| 1 | In situ boron isotope measurements of natural geological materials by LA-MC-ICP-MS显示文摘There are two main methods to determine boron isotopic composition.One is the solution method,in which boron is purified after the samples are dissolved in solution and the boron isotope ratios are determined by thermal ionization mass spectrometry(P-TIMS and N-TIMS) or multicollector inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(MC-ICP-MS).The other is an in-situ analysis method,in which the in-situ boron isotopic ratios in minerals are analyzed directly using secondary ion mass spectrometry(SIMS) or laser ablation multicollector inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(LA-MC-ICP-MS).In the in-situ analysis method for boron isotopes,the multifarious chemical purification and separation processes of the solution method are avoided,with increased work efficiency.In addition,the microzones and microbeddings of minerals can be analyzed in-situ to reveal the fine processes and conditions of mineral formation.In this study,using the standard-sample-bracketing(SSB) method,mass bias of the instrument and the fractionation of isotopes were calibrated,and the in-situ determination method of LA-MC-ICP-MS for boron isotopes was established.Through detailed analyses on a series of boron isotope standards and samples,a matrix effect was assessed but not detected,and the analysis results were in accordance with the formerly reported values or P-TIMS determined values,within the error range.The analytical results for IAEA B4 and IMR RB1 with relatively high boron contents were δ 11B =-(8.36±0.58)‰(2σ,n=50) and δ 11B =-(12.96±0.97)‰(2σ,n=57),respectively;the analytical result for IAEA B6 with rela-tively low boron content was δ 11B =-(3.29±1.12)‰(2σ,n=35).In-situ measurements for B isotopes were performed on geo-logical samples such as tourmaline,ulexite,ludwigite,inyoite and ascharite,with the results consistent with those determined by P-TIMS,within the error range. | HOU KeJun LI YanHe XIAO YingKai LIU Feng TIAN YouRong | 2010 | Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,29: | 13 |
| 2 | The Oxidation State of Sulfur Detected in Na_2O-CaO-SiO_2 Float Glass by X-ray Absorption Near Edge Structure Spectra显示文摘The oxidation state of sulfur is detected in Na2O-CaO-SiO2 float glass by synchrotron radiation X-ray absorption near edge structure (XANES) spectra at the sulfur K edge. The measured spectra show the only presence of S6+ in the Na2O-CaO-SiO2 float glass and the oxidation state of sulfur do not change with the increase of glass depth. It is also found that, after the melt has gone through the molten tin bath, the S6+ is the dominant species, but S2- is also present on both surfaces. | 5 | Rapid genome evolution in Pms1 region of rice revealed by comparative sequence analysis显示文摘Pms1, a locus for photoperiod sensitive genic male sterility in rice, was identified and mapped to chromosome 7 in previous studies. Here we report an effort to identify the candidate genes for Pms1 by comparative sequencing of BAC clones from two cultivars Minghui 63 and Nongken 58, the parents for the initial mapping population. Annotation and comparison of the sequences of the two clones resulted in a total of five potential candidates which should be functionally tested. We also conducted com-parative analysis of sequences of these two cultivars with two other cultivars, Nipponbare and 93-11, for which sequence data were available in public databases. The analysis revealed large differences in sequence composition among the four genotypes in the Pms1 region primarily due to retroelement activity leading to rapid recent growth and divergence of the genomes. High levels of polymorphism in the forms of indels and SNPs were found both in intra- and inter-subspecific comparisons. Dating analysis using LTRs of the retroelements in this region showed that the substitution rate of LTRs was much higher than reported in the literature. | 6 | A comparative study on thermo-economic performance between subcritical and transcritical Organic Rankine Cycles under different heat source temperatures显示文摘In this paper, the net power output, exergy efficiency and levelized energy cost of system were selected as performance indicators for