2WIP1 Phosphatase Plays a Critical Neuroprotective Role in Brain Injury Induced by High-Altitude Hypoxic Inflammation显示文摘The hypobaric hypoxic environment in highaltitude areas often aggravates the severity of inflammation and induces brain injury as a consequence. However, the critical genes regulating this process remain largely unknown. The phosphatase wild-type p53-induced phosphatase 1(WIP1) plays important roles in various physiological and pathological processes, including the regulation of inflammation in normoxia, but its functions in hypoxic inflammation-induced brain injury remain unclear.Here, we established a mouse model of this type of injury and found that WIP1 deficiency augmented the release of inflammatory cytokines in the peripheral circulation and brain tissue, increased the numbers of activated microglia/macrophages in the brain, aggravated cerebral histological lesions, and exacerbated the impairment of motor and cognitive abilities. 3A High-Resolution Earth’s Gravity Field Model SGG-UGM-2 from GOCE,GRACE,Satellite Altimetry,and EGM2008显示文摘This paper focuses on estimating a new high-resolution Earth’s gravity field model named SGG-UGM-2 from satellite gravimetry,satellite altimetry,and Earth Gravitational Model 2008(EGM2008)-derived gravity data based on the theory of the ellipsoidal harmonic analysis and coefficient transformation(EHA-CT).We first derive the related formulas of the EHA-CT method,which is used for computing the spherical harmonic coefficients from grid area-mean and point gravity anomalies on the ellipsoid.The derived formulas are successfully evaluated based on numerical experiments.Then,based on the derived least-squares formulas of the EHA-CT method,we develop the new model SGG-UGM-2 up to degree 2190 and order 2159 by combining the observations of the Gravity Field and Steady-State Ocean Circulation Explorer(GOCE),the normal equation of the Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment(GRACE),marine gravity data derived from satellite altimetry data,and EGM2008-derived continental gravity data.The coefficients of degrees 251–2159 are estimated by solving the block-diagonal form normal equations of surface gravity anomalies(including the marine gravity data).The coefficients of degrees 2–250 are determined by combining the normal equations of satellite observations and surface gravity anomalies.The variance component estimation technique is used to estimate the relative weights of different observations.Finally,global positioning system(GPS)/leveling data in the mainland of China and the United States are used to validate SGG-UGM-2 together with other models,such as European improved gravity model of the earth by new techniques(EIGEN)-6C4,GECO,EGM2008,and SGG-UGM-1(the predecessor of SGG-UGM-2).Compared to other models,the model SGG-UGM-2 shows a promising performance in the GPS/leveling validation.All GOCE-related models have similar performances both in the mainland of China and the United States,and better performances than that of EGM2008 in the mainland of China.Due to the contribution of GRACE data and the new marine gravity anomalies,SGG-UGM-2 is slightly better than SGG-UGM-1 both in the mainland of China and the United States.Wei Liang Jiancheng Li Xinyu Xu Shengjun Zhang Yongqi Zhao 2020Engineering2020,6,8:8
4A GOCE only gravity model GOSG01S and the validation of GOCE related satellite gravity models显示文摘We compile the GOCE-only satellite model GOSG01 S complete to spherical harmonic degree of 220 using Satellite Gravity Gradiometry(SGG) data and the Satellite-to-Satellite Tracking(SST) observations along the GOCE orbit based on applying a least-squares analysis.The diagonal components(V_(xx),V_(yy),V_(zz)) of the gravitational gradient tensor are used to form the system of observation equations with the band-pass ARMA filter.The point-wise acceleration observations(a_x,a_y,a_z) along the orbit are used to form the system of observation equations up to the maximum spherical harmonic degree/order 130.The analysis of spectral accuracy characteristics of the newly derived gravitational model GOSG01 S and the existing models GOTIM04 S,GODIR04S,GOSPW04 S and JYY_GOCE02S based on their comparison with the ultrahigh degree model EIGEN-6C2 reveals a significant consistency at the spectral window approximately between 80 and 190 due to the same period SGG data used to compile these models.The GOCE related satellite gravity models GOSG01 S,GOTIM05S,GODIR05 S,GOTIM04S,GODIR04 S,GOSPW04S,JYY_-GOCE02 S,EIGEN-6C2 and EGM2008 are also validated by using GPS-leveling data in China and USA.According to the truncation at degree 200,the statistic results show that all GGMs have very similar differences at GPS-leveling points in USA,and all GOCE related gravity models have better performance than EGM2008 in China.This suggests that all these models provide much more information on the gravity field than EGM2008 in areas with low terrestrial gravity coverage.And STDs of height anomaly differences in China for the selected truncation degrees show that GOCE has improved the accuracy of the global models beyond degree 90 and the accuracies of the models improve from 24 cm to 16 cm.STDs of geoid height differences in USA show that GOSGOIS model has best consistency comparing with GPSleveling data for the frequency band of the degree between 20 and 160.Xinyu Xu Yongqi Zhao Tilo Reubelt Robert Tenzer 2017Geodesy and Geodynamics2017,8,4:5
