1Update in version 2021 of CSCO guidelines for colorectal cancer from version 2020显示文摘Colorectal cancer(CRC) is one of the major cancers threatening life and health of Chinese residents. According to the latest data released by the National Cancer Center in2015(1), there were 387,000 new cases and 187,100 deaths of CRC in China, accounting for 9.87% and 8.01% of all malignancies. The first version of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO) guidelines was released in April2017, and has been updated annually based on the latest clinical research data and the availability of new drugs(2-4). 2MIKC^(C)-type MADS-box genes in Rosa chinensis: the remarkable expansion of ABCDE model genes and their roles in floral organogenesis显示文摘MIKC^(C)-type MADS-box(MIKC^(C))genes encode transcription factors that have crucial roles in controlling floral organogenesis and flowering time in plants.Although this gene family has been well characterized in many plant species,its evolutionary and comprehensive functional analysis in rose is lacking.In this study,58 non-redundant MIKC^(C)uni-transcripts were extensively identified from rose transcriptomes.Phylogenetic analysis placed these genes into 12 clades with their Arabidopsis and strawberry counterparts,and revealed that ABCDE model(including AP1/FUL,AP3/PI,AG,and SEP clades),and SOC1 and AGL6 clade genes have remarkably expanded in Rosa chinensis,whereas genes from the FLC and AGL17 clades were undetectable.Sequence alignments suggest that the AP3/PI clade may contribute to more specific functions in rose due to a high variation of amino acid residues within its MADS-box domains.A comparative analysis of gene expression in specific floral organ differentiation stages and floral organs between R.chinensis cv.Old Blush and the closely related mutant genotype R.chinensis cv.Viridiflora(floral organs mutated into leaf-like structures)further revealed the roles of ABCDE model genes during floral organogenesis in rose.Analysis of co-expression networks provided an overview of the regulatory mechanisms of rose MIKC^(C)genes and shed light on both the prominent roles of AP3/PI clade genes in floral organogenesis and the roles of RcAGL19,RcAGL24,and RcSOC1 in regulating floral transition in rose.Our analyses provide an overall insight of MIKC^(C)genes in rose and their potential roles in floral organogenesis.Jinyi Liu Xiaodong Fu Yuwei Dong Jun Lu Min Ren Ningning Zhou Changquan Wang 2018Horticulture Research2018,5,1:7

4Islanding detection based on asymmetric tripping of feeder circuit breaker in ungrounded power distribution system显示文摘An islanding detection method in ungrounded power distribution system based on single-phase operating mechanisms of the circuit breaker(CB)is proposed in this paper.When CB opens three phase circuits to form an island,one phase circuit is opened firstly and the other two phase circuits are opened secondly after certain duration.During the period when only one phase circuit is opened,negative sequence voltage with certain duration is obtained at DG side because of the asymmetric operation of the system.After all three phase circuits are opened,the voltage variation direction of the two phases that are secondly disconnected from the grid follows the voltage variation direction of the firstly disconnected phase.Based on the above voltage characteristics,an islanding detection scheme is proposed to identify genuine islanding from system disturbances.The performance of the proposed scheme is tested in PSCAD/EMTDC using a 10 kV distribution network with synchronous DG interconnection.Simulation results demonstrate the proposed method is effective and reliable to detect islanding formation.Yuwei SHANG Shenxing SHI Xinzhou DONG 2015Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2015,3,4:4

6Modulating the optical and electrical properties of MAPbBr_(3) single crystals via voltage regulation engineering and application in memristors显示文摘Defect density is one of the most significant characteristics of perovskite single crystals(PSCs)that determines their optical and electrical properties,but few strategies are available to tune this property.Here,we demonstrate that voltage regulation is an efficient method to tune defect density,as well as the optical and electrical properties of PSCs.A three-step carrier transport model of MAPbBr_(3) PSCs is proposed to explore the defect regulation mechanism and carrier transport dynamics via an applied bias.Dynamic and steady-state photoluminescence measurements subsequently show that the surface defect density,average carrier lifetime,and photoluminescence intensity can be efficiently tuned by the applied bias.In particular,when the regulation voltage is 20 V(electrical poling intensity is 0.167 Vμm^(−1)),the surface defect density of MAPbBr_(3) PSCs is reduced by 24.27%,the carrier lifetime is prolonged by 32.04%,and the PL intensity is increased by 112.96%.Furthermore,a voltage-regulated MAPbBr_(3) PSC memristor device shows an adjustable multiresistance,weak ion migration effect and greatly enhanced device stability.Voltage regulation is a promising engineering technique for developing advanced perovskite optoelectronic devices.Jun Xing Chen Zhao Yuting Zou Wenchi Kong Zhi Yu Yuwei Shan Qingfeng Dong Ding Zhou Weili Yu Chunlei Guo 2020Light(Science & Applications)2020,9,1:3

