1中国农业航空植保产业技术创新发展战略显示文摘农业航空是现代农业的重要组成部分和反映农业现代化水平的重要标志之一。该文在分析中国农业现代化建设中对航空植保技术的需求及国内外航空植保发展现状的基础上,对中国航空植保产业体系进行了深入剖析。指出了制约中国农业航空植保产业发展的主要问题,包括现有农业航空政策法规体系不完善、配套核心科学技术研究不足、专业队伍人才匮乏、社会化服务体系不健全、与农业航空相适应的农田作业环境基础建设被忽略、制度上缺少支持农业航空发展的公益性安排等。并从提高航空植保作业适应性的多机型多作业方式、加大资金投入增强配套核心科学技术的攻关、以及出台有针对性的政策加强管理和规范等方面提出了大力推进中国农业航空植保产业快速健康发展的战略及对策建议。最后对未来3个五年计划内中国对航空植保技术的需求情况进行了预测。分析预测表明,中国农业航空产业是一个尚未真正启动的大产业,未来中国农业航空市场的需求将会有爆发性增长,拉动新增机型投入将达到465亿元以上。随着相关制度及配套核心技术的不断完善,中国农业航空产业必将得到健康、有序和高速发展,有利于实现农业病虫害统防统治,实现精准作业,极大地提速中国现代农业的进程。周志艳 臧英 罗锡文 Lan Yubin 薛新宇 2013农业工程学报2013,29,24:187

4Drift and deposition of ultra-low altitude and low volume application in paddy field显示文摘Field trials were performed to evaluate various techniques for measuring spray deposition and aerial drift during spray application to paddy field.The application of a spraying agent containing the fluorescent dye Rhodamine-B was applied by an unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)which flew at a height of 5 m,a speed of 3 m/s,and the wind speed of 3 m/s.The results showed that because the downdraft produced by a helicopter rotor increased the penetrability of crops,there is a higher deposition on the upper layer and the under layer than the traditional spraying.The average deposition on the upper layer accounts for 28% of the total spraying,the deposition on the under layer accounts for 26% of the total spraying.The deposition on the under layer takes up 92.8% of the deposition on the upper layer.Droplets drift data showed that the drift of non-target area took up 12.9% of the total liquid spray.The 90% drifting droplets were located within a range of 8 m of the target area;the drift quantity was almost zero at a distance of 50 m away from the treated area.Xue Xinyu Tu Kang Qin Weicai Yubin Lan Huihui Zhang 2014International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2014,7,4:40

7Effect of wind field below unmanned helicopter on droplet deposition distribution of aerial spraying显示文摘Wind field is one of the important factors affecting the distribution characteristics of aerial spraying droplet deposition.In order to reveal the impact mechanism of droplet deposition distribution by the wind field below agricultural unmanned helicopter rotor,in this study,the wind field distribution below uniaxial single-rotor electric unmanned helicopter rotor was measured by using a wireless wind speed sensor network measurement system for unmanned helicopter.The effects of wind field in three directions(X,Y,Z)below the rotor on droplet deposition distribution were analyzed with the condition of aerial spraying droplet deposition in rice canopy,and the regression model was established via variance and regression analyses of experiment results.The results showed that,the wind field in Y direction had a significant effect on droplet deposition in effective spray area,the wind field in Z direction had an extremely significant effect on droplet deposition in effective spray area,and the corresponding significance(sig.)values were 0.011 and 0.000.Furthermore,the wind field in Z direction had a significant effect on the penetrability and uniformity of droplet deposition in effective spray area,the corresponding sig.values were 0.025 and 0.011 respectively.The wind speed in Y direction at the edge of effective spray area had a significant effect on droplet drift,the sig.value was 0.021.In addition,the correlation coefficient R of the regression model was 0.869 between droplet deposition in effective spray area and the wind speed in Y and Z directions,and 0.915 between the uniformity of droplet deposition in effective spray area and the maximum wind speed in Z direction.The result revealed the influencing mechanism of the wind field below the rotor of uniaxial single-rotor electric unmanned helicopter on the distribution of aerial spraying droplet deposition.The results can provide guidance for the actual production application of aerial spraying to reduce liquid drift and improve the utilization rate of pesticide.Chen Shengde Yubin Lan Li Jiyu Zhou Zhiyan Liu Aimin Mao Yuedong 2017International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,3:25
8Impact of social isolation and resident intruder stress on aggressive behavior in the male rat显示文摘Stress studies frequently utilize physical stressors to establish animal models of stress.In the majority of cases,these models are not consistent with human circumstances.The present study simulated a social isolation plus resident intruder stress model in the rat.The rats were subjected to daily social isolation and resident intruder stress for 2 weeks.Behaviors were then tested.Rats subjected to social stress exhibited different aggressive behavior styles;some rats had greater scores on composite aggression behaviors,as well as locomotor and exploratory activity,but lower scores on latency than others.The high-aggressive group exhibited predominantly anger-out,while the low-aggressive group exhibited anger-in.Results suggest that social isolation plus resident intruder may serve as an appropriate model for anger-in and anger-out emotion modeling in the rat.Sheng Wei Huiyun Zhang Jie Gao Ling Xue Peng Sun Yubin Chao Gang Xue Mingqi Qiao 2010Neural Regeneration Research2010,5,15:23

