Magnetostratigraphy and paleoenvironmental record of Tertiary deposits of Lanzhou Basin显示文摘The Tertiary deposits of the Yongdeng section, the Lanzhou Basin were studied by means of magnetostrati-graphy. The magnetostratigraphic sequences from Paleocene to Miocene were established, and the time scale for the corresponding stratigraphy and mammalian faunas was also established by referring to their correlation to the GPTS of BKSA95 (The geomagnetic polarity time scale which was thoroughly revised and updated by Berggreen et al. in 1995). In the end the paleoenvironmental records and their relationship with the uplifting of the Tibetan Plateau were discussed. The results are as follows. The top boundary of the Xiliugou Formation is dated to be 51 Ma, i.e. Eocene. TheYehucheng Formation covers the time span of 51-31.5 Ma, i.e. from late Early Eocene to early Early Oligocene. The Xianshuihe Formation covers the time span of 31.5-15 Ma, i.e. from Early Oligocene to Middle Miocene. The lower member of the Xianshuihe Formation spans from 31.5 to 20.0 Ma, i.e. from Early Oligocene to early EarlyYUE Leping F.Heller QIU Zhanxiang ZHANG Li XIE Guangpu QIU Zhuding ZHANG Yunxiang 2001Chinese Science Bulletin2001,46,9:28
Xinfeng capsule improves pulmonary function in ankylosing spondylitis patients via NF-κB-iNOS-NO signaling pathway显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To study changes in the nuclear factor-κB p65(NF-κB p65)-inducible nitric oxide synthase(i NOS)-nitric oxide(NO) signaling pathway and the effects of Xinfeng capsules(XFC) in patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS)METHODS: One hundred twenty patients with AS were randomly divided into an XFC group and a Salazopyrin group. Sixty health subjects were included as a normal control group. In the two treatment groups, pulmonary functional parameters, forced vital capacity(FVC), forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1), maximal voluntary ventilation(MVV), peak expiratory flow(PEF), forced expiratory flow at 25% of forced vital capacity(FEF25),forced expiratory flow at 50% of forced vital capacity(FEF50), and forced expiratory flow at 75% of forced vital capacity(FEF75) were determined. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assays were used for detection of the serum oxidative stress indexes,NF-κB p65, i NOS, NO, reactive oxygen species(ROS), reactive nitrogen species(RNS), malondialdehyde(MDA), superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT), total antioxidative capacity(TAOC) and interleukin-4(IL-4), IL-10, IL-1β, and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) contents. Westergren's method was used for determination of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR). High-sensitivity C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP) was detected with a 7060 full-automatic biochemical analyzer(Hitachi, Japan).RESULTS: The clinical therapeutic effect in the XFC group was significantly superior to that in the Salazopyrin group(P<0.01). Compared with the normal control group, FEV1, MVV, PEF, FEF50, FEF75, SOD, CAT,TAOC, IL-4, IL-10 were significantly lower, and NF-κB p65, i NOS, NO, ROS, RNS, MDA, IL-1β, TNF-α, ESR,and Hs-CRP significantly higher in patients with AS(P<0.01 or P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, FEV1, MVV, PEF, FEF50, FEF75, SOD, CAT, TAOC,IL-4, and IL-10 were significantly increased, and NF-κB p65, i NOS, NO, ROS, RNS, MDA, IL-1β, TNF-α,ESR, CRP, visual analog scales(VAS), Bath ankylosing spondylitis disease active index, Bath ankylosing spondylitis functional index, and Bath ankylosing spondylitis global index significantly decreased in the two treatment groups after treatment(P<0.01 or P<0.05), with significant differences between the XFC and Salazopyrin groups(P<0.01 or P<0.05). Spearman correlation analysis indicated that FEV1, MVV, PEF, FEF50, and FEF75 were positively correlated with SOD, CAT, TAOC, IL-4, and IL-10, and were negatively correlated with NF-κB p65, i NOS,NO, ROS, RNS, MDA, IL-1β, TNF-α, ESR, and CRP.CONCLUSION: Patients with AS have local pathologic changes in the spinal cord and other joints. They also have decreased pulmonary function, which is negatively correlated with the NF-κB-i NOS-NO signaling pathway, oxidative indexes, and inflammatory factors. XFC improves rigidity and pain in spinal joints and other symptoms, laboratory indexes, and pulmonary function. The mechanism is possibly related to inhibition of the NF-κB-i NOS-NO signaling pathway.Jian Liu Yajun Qi Li Zheng Yunxiang Cao Lei Wan Wenfang Ye Li Fang 2014Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2014,34,6:24
