2Preparation of 5-fluorouracil-loaded chitosan nanoparticles and study of the sustained release in vitro and in vivo显示文摘The sustained-release properties of the biodegradable nano-drug delivery systems were used to improve the residence time of the chemotherapeutic agent in the body. These drug delivery systems were widely used to deliver chemotherapeutic drugs. The 5-fluorouracil loaded chitosan nanoparticles prepared in this paper have the above advantage. Here, we found that when the mass ratio of 5-fluorouracil and chitosan was 1:1, the maximum drug loading of nanoparticles was 20.13 ± 0.007%, the encapsulation efficiency was 44.28 ± 1.69%, the particle size was 283.9 ± 5.25 nm and the zeta potential was 45.3 ± 3.23 mV. The prepared nanoparticles had both burst-release and sustained-release phases in vitro release studies.In addition, the inhibitory effect of the prepared nanoparticles on gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells was similar to that of 5-fluorouracil injection, and the blank vector had no obvious inhibitory effect on SGC-7901 cells. 3Dual role of MdSND1 in the biosynthesis of lignin and in signal transduction in response to salt and osmotic stress in apple显示文摘Clarifying the stress signal transduction pathway would be helpful for understanding the abiotic stress resistance mechanism in apple(Malus×domestica Borkh.)and could assist in the development of new varieties with high stress tolerance by genetic engineering.The key NAC transcription factor SND1,which is involved in the lignin biosynthesis process in apple,was functionally analyzed.The results of the stress treatments indicated that MdSND1 could be induced by salt,mannitol and ABA.Compared with wild-type GL-3 plants,MdSND1-overexpressing apple plants with greater antioxidant capacity and lignin were more resistant to salt and simulated osmotic stress,while RNAi plants were more vulnerable.Additionally,molecular experiments confirmed that MdSND1 could regulate the biosynthesis of lignin by activating the transcription of MdMYB46/83.Moreover,genes known to be involved in the stress signal transduction pathway(MdAREB1A,MdAREB1B,MdDREB2A,MdRD29A,and MdRD22)were screened for their close correlations with the expression of MdSND1 and the response to salt and osmotic stress.Multiple verification tests further demonstrated that MdSND1 could directly bind to these gene promoters and activate their transcription.The above results revealed that MdSND1 is directly involved in the regulation of lignin biosynthesis and the signal transduction pathway involved in the response to both salt and osmotic stress in apple.Keqin Chen Yunna Guo Mengru Song Lifu Liu Hao Xue Hongyan Dai Zhihong Zhang 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:2
4Electrochemical extraction of cerium and formation of Al–Ce alloy from CeO_2 assisted by AlCl_3 in LiCl–KCl melts显示文摘This work presents an electrochemical extraction of cerium and synthesization of Al–Ce alloy in LiCl–KCl melts on Mo and Al electrodes by chlorination of CeO2 using AlCl3 at 873 K. The cyclic voltammogram on Mo electrodes in LiCl–KCl–CeO2 melt showed no obvious reduction wave other than the reduction of Li(I). After the addition of AlCl3, the signals of the reaction of Ce(ⅡI)/Ce(0) and the synthesization of Al–Ce and Al–Li alloys were investigated by cyclic voltammetry, square-wave voltammetry, open-circuit chronopotentiometry and chronopotentiometry. These results indicated that AlCl3 can chloridize CeO2 and that it is possible to extract cerium and form Al–Ce and Al–Li–Ce alloys in LiCl–KCl–CeO2–AlCl3 melts. According to potentiostatic electrolysis, only the Al4 Ce layer coated the Al electrodes. 12Carbon dots derived from Poria cocos polysaccharide as an effective“on-off”fluorescence sensor for chromium(Ⅵ)detection显示文摘Chromium is a harmful contaminant showing mutagenicity and carcinogenicity.Therefore,detection of chromium requires the development of low-cost and high-sensitivity sensors.Herein,blue-fluorescent carbon quantum dots were synthesized by one-step hydrothermal method from alkali-soluble Poria cocos polysaccharide,which is green source,cheap and easy to obtain,and has no pharmacological activity due to low water solubility.These carbon quantum dots exhibit good fluorescence stability,water solubility,anti-interference and low cytotoxicity,and can be specifically combined with the detection of Cr(Ⅵ)to form a non-fluorescent complex that causes fluorescence quenching,so they can be used as a label-free nanosensor.High-sensitivity detection of Cr(Ⅵ)was achieved through internal filtering and static quenching effects.The fluorescence quenching degree of carbon dots fluorescent probe showed a good linear relationship with Cr(Ⅵ)concentration in the range of 1-100μM.The linear equation was F;/F=0.9942+0.01472[Cr(Ⅵ)](R;=0.9922),and the detection limit can be as low as 0.25μM(S/N=3),which has been successfully applied to Cr(Ⅵ)detection in actual water samples herein.Qianqian Huang Qianqian Bao Chengyuan Wu Mengru Hu Yunna Chen Lei Wang Weidong Chen 2022Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2022,12,1:1
