1Measurement of overburden failure zones in close-multiple coal seams mining显示文摘In the Kaiping Coal field,mining of five coal seams,located within 80 m in the Kailuan Group,#5,#7,#8,#9 and#12 coal seam,is difficult due to small interburden thickness,concentrated stress distributions,high coal seam metamorphism,and complex geological conditions.By using the ZTR12 geological penetration radar(GPR)survey combined with borehole observations,the overburden caving due to mining of the five coals seams was measured.The development characteristics of full-cover rock fractures after mining were obtained from the GPR scan,which provides a measurement basis for the control of rock strata in close multiple coal seam mining.For the first time,it was found that the overburden caving pattern shows a periodic triangular caved characteristic.Furthermore,it is proposed that an upright triangular collapsed pile masonry and an inverted triangular with larger fragments piled up alternately appear in the lower gob.The research results show that the roof structure formed in the gob area can support the key overlying strata,which is beneficial to ensure the integrity and stability of the upper coal seams in multiple-seam mining of close coal seams.Yang Li Yuqi Ren Syd S.Peng Haozhou Cheng Nan Wang Junbo Luo 2021International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2021,31,1:5

4Congruences on ideal nil-extension of completely regular semigroups显示文摘Let S be an ideal nil-extension of a completely regular semigroup K by a nil semigroup Q with zero. A concept of admissible congruence pairs (δ,ω) of S is introduced, where δ and ω are a congruence on Q and a congruence on K respectively. It is proved that every congruence on S can be uniquely respresented by an admissible congruence pair (δ,ω) of S. Suppose that ρ K denotes the Rees congruence induced by the ideal K of S. Then it is shown that for any congruence σ on S,a mapping Γ:σ|→(σ Q,σ K) is an order-preserving bijection from the set of all congruences on S onto the set of all admissible congruence pairs of S,where σ K is the restriction of σ to K and σ Q=(σ∨ρ K)/ρ K. Moreover,the lattice of congruences of S is also discussed. As a special case,every congruence on completely Archimedean semigroups S is described by an admissible quarterple of S. 6Comparative and population genomics of buckwheat species reveal key determinants of flavor and fertility显示文摘Common buckwheat(Fagopyrum esculentum)is an ancient crop with a world-wide distribution.Due to its excellent nutritional quality and high economic and ecological value,common buckwheat is becoming increasingly important throughout the world.The availability of a high-quality reference genome sequence and population genomic data will accelerate the breeding of common buckwheat,but the high heterozygosity due to the outcrossing nature has greatly hindered the genome assembly.Here we report the assembly of a chromosome-scale high-quality reference genome of F.esculentum var.homotropicum,a homozygous self-pollinating variant of common buckwheat.Comparative genomics revealed that two cultivated buckwheat species,common buckwheat(F.esculentum)and Tartary buckwheat(F.tataricum),underwent metabolomic divergence and ecotype differentiation.The expansion of several gene families in common buckwheat,including FhFAR genes,is associated with its wider distribution than Tartary buckwheat.Copy number variation of genes involved in the metabolism of flavonoids is associated with the difference of rutin content between common and Tartary buckwheat.Furthermore,we present a comprehensive atlas of genomic variation based on whole-genome resequencing of 572 accessions of common buckwheat.Population and evolutionary genomics reveal genetic variation associated with environmental adaptability and floral development between Chinese and non-Chinese cultivated groups.Genome-wide association analyses of multi-year agronomic traits with the content of flavonoids revealed that Fh05G014970 is a potential major regulator of flowering period,a key agronomic trait controlling the yield of outcrossing crops,and that Fh06G015130 is a crucial gene underlying flavor-associated flavonoids.Intriguingly,we found that the gene translocation and sequence variation of FhS-ELF3 contribute to the homomorphic self-compatibility of common buckwheat.Collectively,our results elucidate the genetic basis of speciation,ecological adaptation,fertility,and unique flavor of common buckwheat,and provide new resources for future genomics-assisted breeding of this economically important crop.Kaixuan Zhang Yuqi He Xiang Lu Yaliang Shi Hui Zhao Xiaobo Li Jinlong Li Yang Liu Yinan Ouyang Yu Tang Xue Ren Xuemei Zhang Weifei Yang Zhaoxia Sun Chunhua Zhang Muriel Quinet Zlata Luthar Mateja Germ Ivan Kreft Dagmar Janovska Vladimir Meglic Barbara Pipan Milen I.Georgiev Bruno Studer Mark A.Chapman Meiliang Zhou 2023Molecular Plant2023,16,9:0
