1Person Re-identification Across Multiple Non-overlapping Cameras by Grouping Similarity Comparison Model显示文摘We propose a novel algorithm to solve the problem of person re-identification across multiple nonoverlapping cameras by grouping similarity comparison model.We use an image sequence instead of an image as a probe,and divide image sequence into groups by the method of systematic sampling.Then we design the rule which uses full-connection in a group and non-connection between groups to calculate similarities between images.We take the similarities as features,and train an Ada Boost classifier to match the persons across disjoint views.To enhance Euclidean distance discriminative ability,we propose a novel measure of similarity which is called Significant difference distance(SDD).Extensive experiments are conducted on two public datasets.Our proposed person re-identification method can achieve better performance compared with the state-of-the-art.TAN Feigang LIU Weiming HUANG Ling ZHAI Cong SHI Wei LI Yanshan 2017Chinese Journal of Electronics2017,26,5:3

3Local adaptive segmentation algorithm for 3-D medical image based on robust feature statistics显示文摘Medical image segmentation is of pivotal importance in computer-aided clinical diagnosis. Many factors, including noises, bias field effect, local volume effect, as well as tissue movement may affect the medical image, thus causing blurring or uneven characteristics when forming a picture. Such quality defects will inevitably impair the gray-scale difference between adjacent tissues and lead to insufficient segmentation or even leakage during tissue or organ segmentation. In the present investigation, a local adaptive segmentation algorithm for 3-D medical image based on robust feature statistics(LARFS) was proposed. By combining segmentation algorithm principles for traditional region growing(RG) and robust feature statistics(RFS), the location and neighborhood image information of input seed point can be comprehensively analyzed by LARFS.Results show that, for different segmentation objects, under controlling the input parameter of growing factor within certain range, LARFS segmentation algorithm can adapt well to the regional geometric shape. And because the robust feature statistics is applied in the contour evolution process, LARFS algorithm is not sensitive to noises and not easily influenced by image contrast and object topology. 6Status of the IHEP 1.3 GHz superconducting RF program显示文摘The 1.3 GHz superconducting radio-frequency (SRF) technology is one of the key technologies for the ILC and future XFEL and ERL projects in China. With the aim to develop 1.3 GHz SRF technology, IHEP has started a program to build an SRF Accelerating Unit. This unit contains a 9-cell 1.3 GHz superconducting cavity, a short cryomodule, a high power input coupler, a tuner and a low level RF system. This program also includes the SRF laboratory upgrade, which will permit the unit to be built and tested at IHEP. The unit will be used for the 1.3 GHz SRF system integration study, high power horizontal test and possible beam test in the future. In this paper, we report the recent R&D status of this program. The first large grain low-loss shape 9-cell superconducting RF cavity made by IHEP reached 20 MV/m in the first vertical test in July, 2010. The prototype tuner and low level RF (LLRF) system are under test. The high power input coupler and cryomodule are under fabrication. 10Information technology and artificial intelligence support in management experiences of the pediatric designated hospital during the COVID-19 epidemic in 2022 in Shanghai显示文摘Objective:To describe the information technology and artificial intelligence support in management experiences of the pediatric designated hospital in the wave of COVID-19 in Shanghai.Methods:We retrospectively concluded the management experiences at the largest pediatric designated hospital from March 1st to May 11th in 2022 in Shanghai.We summarized the application of Internet hospital,face recognition technology in outpatient department,critical illness warning system and remote consultation system in the ward and the structed electronic medical record in the inpatient system.We illustrated the role of the information system through the number and prognosis of patients treated.Results:The COVID-19 designated hospitals were built particularly for critical patients requiring high-level medical care,responded quickly and scientifically to prevent and control the epidemic situation.From March 1st to May 11th,2022,we received and treated 768 children confirmed by positive RT-PCR and treated at our center.In our management,we use Internet Information on the Internet Hospital,face recognition technology in outpatient department,critical illness warning system and remote consultation system in the ward,structed electronic medical record in the inpatient system.No deaths or nosocomial infections occurred.The number of offline outpatient visits dropped,from March to May 2022,146,106,48,379,57,686 respectively.But the outpatient volume on the internet hospital increased significantly(3,347 in March 2022 vs.372 in March 2021;4,465 in April 2022 vs.409 in April 2021;4,677 in May 2022 vs.538 in May 2021).Conclusions:Information technology and artificial intelligence has provided significant supports in the management.The system might optimize the admission screening process,increases the communication inside and outside the ward,achieves early detection and diagnosis,timely isolates patients,and timely treatment of various types of children.Yu Shi Jin Fu Mei Zeng Yanling Ge Xiangshi Wang Aimei Xia Weijie Shen Jiali Wang Weiming Chen Siyuan Jiang Xiaowen Zhai 2023Intelligent Medicine2023,3,1:0
