanshan Song Jiaping Xu Zhigang Yue Qiqi Liang Chunyi Li Jue Ruan Fuhe Yang | 2023 | Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2023,21,1: | 1

The Associated Factors of SARS-CoV-2 Reinfection by Omicron Variant—Guangdong Province,China,December 2022 to January 2023显示文摘Summary What is already known about this topic?Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)reinfection by variants is being reported commonly and has caused waves of epidemic in many countries.Because of dynamic zero policy, the SARSCoV-2 reinfection was less reported in China. What is added by this report?SARS-CoV-2 reinfections were observed in Guangdong Province between December 2022 and January 2023.This study estimated that the reinfection incidence was 50.0%for the original strain primary infections,35.2%for the Alpha or Delta variants, and 18.4%for the Omicron variant; The reinfection incidence within 3-6 months after primary infection by Omicron variant was 4.0%.Besides,96.2%reinfection cases were symptomatic while only 7.7%sought medical attention. What are the implications for public health practice? These findings suggest a reduced likelihood of an Omicron-driven epidemic resurgence in the short term but emphasize the importance of maintaining vigilant surveillance of emerging SARS-CoV-2 variants and conducting population-based antibody level surveys to inform response preparedness. | Chunsheng Cai Yihong Li Ting Hu Rongwei Liang Kaibin Wang Congrui Guo Yan Li Meng Zhang Min Kang | 2023 | China CDC weekly2023,5,18: | 1
Geological significance of componential characteristics of pyrite from Shibaqinghao gold deposit in central Inner Mongolia, China显示文摘There are two types of gold ore in Shibaqinghao gold deposit, mylonite ore and quartz vein ore. Pyrite accompanying with native gold in mylonite ore has Fe from 43.66 to 45.32 wt% and S from 52.64 to 53.55 wt%. It is clear that this kind of pyrite is poor in both sulphur and iron. That means that the mylonite ore may be related to metamorphic water. Pyrite in the quartz vein ore has Fe from 44.38 to 45.30 wt% and S from 53.08 to 54.00 wt%. It means that this kind of pyrite is poor in iron but rich in sulphur, while the quartz vein ore may be related to magma water. | Yihong Liang Hongying Zhang Yanhua Ma | 2006 | Global Geology2006,9,1: | 0
Mineralization Types of Gold in Central Inner Mongolia, China显示文摘There are four mineralization types of gold in Central Inner Mongolia: mylonite type, quartz vein type, quartz potash - feldspar vein type and alteration type. Ore bodies of mylonite type were controlled by ductile shear zone. Both of ore and gangue minerals were undergone ductile deformation. Mineralization age is about 2040Ma and represents the metallogenetic process in deep tectonic level. There are three types of quartz veins differed from genesis mechanism. Small scaled, leas - shaped quartz veins formed during ductile shearing are found in mylonite ore bodies. Decation quartz veins are in the ore bodies of alteration type. Infiltration quartz veins are main gold - bearing bodies for some gold deposits such as Bainaimiao and Saiwusu gold mines. It also occurred in many other deposits from the middle Proterozoic to the Mesozoic. Quartz potash - feldspar veins are observed in the Palaeozoic and occurred in middle tectonic level. Gold deposits of alteration type such as Donghuofang and Saihudong occurred in shallow tectonic level of the Mesozoic. In short, from the Proterozoic to the Mesozoic, mineralization types varied from mylonite type to quartz potash - feldspar vein type and to alteration type. Gold - bearing quartz veins changed from syn - ductile - shearing quartz vein to infiltration vein and to decation quartz vein. Mineralization developed from deep to middle and to shallow level. | Liang Yihong Zhang Hongying | 2000 | Global Geology2000,5,2: | 0
Gold-bearing formations and their evolution in central Inner Mongolia显示文摘In central Inner Mongolia, five gold bearing formations (Xiajining, Dongwufenzi, Wulashan, Baiyunebo and Bainaimiao Groups) belong either to volcano sedimentation or clasolite sedimentation. They formed in different tectonic environments such as an Archean rift zone (Xiajining and Dongwufenzi Groups), an Early Proterozoic stable basin (Wulashan Group), a Middle to Late Proterozoic continental rift zone (Baiyunebo Group), and a Paleozoic island arc environment (Bainaimiao Group). Gold contents in the gold bearing formations in the area are higher than those of other gold bearing formations in the North China Craton. However, as most gold bearing formations in the area are limited, there are a few big gold deposits in central Inner Mongolia. Gold contents in all formations were strongly influenced by migmatization and ductile shearing, the former process prompting mobilization, and the latter process resulting in gold enrichment in ductile shear zones. During the development of Archean to Proterozoic gold bearing formations, gold migrated from the mantle to the crust, then through the crust, finally deposited at the earth’s surface. | Liang Yihong and Zhang Hongying (Changchun University of Science and Technology, Changchun 130026, China) | 1999 | Global Geology1999,4,1: | 0

