1Feasibility of C_(3)F_(7)CN/CO_(2)gas mixtures in high-voltage DC GIL:a review on recent advances显示文摘With the rise of renewable energy resources,especially offshore wind power plant,the DC transmission concept has attracted more and more attention.The selection of eco-friendly insulating gas,as most critical insulating part of gas-insulated equipment is top priority for developing highly reliable system.Moreover,it is acknowledged that eco-friendly C_(3)F_(7)CN/CO_(2) gas mixtures have become a potential alternative to SF_(6) gas due to its excellent performance.This study reviews the basic physical properties of C_(3)F_(7)CN gas/gas mixtures and insulation properties including the gas gap breakdown and surface flashover performance at DC,as well as lightning impulse voltage.Investigation about the gas stability is presented,including the compatibility of gas with solid materials in gas-insulated transmission line(GIL),and the decomposition characteristics under long-term electrical and thermal stresses.The important progress on the charge accumulation characteristics of gas-solid interface in the novel gas environment under DC voltage stress is analysed.Finally,the key issues that need to be paid attention to and further followed through regarding the application of this novel gas in GIL are summarised and put forward.This study hopefully can provide a complete reference for the development of eco-friendly DC gas insulation equipment with C_(3)F_(7)CN/CO_(2) gas mixtures.Youping Tu Geng Chen Cong Wang Yuming Shao Yujing Tong Chuanyang Li Guoming Ma Tohid Shahsavarian 2020High Voltage2020,5,4:2

4Comprehensive treatment of latex wastewater and resource utilization of concentrated liquid显示文摘Latex wastewater is a kind of refractory organic wastewater containing high concentrations of organics and ammonia nitrogen.In this work,the combined process of forward osmosis(FO)and reverse osmosis(RO)was designed to treat the latex wastewater in the whole process,achieving the water recovery rate of 99%and basically no waste discharge after the catalytic oxidation process.The turbidity of the latex wastewater was decreased to below 1 NTU by microfiltration pretreatment,and then using MgCl_2 worked as the draw solution for FO process to treat the latex wastewater.Different operation conditions including adding acid or scale inhibitor as the pretreatment methods were conducted to improve the treatment performance of the combined process.After the treatment of the whole process,the concentration of COD was less than 20 mg·L^(-1),the concentration of NH_3-N was less than 10 mg·L^(-1),and the concentration of TP was less than 0.5 mg·L^(-1)for the treated latex wastewater.The water quality met standards of industrial water reuse after the complete analysis of the treated latex wastewater,meanwhile,useful substances of L-Quebrachitol(L-Q)were successfully extracted from the concentrated solution.Therefore,the combined process of FO and RO could realize the efficient treatment and reuse of latex wastewater,which provided with some important guidance on the industrial application.Shichao Tian Yuming Tu Rujie Li Yufan Du Zhiyong Zhou Fan Zhang Zhongqi Ren 2023Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2023,57,5:0

6A major vernalization-independent QTL for tiller angle on chromosome arm 2BL in bread wheat显示文摘Tiller angle(TA)strongly influences plant architecture and grain yield in cereals.However,the genetic basis of TA in wheat is largely unknown.We identified three TA-related quantitative trait loci(QTL).One of them was QTa.sau-2 B-769,a major QTL localized on chromosome arm 2 BL.QTa.sau-2 B-769 was detected in seven environments,explaining 18.1%–51.1%of phenotypic variance.We developed a linked Kompetitive Allele-Specific Polymerase chain reaction(KASP)marker,KASP-AX-108792274,to further validate this locus in three additional populations in multiple environments.QTa.sau-2 B-769 increased TA by up to 24.9%in these populations.There were significant and positive correlations between TA and flag leaf angle(FLANG).However,TA was not correlated with plant height or anthesis date,suggesting that expression of QTa.sau-2 B-769 is independent of vernalization.Traes CS2 B01 G583800,a gene known to be involved in leaf angle regulation,was identified as the most likely candidate gene for QTa.sau-2 B-769.These results enrich our understanding of the mechanisms regulating wheat TA at maturity and may support precise mapping and cloning of gene(s)underlying QTa.sau-2 B-769.Jiajun Liu Jieguang Zhou Huaping Tang Yang Tu Yang Mu Lulu Gou Qiantao Jiang Yaxi Liu Guoyue Chen Jirui Wang Pengfei Qi Wei Li Yunfeng Jiang Zehong Yan Houyang Kang Yuming Wei Xiujin Lan Youliang Zheng Jian Ma 2022The Crop Journal2022,10,1:0
