1秸秆处理技术的最新进展:挑战与解决方案显示文摘秸秆作为一种农业副产品已被认为是一种潜在生物质资源。然而,露天焚烧秸秆仍是世界许多地区的主要手段,这造成资源浪费和空气污染。近年来已经开发了许多用于从秸秆中回收能源和资源的技术,由于其经济可行性和生态友好性质,该生物学方法引起了越来越多的研究兴趣。然而,在生物加工过程之前对秸秆进行预处理是必不可少的,并且在很大程度上决定了过程的可行性、经济可行性和环境可持续性。因此,本综述试图对当前的秸秆预处理技术和管理实践进行重要而全面的分析。主要提出了结合微生物降解和酶促水解的综合生物过程,并阐述了其与未来大规模秸秆处理相关的潜在利益、局限性和挑战,并展望了前景和方向。Yingqun Ma Yanqing Shen Yu Liu 2020中国农机化学报2020,41,11:18
2A linear ridgelet network approach for fault diagnosis of analog circuit显示文摘A linear ridgelet network combining ridgelet, linear term and the standard feed-forward neural network used for diagnosing the faults of analog circuit is constructed, and a training algorithm based on the steepest gradient descent method and momentum method for this network and the procedure for diagnosing these faults are proposed. The resulting linear ridgelet network can learn more rapidly from training samples and handle more effectively the complicated fault information of circuit under test than wavelet network and ridgelet network, classifying these faults effeciently and correctly and achieving a high classification accuracy. 3Reproductive toxicity of organic extracts from petrochemical plant effluents discharged to the Yangtze River,China显示文摘Water pollution of the Yangtze River in China became one of challenges that the government is facing today.Increasing numbers of petrochemical plants were built along the river in past decades,and numbers of organic chemicals were discharged into the river.Our goal was to establish in vitro system on rat sertoli cells,spermatogenic cells and leydig cells to investigate the reproductive toxicity potential induced by organic extracts from petrochemical effluents.Our results showed that the organic extract depressed the viability(p<0.01) and destroyed the plasma membrane integrity of sertoli cells and spermatogenic cells to a certain degree.Accordingly,proportion of early apoptotic sertoli cells and late apoptotic spermatogenic cells increased significantly.Although significant morphological changes were not detected for leydig cells,the extract was observed to inhibit their testosterone production(p<0.01).Sertoli cells and spermatogenic cells appeared to be more sensitive and maybe the main targets of the key toxins.These results suggested that the in vitro system on rat testicular cells may be useful to predicate reproductive toxicity potential of organic extracts from petrochemical effluents.More attention should be paid to the petrochemical effluents,because long-term accumulation of these organic compounds in organisms may cause spermatogenesis malfunction and testosterone reduction.Xiaoyi Wang Wei Shi Jiang Wu Yingqun Hao Guanjiu Hu Hongling Liu Xiaodong Han Hongxia Yu 2010Journal of Environmental Sciences2010,22,2:7

8Effect of addition of poly-(ethylene glycol) on electrical conductivity of poly(3,4- ethylenedioxythiophene)- poly(styrenesulfonate) hybrid显示文摘By mixing various concentrations of poly (ethylene glycol), a series of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)- poly(styrenesulfonate) composite thin films were prepared. The electrical conductivity of the PEDOT-PSS/PEG thin films was measured by the four-probe method. Experimental results showed that the inclusion of poly(ethylene glycol) influenced the electrical conductivity of PEDOT-PSS film significantly. With the increase of PEG concentrations, the electrical conductivity sharply increased to reach a maximum and then slowly decreased down. Furthermore, the PEG molecular weight and environment temperature also played important roles on the electrical conductivity of PEDOT-PSS/PEG thin films. 9Intrinsic physical relationships between rotor modal shapes and instantaneous vibrational energy flow transmission characteristics:Theoretical and numerical analysis and application显示文摘The modal vibration of the rotor is the main cause of excessive vibration of the aeroengine overall structure.To attenuate the vibration of the rotor under different modal shapes from the perspective of energy control,the intrinsic physical relationships between rotor modal shapes and instantaneous vibrational energy flow transmission characteristics is derived from the general equation of motion base on the structural intensity method.A dual-rotor-support-casing coupling model subjected to the rotor unbalanced forces is established by the finite element method in this paper.The transmission,conversion and balance relationships of the vibrational energy flow for the rotors in the first-order bending modal shape,the conical whirling modal shape and the translational modal shape are analyzed,respectively.The results show that the vibrational energy flow transmitted to the structure can be converted into the strain energy,the kinetic energy and the energy dissipated by the damping of the structure.The vibrational energy flow transmission characteristics of rotors with different modal shapes are quite different.Especially for the first-order bending modal shape,the vibrational energy flow and the strain energy are transmitted and converted to each other in the middle part of the rotor shaft,resulting in large deformation at this part.To attenuate this harmful vibration,the influences of grooving on the shaft on the first-order bending vibration are studied from the perspective of transmission control of vibrational energy flow.This study can provide theoretical references and guidance for the vibration attenuation of the rotors in different modal shapes from a more essential perspective.Yingqun MA Qingjun ZHAO Wei ZHAO Binbin LIU Long HAO 2020Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,12:1

20Establishment and Application of A Mathematical Model for Rectangular Billet Continuos Casting显示文摘A two dimension unsteady heat transfer model is established for rectangular billet casting. Solidification process of liquid steel in secondary cooling zone was analyzed using direct difference method. The influence of operation parameters including casting speed and temperature of liquid steel was investigated.