Basement of spatiotemporal variogram construction is to calculate vector distance between time slices, and space slices. Criterions of vector distance to spatiotemporal variogram construction is discussed, and a new vector distance model considering both magnitude and direction information is proposed. Case study using data from National Network of Geomagnetic Observatories of China is carried out for cross validation. Results illustrate that the proposed model performs better in analyzing in the statistics of Mean absolute error(MAE) and Mean square error(MSE). | 16 | Translation:Management of Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19):Experience in Zhejiang Province,China显示文摘The current epidemic situation of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)still remains severe. As the National Clinical Research Center for Infectious Diseases,The First Affiliated Hospital of the Zhejiang University School of Medicine is the primary medical care center for COVID-19 in Zhejiang Province.Based on the present expert consensus carried out by the National Health Commission and National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, our team summarized and established an effective treatment strategy centered on“Four-Anti and Two-Balance”for clinical practice.The“Four-Anti and Two-Balance”strategy includes antivirus,anti-shock,antihypoxemia,and anti-secondary infection, and maintaining of water, electrolyte and acid/base balance and microecological balance.Simultaneously,an integrated multidisciplinary personalized treatment is recommended to improve therapeutic effects. The importance of early viral detection, dynamic monitoring of inflammatory indexes, and chest radiographs has been emphasized in clinical decision-making.Sputum was observed with the highest positive rate by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RTPRC).Viral nucleic acids could be detected in 10%of the patients’blood samples at the acute phase and 50%of patients had positive RT-PCR results in their feces. We also isolated live viral strains from feces, indicating potential infectiousness of feces.Dynamic cytokine detection was necessary to timely identify cytokine storms and for the application of the artificial liver blood purification system.The“Four-Anti and Two-Balance”strategy effectively increased cure rates and reduced mortality.Early antiviral treatment alleviated disease severity and prevented illness progression. We found that lopinavir/ritonavir combined with abidol showed antiviral effects against COVID-19.Shock and hypoxemia were usually caused by cytokine storms. The artificial liver blood purification system was able to rapidly remove inflammatory mediators and block the cytokine storm. Moreover,it also contributed to the balance of fluids, electrolytes, and acids/bases and thus improved treatment efficacy during critical illness. For cases of severe illness, early and also short periods of moderate glucocorticoid administration was supported.Patients with an oxygenation index below 200mmHg were transferred to the intensive care unit.Conservative oxygen therapy was preferred and noninvasive ventilation(NIV)was not recommended.Patients with mechanical ventilation were strictly supervised with cluster ventilator-associated pneumonia prevention strategies.Antimicrobial prophylaxis was prescribed rationally and was not recommended, except for patients with a long course of disease, repeated fever, and elevated procalcitonin, similarly secondary fungal infections were of concern. Some patients with COVID-19 showed intestinal microbial dysbiosis with decreased genus such as Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium.Nutritional and gastrointestinal function should;therefore,be assessed for all patients.Nutritional support and application of prebiotics or probiotics were suggested to regulate the balance of intestinal microbiota and reduce the risk of secondary infections due to bacterial translocation.Anxiety and fear were common in patients with COVID-19.Therefore,we established a dynamic assessment and warning for psychological crises. We also integrated Chinese medicine in the treatment to promote rehabilitation. We optimized nursing processes for severe patients to promote their rehabilitation.Since viral clearance patterns after severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 infections remained unclear,2 weeks quarantine for discharged patients was required, and a regular following-up was also needed. These Zhejiang experiences and suggestions have been implemented in our center and achieved good results. However, since COVID-19 was a newly emerging disease, more work is warranted to further improve strategies of prevention, diagnosis, and treatment for COVID-19. | Kaijin Xu Hongliu Cai Yihong Shen Qin Ni Yu Chen Shaohua Hu Jianping Li Huafen Wang Liang Yu He Huang Yunqing Qiu Guoqing Wei Qiang Fang Jianying Zhou Jifang Sheng Tingbo Liang Lanjuan Li | 2020 | Infectious Microbes & Diseases2020,2,2: | 0 |
