| 1 | Model Predictive Current Control with Adaptive-adjusting Timescales for PMSMs显示文摘A model predictive current control(MPCC)with adaptive-adjusting method of timescales for permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSMs)is proposed in this paper to improve the dynamic response and prediction accuracy in transient-state,while lessening the computational burden and improving the control performance in steady-state.The timescale characteristics of different parts of MPCC,such as signal sampling,prediction calculation,control output,model error correction,are analyzed,and the algorithm architecture of MPCC with multi-timescale is proposed.The difference between reference and actual speed,and the change rate of actual speed are utilized to discriminate the transient state of speed change and load change,respectively.Adaptive-adjusting method of control period and prediction stepsize are illustrated in detail after operation condition discrimination.Experimental results of a PMSM are presented to validate the effectiveness of proposed MPCC.In addition,comparative evaluation of single-step MPCC with fixed timescale and proposed MPCC is conducted,which demonstrates the superiority of proposed control strategy. | Feng Niu Xi Chen Shaopo Huang Xiaoyan Huang Lijian Wu Kui Li Youtong Fang | 2021 | CES Transactions on Electrical Machines and Systems2021,5,2: | 8 |
| 2 | Elimination of Fuel Pressure Fluctuation and Multi-injection Fuel Mass Deviation of High Pressure Common-rail Fuel Injection System显示文摘The influence of fuel pressure fluctuation on multi-injection fuel mass deviation has been studied a lot,but the fuel pressure fluctuation at injector inlet is still not eliminated efficiently.In this paper,a new type of hydraulic filter consisting of a damping hole and a chamber is developed for elimination of fuel pressure fluctuation and multi-injection fuel mass deviation.Linear model of the improved high pressure common-rail system(HPCRS)including injector,the pipe connecting common-rail with injector and the hydraulic filter is built.Fuel pressure fluctuation at injector inlet,on which frequency domain analysis is conducted through fast Fourier transformation,is acquired at different target pressure and different damping hole diameter experimentally.The linear model is validated and can predict the natural frequencies of the system.Influence of damping hole diameter on fuel pressure fluctuation is analyzed qualitatively based on the linear model,and it can be inferred that an optimal diameter of the damping hole for elimination of fuel pressure fluctuation exists.Fuel pressure fluctuation and fuel mass deviation under different damping hole diameters are measured experimentally,and it is testified that the amplitude of both fuel pressure fluctuation and fuel mass deviation decreases first and then increases with the increasing of damping hole diameter.The amplitude of main injection fuel mass deviation can be reduced by 73%at most under pilot-main injection mode,and the amplitude of post injection fuel mass deviation can be reduced by 92%at most under main-post injection mode.Fuel mass of a single injection increases with the increasing of the damping hole diameter.The hydraulic filter proposed by this research can be potentially used to eliminate fuel pressure fluctuation at injector inlet and improve the stability of HPCRS fuel injection. | LI Pimao ZHANG Youtong LI Tieshuan XIE Lizhe | 2015 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2015,28,2: | 8 |
| 3 | High strength and high conductivity Cu alloys: A review显示文摘High strength and high conductivity(HSHC) Cu alloys are widely used in many fields,such as high-speed electric railway contact wires and integrated circuit lead frames. Pure Cu is well known to have excellent electrical conductivity but rather low strength. The main concern of HSHC Cu alloys is how to strengthen the alloy efficiently. However,when the Cu alloys are strengthened by a certain method,their electrical conductivity will inevitably decrease to a certain extent. This review introduces the strengthening methods of HSHC Cu alloys. Then the research progress of some typical HSHC Cu alloys such as Cu-Cr-Zr,Cu-Ni-Si,Cu-Ag,Cu-Mg is reviewed according to different alloy systems. Finally,the development trend of HSHC Cu alloys is forecasted. It is pointed out that precipitation and micro-alloying are effective ways to improve the performance of HSHC Cu alloys. | 11 | Dynamic Flow Control Strategies of Vehicle SCR Urea Dosing System显示文摘Selective Catalyst Reduction(SCR)Urea Dosing System(UDS)directly affects the system accuracy and the dynamic response performance of a vehicle.However,the UDS dynamic response is hard to keep up with the changes of the engine's operating conditions.That will lead to low NO_χconversion