7Clinical Epidemiology,Illness Profiles,and the Implication of COVID-19 Before and After the Nationwide Omicron Outbreak During the Winter of 2022显示文摘China.In this study,we aimed to investigate the clinical characteristics and outcomes of patients with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in the Beijing region.Methods:In this retrospective study,we enrolled inpatients admitted for COVID-19 in the Fifth Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital in Beijing between November 10,2022,and January 30,2023.Demographic and clinical features and treatment outcomeswere comprehensively analyzed.We used logistic regression and linear regression analyses to explore the risk factors associated with disease severity and time of nucleic acid conversion,respectively.Results:A total of 1010 hospitalized patients with COVID-19 were enrolled.The median age was 43.0 years(interquartile range,28.0–63.0),and patients aged<60 years and≥60 years comprised 71.2%and 28.8%of total included patients,respectively.The clinical classification of mild(74.6%,753/1010),moderate(21.0%,212/1010),severe(2.7%,27/1010),and unidentified(1.8%,18/1010)was separately recorded;1005 patients were discharged,and 5 patients died in the hospital.The outbreak of the emerging epidemic witnessed an evident increase in the proportion of moderate(42.9%vs.16.4%)and severe(10.3%vs.1.1%)cases after December 7,2022.Patients with a moderate/severe classification had higher levels of procalcitonin,IL-6,serum ferritin,C-reactive protein,lactic dehydrogenase,serum urea nitrogen,and D-dimer and lower counts of CD4+T,CD8+T,and B cells(all P<0.001).Multivariable regression analysis revealed that increased odds of disease severity were associated with the following factors:age≥60 years,IL-6>7 pg/mL,lactic dehydrogenase level>245 U/L,cough,and fever at admission.Age≥80 years and chronic lung diseasewere independent risk factors in the nonmild group in elderly patients.In addition,the duration for nucleic acid to turn negativewas approximately 5.0 d(interquartile range,3.0–7.0).Prolonged time of nucleic acid conversion was associated with age≥60 years,serum urea nitrogen level>8.2 mmol/L,neutrophil count>7×10^(9)/L,and the presence of a chronic lung disease or carcinoma.Finally,unvaccinated patients accounted for 37.3%of enrolled patients;children and the elder people accounted for approximately half of that.The univariable analysis found that booster doses reduced disease severity and shortened the time of nucleic acid conversion in elderly patients.Conclusions:The outbreak ofOmicron rapidly increased the number of patientswith COVID-19 in Beijing.In elderly patients,booster doses may reduce disease severity and shorten the time of nucleic acid conversion.Healthcare systems should be optimized before an emerging epidemic outbreak.Yuming Guo Zhe Xu Wen-Xin Wang Cheng Zhen Jinhua Hu Jinsong Mu Chengcheng Ji Xin Yuan Ruonan Xu Lei Huang Lei Shi Fanping Meng Junliang Fu Shuangnan Zhou Siyu Wang Fengyi Li Bo Tu Dawei Zhang Huihuang Huang Yufeng Mao Wen Xu Chao Zhang Xiuying Mu Jun Zhao Bo Jin Haibin Su Yinying Lu Yongqian Cheng Dong Ji Shaoli You Jinghui Dong Changchun Liu Mengmeng Zhang Yuanyuan Li Tianjun Jiang Yonggang Li Fu-Sheng Wang 2023Infectious Diseases & Immunity2023,3,4:0
8Preparation of sodium alginate gel microspheres catalysts and its high catalytic performance for treatment of ciprofloxacin wastewater显示文摘The discharge of the antibiotic wastewater has increased dramatically in our country with the development of medical science and wide application of antibiotic,resulting in serious harm to human body and ecological environment.In this work,ciprofloxacin(CIP)was selected as one of typical antibiotics and heterogeneous Fenton-like catalysts were prepared for the treatment of ciprofloxacin wastewater.The sodium alginate(SA)gel microspheres catalysts were prepared by polymerization method using double metal ions of Fe^(3+)and Mn^(2+)as cross-linking agents.Preparation conditions such as metal ions concentration,mass fraction of SA,polymerization temperature and dual-metal ions as crosslinking agent were optimized.Moreover,the effects of operating conditions such as initial concentration of CIP,pH value and catalyst dosage on CIP removal were studied.The kinetic equation showed that the effect of the initial concentration of CIP on the degradation rate was in line with second-order kinetics,and the effects of catalyst dosage and pH value on the degradation rate of CIP were in line with first-order kinetics.The SA gel microspheres catalysts prepared by dual-metal ions exhibited a high CIP removal and showed a good reusability after six recycles.The SA gel microspheres catalysts with an easy recovery performance provided an economical and efficient method for the removal of antibiotics in the future.Gaoyan Shao Jianjie Chen Yuming Tu Feng Liu Zhiyong Zhou Shichao Tian Zhongqi Ren 2023Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2023,63,11:0
