1Long-term system load forecasting based on data-driven linear clustering method显示文摘In this paper, a data-driven linear clustering(DLC) method is proposed to solve the long-term system load forecasting problem caused by load fluctuation in some developed cities. A large substation load dataset with annual interval is utilized and firstly preprocessed by the proposed linear clustering method to prepare for modelling.Then optimal autoregressive integrated moving average(ARIMA) models are constructed for the sum series of each obtained cluster to forecast their respective future load. Finally, the system load forecasting result is obtained by summing up all the ARIMA forecasts. 2CD30 expression in extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma,nasal type among 622 cases of mature T-cell and natural killer-cell lymphoma at a single institution in South China显示文摘Background:Mature T-cell and natural killer(NK)-cell lymphomas compose a heterogeneous group of non-Hodgkin lymphomas,and extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma,nasal type(ENKTL) is an aggressive subtype with sporadic CD30 expression.However,the significance of CD30 expression in ENKTL is controversial.We aimed to classify a large cohort of patients with mature T-cell and NK-cell lymphomas according to the 2016 World Health Organization(WHO) classification guidelines and to study the association between CD30 expression and prognosis of patients with ENKTL.Methods:We selected consecutive patients with mature T-cell and NK-cell lymphomas who attended our institution between September 1,2009 and August 31,2013.We classified the lymphomas according to the 2016 revision of the WHO classification of lymphoid neoplasms,analyzed the associations between CD30 expression and clinicopathologic features of ENKTL patients,and evaluated the prognostic implications of CD30 expression.Results:We identified 622 consecutive patients with mature T-cell and NK-cell lymphomas,including 317(51.0%)patients with ENKTL.In addition,CD30 expression was detected in 43(47.3%) of a subset of 91 patients with ENKTL.No clinicopathologic features were associated with CD30 expression,and CD30 positivity showed no prognostic significance in patients with ENKTL.Conclusions:ENKTL is the most common type of mature T-cell and NK-cell lymphoma diagnosed at our institution.CD30 is frequently expressed in ENKTL and represents a therapeutic target;however,it may not be a prognostic marker.Yanfen Feng Huilan Rao Yiyan Lei Yuhua Huang Fang Wang Yu Zhang Shaoyan Xi Qiuliang Wu Jianyong Shao 2017Chinese Journal of Cancer2017,36,6:10
3An Arabidopsis Class II Formin,AtFH19,Nucleates Actin Assembly,Binds to the Barbed End of Actin Filaments,and Antagonizes the Effect of AtFH1 on Actin Dynamics显示文摘Formin is a major protein responsible for regulating the nucleation of actin filaments,and as such,it permits the cell to control where and when to assemble actin arrays.It is encoded by a multigene family comprising 21 members in Arabidopsis thaliana.The Arabidopsis formins can be separated into two phylogenetically-distinct classes:there are 11 class I formins and 10 class II formins.Significant questions remain unanswered regarding the molecular mechanism of actin nucleation and elongation stimulated by each formin isovariant,and how the different isovariants coordinate to regulate actin dynamics in cells.Here,we characterize a class II formin,AtFH19,biochemically.We found that AtFH19 retains all general properties of the formin family,including nucleation and barbed end capping activity.It can also generate actin filaments from a pool of actin monomers bound to profilin.However,both the nucleation and barbed end capping activities of AtFH19 are less efficient compared to those of another well-characterized formin,AtFH1.Interestingly,AtFH19 FH1FH2 competes with AtFH1 FH1FH2 in binding actin filament barbed ends,and inhibits the effect of AtFH1 FH1FH2 on actin.We thus propose a mechanism in which two quantitatively different formins coordinate to regulate actin dynamics by competing for actin filament barbed ends.Yiyan Zheng Haibo Xin Jinxing Lin Chun-Ming Liu Shanjin Huang 2012Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2012,54,10:7

