| 4 | Sulfur/nitrogen/oxygen tri-doped carbon nanospheres as an anode for potassium ion storage显示文摘Carbonaceous materials are considered as ideal anode for potassium ion batteries(PIBs)due to their abundant resources and stable physical and chemical properties.However,improvements of reversible capacity and cycle performance are still needed,aiming to the practical application.Herein,S/N/O tridoped carbon(SNOC)nanospheres are prepared by in-situ vulcanized polybenzoxazine.The S/N/O tridoped carbon matrix provides abundant active sites for potassium ion adsorption and effectively improves potassium storage capacity.Moreover,the SNOC nanospheres possess large carbon interlayer spacing and high specific surface area,which broaden the diffusion pathway of potassium ions and accelerate the electron transfer speed,resulting in excellent rate performance.As an anode for PIBs,SNOC shows attractive rate performance(438.5 mA h g^(-1) at 50 mA g^(-1) and 174.5 mA h g^(-1) at2000 mA g^(-1)),ultra-high reversible capacity(397.4 mA h g^(-1) at 100 mA g^(-1) after 700 cycles)and ultra-long cycling life(218.9 mA h g^(-1) at 2000 mA g^(-1) after 7300 cycles,123.1 mA h g^(-1) at3000 mA g^(-1) after 16500 cycles and full cell runs for 4000 cycles).Density functional theory calculation confirms that S/N/O tri-doping enhances the adsorption and diffusion of potassium ions,and in-situ Fourier-transform infrared explores explored the potassium storage mechanism of SNOC. | Xiaoyan Chen Wang Zhou Jilei Liu Yingpeng Wu Zhigang Liu | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,2: | 1 |

| 8 | Effect of 6-BA and 2, 4-D on Soybean Transformation显示文摘Regeneration from cotyledonary nodes and embryonic tips of soybean 'Peking' was studied. The disinfectant ways of the mercuric chloride and chlorine gas were used and the concentrations of 6-BA and 2, 4-D were studied in the culture medium. The results showed that the sterilization effect of chlorine gas was better than that of mercuric chloride. The best concentration of 6-BA was 1.0 mg · L-1 and the best concentration of 2, 4-D was 2.0 mg · L-1 in the germinating medium. The number of buds of each explant was 3.56 and 2.98, respectively. The best concentrations of 6-BA and 2, 4-D were 3.0 mg·L-1 and 3.5 mg·L-1 in regeneration of embryonic tips. | 9 | Parameter Optimization via Orthogonal Experiment to Improve Accuracy of Metakaolin Ceramics Fabricated by Direct Ink Writing显示文摘Kaolin/metakaolin-insulating ceramic components fabricated using direct ink writing(DIW)have important ap-plication prospects in architecture and aerospace.The accuracy of the entire process including the forming and sintering accuracy of ceramics greatly limits the application scope,and high-accuracy ceramic samples can meet the usage requirements in many scenarios.The orthogonal experiment was designed with four process parame-ters,including nozzle internal diameter,filling rate,printing layer height/nozzle internal diameter,and printing speed,to investigate the evolution of the DIW forming accuracy,sintering shrinkage rate and surface roughness of metakaolin-based ceramics with different process parameters.The influence of each process parameter and its mechanism were analyzed to obtain the DIW parameters for high-accuracy metakaolin ceramics.Multiple linear regression models between the dimensional change rate,surface roughness,and process parameters of the ceramic samples were established and validated.The results show that comprehensively considering the forming accuracy of the ceramic green bodies,sintering shrinkage rate and surface roughness,the optimal DIW process parameters were a 0.41 mm nozzle internal diameter,100%filling rate,50%printing layer height/nozzle inter-nal diameter,and a 15 mm/s printing speed.Multiple linear regression models were developed for the process parameters and the printing accuracy,sintering shrinkage rate and surface roughness.The error rates between the theoretical results obtained by substituting the optimal process parameters into the multiple linear regression models and the actual results obtained by printing the samples with the optimal parameters were extremely small,all less than 0.8%.This verified the correctness and predictability of the multiple linear regression models.This work provides a reference basis for rapid fabrication of high-accuracy ceramics via DIW and accuracy prediction with different process parameters. | Ming Wu Fuchu Liu Yuxiao Lin Miao Wang Shilin Zhou Chi Zhang Yingpeng Mu Guangchao Han Liang Hao | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering(Additive Manufacturing Frontiers)2023,2,4: | 0 |
| 10 | Wheat Lysin-Motif-Containing Proteins Characterization and Gene Expression Patterns under Abiotic and Biotic Stress显示文摘Lysin motif(LysM)-containing proteins(LYPs)are important pattern recognition receptors in plants.However,the evolutionary history and characteristics of LYP genes remain largely unclear in wheat.In this study,62 LYPs were identified at genome wide in wheat.Based on phylogenetic and domain analysis,wheat LYPs were classified into 6 subgroups(group LysMe,LysMn,LYP,LYK,LysMFbox).Syntenic analysis showed the evolution of LYP genes in wheat.RNA-seq data showed that 22 genes were not expressed at any tissue or stress stimulation period.Some LYP and LYK genes were tissue-or stage-specific.The majority of TaLYK5s,TaLYK6s,TaLYP2s and TaLysMns genes were induced under chitin,flg22 and fungal treatment.qRT-PCR analysis showed that 4 genes were upregulated during Puccinia triticina infection with a peak at 18 h post inoculation.Our findings suggested that wheat LYPs may have specific roles in response to fungal infection and provided insights into the function and characteristics of wheat LYP genes. | Minjie Liu Na Gao Yaqiong Zhao Yingpeng Wu Zongying Yuan | 2022 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2022,91,11: | 0 |
| 11 | Design and Experimentation of Automatic Tidying and Sorting Mechanism for Blood Collection Needles in Stacking State显示文摘Disposable blood collection needles become severely intertwined and hooked during stacking, and thus individually feeding disposable blood collection needles during mechanical packaging is di cult. Based on the physical characteristics of the blood collection needles during the stacking state, this study designed an automatic tidying and sorting mechanism by combining compound vibration, sorting, and conveying. During the feeding process, the compound vibration-type material-tidying mechanism tidies 20-30 blood collection needles first;then, the material sorting and conveying mechanism transports the tidied blood collection needles individually. The orthogonal testing of the automatic material tidying process shows that various experimental factors are ranked by the significance level of the e ect on the tidying process and the significance ranking is as follows: vertical vibration frequency > horizontal amplitude > vertical amplitude > horizontal vibration frequency. Experiments were performed after analyzing the optimal combination. The results demonstrate that when the horizontal vibration frequency is 1.7 Hz, the horizontal amplitude is 150 mm, vertical vibration frequency is 1.3 Hz, vertical amplitude is 30 mm, and material length after tidying is 265 mm. The automatic sorting and conveying experiment shows the e ect of various experimental factors on the feed rate of the material, where the significance level of the e ect is ranked as follows: vibration frequency > material quantity > channel dip angle. The experimental results show that when the number of materials is 25, the channel dip angle is 12°, and vibration frequency is 52.5 Hz. The material delivery e ciency reaches 0.51 s/root, meeting the requirement of five channels for 80000 root/day feeding e ciency.