efficiency or NH_3 slip.In order to optimize the injection accuracy and the response speed of the UDS in dynamic conditions,an advanced control strategy based on an air-assisted volumetric UDS is presented.It covers the methods of flow compensation and switching working conditions.The strategy is authenticated on an UDS and tested in different dynamic conditions.The result shows that the control strategy discussed results in higher dynamic accuracy and faster dynamic response speed of UDS.The inject deviation range is improved from being between-8%and 10%to-4%and 2%and became more stable than before,and the dynamic response time was shortened from 200 ms to 150 ms.The ETC cycle result shows that after using the new strategy the NH_3 emission is reduced by 60%,and the NO_χemission remains almost unchanged.The trade-off between NO_χconversion efficiency and NH_3 slip is mitigated.The studied flow compensation and switching working conditions can improve the dynamic performance of the UDS significantly and make the UDS dynamic response keep up with the changes of the engine's operating conditions quickly. | LIN Wei ZHANG Youtong ASIF Malik | 2015 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2015,28,2: | 1 |

| 13 | Difference in Unbalanced Magnetic Force of Fractional-Slot PM Machines between Internal and External Rotor Topologie显示文摘This paper presents a comparative investigation into unbalanced magnetic force(UMF)of asymmetric permanent magnet machines without rotor eccentricities,particularly focusing on the difference between internal-and external-rotor topologies.The asymmetric field distribution results in radial and tangential asymmetric force waves.Although the radial and tangential stresses are in different direction,the UMF components they produce are nearly aligned.The UMF from asymmetric radial force wave can be additive or subtractive to that from asymmetric tangential force wave.Investigation shows that for the same pole slot number combination,if the UMFs due to radial and tangential force waves are additive in internal rotor machine,they are subtractive in the external rotor counterpart,and vice versa.Investigation reveals a general rule determining whether additive or cancelling:for a UMF produced by any two field harmonics,they are additive if the higher order is produced by the outer part outside the airgap,but cancelling if the higher order is produced by the inner part.Therefore,for a machine with pole number 2p=3k+1,they are additive if it is an external-rotor machine,but otherwise subtractive.On the other hand,for a machine with pole number 2p=3k-1,they are subtractive if it is an external-rotor machine,but otherwise additive.For the UMF due to armature reaction only,they are subtractive for external-rotor machines,but otherwise additive.The investigation is carried out by an analytical model and validated by finite element analysis. | L.J.Wu Z.Q.Zhu Youtong Fang Xiaoyan Huang | 2017 | CES Transactions on Electrical Machines and Systems2017,1,2: | 0 |

| 17 | Stick to the Basics显示文摘本文《抓紧基本功》是中山大学外文系王宗炎教授和钟祜同副教授为参加香港中文大学1984年8月召开的应用语言学研讨会而作。研讨会的目的,是讨论四个现代化对中国的英语和汉语教学工作提出的新任务。本文根据中山大学外文系英语专业几年来的经验,谈两个问题:(1)应该教什么样的英语?(2)用什么方法来教?关于第一个问题,作者认为一般说来,现阶段的英语专业应该培养英语通才而不是什么“专家”。中国是发展中国家,百废俱兴,各种学科、各门行业都需要英语人材,甚至要求一个人这两年干这一行,过两年干另一行。为了适应国家建设的需要,本科生的知识面不能过窄,应该力求掌握英语的基本知识和基本技能,并能在毕业后按工作需要向专门化发展。关于第二个问题,作者的意见与上海外国语学院章振邦同志的大致相同,认为不宜偏重什么“结构法”或“交际法”,而应该把两派的长处结合起来,使学生既熟悉英语的基本结构,又懂得如何活用。但是这只是一个原则,如何实施,还要不断地摸索和改进。作者注意到了近年来国外的语言教学理论和某些曾到过中国的外籍人士对中国英语教学工作的评论,感到对我们有启发作用,但是只能有选择地接受。不必专搞文学,但是文学书还是要读。不应该一味死背硬记,不求理解,不去活用,但是强记仍然是学习外语的重要方法。中国社会不是说英语的社会,把英语国家教第二语言的方法搬来中国,是没有多大效果的。中国人在中国得怎么教英语,这要自己在实践中摸索前进,才能逐步上升为理论。 | Wang Zongyan Zhong Youtong | 1984 | 外国语1984,7,6: | 0 |
| 18 | Real-time Locally Optimal Schedule for Electric Vehicle Load via Diversity-maximization NSGA-II显示文摘As distributed energy storage equipments, electric vehicles (EVs) have great potential for applications in power systems. Meanwhile, reasonable optimization of the charging time of EVs can reduce the users’ expense. Thus, the schedule of the EV load requires multi-objective optimization. A diversity-maximization non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (DM-NSGA)-II is developed to perform multi-objective optimization by considering the power load profile, the users’charging cost, and battery degradation. Furthermore, a real-time locally optimal schedule is adopted by utilizing a flexible time scale. The case study illustrates that the proposed DM-NSGA-II can prevent being trapped in a relatively limited region so as to diversify the optimal results and provide trade-off solutions to decision makers. The simulation analysis shows that the variable time scale can continuously involve the present EVs in the real-time optimization rather than rely on the forecasting data.