11MKR转基因小鼠糖尿病发病特点的初步探讨显示文摘目的观察骨骼肌胰岛素样生长因子-1受体及胰岛素受体的功能缺失(Mouse overexpressing adominant-negative IGF-I receptor specifically in muscle,MKR mouse)转基因2型糖尿病小鼠的血糖及其生长情况。方法由美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)授权使用引进的MKR鼠,经自然交配后繁殖的子代作为研究对象,制备尾组织基因组DNA,经聚合酶链反应得到扩增产物,1%琼脂糖凝胶电泳观察鉴定。同时对MKR鼠子代出生后的血糖、体重、胰岛素定时检测。同期采用昆明种小鼠或C57野生型小鼠进行对照。结果MKR鼠所有子代鼠均会出现长度为330 bp的DNA片段,表明该MKR鼠后代能稳定遗传。新生MKR鼠自出生3周开始,即出现显著的血糖增高,5周以后血糖则较稳定地维持在高水平。与对照组小鼠同期的血糖比较,差异具有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。其体重增长随年龄的增长而减慢,至4月龄时体重基本稳定,但无下降趋势。MKR鼠在2月龄时即表现出显著的高胰岛素血症及糖耐量低下,与对照组小鼠同期比较,亦具有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。MKR鼠在生长过程中无自然死亡发生。结论MKR鼠是至今为止一种非常良好的2型糖尿病的动物模型。喻嵘 成细华 胡伟 魏开春 Yubin Guo Jun-Li Liu 2007中国实验动物学报2007,15,5:19
12Evaluating effective swath width and droplet distribution of aerial spraying systems on M-18B and Thrush 510G airplanes显示文摘Aerial spraying plays an important role in promoting agricultural production and protecting the biological environment due to its flexibility,high effectiveness,and large operational area per unit of time.In order to evaluate the performance parameters of the spraying systems on two fixed wing airplanes M-18B and Thrush 510G,the effective swath width and uniformity of droplet deposition under headwind flight were tested while the planes operated at the altitudes of 5 m and 4 m.The results showed that although wind velocities varied from 0.9 m/s to 4.6 m/s,and the directions of the atomizer switched upward and downward in eight flights,the effective swath widths were kept approximately at 27 m and 15 m for the M-18B and Thrush 510G,respectively,and the latter was more stable.In addition,through analyzing the coefficients of variation(CVs)of droplet distribution,it was found that the CVs of the M-18B were 39.57%,33.54%,47.95%,and 59.04% at wind velocities of 0.9,1.1,1.4 and 4.6 m/s,respectively,gradually enhancing with the increasing of wind speed;the CVs of Thrush 510G were 79.12%,46.19%,14.90%,and 48.69% at wind velocities of 1.3,2.3,3.0 and 3.4 m/s,respectively,which displayed the irregularity maybe due to change of instantaneous wind direction.Moreover,in terms of the CVs and features of droplet distribution uniformity for both airplanes in the spray swath,choosing smaller CV(20%-45%)as the standard of estimation,it was found that the Thrush 510G had a better uniform droplet distribution than the M-18B.The results provide a research foundation for promoting the development of aerial spraying in China.Zhang Dongyan Chen Liping Zhang Ruirui Xu Gang Lan Yubin Wesley Clint Hoffmann Wang Xiu Xu Min 2015International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2015,8,2:18
13基于MEMS传感器的两轴姿态调整系统设计与试验显示文摘在精准农业生产过程中,传感器实时采集作物信息或环境状态,传感器与作物的相对位置,直接影响到采集数据的准确性,及后期处理的效率,甚至影响到作业的效果。而田间道路、垄间颠簸,会影响传感器与作物相对位置,造成信息失真和不准确,为了减少地面不平整干扰对传感器位置的影响,该文提出了基于MEMS传感器步进电机驱动的两轴姿态调整系统。该研究分析了系统的工作原理和控制方法,以陀螺仪、重力加速度计为姿态测量元件,步进电机为驱动部件,设计基于单片机控制的两轴姿态调整系统平台软硬件结构。系统采用单片机对陀螺仪和加速度计信息的实时采样,建立了多传感信息的融合算法和姿态判定模型,可以实时分析检测对象姿态,并输出控制步进电机,对平台姿态进行补偿调整,保持控制对象的相对惯性空间方位不变,实现了平台姿态平衡的快速控制。同时系统加入了绝对位置传感器,实现初始工作状态的自动复位。测试试验结果表明,系统运行稳定,单轴姿态调整精度在平整坡路状态下最大误差在0.5°以内,在田间颠簸路况运行下最大误差在3.0°以内,能够满足信息采集和检测过程中姿态自动调整、保持相对位置的控制要求。利用该控制系统,能够提高信息采集的准确性,在精准农业生产中具有应用作用。马超 郑永军 谭彧 Yubin Lan 王书茂 2015农业工程学报2015,31,S1:15
14Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation for treatment of spinal cord injury An in vivo magnetic resonance imaging tracking study显示文摘Non-invasive tracing in vivo can be used to observe the migration and distribution of grafted stem cells,and can provide experimental evidence for treatment.This study utilized adenovirus-carrying enhanced green fluorescent protein(AD5/F35-eGFP) and superparamagnetic iron oxide(SPIO)-labeled bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs).BMSCs,double-labeled by AD5/F35-eGFP and SPIO,were transplanted into rats with spinal cord injury via the subarachnoid space.MRI tracing results demonstrated that BMSCs migrated to the injured spinal cord over time(T2 hypointensity signals).This result was verified by immunofluorescence.These results indicate that MRI can be utilized to trace in vivo the SPIO-labeled BMSCs after grafting.Yu Liu Boai Zhang Yi Song Yubin Deng Yanjie Jia Qiyong Gong 2011Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,13:14