Effects of Xinfeng capsule on pulmonary function based on treg-mediated notch pathway in a rat model of adjuvant arthritis显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To observe the impact of xinfeng xapsule(XFC) on pulmonary function in a rat model of adjuvant arthritis(AA) and to investigate the mechanism of action.METHODS:Forty rats were randomly divided into four groups of ten:normal control(NC);model control(MC);tripterygium glycosides tablet(TPT);and xinfeng capsule(XFC).Except for the NC group,AA was induced in all rats by intracutaneous injection of 0.1 mL Freund's complete adjuvant in the right paw on the 19th day.NC and MC groups were given(0.9%) physiological saline. The TPT and XFC groups were given TPT(10 mg/kg) and XFC(1.2 g/kg),respectively.Thirty days after administration, changes in paw edema(E),the arthritis index(AI),pulmonary function, levels of regulatory T-cells(Treg),ultrastructure of lung tissue, and expression of Notch receptors and ligands in lung tissue were observed.RESULTS:In the MC group,E and the AI were increased and pulmonary function significantly decreased;the structure of alveolar type-II cells was damaged;ratios of Treg in peripheral blood were reduced;and expression of Notch receptors such as Notch3 and Notch4 and ligands such as Delta1 in lung tissue were significantly increased whereas expression of Notch1,Jagged1 and Jagged2 were significantly decreased. After intervention with XFC,E and the AI were decreased;pulmonary function was enhanced;the structure of alveolar type-II cells was improved;and expression of Treg,Notch1,Jagged1,Jagged2 was elevated, whereas that of Notch3,Notch4 and Delta1 was reduced.CONCLUSION:XFC can not only inhibit E and the AI and improve joint symptoms,it can also improve pulmonary function and reduce inflammation in lung tissue. These actions could be carried out through increases in the expression of Treg,Notch receptors(Notch1) and ligands(Jagged1,Jagged2),and reductions in the expression of Notch3,Notch4 and Delta1.These phenomena would reduce the deposition of immune complexes and the inflammatory response in lung tissue, thereby improving joint symptoms and pulmonary function.Lei Wan Jian Liu Chuanbing Huang Yuan Wang Xi Shen Wandong Zhang Guizheng Wang Haixia Fan Yao Ge Ruilian Chen Yunxiang Cao Ruikai Zong Li Lei 2012Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2012,32,3:17
Experimental investigation of the generation of large-amplitude internal solitary wave and its interaction with a submerged slender body显示文摘A principle of generating the nonlinear large-amplitude internal wave in a stratified fluid tank with large cross-section is proposed according to the‘jalousie’control mode.A new wave-maker based on the principle was manufactured and the experiments on the generation and evolution of internal solitary wave were conducted. Both the validity of the new device and applicability range of the KdV-type internal soliton theory were tested.Furthermore,a measurement technique of hydrodynamic load of internal waves was developed.By means of accurately measuring slight variations of internal wave forces exerted on a slender body in the tank, their interaction characteristics were determined. It is shown that through establishing the similarity between the model scale in the stratified fluid tank and the full scale in the numerical simulation the obtained measurement results of internal wave forces are confirmed to be correct.WEI Gang DU Hui XU XiaoHui ZHANG YuanMing QU ZiYun HU TianQun YOU YunXiang 2014Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2014,57,2:17
Profiling of the transcriptome of Porphyra yezoensis with Solexa sequencing technology显示文摘With high-throughput Solexa sequencing technology,we profiled Porphyra yezoensis transcriptomes from 8 different samples. More than 1200 megabases from 13333334 quality paired-end reads were generated, which were assembled into 31538 unigenes. Blast analysis showed that 56.7%unigenes were novel, which represented the specific genes of Porphyra and/or rhodophytes. Several hundreds of unigenes related to stress tolerance were discovered, including genes related to desiccation-(211) and high light-tolerance(31) ,flavonoid biosynthesis(10) ,reactive oxygen scavenging(48) and other stress-tolerance processes(208) ,which indicated there existed complex and diversity modes of stress tolerance in this species.A complete set of essential genes involved in the C3-(57) and C4-(44) carbon fixation pathway(except pyruvate phosphate dikinase) were discovered, which not only proved that they were actively transcribed but also clearly outlined the panoptic view of carbon fixation in Porphyra. Moreover,by statistically analyzing the types, proportions and frequencies of the interspersed repeats(TEs) and simple sequence repeats(SSRs) ,we discovered that the top three types of TEs were all retrotransposons and the trinucleotide was the absolute predominant type among SSRs,promoting our understanding of structural characteristics of the transcriptome. This study substantially improved the global view of the Porphyra genome and provided a valuable resource for future research.YANG Hui MAO YunXiang KONG FanNa YANG GuanPin MA Fei WANG Li 2011Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,20:13
