1Electrospun Nanofibrous Materials for Wound Healing显示文摘Wound dressing materials which are capable of meeting the demands of accelerating wound closure and promoting wound healing process have being highly desired.Electrospun nanofibrous materials show great application potentials for wound healing owing to relatively large surface area,better mimicry of native extracellular matrix,adjustable waterproofness and breathability,and programmable drug delivery process.In this review article,we begin with a discussion of wound healing process and current commercial wound dressing materials.Then,we emphasize on electrospun nanofibrous materials for wound dressing,covering the efforts for controlling fiber alignment and morphology,constructing 3D scaffolds,developing waterproof-breathable membrane,governing drug delivery performance,and regulating stem cell behavior.Finally,we finish with challenges and future prospects of electrospun nanofibrous materials for wound dressings.Yuping Dong Yuqi Zheng Keyan Zhang Yueming Yao Lihuan Wang Xiaoran Li Jianyong Yu Bin Ding 2020Advanced Fiber Materials2020,2,4:10

3Efficient single-component white light emitting diodes enabled by lanthanide ions doped lead halide perovskites via controlling Forster energy transfer and specific defect clearance显示文摘Currently,a major challenge for metal-halide perovskite light emitting diodes(LEDs)is to achieve stable and efficient white light emission due to halide ion segregation.Herein,we report a promising method to fabricate white perovskite LEDs using lanthanide(Ln^(3+))ions doped CsPbCl_(3) perovskite nanocrystals(PeNCs).First,K^(+)ions are doped into the lattice to tune the perovskite bandgap by partially substituting Cs^(+)ions,which are well matched to the transition energy of some Ln^(3+)ions from the ground state to the excited state,thereby greatly improving the Förster energy transfer efficiency from excitons to Ln3+ions.Then,creatine phosphate(CP),a phospholipid widely found in organisms,serves as a tightly binding surface-capping multi-functional ligand which regulates the film formation and enhances the optical and electrical properties of PeNC film.Consequently,the Eu^(3+)doped PeNCs based-white LEDs show a peak luminance of 1678 cd m^(-2) and a maximum external quantum efficiency(EQE)of 5.4%,demonstrating excellent performance among existing white PeNC LEDs from a single chip.Furthermore,the method of bandgap modulation and the defect passivation were generalized to other Ln^(3+)ions doped perovskite LEDs and successfully obtained improved electroluminescence(EL).This work demonstrates the comprehensive and universal strategies in the realization of highly efficient and stable white LEDs via single-component Ln^(3+)ions doped PeNCs,which provides an optimal solution for the development of low-cost and simple white perovskite LEDs.Rui Sun Donglei Zhou Yujiao Ding Yue Wang Yuqi Wang Xinmeng Zhuang Shuainan Liu Nan Ding Tianyuan Wang Wen Xu Hongwei Song 2022Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,12:3
4Screening of amino acids in dried blood spots by stable isotope derivatization-liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization mass spectrometry显示文摘Direct infusion mass spectrometry(DIMS) is a powerful technique in clinical diagnosis for screening neonatal amino acid metabolic disorders from dried blood spots(DBS).However,DIMS sometimes generated false-positive results for analysis of amino acids.In this work,we utilized a stable isotope derivatization method,combining with liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(SID-LC-MS),to improve the specificity for screening amino acids in DBS specimens.A pair of isotope reagents,p-(dimethylamino)phenyl isothiocyanate(DMAP-NCS) and 4-isothiocyanato-N,N-bis(methyl-[2H2])aniline([2H4]DMAP-NCS),was synthesized and used to label amino acids in DBS specimens.The [2H4]DMAP-NCS labelled amino acid standards were used as internal standards to compensate the matrix effect.This method was validated by measuring linearity,recovery and accuracy.The results showed that the developed SID-LC-MS method can be used for sensitive and selective determination of 12 diagnostically important amino acids in DBS specimens.Huaming Xiao Ping Liu Shujian Zheng Xian Wang Jun Ding Yuqi Feng 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,9:3