7Retroperitoneal hyaline-vascular variant Castleman Disease in a patient with iron-deficiency anemia and sinus bradycardia:a case report显示文摘Objective Castleman disease, also known as giant lymph node hyperplasia, involves lesions in the lymph nodes usually located in the chest_ENREF_1, particularly in the mediastinum. Meanwhile, sinus bradycardia is a sinus rhythm slower than 60 beats per min, and it can occur in both healthy and sick individuals. However, the comorbidity of these two disorders has not been previously reported. In this paper, we report a case of a 46-year-old woman who presented with persistent sinus bradycardia and irondeficiency anemia. Diagnostic work-up revealed hepatosplenomegaly and a giant mass near the splenic hilum. The mass was removed surgically; after which, the patient's bradycardia resolved immediately, while her anemia was corrected after subsequent chemotherapy. Pathological examination revealed lymph nodes with benign lesions, and the patient was diagnosed with hyaline-vascular variant of Castleman disease. This is the first documented case of sinus bradycardia associated with Castleman disease. 8Spatial Pattern of Compulsory Education Resources in Shijingshan District of Beijing under the Background of Big Data显示文摘With the continuous development of promoting high-quality and balanced basic education and the continuous advancement of research on spatial layout of school,it aims to ensure that the public enjoys educational resources fairly.Based on 63 items of POI data of primary and secondary schools in Shijingshan District,Beijing,this study analyzes the spatial layout,degree supply,and coverage of primary and secondary schools in Shijingshan District using three spatial analysis methods:ArcGIS average nearest neighbor,kernel density analysis,and standard deviation ellipse.The results show that the spatial layout of primary and secondary schools in Shijingshan District,Beijing is characterized by overall clustering:the central region is high-density distribution,while the eastern and western parts are scattered.Moreover,this spatial structure continues to develop along the northwest-southeast direction.Although the high-density population areas in the nine streets correspond to the high-density distribution of schools,the service scope of primary and secondary schools does not cover all residential areas,and the distribution of residential areas within the coverage range is uneven.At the same time,the actual degree supply in Shijingshan District is insufficient.LIU Ping WANG Zhihao DING Yuqi MA Minghao REN Pengyu 2023Journal of Landscape Research2023,15,6:0
9Influence of well doping on the performance of UTBB MOSFETs显示文摘In this work, the impact of well doping and corresponding body bias on UTBB MOSFETs is investigated. The ability of threshold voltage adjustment is evaluated. The results indicate that well doping can change the threshold voltage both of the N and P channel UTBB MOSFETs. The maximum amplitude for a typical 26 nm gate length device is about 100 mV, and these correspond to the cases of devices with an inverse type of high concentration dopant. The body bias adjusts the threshold voltage at a rate of 100-140 mV/V for the UTBB MOSFETs with a well. 10A neuropsin-based optogenetic tool for precise control of Gq signaling显示文摘G_(q)-coupled receptors regulate numerous physiological processes by activating enzymes and inducing intracellular Ca^(2+)signals.There is a strong need for an optogenetic tool that enables powerful experimental control over G_(q) signaling.Here,we present chicken opsin 5(cOpn5)as the long sought-after,single-component optogenetic tool that mediates ultra-sensitive optical control of intracellular G_(q) signaling with high temporal and spatial resolution.Expressing cOpn5 in HEK 293T cells and primary mouse astrocytes enables blue light-triggered,G_(q)-dependent Ca^(2+) release from intracellular stores and protein kinase C activation.Strong Ca^(2+) transients were evoked by brief light pulses of merely 10 ms duration and at 3 orders lower light intensity of that for common optogenetic tools.Photostimulation of cOpn5-expressing cells at the subcellular and single-cell levels generated fast intracellular Ca^(2+)transition,thus demonstrating the high spatial precision of cOpn5 optogenetics.The cOpn5-mediated optogenetics could also be applied to activate neurons and control animal behavior in a circuit-dependent manner.cOpn5 optogenetics may find broad applications in studying the mechanisms and functional relevance of G_(q) signaling in both non-excitable cells and excitable cells in all major organ systems.Ruicheng Dai Tao Yu Danwei Weng Heng Li Yuting Cui Zhaofa Wu Qingchun Guo Haiyue Zou Wenting Wu Xinwei Gao Zhongyang Qi Yuqi Ren Shu Wang Yulong Li Minmin Luo 2022Science China(Life Sciences)2022,65,7:0