MicroRNAs in tomato plants显示文摘MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a specialized class of small silencing RNAs that regulate gene expression in eukaryotes. In plants,miRNAs negatively regulate target mRNAs containing a highly complementary sequence by either mRNA cleavage or translational repression. As a model plant to study fleshy fruit ripening,miRNA studies in tomato have made great progress recently.MiRNAs were predicted to be involved in nearly all biological processes in tomato, particularly development, differentiation, and biotic and abiotic stress responses.Surprisingly, several miRNAs were verified to be involved in tomato fruit ripening and senescence.Recent studies suggest that miRNAs are related to host-virus interactions, which raises the possibility that miRNAs can be used as diagnostic markers for response to virus infection in tomato plants. In this review,we summarize our current knowledge systematically and advance future directions for miRNA research in tomato.ZUO JinHua WANG YunXiang LIU HaiPing MA YuanZheng JU Zheng ZHAI BaiQiang FU DaQi ZHU Yi LUO YunBo ZHU BenZhong 2011Science China(Life Sciences)2011,54,7:13
Residual lifetime prediction model of nonlinear accelerated degradation data with measurement error显示文摘For the product degradation process with random effect(RE), measurement error(ME) and nonlinearity in step-stress accelerated degradation test(SSADT), the nonlinear Wiener based degradation model with RE and ME is built. An analytical approximation to the probability density function(PDF) of the product's lifetime is derived in a closed form. The process and data of SSADT are analyzed to obtain the relation model of the observed data under each accelerated stress. The likelihood function for the population-based observed data is constructed. The populationbased model parameters and its random coefficient prior values are estimated. According to the newly observed data of the target product in SSADT, an analytical approximation to the PDF of its residual lifetime(RL) is derived in accordance with its individual degradation characteristics. The parameter updating method based on Bayesian inference is applied to obtain the posterior value of random coefficient of the RL model. A numerical example by simulation is analyzed to verify the accuracy and advantage of the proposed model.Zhongyi Cai Yunxiang Chen Qiang Zhang Huachun Xiang 2017Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2017,28,5:12
Use of Xinfeng capsule to treat abarticular pathologic changes in patients with rheumatoid arthritis显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To observe the influence of Xinfengcapsule(XFC) on abarticular pathologic changes(APCs) and other indices of patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA) and explore the mechanism of action of XFC in improving such changes.METHODS: Three-hundred RA patients were divided randomly into a treatment group(n=150) and control group(n=150). A normal control(NC)group(n=90) was also created. Changes in cardiac function, pulmonary function, anemia indices and platelet parameters of RA patients were measured.Curative effects of the two groups were compared, and comparison carried out with the NC group.RESULTS: In 300 RA patients, late diastolic peak flow velocity(A peak) was much higher(P<0.01)and early diastolic peak flow velocity(E peak), E/A,and left ventricular fraction shortening much lower(P<0.01) than those in the NC group. Vital capacity(VC), forced vital capacity in one second, forced vital capacity(FVC), maximal voluntary ventilation(MVV), maximal expiratory flow in 50% of VC(FEF50) and FEF75 were lowered remarkably(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Platelet count(PLT), plateletcrit(PCT) and mean platelet volume(MPV) increased markedly(P<0.05 or P<0.01), and hemoglobin(Hb)level decreased significantly(P<0.05). After XFC treatment, the A peak and PLT and PCT were much lower(P<0.05), and E/A and the number of red blood cells as well as Hb level were much higher(P<0.05), as were FVC, MVV and