5Effect of thermo-mechanical treatment on mechanical and elastic properties of Ti–36Nb–5Zr alloy显示文摘The evolutions of phase constitutions and mechanical properties of a β-phase Ti–36Nb–5Zr(wt%) alloy during thermo-mechanical treatment were investigated. The alloy consisted of dual(β t α″) phase and exhibited a double yielding phenomenon in solution treated state. After cold rolling and subsequent annealing at 698 K for 20 min, an excellent combination of high strength(833 MPa) and low modulus(46 GPa) was obtained. The high strength can be attributed to high density of dislocations, nanosized α phase and grain refinement. On the other hand, the low Young's modulus originates from the suppression of chemical stabilization of β phase during annealing, which guarantees the low β-phase stability. Furthermore, the single-crystal elastic constants of the annealed Ti–36Nb–5Zr alloy were extracted from polycrystalline alloy using an in-situ synchrotron X-ray technique. The results indicated that the low shear modulus C44 contributes to the low Young's modulus for the Ti–36Nb–5Zr alloy, suggesting that reducing C44 through thermo-mechanical treatment might be an efficient approach to realize low Young's modulus in β-phase Ti alloys. 6Selective catalytic hydrogenation of naphthalene to tetralin over a NiMo/Al2O3 catalyst显示文摘The selective catalytic hydrogenation of naphthalene to high-value tetralin was systematically investigated.A series of Al2O3 catalysts containing different active metals(Co,Mo,Ni,W)were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation.The effects of different active metals forms(oxidation,reduction,sulfuration)and reaction conditions on naphthalene hydrogenation were investigated and the catalysts were characterized by XRD,XPS,BET,NH3-TPD and SEM.Especially,Ni-Mo/Al2O3 was first used in this reactive system.The results show that the oxidative4%Ni O-20%MoO3/Al2O3 is the best catalyst for the preparation of tetralin.The conversion of naphthalene and the selectivity of tetralin can reach 95.62%and 99.75%respectively at 200℃,8 h and 6 MPa.Compared with reduced and sulfureted 4%Ni O-20%MoO3/Al2O3 catalysts,oxidative 4%Ni O-20%MoO3/Al2O3 has a well dispersed and uniform monolayer of the active metals,larger pore volume and size,and larger total acidity.NiO-MoO3/Al2O3 has a synergistic effect between NiO activity and MoO3 selectivity.Xiaoping Su Pu An Junwen Gao RuchengWang Yujuan Zhang Xi Li Yangkun Zhao Yongqi Liu Xiaoxun Ma Ming Sun 2020Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,10:4
7Extraction mechanism and separation behaviors of low-concentration Nd^(3+) and Al^(3+) in P507-H_(2)SO_(4) system显示文摘In order to clarify the solvent extraction and separation behaviors of rare earths and impurity of Al during the extraction and enrichment of low-concentration leach solution of ion-adsorption rare earth ore,the extraction mechanism and separation behaviors of Nd^(3+)and Al^(3+)in the Nd_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)-AI_(2)(SO_(4))_(3) mixed solution using P507 were studied in this work.The extraction of Nd^(3+)and Al^(3+)follows the cation exchange mechanism.With the increase of the equilibrium pH,β_(Nd/Al) in the extraction of the Nd_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)-Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3) mixed solution using P507 is always higher than that in the extraction of single Nd_(2)(SO_(4))_(3) and Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3) solutions.It can be attributed to the fact that the extraction of Nd^(3+)using P507 is much faster than that of Al^(3+),and Al^(3+)is more prone to be hydrolyzed at lower pH.β_(Nd/Al) in the extraction of the Nd_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)-Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3) mixed solution decreases gradually with the increase of mixing time within the equilibrium pH range of 1.5-1.9.The extraction of Nd^(3+)using P507 is much faster than that of Al^(3+),but the stability of Al^(3+)-Ioaded organic phase is better than that of Nd^(3+)-loaded organic phase,thus Nd^(3+)in the Nd^(3+)-loaded organic phase is gradually replaced by Al^(3+)in the aqueous phase with the increase of mixing time.Hongyuan Zhang Longsheng Zhao Xudong Zheng Depeng Liu Zongyu Feng Yongqi Zhang Xiaowei Huang 2022Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,6:3
8Removal of Basic Nitrogen Compounds from Diesel Fraction with NMP-0.5ZnCl_(2) Coordinated Ionic Liquid显示文摘An inexpensive coordinated ionic liquid NMP-0.5ZnCl_(2) was synthesized by reacting N-methyl-pyrrolidone with anhydrous ZnCl_(2),and its structure was characterized with FT-IR spectroscopy.The performance of IL for removing basic nitrogen compounds from model oil containing quinoline and actual coker diesel was studied.Experimental results showed that the IL,NMP-0.5ZnCl_(2),exhibited a good denitrogenation performance,which can be attributed to its low viscosity and unoccupied orbitals of Zn ion,while obtaining a 99.68%quinoline removal efficiency under conditions covering a temperature of 50℃,an IL/model oil mass ratio of 1:2,and a reaction time of 30 min.In the case of coker diesel,above a 91%basic N-removal efficiency(with N-content reduced from 536μg/g to 47μg/g)was realized by the IL after 5-stage extraction.Moreover,the quinoline extraction efficiency could still reach 96.73%during four recycles of the IL.Li Wenshen Ren Yongqi Li Jianxiang Zhao Zhijun Liu Jie 2021China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2021,23,1:3