6Analytical methods for locating modifications in nucleic acids显示文摘In addition to the canonical nucleobases, a variety of chemical modifications have been identified presence in nucleic acids. These modifications have been demonstrated to involve in regulating the spatiotemporal expression of genes. Up to date, over 150 types of chemical modifications have been found existence in nucleic acids. Understanding the functional roles of modifications relies on deciphering the location information of modifications in nucleic acids. Analytical methods for studying nucleic acid modifications have greatly advanced in the last decade. To locate the modifications in nucleic acids, various mass spectrometry (MS)-based analytical strategies have been established. Recent progress in next-generation sequencing (NGS) in conjugation with immunoprecipitation, chemical reaction, enzyme-mediated mutation, or nanomaterials offer genome-wide or transcriptome-wide mapping of modifications, which greatly revolutionize the field of epigenetic modifications. Herein, we reviewed and summarized the established methods and the breakthrough of the techniques for locating modifications in nucleic acids. In addition, we discussed the principles, applications, advantages and drawbacks of these methods. 9DeceFL:a principled fully decentralized federated learning framework显示文摘Traditional machine learning relies on a centralized data pipeline for model training in various applications;however,data are inherently fragmented.Such a decentralized nature of databases presents the serious challenge for collaboration:sending all decentralized datasets to a central server raises serious privacy concerns.Although there has been a joint effort in tackling such a critical issue by proposing privacy-preserving machine learning frameworks,such as federated learning,most state-of-the-art frameworks are built still in a centralized way,in which a central client is needed for collecting and distributing model information(instead of data itself)from every other client,leading to high communication burden and high vulnerability when there exists a failure at or an attack on the central client.Here we propose a principled decentralized federated learning algorithm(DeceFL),which does not require a central client and relies only on local information transmission between clients and their neighbors,representing a fully decentralized learning framework.It has been further proven that every client reaches the global minimum with zero performance gap and achieves the same convergence rate O(1=T)(where T is the number of iterations in gradient descent)as centralized federated learning when the loss function is smooth and strongly convex.Finally,the proposed algorithm has been applied to a number of applications to illustrate its effectiveness for both convex and nonconvex loss functions,time-invariant and time-varying topologies,as well as IID and Non-IID of datasets,demonstrating its applicability to a wide range of real-world medical and industrial applications.Ye Yuan Jun Liu Dou Jin Zuogong Yue Tao Yang Ruijuan Chen Maolin Wang Chuan Sun Lei Xu Feng Hua Yuqi Guo Xiuchuan Tang Xin He Xinlei Yi Dong Li Guanghui Wen Wenwu Yu Hai-Tao Zhang Tianyou Chai Shaochun Sui Han Ding 2023National Science Open2023,2,1:1

11Experimental Study on Thermal Properties and Light-to-Thermal Conversion Performance of Ionic Liquids Based Nanofluids显示文摘As a new type of energy transport medium with high efficiency and high heat transfer performance,nanofluids have shown broad application prospects in the fields of thermodynamics,solar heat collection,microelectronics,thermal energy,and material science.The wide liquid range and environmental properties of ionic liquids have drawn ample attention to their application when used as a working fluid,especially as a base solvent of nanofluids.The ionic liquid-based nanofluids were prepared by a two-step method using 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazole trifluoroacetate ionic liquid as a base solvent and graphene oxide(GO)as a nanofiller.Thermophysical properties study reveals that the thermal conductivity could be enhanced by 3.0%with the addition of 0.05 wt%GO,and the viscosity and the specific heat capacity were also subject to study as a function of testing temperature and concentration of nanofiller.Additionally,the photothermal conversion efficiency of these nanofluids was studied comprehensively under different conditions.The results show that the photothermal conversion efficiency can reach 83%within an irradiation time of 6000 s and the highest temperature of the nanofluids is up to 105.89℃with a maximum photothermal conversion efficiency increase by 29%.LIU Changhui SHI Xiancong GAO Ding CAO Yuqi GU Yanlong RAO Zhonghao 2023Journal of Thermal Science2023,32,6:0