FEF50(P<0.05 or P<0.01), in the treatment group than those in the NC group. Total score of pain and swelling in joints,uric-acid level and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein level were much lower, and superoxide dismutase level as well as the number of CD4 +CD25+ regulation T cells(Treg) and CD4+CD25+CD127- Treg were much higher(P<0.05 or P<0.01)in the treatment group than those in the NC group.CONCLUSION: RA patients with pathologic changes in joints also suffer from lower cardiac and pulmonary functions and from parameters of anemia and platelet factors. XFC can improve the symptoms of RA patients, ameliorate their cardiac and pulmonary functions and reduce the parameters of anemia and platelet factors. XFC lowers the immune inflammatory reaction to improve APCs in RA patients.Jian Liu Yunxiang Cao Chuanbing Huang Yuan Wang Xi Chen Wandong Zhang Guizhen Wang Haixia Fan Yao Ge Ruilian Chen Ruikai Zong Yajun Qi Yue Sun Yifei Liu Fang Wang 2014Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2014,34,5:10
Storage reliability assessment model based on competition failure of multi-components in missile显示文摘The degradation data of multi-components in missile is derived by periodical testing. How to use these data to assess the storage reliability(SR) of the whole missile is a difficult problem in current research. An SR assessment model based on competition failure of multi-components in missile is proposed. By analyzing the missile life profile and its storage failure feature, the key components in missile are obtained and the characteristics voltage is assumed to be its key performance parameter. When the voltage testing data of key components in missile are available, a state space model(SSM) is applied to obtain the whole missile degradation state, which is defined as the missile degradation degree(DD). A Wiener process with the time-scale model(TSM) is applied to build the degradation failure model with individual variability and nonlinearity. The Weibull distribution and proportional risk model are applied to build an outburst failure model with performance degradation effect. Furthermore, a competition failure model with the correlation between degradation failure and outburst failure is proposed. A numerical example with a set of missiles in storage is analyzed to demonstrate the accuracy and superiority of the proposed model.Yunxiang Chen Qiang Zhang Zhongyi Cai Lili Wang 2017Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2017,28,3:9
Taxonomy, age and environment status of the Yuanmou hominoids显示文摘The taxonomy, age and environment status of the Yuanmou hominoids had been contro-versial since their discovery. We launched new ex-cavations and investigations in the Yuanmou Basin and analyzed both old and newly collected data. We conclude that all hominoids from the Yuanmou Basin and the so-called Pliocene hominids can be attributed into a single species, and its valid nomination is Lufengpithecus hudienensis. It is different from Lufengpithecus lufengensis and Lufengpithecus kei-yuanensis. Based on the faunal comparison and pa-leomagnetic correlation, the strata yielding the Yuanmou hominoids are older than those of Lufeng hominoids and younger than those of the Kaiyuan hominoids. The age of the Yuanmou hominoids is Late Miocene. The environments of the Yuanmou hominoids were subtropical, hilly, with some dense forestry and partial transitional bushes and seasonal climate.QI Guoqin DONG Wei ZHENG Liang ZHAO Lingxia GAO Feng YUE Leping ZHANG Yunxiang 2006Chinese Science Bulletin2006,51,6:9
In Silico Screening for Microsatellite Markers from Expressed Sequence Tags of Porphyra yezoensis (Bangiales, Rhodophyta)显示文摘The genomic resources of Porphyra yezoensis expressed sequence tags (ESTs) were utilized to identify simple sequence repeats (SSRs), or microsatellites. This method took the advantage of using ESTs and microsatellites either for the establishment of gene identities or for the acquisition of high polymorphism. The microsatellites can be used as gene markers when microsatellites are tagged to genes. Revealed by bioinformatics analysis, 1 162 out of 21 954 ESTs contained microsatellites and cluster analysis indi- cated that 984 of these ESTs fell into 112 contigs, while the other 178 ESTs were singletons. A total of 290 unique SSR-containing genes were identified. The AAC SSRs were the most populous type of microsatellites. GC-rich microsatellites were predominant among all the microsatellites.WANG Mengqiang HU Jingjie ZHUANG Yunyun ZHANG Lei LILT Wei MAO Yunxiang 2007Journal of Ocean University of China2007,6,2:8