9Analysis of the impact on the gravity field determination from the data with the ununiform noise distribution using block-diagonal least squares method显示文摘The block-diagonal least squares method, which theoretically has specific requirements for the observation data and the spatial distribution of its precision, plays an important role in ultra-high degree gravity field determination. On the basis of block-diagonal least squares method, three data processing strategies are employed to determine the gravity field models using three kinds of simulated global grid data with different noise spatial distribution in this paper. The numerical results show that when we employed the weight matrix corresponding to the noise of the observation data, the model computed by the least squares using the full normal matrix has much higher precision than the one estimated only using the block part of the normal matrix. The model computed by the block-diagonal least squares method without the weight matrix has slightly lower precision than the model computed using the rigorous least squares with the weight matrix. 10RNA-Seq Study Reveals AP2-Domain-Containing Signalling Regulators Involved in Initial Imbibition of Seed Germination in Rice显示文摘A number of internal signals are required for seed germination.However,the precise signalling responses in the initial imbibition of seed germination are not yet fully understood in rice.In this study,the RNA sequencing(RNA-Seq)approach was conducted in 8 h imbibed seeds to understand the signalling responses in the initial imbibition of rice seed germination.A total of 563 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)with at least 4-fold change were identified in 8 h imbibed seeds compared to dry seeds.MapMan analysis revealed that the majority of signalling response-related DEGs were hormone-and transcription factor-related genes,in which the largest number of DEGs belong to the AP2-domain-containing regulators,and their expressions were significantly induced in the initial imbibition of seed germination in rice.Moreover,at least five AP2-domain-containing transcription factor OsDREBs were identified in the initial imbibition of rice seed germination,and the expressions of 251 DEGs were putatively regulated by OsDREBs through the dehydration-responsive element(DRE)cis-element assay.It suggested that the OsDREBs might play important roles in the regulation of initial seed imbibition in rice.The identified genes provide a valuable resource to study the signalling regulation of seed germination in the future.HE Yongqi ZHAO Jia FENG Defeng HUANG Zhibo LIANG Jiaming ZHENG Yufei CHENG Jinping YING Jifeng WANG Zhoufei 2020Rice science2020,27,4:2

12Gene expression profiling under different photoperiod/temperature conditions in a photoperiod-/thermo-sensitive genic male sterile line of rice(Oryza sativa L.)显示文摘Peiai 64S is a photoperiod- and thermo- sensitive genic male sterile (PTSGMS) line of rice, which is male sterile at long day/high temperature and partial fertile at short day/low temperature. A cDNA array representing 3328 unique rice genes was used to profile the gene expression patterns in the young panicles of Peiai 64S under these two condi- tions. The statistical data showed that up to 14.60% of genes exhibited up-or down-regulated expressions in the plants at long day/high temperature compared with plants at short day/low temperature. Only four genes were up-regulated while 482 genes down-regulated. Real-time PCR with all the up-regulated and 9 randomly selected down-regulated genes confirmed the differential expressions detected by the array, indicating that the constructed cDNA array is reliable. These differently expressed genes participated in almost all cell biological responses. Analysis of up- and down-regulated genes revealed distinctive changes between the mRNA abundances of MMK1 and MMK2, both of which are analogs ofMAPK, and significant down-regulation of several transcription factors. 13Germanium nanopyramid arrays showing near-100% absorption in the visible regime显示文摘Solar energy is regarded as one of the most plentiful sources of renewable energy. An extraordinary light-harvesting property of a germanium periodic nanopyramid array is reported in this Letter. Both our theoretical and experimental results demonstrate that the nanopyramid array can achieve perfect broadband absorption from 500- to 800-nm wavelength. Especially in the visible regime, the experimentally measured absorption can even reach 100%. 18Design of 20 W fiber-coupled green laser diode by Zemax显示文摘We represent a design of a 20 W, fiber-coupled diode laser module based on 26 single emitters at 520 nm.The module can produce more than 20 W output power from a standard fiber with core diameter of 400 m and numerical aperture(NA) of 0.22. To achieve a 20 W laser beam, the spatial beam combination and polarization beam combination by polarization beam splitter are used to combine output of 26 single emitters into a single beam,and then an aspheric lens is used to couple the combined beam into an optical fiber.
