| 2 | Microstructural evolution and stress state related to mechanical properties of electron beam melted Ti-6Al-4V alloy modified by laser shock peening显示文摘This work characterizes microstructural evolutions of electron beam melted(EBM) Ti-6 Al-4 V alloy modified via laser shock peening(LSP).The depth stress distribution and tensile properties of EBM Ti-6 Al-4 V alloy were measured before and after LSP.The results indicate that microstructure consists of β phase with 7.2%±0.4% vol.% and balance α lamellar in EBM sample,and the α lamella was refined into nano-equiaxed grains and submicro-equiaxed grains after LSP.The dominant refinement mechanism is revealed during LSP.Stacking faults were found in the LSP-treated sample,and their corresponding planes were determined as(0001) basal plane,(1010) prismatic plane,and(1011) pyramidal plane obtained by high resolution transmission electron microscopy.The subgrains and high-angle grains formed during dynamic recrystallization were identified by selected area electron diffraction pattern.The LSP treatment produces a significantly residual compressive stress approximately-380 MPa with the depth of compressive stress layer reaching 450 μm.Strength and elongation of the EBM sample were significantly increased after LSP.The strength and ductility enhancements are attributed to compre s sive stress,grain refinement and grain gradient distribution of α phase. | Liang Lan Xinyuan Jin Shuang Gao Bo He Yonghua Rong | 2020 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,47,15: | 11 |
| 3 | Deformation Temperature Dependence of Mechanical Properties and Microstructures for a Novel Quenching—Partitioning—Tempering Steel显示文摘The present investigation on a designed high strength Fe-0.25C-1.48Mn-1.20Si-1.51Ni-0.05Nb(wt%) steel treated by a novel quenching—partitioning—tempering(Q—P—T) process was focused on deformation temperature dependence of mechanical properties and microstructures.The results indicate that the Q—P—T steel deformed at various deformation temperatures from -70 to 300℃exhibits superior mechanical properties due to excellent thermal stability of retained austenite.The microstructural characterization by transmission electron microscopy(TEM) reveals that the high strength of the Q—P-T steel results from dislocation-type martensite laths and fcc NbC carbides or/and hcpε-carbides precipitated dispersively in martensite matrix,while excellent ductility is attributed to the significant transformation induced plasticity (TRIP) effect produced by considerable amount of retained austenite.The relationship between mechanical properties and microstructures at different deformation temperatures was clarified. | Ying Wang Zhenghong Guo Nailu Chen Yonghua Rong | 2013 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2013,29,5: | 5 |
| 4 | Dynamic Compression Behavior and Microstructure of a Novel Low-Carbon Quenching-Partitioning-Tempering Steel显示文摘A 0.2C-1.5Mn-1.5Si-0.6Cr-0.05Nb(wt%) steel is treated respectively by novel quenching-partitioning-tempering(Q-P-T) process and traditional quenching and tempering(Q&T) process for comparison. X-ray diffraction analysis indicates that Q-P-T steel has about 10% retained austenite, but Q&T steel hardly has one. With the increase of compression strain rate from 7 9 102 to 5 9 103s-1, the flow stress of Q-P-T steel increases, which demonstrates the positive strain rate effect, but does not exist in Q&T steel. The characterization of scanning electron microscopy indicates that a large number of long, straight martensite laths in Q-P-T steel will bend or be destroyed by large compressive strain of 35%at 5 9 103s-1. However, relative small compressive strain of about 5% at 7 9 102s-1almost does not have any effect on the original lath morphology. Two new orientation relationships between ferrite and cementite were determinated by selected area electron diffraction and then explained by our modified edge-to-edge matching method. | 15 | Transcriptomics-based identification and characterization of genes related to sugar metabolism in‘Hongshuijing’pitaya显示文摘Sugar composition not only affects fruit flavor but is also an important determinant of fruit taste and consumer preference.In this study,changes in the sugar content