Architecture of the herpesvirus genomepackaging complex and implications for DNA translocation显示文摘Genome packaging is a fundamental process in a viral life cycle and a prime target of antiviral drugs.Herpesviruses use an ATP-driven packaging motor/terminase complex to translocate and cleave concatemeric dsDNA into procapsids but its molecular architecture and mechanism are unknown. We report atomic structures of a herpesvirus hexameric terminase complex in both the apo and ADP·BeF3-bound states. Each subunit of the hexameric ring comprises three components-the ATPase/terminase pUL15 and two regulator/fixer proteins,pUL28 and pUL33-unlike bacteriophage terminases.Distal to the nuclease domains, six ATPase domains form a central channel with conserved basicpatches conducive to DNA binding and trans-acting arginine fingers are essential to ATP hydrolysis and sequential DNA translocation.Rearrangement of the nuclease domains mediated by regulatory domains converts DNA translocation mode to cleavage mode. Our structures favor a sequential revolution model for DNA translocation and suggest mechanisms for concerted domain rearrangements leading to DNA cleavage.Yunxiang Yang Pan Yang Nan Wang Zhonghao Chen Dan Su ZHong Zhou Zihe Rao Xiangxi Wang 2020Protein & Cell2020,11,5:5
Thermodynamic Analysis of a Modified Ejector-Expansion Refrigeration Cycle with Hot Vapor Bypass显示文摘In this study,a modified ejector-expansion refrigeration cycle(MERC)is proposed for applications in small refrigeration units.A vapor bypass circuit is introduced into the standard ejector expansion refrigeration cycle(ERC)for increasing the ejector pressure lift ratio, thereby lowering the compressor pressure ratio in the MERC.A mathematical model has been established to evaluate the performances of MERC.Analysis results indicate that since a two phase vapor-liquid stream is used to drive the ejector in the MERC,a larger ejector pressure lift ratio can be achieved. Thus, the compressor pressure ratio decreases by 21.1%and the discharge temperature reduces from 93.6℃to 82.1℃ at the evaporating temperature of-55℃ when the vapor quality of two phase vapor-liquid stream increases from 0 to 0.2.In addition, the results show that the higher ejector component efficiencies are effective to reduce the compressor pressure ratio and the discharge temperature.Actually, the discharge temperature reduces from 91.4℃ to 82.1℃ with the ejector component efficiencies increasing from 0.75 to 0.85 at the two phase stream vapor quality of 0.2.Overall,the proposed cycle is found to be feasible in lower evaporating temperature cases.LI Yunxiang YU Jianlin 2019Journal of Thermal Science2019,28,4:5
Generation and analysis of expressed sequence tags from the salt-tolerant eelgrass species, Zostera marina显示文摘Zostera marina, a monocotyledonous angiosperm, is one of the most important seagrass species. To investigate the salt-tolerance mechanism and discover salt-tolerant genes in Z. marina, a cDNA library was constructed. Single-pass sequencing of the 5'ends of 4 081 clones yielded 4 002 high quality expressed sequence tags (ESTs), which were assembled into 241 contigs and 1 673 singletons, representing 1 914 unigenes. The average length of the ESTs was 582 bp, with sizes ranging from 100-1 500 bp. Basic Local Alignment Search Tool (BLASTX) analysis revealed that 1 664 unigenes had significant homology to known genes in the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) non-redundant (nr) database (E-value 5-10). Among them, the two most abundant genes encoded metallothionein (157 ESTs) and chlorophyll a/b-binding protein (38 ESTs), accounting for 7.1% and 1.7% of the total ESTs, respectively. Using Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG), 1 462 unigenes were assigned to 1 161 pathways (E-value 5-10). A total of 938 unigenes were assigned Gene Ontology (GO) terms based on the GO hierarchy analysis, and InterProScan searches recognized 1 003 InterPro families. Three genes for metallothionein in Z. marina that belonged to Class II was identified. 18Characterization of event-related potentials in obsessive compulsive disorder patients: Comparison with depression and generalized anxiety disorder patients显示文摘BACKGROUND: Study results of event-related potential in obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) remain controversial, potentially as a result of different instruments utilized and their differing technical characteristics. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the differences in several common event-related potentials, i.e. contingent negative variations, P300, and mismatch negativity (MMN), in OCD patients, depression patients, generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) patients, and healthy controls. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: A case-control study was performed in the Department of Electrophysiology, Shanghai Mental Health Center from May 2002 to December 2005. PARTICIPANTS: A total of 38 OCD patients, 20 depression patients, and 18 GAD patients, who were diagnosed according to the criteria of Chinese Classification of Mental Disorders (Version 3), formulated by the Chinese Psychiatry Association, were selected from the Outpatient Department o Shanghai Mental Health Center. Patients with two or more the above diseases were excluded. In addition, 28 healthy people, gender and age matched, were selected as controls. METHODS: Contingent negative variations, P300, and MMN were recorded by a Nicolet Spirit Instrument. All electrodes were attached at Cz according to the International 10-20 system, with the mastoid leads as reference and Fpz as ground. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Amplitude and latency of contingent negative variations, P300, and MMN. RESULTS: The contingent negative variations, P300, and MMN were different (P < 0.01). OCD patients showed an increased M1 amplitude compared with controls, depression, and GAD patients (P < 0.01). Target P300 amplitudes were significantly lower in OCD, depression, and GAD patients compared with controls (P < 0.01). Moreover, N2 latency and latency of MMN were prolonged in OCD and depression groups compared with controls (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: Event-related potentials were different in depression, GAD, and OCD patients and healthy controls. In particular, OCD patients exhibited unique characteristics.Yingzhi Lu Wenbin Zong Hanzhen Dong Faxin Wang Jinyu PU Xingshi Chen Yunxiang Tang 2010Neural Regeneration Research2010,5,12:5
Remaining useful lifetime prediction for equipment based on nonlinear implicit degradation modeling显示文摘Nonlinearity and implicitness are common degradation features of the stochastic degradation equipment for prognostics. These features have an uncertain effect on the remaining useful life(RUL)prediction of the equipment. The current data-driven RUL prediction method has not systematically studied the nonlinear hidden degradation modeling and the RUL distribution function. This paper uses the nonlinear Wiener process to build a dual nonlinear implicit degradation model.Based on the historical measured data of similar equipment, the maximum likelihood estimation algorithm is used to estimate the fixed coefficients and the prior distribution of a random coefficient.Using the on-site measured data of the target equipment, the posterior distribution of a random coefficient and actual degradation state are step-by-step updated based on Bayesian inference and the extended Kalman filtering algorithm. The analytical form of the RUL distribution function is derived based on the first hitting time distribution.Combined with the two case studies, the proposed method is verified to have certain advantages over the existing methods in the accuracy of prediction.CAI Zhongyi WANG Zezhou CHEN Yunxiang GUO Jiansheng XIANG Huachun 2020Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2020,31,1:5
Methods for predicting the remaining useful life of equipment in consideration of the random failure threshold显示文摘The value range of the failure threshold will generate an uncertain influence on the prediction results for the remaining useful life(RUL) of equipment. Most of the existing studies on the RUL prediction assume that the failure threshold is a fixed value,as they have difficulty in reflecting the random variation of the failure threshold. In connection with the inadequacies of the existing research, an in-depth analysis is carried out to study the effect of the random failure threshold(RFT) on the prediction results for the RUL. First, a nonlinear degradation model with unit-to-unit variability and measurement error is established based on the nonlinear Wiener process. Second, the expectation-maximization(EM) algorithm is used to solve the estimated values of the parameters of the prior degradation model, and the Bayesian method is used to iteratively update the posterior distribution of the random coefficients. Then, the effects of three types of RFT constraint conditions on the prediction results for the RUL are analyzed, and the probability density function(PDF) of the RUL is derived. Finally, the degradation data of aero-turbofan engines are used to verify the correctness and advantages of the method.WANG Zezhou CHEN Yunxiang CAI Zhongyi GAO Yangjun WANG Lili 2020Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2020,31,2:5
