| 4 | Comparison of the Pipeline embolisation device alone or combined with coiling for treatment of different sizes of intracranial aneurysms显示文摘Objectives The aim of this study was to compare complications and outcomes between intracranial aneurysms treated with the Pipeline embolisation device(PED)alone or with PED combined with coiling for different-sized aneurysms.Method Patients with aneurysms treated by PED were collected from the PED in China postmarket multicentre registry study.We performed a propensity match analysis to compare the efficacy and safety between PED alone and PED combined with coiling treatment,and then aneurysms were organised into three groups based on their size:small(≤7 mm),medium(≤15 mm to>7 mm)and large/giant(>15 mm).Complications and aneurysm occlusion rates in the aneurysm size groups were compared between PED alone and PED combined with coiling patients.Result A total of 1171 patients with 1322 aneurysms were included.All patients received clinical follow-up,while angiographic follow-up was available in 967 aneurysms.For small aneurysms,there was no difference in the aneurysm occlusion rate between two groups(79.1%vs 88.4%,respectively),while there was a significant increase in the ischaemic complication rate(8.3%vs 19.3%,respectively,p=0.0001).For medium and large/giant saccular aneurysms,PED combined with coiling significantly improved the occlusion rate(medium aneurysms:74.7%vs 88.8%,respectively,p<0.0001;large/giant saccular aneurysms:72.9%vs 86.9%,respectively,p=0.018),while there were no differences in the total complication rate.For large/giant non-saccular aneurysms,two groups showed no differences.Conclusion Use of the PED with adjunctive coils can significantly improve the occlusion rate of medium aneurysms,without increasing the total complication rate. | Chao Wang Bin Luo Tianxiao Li Aisha Maimaitili Guohua Mao Donglei Song Yunyan Wang Wenfeng Feng Yang Wang Huaizhang Shi Jieqing Wan Jianmin Liu Sheng Guan Yuanli Zhao Hongqi Zhang | 2022 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2022,7,4: | 1 |

| 6 | The significance of coal-derived gas in major gas producing countries显示文摘The core of coal-derived gas theory is that coal measure is the gas source, and the hydrocarbon generation of coal measure is dominated by gas and supplemented by oil, so discoveries in related basins are dominated by gas fields. Discovering and developing giant gas fields, especially those super giant gas fields with recoverable reserves more than 1×10^12 m^3, plays a key role in determining whether a country can be a major gas producing country with annual output over 500×10^8 m^3. The coal resource and coal-derived gas reserves are abundant and widespread in the world, and coal-derived gas makes a major contribution to the gas reserves and gas production in the world. By the end of 2017, 13 super giant coal-derived gas fields have been discovered in the world. The total initial recoverable reserves were 49.995 28×10^12 m^3, accounting for 25.8% of the total remaining recoverable reserves (193.5×10^12 m^3) in that year in the world. In 2017, there were 15 giant gas producing countries in the world, with a total gas yield of 28 567×10^8 m^3. Among them, six major coal-derived gas producing countries had a total gas yield of 11 369×10^8 m^3, accounting for 39.8% of total gas yield of major gas producing countries. The Urengoi gas field is a super giant coal-derived gas field with the most cumulative gas production in the world. By the end of 2015, the Urengoi gas field had cumulative gas production of 63 043.96×10^8 m^3, with the highest annual gas yield in the world. Its gas output was 3 300×10^8 m^3 in 1989, accounting for 41.4% and 15.7% of the gas output of Russia and the world, respectively. | 8 | Evolution of TWIN SISTER of FT(TSF) Genes in Brassicaceae显示文摘FT and its homolog, TWIN SISTER OF FT(TSF), act redundantly as integrators in flora transition pathways in Arabidopsis thaliana. The evolution of these key fl wering regulatory genes during Brassicaceae speciation has not been well studied; therefore, we investigated their evolution in 13 sequenced Brassicaceae species. While the phylogenetic analysis indicated that FT gene evolution has followed two independent lineagespecifi routes, TSF evolution does not appear to have been completely consistent within the Brassicaceae lineage I and lineage II division. The two TSF copies in the Thellungiella genus were divided into A and B groups in the phylogenetic analysis. Examination of conserved non-coding sequences and conserved domains within a 5 kb region upstream of the TSF start codon revealed the same group division inferred by the phylogenetic analysis. In addition, TSF genes retained syntenic relationships among genes in the same group, but not between group A and group B.The two copies of the TSF gene in the Thellungiella species were syntenic to the TSF genes in group A and group B, respectively. We also identifie TSF-A gene residues in the syntenic region of group B species, but no TSF-B residues could be found in