11Oxygen-deficient TiO_(2) Yolk-shell Spheres for Enhanced Lithium Storage Properties显示文摘Anatase TiO_(2) is a promising anode material for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)owing to its low cost and stability.However,the intrinsically kinetic limits seriously hindered its lithium-ion storage capability.Here we present that anatase TiO_(2) with rich oxygen vacancies can enhance its lithium-ion storage performance.We synthesize anatase TiO_(2) with well-retained hierarchical structure by annealing the H_(2)Ti_(5)O_(11)·3H_(2)O yolk-shell spheres precursor in nitrogen atmosphere.EPR and XPS data evidence that the oxygen-deficient environment could generate abundant oxygen vacancies in the as-derived anatase TiO_(2),which leads to improved electron conductivity and reduced charge-transfer resistance.The rich oxygen vacancies and high structural integrity of the hierarchical yolk-shell spheres enable the as-derived anatase TiO_(2) yolk-shell spheres with a high specific capacity of 280 mAh g^(-1) at 100 mA g^(-1) and 71%of capacity retention after 5000 cycles at 2 A g^(-1).Zhaoqian Li Yuqi Peng Chaofeng Liu Xianxi Zhang Xiuling Li Yang Huang Yingke Ren Denghui Ji Guozhong Cao 2022Energy & Environmental Materials2022,5,1:0
12Development and Validation of a Prognostic Risk Score System for COVID-19 Inpatients:A Multi-Center Retrospective Study in China显示文摘Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has become a worldwide pandemic.Hospitalized patients of COVID-19 suffer from a high mortality rate,motivating the development of convenient and practical methods that allow clinicians to promptly identify high-risk patients.Here,we have developed a risk score using clinical data from 1479 inpatients admitted to Tongji Hospital,Wuhan,China(development cohort)and externally validated with data from two other centers:141 inpatients from Jinyintan Hospital,Wuhan,China(validation cohort 1)and 432 inpatients from The Third People’s Hospital of Shenzhen,Shenzhen,China(validation cohort 2).The risk score is based on three biomarkers that are readily available in routine blood samples and can easily be translated into a probability of death.The risk score can predict the mortality of individual patients more than 12 d in advance with more than 90%accuracy across all cohorts.Moreover,the Kaplan-Meier score shows that patients can be clearly differentiated upon admission as low,intermediate,or high risk,with an area under the curve(AUC)score of 0.9551.In summary,a simple risk score has been validated to predict death in patients infected with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2);it has also been validated in independent cohorts.Ye Yuan Chuan Sun Xiuchuan Tang Cheng Cheng Laurent Mombaerts Maolin Wang Tao Hu Chenyu Sun Yuqi Guo Xiuting Li Hui Xu Tongxin Ren Yang Xiao Yaru Xiao Hongling Zhu Honghan Wu Kezhi Li Chuming Chen Yingxia Liu Zhichao Liang Zhiguo Cao Hai-Tao Zhang Ioannis Ch.Paschaldis Quanying Liu Jorge Goncalves Qiang Zhong Li Yan 2022Engineering2022,8,1:0
13Carbon dots-incorporated CuSeO_(3)rationally regulates activity and selectivity of the hydrogen species via light-converted electrons显示文摘The chemoselective hydrogenation of structurally diverse nitroaromatics is a challenging process.Generally,catalyst activity tends to decrease when excellent selectivity is guaranteed.We here present a novel photocatalyst combining amino-functionalized carbon dots(N-CDs)with copper selenite nanoparticles(N-CDs@CuSeO_(3))for simultaneously improving selectivity and activity.Under visible light irradiation,the prepared N-CDs@CuSeO_(3)exhibits 100%catalytic selectivity for the formation of 4-aminostyrene at full conversion of 4-nitrostyrene in aqueous solvent within a few minutes.Such excellent photocatalytic performance is mainly attributed to the precise control of the hydrogen species released from the ammonia borane by means of light-converted electrons upon N-CDs@CuSeO_(3).Besides,the defect states at the interface of N-CDs and CuSeO_(3)enable holes to be trapped for promoting separation and transfer of photogenerated charges,allowing more hydrogen species to participate in catalytic reaction.Yuqi Ren Hongxu Zhang Caihong Hao Qing Chang Ning Li Jinlong Yang Shengliang Hu 2024Chinese Chemical Letters2024,35,1:0
14A case of chronic pancreatitis treated by laparoscopic duodenum-preserving pancreatic head resection显示文摘Pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD) has long been used for chronic pancreatitis(CP), but greatly affects the postoperative quality of life. A new procedure called duodenum-preserving pancreatic head resection(DPPHR) has been introduced, and has little effect on the structure and function of the digestive system. With the development of minimally invasive surgical techniques, treatment of CP can be performed with laparoscopic DPPHR(LDPPHR). We present a case of CP that was successfully treated with LDPPHR. The postoperative pathological diagnosis was pancreatitis, demonstrating the feasibility of LDPPHR.