5Hierarchical peony-like FeCo-NC with conductive network and highly active sites as efficient electrocatalyst for rechargeable Zn-air battery显示文摘Carbon materials featuring hierarchical pores and atomically dispersed metal sites are promising catalysts for energy storage and conversion applications.Herein,we developed a facile strategy to construct functional carbon materials with a fluffy peony-like structure and dense binary FeCo-Nx active sites(termed as f-FeCo-CNT).By regulating the metal content in precursors,a three-dimensional(3D)interconnected conductive carbon nanotubes network was in-situ formed throughout the atomically dispersed FeCo-NC matrix during pyrolysis.Taking advantage of rich pore hierarchy and co-existence of highly active FeCo-Nx sites and beneficial FeCo alloy nanoparticles,the f-FeCo-CNT material exhibited excellent bifunctional performance towards oxygen reduction reaction/oxygen evolution reactions(ORR/OER)with respect to the atomically dispersed FeCo-NC(SA-f-FeCo-NC)and commercial Pt/C+Ru02 mixture,surpassing the SA-f-FeCo-NC with a 20 mV higher ORR half-wave potential and a 100 mV lower OER overpotential(at 10.0 mA/cm^2).Remarkably,the f-FeCo-CNT-assembled Zn-air battery(ZAB)possessed a maximum specific power of 195.8 mW/cm^2,excellent rate capability,and very good cycling stability at large current density of 20.0 mA/cm^2.This work provides a facile and feasible synthetic strategy of constructing low-cost cathode materials with excellent comprehensive ZAB performance.Yiyan Wang Anuj Kumar Mang Ma Yin Jia Yu Wang Ying Zhang Guoxin Zhang Xiaoming Sun Zifeng Yan 2020Nano Research2020,13,4:5
6Isolation and characterization of class Ⅰ MHC genes in the giant panda(Ailuropoda melanoleuca)显示文摘Artificial breeding is an important project to protect,recover and reintroduce endangered species.Knowledge of the population's genetic diversity at functional loci is important for the establishment of effective captive breeding programs.The major histocompatibility complex(MHC) genes are ideal candidate genetic markers to inform planned breeding,due to their high levels of polymorphism and importance in the main immune coding region of the vertebrate genome.In this study,we constructed BAC-based contigs and isolated six functional MHC class Ⅰ genes from the giant panda(Ailuropoda melanoleuca),which we designated Aime-C,Aime-F,Aime-I,Aime-K,Aime-L and Aime-1906.Analyses of the tissue expression patterns and full-length cDNA sequences of these class I genes revealed that Aime-C,-F,-I and-L could be considered classical class Ⅰ loci,due to their extensive expression patterns and normal exonic structures.In contrast,Aime-K and-1906 appeared to be nonclassical genes based on their tissue-specific expression patterns and the presence of an abnormal exon 7 in both genes.We established techniques for genotyping exons 2 and 3 of the classical loci using locus-specific single strand conformation polymorphism(SSCP) and sequence analysis.In the Chengdu captive population,we identified one monomorphic locus(Aime-F) and three polymorphic loci with different numbers of alleles(4/4/4 exon 2 alleles at Aime-C/I/L and 6/5/5 exon 3 alleles at Aime-C/I/L).The distributions of the Aime-C,-I and-L alleles among members of different families were in good agreement with the known pedigree relationships,suggesting that the genotyping results are reliable.Therefore,the MHC-I genotyping techniques established in this study may provide a powerful tool for the future design of scientific breeding or release/reintroduction programs.ZHU Ying SUN DanDan GE YunFa YU Bin CHEN YiYan WAN QiuHong 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,17:5
7A statistical investigation of pre-earthquake ionospheric TEC anomalies显示文摘Previous researches show that the total electron content (TEC) in the ionospheric exhibits anomalous disturbances a few days or hours prior to earthquakes. The paper used TEC data from Internet GPS Service (IGS), and examined 50 earthquakes of magnitude Ms≥7.0 during 2007-2009 worldwide. 8Effects of Huatan Tongluo decoction on vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 expression in synovial tissues of rats with collagen-induced arthritis显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To determine the therapeutic effect and potential mechanism of Huatan Tongluo decoction on rats with collagen-induced arthritis.METHODS: Forty specific pathogen-free Wistar rats were selected, and 10 were randomly selected as the control(group 1). The remaining rats were injected intradermally with emulsified type Ⅱ bovine collagen at the tail base and back, followed by a booster 7 d post first immunization. After establishing collagen-induced arthritis(CIA), rats were randomly divided into three groups(n = 10). The rats were treated orally for 30 d as follows: group 1, saline; group 2, model(saline); group 3, tripterygium polyglycoside(TP; 7.81 mg/kg, positive control);group 4, Huatan Tongluo decoction(HTTL; 7.5 g/kg). Body weight, ankle swelling and arthritis index were measured over the course of the study. The rats were sacrificed 30 d after treatment. Morphological changes in the synovium were observed by hematoxylin and eosin staining. Pannus formation and synovial thickness in the left ankle were observed by color Doppler ultrasoundVascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and VEGFR2 protein levels were measured by immunohistochemistry.VEGF/VEGFR2 mRNA levels were measured by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction.RESULTS: Compared with the model group, a significantly lower arthritis index was observed in the positive control group(P < 0.05) and HTTL group(P < 0.01), after treatment. Both positive control and HTTL reduced intra-articular pannus formation and synovial thickening. 