8A truncated protein product of the germline variant of the DUOX2 gene leads to adenomatous polyposis显示文摘Objective:In some patients with adenomatous polyposis,an identifiable pathogenic variant of known associated genes cannot be found.Researchers have studied this for decades;however,few new genes have been identified.Methods:Adenomatous polyposis coli(APC)negative polyposis patients were identified through next-generation sequencing and multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification.Then,whole-exome sequencing(WES)was used to determine candidate genes harboring pathogenic variants.Functional experiments were performed to explore their effects.Subsequently,using Sanger sequencing,we found other polyposis patients carrying variants of the DUOX2 gene,encoding dual oxidase 2,and analyzed them.Results:From 88 patients with suspected familial adenomatous polyposis,25 unrelated APC negative polyposis patients were identified.Based on the WES results of 3 patients and 2 healthy relatives from a family,the germline nonsense variant(c.1588 A>T;p.K530 X)of the DUOX2 gene was speculated to play a decisive role in the pedigree in relation to adenomatous polyposis.During functional experiments,we observed that the truncated protein,h Duox2 K530,was overexpressed in the adenoma in a carrier of the DUOX2 nonsense variant,causing abnormal cell proliferation through endoplasmic reticulum(ER)retention.In addition,we found two unrelated APC negative patients carrying DUOX2 missense variants(c.3329 G>A,p.R1110 Q;c.4027 C>T,p.L1343 F).Given the results of the in silico analysis,these two missense variants might exert a negative influence on the function of h Duox2.Conclusions:To our knowledge,this is the first study that reports the possible association of DUOX2 germline variants with adenomatous polyposis.With an autosomal dominant inheritance,it causes ER retention,inducing an unfolded protein response.Mengyuan Yang Yingxin Zhao Yuwei Ding Juan Wang Yinuo Tan Dong Xu Ying Yuan 2021Cancer Biology & Medicine2021,18,1:1

11Generalized assembly of sandwich-like 0D/2D/0D heterostructures with highly exposed surfaces toward superior electrochemical performances显示文摘Heterostructures composed of two-dimensional(2D)nanosheets and zero-dimensional(0D)nanoparticles(NPs)have attracted increasing attention because of the synergy arising from the coupling interactions between the two mixed-dimensional components.Despite recent advances,it remains a challenge to fabricate 2D/0D heterostructures with clean and accessible surfaces,which is highly desirable for the diversity of catalytic,sensing,and energy storage applications.Herein,we report a generalized methodology that enables the facile assembly of sandwich-like 0D/2D/0D heterostructures with facilitated mass-transport channels and exposed surface active sites.A ligand-exchange strategy with HBF4 is employed to strip off the surface-coating ligands of colloidal NPs,rendering them positively charged and dispersible in polar solvents.This allows subsequent electrostatic assembly of NPs with oppositely charged 2D nanosheets to afford sandwich-like 0D/2D/0D heterostructures.The barely covered surfaces and the advantageous architectures of such sandwich-like 0D/2D/0D heterostructures induce the desired synergistic effect,making them particularly suitable for electrochemical energy storage and conversion.We demonstrate this by employing MXene/NiFe_(2)O_(4) and MXene/Fe3O4 heterostructures for high-performance electrocatalytic oxygen evolution and supercapacitors,respectively.Shuqing Xue Guanhong Wu Mingzhong Li Zihan Liu Yuwei Deng Wenqian Han Xuanyu Lv Siyu Wan Xiangyun Xi Dong Yang Angang Dong 2022Nano Research2022,15,1:0
12Nonnegative correlation coding for image classification显示文摘Feature coding is one of the most important procedures in the bag-of-features model for image classification. In this paper, we propose a novel feature coding method called nonnegative correlation coding.In order to obtain a discriminative image representation, our method employs two correlations: the correlation between features and visual words, and the correlation between the obtained codes. The first correlation reflects the locality of codes, i.e., the visual words close to the local feature are activated more easily than the ones distant. The second correlation characterizes the similarity of codes, and it means that similar local features are likely to have similar codes. Both correlations are modeled under the nonnegative constraint. Based on the Nesterov's gradient projection algorithm, we develop an effective numerical solver to optimize the nonnegative correlation coding problem with guaranteed quadratic convergence.