15Synthesis and application of transition metal phosphides as electrocatalyst for water splitting显示文摘With continuous research on photocatalytic water splitting, searching for efficient catalyst for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) becomes popular topic in addition to main catalyst research. Transition metal phosphides are receiving intense attention due to its abundance in the Earth's crust and comparable catalytic properties to noble metals. In this review, the synthesis approaches, HER reaction mechanism,photocatalytic activity, approaches to improve the activity of transition metal phosphides were reviewed and discussed. It was showed that the transition metal phosphides have great potential to reduce the cost of photocatalyst and promising application on water splitting. 16Modelling operation parameters of UAV on spray effects at different growth stages of corns显示文摘Currently,unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)were widely applied to spray for pest and disease control.However,spray effect can be further improved by setting operation parameters more reasonably and scientifically.Therefore,this study attempts to derive the relationship between operation parameters and spray effect.Different growth stages were distinguished by various corn heights.A six-rotor UAV was operated at different heights and velocities to test pesticides spray effects for corns at different growth stages.Different plant canopy coverage rate and penetrating coefficients were obtained,according to which,the effects on droplet deposition rate caused by different UAVs’operation parameters were analyzed.Droplet penetrating coefficients were applied as indexes to evaluate and select UAVs operation parameters for corns at different growth stages respectively.Mathematical models of droplet penetrating coefficients with UAVs operation parameters were established for corns at all growth stages.The determination coefficients(R2)of all models were greater than 0.90 and average relative errors were within 20%,which asserted high forecasting accuracy of droplet penetrating rate.With the help of the models,parameters like operating height away from the bottom of corns and UAVs velocities were further analyzed,which guided the optimization of parameter settings and selection of spray methods for corns at different growth stages.Zheng Yongjun Yang Shenghui Zhao Chunjiang Chen Liping Yubin Lan Tan Yu 2017International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,3:13

18GSA:Genome Sequence Archive显示文摘With the rapid development of sequencing technologies towards higher throughput and lower cost, sequence data are generated at an unprecedentedly explosive rate. To provide an efficient and easy-to-use platform for managing huge sequence data, here we present Genome Sequence Archive(GSA; http://bigd.big.ac.cn/gsa or http://gsa.big.ac.cn), a data repository for archiving raw sequence data. In compliance with data standards and structures of the International Nucleotide Sequence Database Collaboration(INSDC), GSA adopts four data objects(Bio Project, Bio Sample,Experiment, and Run) for data organization, accepts raw sequence reads produced by a variety of sequencing platforms, stores both sequence reads and metadata submitted from all over the world,and makes all these data publicly available to worldwide scientific communities. 19Effect of aerial spray adjuvant applying on the efficiency of small unmanned aerial vehicle for wheat aphids control显示文摘Small unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)have been widely used in different aspects of modern farming management,including pest and disease control in China in recent years.In this study,the spray performance of a small plant protection UAV at low volume spray was evaluated by adjusting the pesticide dosage and adding aerial spraying adjuvants.Droplet deposition,droplet density,coverage,control effect and pesticide residue from field trials were assessed.In addition,the residue and control effect of UAV spray were compared to manual knapsack at high volume spray.The results showed that,the adjuvant applying improved the efficiency of UAV spray.Also,the adjuvant applying reduced the dosage of imidacloprid by 20%.However,there was no significant difference on initial residue between UAV spray and knapsack spray.Thus,plant protection UAV spraying pesticide by adding appropriate adjuvant showed the ability of improving the pesticide effectiveness by improving the control efficiency,reducing the pesticide dosage and residue.Yanhua Meng Yubin Lan Guiying Mei Yongwang Guo Jianli Song Zhiguo Wang 2018International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,5:13
