| 1 | Review of harmless treatment of municipal solid waste incineration fly ash显示文摘Incineration is widely adopted in municipal solid waste management,which produces large amounts of municipal solid waste incineration(MSWI)fly ash.The harmless treatment of MSWI fly ash requires the appropriate disposal of heavy metals and dioxins that are enriched in fly ash.This review summarizes recently developed harmless disposal methods for MSWI fly ash including solidification/stabilization,thermal treatment,and separation/extraction.In addition,we discuss heavy metal and dioxin fixation,and the removal capacity of fly ash via solidification/stabilization(including cement solidification,chemical stabilization,hydrothermal processes,and mechano-chemical methods),thermal treatment(including sintering,fuel-burning,or electric melting/vitrification),and separation/extraction(including water-washing,chemical reagent leaching,biological leaching,electrodialysis separation,chemical reagent extraction,and nanomaterials extraction).The advantages and disadvantages of different harmless treatment methods are compared and future research prospects and suggestions are summarized.This review provides general guidelines for the harmless treatment of MSWI fly ash in the future. | Yike Zhang Zengyi Ma Zhuoting Fang Yuandong Qian Pucheng Zhong Jianhua Yan | 2020 | Waste Disposal and Sustainable Energy2020,2,1: | 7 |

| 4 | Dichlorination in a circulating fluidized-bed incinerator for municipal solid waste incineration system显示文摘Cl is one of the main pollutants emitted from domestic waste incineration systems. In this study, we focused on the process of Ca dechlorination in the furnace of a circulating fluidized-bed waste incineration system. We analyzed the stability of CaCl_(2) and Ca in the furnace, the dechlorination process, and distribution of Cl in the incineration system. The results show that the optimal Ca/Cl molar ratio for Ca dechlorination in the circulating fluidized-bed waste incinerator is 2:1;moreover, the dechlorination product CaCl_(2) was found to decompose at high temperatures (> 850℃). At temperatures > 700℃, we measured CaCl_(2) decomposition rates up to 80%. Ca was added in the furnace, mainly to provide a dechlorination Ca source for the decomposition of limestone into tail flue gas. The amount of Ca^(2+) in the flue decreased gradually, parallelly to the temperature of the flue gas. | 5 | mDRA-6与尼美舒利对人肝癌细胞系SMMC-7721细胞的协同杀伤效应(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of this work was to evaluate anti-tumor effects of mDRA-6 plus nimesulide on a human hepatocellular cancer cell line, SMMC-7721, and study the main mechanisms. Methods: The DR5 receptor of SMMC-7721 cells was detected by flow cytometry (FCM). For further experimental application, SMMC-7721 cells were treated with proper dose of mDRA-6, nimesulide, or mDRA-6 plus 200 μmol/L nimesulide; untreated SMMC-7721 cells were comparably set as control. Cytotoxicity was tested by MTT assay; cell morphology was examined using Hoechst 33258 staining; and apoptosis was determined by FCM. Results: The positive rate of DR5 on SMMC-7721 was 95.0%. Either mDRA-6 or nimesulide alone induces SMMC-7721 cell death in a dose-dependent manner. Treatment of 1,600 ng/mL mDRA-6 for 12h led to a cell-death rate of 35.0%, while an increased cell-death rate (91.1%) was found under the same condition of mDRA-6 treatment supple- mented with 200 μmol/L nimesulide. Hoechst 33258 and Annexin V/PI staining confirmed apoptosis as the main cause of this anti-tumor response. | 6 | Study on the resource utilization of high fluorine-containing organic waste through fluidized incineration显示文摘In this study,the method of fluidized incineration and water washing to recover hydrogen fluoride(HF)was proposed to dispose of high fluorine-containing organic waste.The resource utilization of the waste was investigated in a fluidized bed incinerator with a disposal capability of 10 t/d.The evolution characteristics of fluorine,operation conditions of the incineration system,absorption coefficient for HF by water washing,and HF corrosion during combustion were assessed.The results showed that HF and fluorocarbons were detected as the initial gaseous fluorides released during combustion.The release of HF could be divided into three stages,in which HF was generated from the volatilization of HF in the waste and the hydrolysis of fluorine in water-soluble salts(60–220℃),oxidative decomposition of fluorinated organic components and residual carbon(220–800℃),and hydrolysis of insoluble fluorinated inorganic minerals(800–1000℃).Fluorocarbons could be destroyed through reactions with free radicals H,O,and OH or through single-molecule decomposition.Enhancing the temperature in the furnace and increasing the content of oxygen and hydrogen in the incineration materials were conducive to reducing the generation of fluorocarbons.By sampling and analyzing the bottom slag,bag filter ash and exhaust gas during the field test,the relevant pollutant discharge could meet the national emission standards.The waste heat utilization of high-temperature flue gas and the recovery of hydrofluoric acid and hydrochloric acid were realized.In the recovery of HF by water washing,the total absorption coefficients for 1#to 4#packed absorbers were 52.38 kg/(h m^(2)),39.96 kg/(h m^(2)),5.98 kg/(h m^(2))and 3.89 kg/(h m^(2)),respectively.In the actual operation,alumina showed good corrosion resistance to high-temperature HF and could be used as bed materials or refractory materials.Low-temperature corrosion of HF occurred in the quenching heat exchanger,which was damaged after 6 months of continuous operation.High-temperature corrosion of HF occurred in the waste heat boiler.No significant corrosion was observed in the 24 months of operation. | Wenhan Li Zengyi Ma Jianhua Yan Qianming Huang Xingjian Wen Zian Zhai Bochen Huang Shuang Wang Yongqiang Chen | 2022 | Waste Disposal and Sustainable Energy2022,4,2: | 0 |