assessing Organic Rankine Cycle(ORC). Firstly, the turbine inlet temperature and pressure meeting the requirement of pinch point temperature difference of evaporator in transcritical ORC(trans-ORC) were determined based on performance optimization. Subsequently, the thermo-economic performance of a subcritical ORC(sub-ORC) using R601 as working fluid and a trans-ORC using R134 a as working fluid were compared under different heat source temperatures and a fixed outlet temperature of flue gas. Results show that for trans-ORC, when the pinch point temperature difference of evaporator lies between the inlet and outlet of evaporator, a lower inlet pressure of turbine is favorable; when the pinch point temperature difference of evaporator is located at the outlet of evaporator, there exists an optimal inlet pressure of turbine. Either for sub-ORC or trans-ORC, the net power output increases and levelized energy cost decreases with the increase in heat source temperature. For sub-ORC,exergy efficiency of system increases monotonously with heat source temperature, while for trans-ORC, exergy efficiency of system grows up firstly and then reduces(or keeps constant) with the increasing of heat source temperature. Moreover, for net power output and exergy efficiency of system, there exist a range of heat source temperatures making trans-ORC better than sub-ORC, and the heat source temperature region extends with the increase in pinch point temperature difference of evaporator. | 7 | 胎儿期恰逢1959~1961年饥荒的中国成人精神分裂症的发病率显示文摘背景:精神分裂症是一种常见的中度精神障碍。子宫内营养缺乏可增大患精神分裂症的危险。其主要依据来自1944~1945年荷兰饥饿冬天(Dutch Hunger Winter)研究,当时食品摄入在短期内极剧下降。这项有关饥荒期间受孕人群的大型队列研究显示,发生精神分裂症的危险增大两倍。
目的:确定经受1959~1961年大饥荒的中国人是否有相似的结果。
设计、地点及参试者:发生精神分裂症危险的调查于安徽省芜湖地区进行,这是当初受灾最重的地区之一。对饥荒之前、饥荒期间和饥荒以后出生的人群发病率进行比较。芜湖及其周围6个县是由一所精神病院负责的。对1971~2001年所有的精神病病历记录均进行检查。精神分裂症患者的临床和社会人口学资料由对自然灾害暴露情况不知情的研究者摘录。有关饥荒年出生人数和死亡人数的数据是有效可用的,累积死亡率根据以后的人口学调查进行估计。
主要观测指标:饥荒的证据已经核实,计算未校正的以及对死亡率进行校正后的发生精神分裂症的相对危险度。
结果:安徽省的出生率(每1000人)在饥荒期问降低了约80%,从1958年的28.28降至1959年的20.97、1960年的8.61和1961年的11.06。在饥荒期间出生的人,晚年发生精神分裂症的校正后危险明显增高,从1959年的0.84%增至1960年的2.15%和1961年的1.81%。死亡率校正相对危险在1960年出生者为2.30(95%可信区间,1.99~2.05),1961年出生者为1.93(95%可信区间,1.68~2.23)。

In this paper,the channel estimation issue in FD amplify-andforward relay networks is considered,where the training-based estimation technique is adopted. Firstly,the least square(LS) estimation is implemented to obtain composite channel coefficients of source-relay-destination(SRD) channel and relay loop-interference(LI) channel in order to assist destination in performing data detection. | 10 | Local delivery of arsenic trioxide nanoparticles for hepatocellular carcinoma treatment显示文摘Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a malignancy with a poor prognosis.Surgery combined with chemotherapy has been recommended as a curative regimen for HCC.Nevertheless,the anticancer mechanisms of chemicals in hepatocellular carcinoma remain unclear.Pyroptosis is a type of programmed necrosis,and its mechanism in hepatocellular carcinoma is poorly understood.The efficacy and mechanism of arsenic trioxide nanoparticles in the treatment of HCC were explored in this research.Arsenic trioxide alone and arsenic trioxide nanoparticles were conveniently administered to mice intratumorally using a needle.Compared with As_(2)O_(3),As_(2)O_(3)nanoparticles(As_(2)O_(3)-NPs)showed better inhibition,promoted greater LDH release,and induced cell morphology indicative of pyroptosis in vitro.Compared with the free drug,As_(2)O_(3)-NPs increased GSDME-N expression and decreased Dnmt3a,Dnmt3b,and Dnmt1 expression in Huh7 cells.In vivo,As_(2)O_(3)-NPs induced a significant decrease in the expression of Dnmt3a,Dnmt3b and Dnmt1,but significantly upregulated the expression of GSDME-N(gasdermin E(GSDME)was originally found to be related to deafness;recently,it has been defined as a gasdermin family member associated with pyroptosis).As_(2)O_(3)-NPs inhibited tumor growth more strongly than As_(2)O_(3)or control,a finding likely attributed to the downregulation of PCNA and DNMT-related proteins and the upregulation of GSDME-N. | Jian Hu Yi Dong Li Ding Yang Dong Zhihua Wu Wenping Wang Ming Shen Yourong Duan | 2019 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2019,4,1: | 2 |