12Detecting Domain Generation Algorithms with Bi-LSTM显示文摘Botnets often use domain generation algorithms(DGA)to connect to a command and control(C2)server,which enables the compromised hosts connect to the C2 server for accessing many domains.The detection of DGA domains is critical for blocking the C2 server,and for identifying the compromised hosts as well.However,the detection is difficult,because some DGA domain names look normal.Much of the previous work based on statistical analysis of machine learning relies on manual features and contextual information,which causes long response time and cannot be used for real-time detection.In addition,when a new family of DGA appears,the classifier has to be re-trained from the very beginning.This paper presents a deep learning approach based on bidirectional long short-term memory(Bi-LSTM)model for DGA domain detection.The classifier can extract features without the need for manual feature extraction,and the trainable model can effectively deal with new unknown DGA family members.In addition,the proposed model only needs the domain name without any additional context information.All domain names are preprocessed by bigram and the length of each processed domain name is set as a value longer than the most samples.Bidirectional LSTM model receives the encoded data and returns labels to check whether domain names are normal or not.Experiments show that our model outperforms state-of-the-art approaches and is able to detect new DGA families reliably.Liang Ding Lunjie Li Jianghong Han Yuqi Fan Donghui Hu 2019Computers, Materials & Continua2019,,9:0
13Carya cathayensis Leaf Extract Exerts Estrogenic Effects on Hepatic Lipogenesis and Adipocytes Differentiation in Ovariectomized Rats Fed Normal or High-fat Diets显示文摘Background:Our previous in vitro study has shown that total flavonoids from the leaves of Carya cathayensis exert estrogenic activities by promoting the expressions of ER��and ER��.C.cathayensis leaf extract(CCE)was rich in flavonoids.Oral administration of CCE reduced the serum lipids and hepatic lipids,alleviated liver steatosis in ovariectomized rats.Objective:To investigate whether CCE has estrogenic effects on reproductive tissue and influences lipid metabolism in ovariectomized rats,and whether CCE has a direct effect on regulation of lipid synthesis and/or oxidation and adipocyte differentiation of ovariectomized(OVX)rats.Methods:Female Sprague-Dawley rats were ovariectomized and treated with CCE or estradiol in combination with a normal diet(ND),a high-fat diet(HFD)for 8 weeks.Histological analysis of uterus were performed and the lipid metabolism-related enzyme activity were examined.Expression of liver lipogenesis-related genes,adipocyte differentiation-and fat accumulation-related genes and protein were measured.Rusults:Ovariectomy accelerated the uterine atrophy,development of dyslipidemia and hepatic steatosis,which were effectively mitigated by CCE supplementation.CCE significantly elevated ovariectomy-induced reduction in the cross-section area of the uterus and uterine glands.Compared with the OVX group,CCE increased the activities of lipoprtein lipase(LPL)and hepatic lipase(HL),decreased the hepatic mRNA expressions of Fas,Srebf1,Sla2a2,and increased Ppar��expressions at the mRNA levels under both ND and HFD conditions.CCE also decreased the Pck1 and G6pc mRNA expressions under HFD conditions,and show no significant effects on Hmgcr.The expressions of SREBF1,CEBPA and VEGF at the protein level were effectively regulated by CCE supplementation.Conclusion:CCE effectively alleviated ovariectomy-induced dyslipidemia and visceral fat accumulation by mod-ulating hepatic lipogenesis and adipocyte differentiation.Furthermore,CCE exhibited estrogenic activity for the prevention of postmenopausal fatty liver.Xiwen Jia Simeng Guo Youling Huang Dongheng Zheng Yuqi Ding Xilin Qiao Zhishan Ding Yanfen Huang 2023Clinical Complementary Medicine and Pharmacology2023,3,3:0
14The Crested Ibises expanding to plain areas exhibit a higher tolerance of human proximity显示文摘Animals must strike a balance between anti-predation behavior and other essential behaviors,such as foraging.Within the same species,strategies may vary on individuals’risk-taking preferences,and in this process the environment is a determinant,in addition to predator regime.The Crested Ibis(Nipponia nippon)exhibits such tendency.This is an endangered species,once inhabiting exclusively in China’s Qinling Mountain.This used to be the sole remaining wild population.However,over recent decades,this population has expanded.A portion has relocated to breed in the lower plain area,which is characterized by elevated level of human activities and landscape complexity.We used flight initiation distance(FID)as an indicator of the ibises’risk-taking preference,particularly their response to human proximity.Additionally,we examined the environmental factors influencing their foraging site selection,including altitude,terrain openness,human activity intensity and human construction.Our findings revealed a significantly shorter FID among individuals relocating to plain habitats,indicating a higher tolerance of human proximity.The results showed that FID decreased with distance to the nearest human settlement.Another finding is that FID was independent of instant human activity intensity and environmental factors(altitude and terrain openness).These different may arise from various combinations of human activity,predation risk,and food abundance within the two habitats.These results provide insights into the in situ conservation of the threatened species within the context of global urbanization.Yuqi Zou Yiting Jiang Zitan Song Xiaobin Fang Changqing Ding 2024Avian Research2024,15,1:0