9Ionospheric disturbances associated with the 2015 M7.8 Nepal earthquake显示文摘Based on the total electron content(TEC) derived from Global Positioning System(GPS) observations of the Crustal Movement Observation Network of China(CMONOC) and the Global Ionosphere Map(GIM)from the Center for Orbit Determination in Europe(CODE),we detected and analyzed the ionospheric variations during the 2015 M7.8 Nepal earthquake(including the pre-earthquake ionospheric anomalies and coseismic ionospheric disturbances(CIDs) following the main shock).The analysis of vertical total electron content(VTEC) time series shows that the large-scale ionospheric anomalies appeared near the epicenter two days prior to the earthquake.Moreover,the pre-earthquake ionospheric anomalies were also observed in the geomagnetically conjugated region.In view of solar-terrestrial environment,the pre-earthquake ionospheric anomalies could be associated with the Nepal earthquake.In addition,we also detected the CIDs through the high-frequency GPS observation stations.The CIDs had obvious oscillated waveforms with the peak-to-peak disturbance amplitudes of about 1 TECu and 0.4 TECu,which propagated approximately with the horizontal velocities of 877 ± 75 m/s and 319 ± 30 m/s,respectively.The former is triggered directly by the acoustic waves which originated from the energy release of the earthquake near the epicenter,while the latter could be stimulated by the acoustic-gravity waves from the partial transformation of the acoustic waves.Yiyan Zhou Jian Yang Fuying Zhu Fanfan Su Liangchen Hu Wenbo Zhai 2017Geodesy and Geodynamics2017,8,4:4
10Role of FDG PET-CT in evaluation of locoregional nodal disease for initial staging of breast cancer显示文摘Fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography(FDG PET/CT) is not indicated or recommended in the initial staging of early breast cancer. Although it is valuable for detecting distant metastasis, providing prognostic information, identifying recurrence and evaluating response to chemotherapy, the role of FDG PET/CT in evaluating locoregional nodal status for initial staging of breast cancer has not yet been well-defined in clinical practice. FDG PET/CT has high specificity but compromised sensitivity for identifying axillary nodal disease in breast cancer. Positive axillary FDG PET/CT is a good predictor of axillary disease and correlates well with sentinel lymph node biopsy(SLNB). FDG PET/CT may help to identify patients with high axillary lymph node burden who could then move directly to axillary lymph node dissection(ALND) and would not require the additional step of SLNB. However, FDG PET/CT cannot replace SLNB or ALND due to unsatisfactory sensitivity. The spatial resolution of PET instruments precludes the detection of small nodal metastases. Although there is still disagreement regarding the management of internal mammary node(IMN) disease in breast cancer, it is known that IMN involvement is of prognostic significance, and IMN metastasis has been associated with higher rates of distant metastasis and lower overall survival rates. 13Aurora-A is a novel predictor of poor prognosis in patients with resected lung adenocarcinoma显示文摘Background: The Aurora-A(Aur-A) gene, a key regulator of mitosis, has been proved as an oncogene in a variety of cancers. The Aur-A overexpression has been proved correlated with aggressiveness of cancer cells. However, the frequency of Aur-A protein overexpression, as well as its association with clinicopathologic parameters and prognosis remain unclear in lung adenocarcinoma(ADC). This study tried to clarify the clinical significance of Aur-A in patients with resected lung ADC. Patients and methods: A total of 142 informative patients with surgically resected lung ADC and 20 normal lung tissues were enrolled. Western blot and immunohistochemistry(IHC) were utilized to assess protein expression of Aur-A.Result: The expression of Aur-A was elevated in most of tumor tissues compared with the adjacent tissues by western blot. The IHC results showed that Aur-A protein was over-expressed in 98 of 142(69.0%) tumor sections, while Aur-A was low-expressed in all normal lung sections. A positive correlation between Aur-A overexpression rate and ascending pathologic stages was observed(P<0.05). Kaplan-Meier analysis demonstrated that patients with Aur-A high expression had significantly inferior survival compared to those with Aur-A low expression. Both overall survival(OS) and disease-free survival(DFS) of positive overexpression patients were shorter than the negative group(P=0.036, P=0.041, respectively). 