and sugar-metabolizing enzymes were investigated from different sections of various fruit development phases of‘Hongshuijing’pitaya(Hylocereus monacanthus).Genes related to sugar metabolism were also screened by transcriptome analyses.The results indicated that glucose was the major sugar in mature pitaya fruit,and was mainly regulated by vacuolar acid invertase(VAI)and sucrose synthase(SS)(degradative direction).Sugar accumulation varied in pulp between different sections of the pitaya fruit.VAI,neutral invertase(NI)and SS(degradative direction)are crucial enzymes for sugar accumulation in pitaya.The expression of 17 genes related to sucrose metabolism obtained from seven databases[NCBI non-redundant protein database(Nr),NCBI non-redundant nucleotide sequence database(Nt),EuKaryotic Orthologous Groups(KOG),The Protein Families(Pfam),Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG),Swiss-prot,and Gene Ontology(GO)]were analyzed in different pitaya pulp sections.HpVAI1 had the highest relative expression level on the 29th day after pollination(DAP).Positive correlations were found between HpVAI1 expression and VAI activity;HpNI4 and NI activity;HpSS2,HpSS5,and SS activity(synthetic direction),indicating that HpVAI1,HpNI4,and HpSS2 and HpSS5 were involved in the regulation of VAI,NI,and SS(synthetic direction),respectively.HpVAI1 and HpNI4 regulated sucrose degradation and the accumulation of glucose and fructose,while HpSS2 and HpSS5 regulated sucrose synthesis.These results suggest that HpVAI1 plays a key role in sugar metabolism during fruit development of‘Hongshuijing’pitaya.The results of this study provide new information about sugar metabolism in pitaya fruit that could help improve fruit quality and the breeding of new cultivars. | Zhike Zhang Yemiao Xing Muthusamy Ramakrishnan Canbin Chen Fangfang Xie Qingzhu Hua Jianye Chen Rong Zhang Jietang Zhao Guibing Hu Yonghua Qin | 2022 | Horticultural Plant Journal2022,8,4: | 1 |

| 17 | Deformation and Dislocation Structure in L1_2 Titanium Trialuminide Alloys显示文摘The deformation behaviour and the nature of dislocations of the Al3Ti-base L12 alloya modified with Fe and Mn etc, were investigated. The results show that the deformation and fracture character istics are closely related to the alloy compositions. The effect of hot-working process on the room tem perature ductility is remarkable, not only resulting in an appreciable improvement of compressive properties but also showing a 0.28% plastic strain in tensile test. The SISF dissociation of a < 110>dislocations on {111} planes was found at room temperature. | 18 | Using silk-derived magnetic carbon nanocomposites as highly efficient Nanozymes and electromagnetic absorbing agents显示文摘Functional carbon nanomaterials have become the stars of many active research fields,such as electronics,energy,catalysis,imaging,sensing and biomedicine.Herein,a facile and one-pot strategy for generating ferromagnetic nanoparticles loaded on N-doped carbon nanosheets(Fe-N-CNS)is presented by salt-assisted high-temperature carbonization of natural silk proteins.Due to their graphitic structures,N-doping and ferromagnetic nanoparticles(FeN_(x),FeO_(y),FeC_(z)),the silk-derived Fe-N-CNS can act as excellent mimics of both peroxidase and oxidase.Benefiting from the combined character of the graphene-like structures and enzyme-like activities,Fe-N-CNS can be further applied to highly efficient dye removal via synergistic adsorption and degradation.Meanwhile,the as-prepared Fe-N-CNS with intrinsic magnetism and electrical conductivity can also serve as an efficient electromagnetic wave absorption agent.The broadest effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)of as-obtained absorbing material yields a 6.73 GHz with 1 mm thickness,with a maximum reflection loss of-37.33 dB(11.41 GHz).The EAB can cover2~18 GHz with a tunable absorber thickness from 1.0 mm to 5.0 mm.Collectively,Fe-N-CNS,as a dualfunctional material,can tackle the aggravating environmental pollution issues of both dyes and electromagnetic waves. | Hao Wang Xianhui Zhang Yonghua Tang Weifeng Rong Jiachen Zhao Chaoyu Fan Zhisen Zhang Zhijun Sun Yun Yang Youhui Lin | 2023 | Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,9: | 0 |