the group A syntenic region. Therefore,we inferred that the TSF genes in lineage II species experienced a duplication event after diversificatio from lineage I. | 9 | 葡萄原花青素对H22肝癌移植瘤生长及血管生成的影响(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of grape proanthocyanidins(GPC) on the growth and angiogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma H22 cells xenograft in mice. Methods: The xenograft model was established using injected subcutaneously H22 cells into the right axilla of the mice. Each group was treated with different doses of GPC and Endostar. All these treatments were maintained for 10 days, and mice were sacrificed. The xenograft tumors in mice were measured. The proliferation activity level of H22 cells was determined by MTT assay, and the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) protein were examined by immunohistochemistry. Results: When treated with 50, 100 and 200 mg/kg of GPC and Endostar, the tumor inhibition rates were 13.17%, 23.37%, 36.15% and 14.71%, respectively. The tumor weight of xenograft was significantly lighter in high GPC group than the control group(P < 0.05). The ODs in GPC groups were 0.835, 0.666 and 0.519, respectively. The absorbances in middle and high GPC groups were statistically significant, compared with control group(P < 0.01). Immunohistochemical technique showed the expression of VEGF of the GPC groups was downregulated significantly compared with the control group(P < 0.01). Conclusion: GPC can inhibit the growth of hepatocellular carcinoma H22 cell xenograft in mice. | 10 | Effect of N-fertilizer Application on Yield,Grain Quality and N-fertilizer Use Efficiency of the Rapeseed Cultivars with Normal and High Oil Content显示文摘In this study,seed yield,quality and N-fertilizer use efficiency in rape(Brassica napus L.) were researched in normal oil content cultivar(Yangyou 6) and two high oil content cultivars(Zhongshuang 11 and Zheyou 50). Results showed that the average oil content of all treatments in Yangyou 6,Zhongshuang 11 and Zheyou 50 was 42. 87%,47. 37% and 48. 28%,respectively. The average protein content of all treatments in Yangyou 6,Zhongshuang 11 and Zheyou 50 was 24. 15%,22. 71% and 21. 84%,respectively. The increased ratio of total nitrogen accumulation amount in Yangyou 6 was higher than that in Zhongshuang 11 and Zheyou 50. Among three cultivars,the total protein accumulation amount in Yangyou 6 was highest,and the total oil accumulation amount was highest in Zheyou 50. With increasing nitrogen fertilization,the value of different parameters of N-fertilizer use efficiency decreased. The average N use efficiency in Yangyou 6 was 68. 70%,which was higher than that in Zhongshuang 11 and Zheyou 50(65. 06% and 60. 30%,respectively). The average N-fertilizer agronomic use efficiency in Yangyou 6 was also highest among three cultivars,which was 8. 97 kg seed / kg N. On the contrary,the average N-fertilizer physiological use efficiency in Zhongshuang 11 and Zheyou 50 was 13. 03 kg seed / kg N and 13. 84 kg seed / kg N,respectively,which was higher than that in Yangyou 6(12. 91 kg seed / kg N). | 13 | Genome-Wide Identification and Expression Analysis of the Phytocyanin Gene Family in Nicotiana tabacum显示文摘Phytocyanin(PC)is a class of plant-specific blue copper proteins involved in electron transport,plant growth,development,and stress resistance.However,PC proteins have not been systematically evaluated in tobacco plants.We determined the whole-genome sequences of the PC family in the tobacco cultivar‘K326.’The transcriptome data were used to analyze the expression of the NtPC family at different development stages and tissue-specific genes.Real-time fluorescence quantitative analysis was used to analyze the expression of the NtPC gene family under low temperature and methyl jasmonate stress.The tobacco NtPC family contained 110 members and was divided into four subfamilies:early nodulin-like protein(NtENODL),uclacyanin-like protein,stellacyanin1-like protein,and plantacyanin-like protein.According to phylogenetic and structural analyses,the NtPC family could be divided into eight structural types.Fifty-three NtPCs were randomly distributed on 22 of 24 tobacco chromosomes.Collinearity analysis revealed 33 pairs of genes belonging to the NtPC family.Gene ontology analysis showed that the PC genes are components of the plasma membrane and may participate in plasma membrane-related functions.The NtPC family contained numerous elements related to hormonal and abiotic stress responses and was specifically expressed in the tobacco prosperous,maturation,and budding periods.Tissue-specific expression analysis showed that some genes were tissue specific.The expression of NtENODL58 and other genes was significantly induced by low-temperature and methyl jasmonate stress.Thus,the NtPC gene family plays an important role in plant stress response. | Peiling Wang Xiaohong Xu Yong Li Hecui Zhang Xuejie Zhang Siru Zhou Yimei Liu Yunyan Feng Tonghong Zuo Liquan Zhu | 2023 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2023,92,5: | 0 |