14OTFS Enabled NOMA for MMTC Systems over LEO Satellite显示文摘As a complement of terrestrial networks,non-terrestrial networks(NTN)have ad⁃vantages of wide-area coverage and service continuity.The NTN is potential to play an impor⁃tant role in the 5G new radio(NR)and beyond.To enable the massive machine type communi⁃cations(mMTC),the low earth orbit(LEO)satellite is preferred due to its lower transmission delay and path loss.However,the LEO satellite may generate notable Doppler shifts to de⁃grade the system performance.Recently,orthogonal time frequency space(OTFS)modulation has been proposed.It provides the opportunity to allocate delay Doppler(DD)domain resourc⁃es,which is promising for mitigating the effect of high mobility.Besides,as the LEO satellite constellation systems such as Starlink are thriving,the space spectrum resources have become increasingly scarce.Therefore,non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA)is considered as a candidate technology to realize mMTC with limited spectrum resources.In this paper,the ap⁃plication of OTFS enabled NOMA for mMTC over the LEO satellite is investigated.The LEO satellite based mMTC system and the OTFS-NOMA schemes are described.Subsequently,the challenges of applying OTFS and NOMA into LEO satellite mMTC systems are discussed.Fi⁃nally,the potential technologies for the systems are investigated.MA Yiyan MA Guoyu WANG Ning ZHONG Zhangdui AI Bo 2021ZTE Communications2021,19,4:2
15Bone-targeting melphalan prodrug with tumor-microenvironment sensitivity: Synthesis, in vitro and in vivo evaluation显示文摘Bone tumor is a refractory neoplastic growth of tissue in bone. According to the unique environment and phys-chemical characteristics of bone tissues, the chemotherapeutic agents are unlikely to prolong the survival of patients and often associated with systemic side effects. The bone targeting drug delivery via systemic administration may provide both better treatment efficacy and less frequent administration. In this study, we describe the synthesis, in vitro and in vivo evaluation of novel melphalan-bisphosphonate hybrids, with a tumor microenvironment sensitive linkage, which could be enzymatic activation under tumor microenvironment conditions. We have also evaluated the in vitro targeting efficiency of these prodrugs via the affinity of hydroxyapatite(HA) and cellular proliferation. 16Accelerated plasma degradation of organic pollutants in milliseconds and examinations by mass spectrometry显示文摘The rapid degradation of organic pollutants,process monitoring and online controlling to obtain advanced products and decreased by-products are great and challenging tasks in environmental treatments.Herein,an accelerated plasma degradation in milliseconds was achieved by combining electrospray-based acceleration and plasma-based degradation.Taking the degradation of chloroaniline as an example,97%of the degradation can be achieved in milliseconds.The velocity distribution of droplets was determined to be 40-50 m/s after being degraded for 0.30 ms,which exhibited different degradation behaviors in different milliseconds.Simultaneously,by virtue of the real-time and on-line detection ability of ambient mass spectrometry,intermediates,by-products and advanced products were monitored.Therefore,degradation mechanisms for different degradation times were proposed,which would provide theoretical guidance on obtaining efficient and green degradation.The fabrication,examining and understanding of accelerated plasma degradation not only enlarged application of accelerated reactions,but also promoted green and efficient degradation for environmental treatments.Hua Lu Yiyan Yin Jianghui Sun Weixiang Li Xiaotong Shen Xiujuan Feng Jin Ouyang Na Na 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,11:2
17Temporal and spatial characteristics of VTEC anomalies before Wenchuan Ms8.0 earthquake显示文摘GPS and the COD VTEC data were studied in search of ionospheric VTEC changes in space and time that might be associated with the Wenchuan Ms8.0 earthquake on 12 May,2008.The result shows several significant anomalous decreases at 12:00 UT-16:00 UT on April 29 and an anomalously increase at 14:00 UT-18:00 UT on May 9.The anomalies had two humps,that were located on both sides of the geomagnetic equator and had a tendency of drifting towards the equator.Since the observed anomalies cannot be attributed to any other causes and since they occurred close to the time of the earthquake,we consider them to be possibly premonitory to the earthquake.Fuying Zhu Yun Wu Jian Lin Yiyan Zhou 2010Geodesy and Geodynamics2010,1,1:2