15Spatial Pattern of Compulsory Education Resources in Shijingshan District of Beijing under the Background of Big Data显示文摘With the continuous development of promoting high-quality and balanced basic education and the continuous advancement of research on spatial layout of school,it aims to ensure that the public enjoys educational resources fairly.Based on 63 items of POI data of primary and secondary schools in Shijingshan District,Beijing,this study analyzes the spatial layout,degree supply,and coverage of primary and secondary schools in Shijingshan District using three spatial analysis methods:ArcGIS average nearest neighbor,kernel density analysis,and standard deviation ellipse.The results show that the spatial layout of primary and secondary schools in Shijingshan District,Beijing is characterized by overall clustering:the central region is high-density distribution,while the eastern and western parts are scattered.Moreover,this spatial structure continues to develop along the northwest-southeast direction.Although the high-density population areas in the nine streets correspond to the high-density distribution of schools,the service scope of primary and secondary schools does not cover all residential areas,and the distribution of residential areas within the coverage range is uneven.At the same time,the actual degree supply in Shijingshan District is insufficient.LIU Ping WANG Zhihao DING Yuqi MA Minghao REN Pengyu 2023Journal of Landscape Research2023,15,6:0
16Cross-modal Contrastive Learning for Generalizable and Efficient Image-text Retrieval显示文摘Cross-modal image-text retrieval is a fundamental task in bridging vision and language. It faces two main challenges that are typically not well addressed in previous works. 1) Generalizability: Existing methods often assume a strong semantic correlation between each text-image pair, which are thus difficult to generalize to real-world scenarios where the weak correlation dominates. 2) Efficiency: Many latest works adopt the single-tower architecture with heavy detectors, which are inefficient during the inference stage because the costly computation needs to be repeated for each text-image pair. In this work, to overcome these two challenges, we propose a two-tower cross-modal contrastive learning (CMCL) framework. Specifically, we first devise a two-tower architecture, which enables a unified feature space for the text and image modalities to be directly compared with each other, alleviating the heavy computation during inference. We further introduce a simple yet effective module named multi-grid split (MGS) to learn fine-grained image features without using detectors. Last but not the least, we deploy a cross-modal contrastive loss on the global image/text features to learn their weak correlation and thus achieve high generalizability. To validate that our CMCL can be readily generalized to real-world scenarios, we construct a large multi-source image-text dataset called weak semantic correlation dataset (WSCD). 19A single-nucleus transcriptomic atlas of the dog hippocampus reveals the potential relationship between specific cell types and domestication显示文摘The process of domestication has led to dramatic differences in behavioral traits between domestic dogs and gray wolves.Whole-genome research found that a class of putative positively selected genes were related to various aspects of learning and memory,such as long-term potentiation and long-term depression.In this study,we constructed a single-nucleus transcriptomic atlas of the dog hippocampus to illustrate its cell types,cell lineage and molecular features.Using the transcriptomes of 105057 nuclei from the hippocampus of a Beagle dog,we identified 26 cell clusters and a putative trajectory of oligodendrocyte development.Comparative analysis revealed a significant convergence between dog differentially expressed genes(DEGs)and putative positively selected genes(PSGs).Forty putative PSGs were DEGs in glutamatergic neurons,especially in Cluster 14,which is related to the regulation of nervous system development.In summary,this study provides a blueprint to understand the cellular mechanism of dog domestication.Qi-Jun Zhou Xingyan Liu Longlong Zhang Rong Wang Tingting Yin Xiaolu Li Guimei Li Yuqi He Zhaoli Ding Pengcheng Ma Shi-Zhi Wang Bingyu Mao Shihua Zhang Guo-Dong Wang 2022National Science Review2022,9,11:0
