| 1 | Closed loop control design for the sense mode of micromachined vibratory gyroscopes显示文摘This paper presents a novel design method of force rebalance control for the sense mode of micromachined vibratory gyroscopes.Specific theoretical deductions are performed to identify a precise linear model of the open loop system of the sense mode,which is crucial for the PI controller design.The frequency responses obtained by experimental tests agree well with those calculated with the theoretical model,indicating the accuracy of the theoretical analyses.Experimental results demonstrate that the bandwidth of the closed loop is extended to 94.8 Hz from 2.3 Hz in the open loop and the quadrature signal is suppressed by about 64 dBV in the closed loop system.The overshoot and stable time in the step response of the closed loop system are measured to be about 15% and 35 ms,respectively.The mode-splitting gyroscope with the closed loop controlled sense mode achieves a scale factor of 41.0 mV/deg/s with nonlinearity of 0.09% and asymmetry of 1%,and a bias instability of 4.0 °/h with angle random walk of 0.171 deg/h1/2. | HE ChunHua ZHAO QianCheng LIU YuXian YANG ZhenChuan YAN GuiZhen | 2013 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,5: | 10 |
| 2 | Novel hierarchical structure of MoS_(2)/TiO_(2)/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) composites for dramatically enhanced electromagnetic absorbing properties显示文摘In order to prevent the microwave leakage and mutual interference,more and more microwave absorbing devices are added into the design of electronic products to ensure its routine operation.In this work,we have successfully prepared MoS_(2)/TiO_(2)/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) hierarchical composites by one-pot hydrothermal method and focused on the relationship between structures and electromagnetic absorbing properties.Supported by comprehensive characterizations,M0S_(2) nanosheets were proved to be anchored on the surface and interlayer of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) through a hydrothermal process.Additionally,TiO_(2) nanoparticles were obtained in situ.Due to these hierarchical structures,the MoS_(2)/TiO_(2)/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) composites showed greatly enhanced microwave absorbing performance.The MoS_(2)/TiO_(2)/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) composites exhibit a maximum reflection loss value of -33.5 dB at 10.24 GHz and the effective absorption bandwidth covers 3.1GHz(13.9-17 GHz)at the thickness of 1.0 mm,implying the features of wide frequency and light weight.This work in the hierarchical structure of MoS_(2)/TiO_(2)/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) composites opens a promising door to the exploration of constructing extraordinary electromagnetic wave absorbents. | Heng DU Qipeng ZHANG Biao ZHAO Frank MARKEN Qiancheng GAO Hongxia LU Li GUAN Hailong WANG Gang SHAO Hongliang XU Rui ZHANG Bingbing FAN | 2021 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2021,10,5: | 4 |
| 3 | Three-point bending of honeycomb sandwich beams with facesheet perforations显示文摘A novel square honeycomb-cored sandwich beam with perforated bottom facesheet is investigated under threepoint bending,both analytically and numerically.Perforated square holes in the bottom facesheet are characterized by the area ratio of the hole to intact facesheet(perforation ratio).While for large-scale engineering applications like the decks of cargo vehicles and transportation ships,the perforations are needed to facilitate the fabrication process(e.g.,laser welding)as well as service maintenance,it is demonstrated that these perforations,when properly designed,can also enhance the resistance of the sandwich to bending.For illustration,fair comparisons among competing sandwich designs having different perforation ratios but equal mass is achieved by systematically thickening the core webs.Further,the perforated sandwich beam is designed with a relatively thick facesheet to avoid local indention failure so that it mainly fails in two competing modes:(1)bending failure,i.e.,yielding of beam cross-section and buckling of top facesheet caused by bending moment;(2)shear failure,i.e.,yielding and buckling of core webs due to shear forcing.The sensitivity of the failure loads to the ratio of core height to beam span is also discussed for varying perforation ratios.As the perfo-ration ratio is increased,the load of shear failure increases due to thickening core webs,while that of bending failure decreases due to the weakening bottom facesheet.Design of a sandwich beam with optimal perforation ratio is realized when the two failure loads are equal,leading to significantly enhanced failure load(up to 60%increase)relative to that of a non-perforated sandwich beam with equal mass. | Pengbo Su Bin Han Zhongnan Zhao Qiancheng Zhang Tian Jian Lu | 2018 | Acta Mechanica Sinica2018,34,4: | 3 |
| 4 | Strength optimization of ultralight corrugated-channel-core sandwich panels显示文摘Novel ultralight sandwich panels, which are comprised of corrugated channel cores and are faced with two identical solid sheets,subjected to generalized bending are optimally designed for minimum mass. A combined analytical and numerical(finite element) investigation is carried out. Relevant failure mechanisms such as face yielding, face buckling, core yielding and core buckling are identified, the load for each failure mode derived, and the corresponding failure mechanism maps constructed. The analytically predicted failure loads and failure modes are validated against direct finite element simulations, with good agreement achieved. The optimized corrugated channel core is compared with competing topologies for sandwich construction including corrugations, honeycombs and lattice trusses, and the superiority of the proposed structure is demonstrated. | 5 | Stability of phenolic compounds and drying characteristics of apple peel as affected by three drying treatments显示文摘To realize high-value utilization of discarded apple peel,this study investigated the effects of three selected commercial drying methods on drying kinetics,microstructure,color,phenolic stability and antioxidant capacity of apple peel.Apple peel was dehydrated by hot air drying(AD)at 75,65 and 55℃,heat pump drying(HP)at 65,55 and 45℃,and vacuum freeze-drying(FD),respectively.The results showed that HP was superior to AD and FD in terms of drying rate.In addition,HP at 65℃provided high-quality dried apple peel due to less browning and brighter appearance,the highest retention of total phenolics(29.35 mg/g)and the strongest antioxidant activities,with the highest ABTS and FRAP value of 127.15 and 219.57μmol TE/g,respectively.The content of the six major individual phenolics,i.e.caffeic acid,(-)-epicatechin,hyperoside,rutin,phlorizin and quercitrin,were found to be the highest in HP dried samples.Interestingly,the content of rutin was even increased after HP compared to the fresh sample.Considering drying efficiency,organoleptic quality and phenolic stability of the products,HP at 65°C is suggested for drying of apple peel. | Qiancheng Ma Jinfeng Bi Jianyong Yi Xinye Wu Xuan Li Yuanyuan Zhao | 2021 | Food Science and Human Wellness2021,10,2: | 2 |

| 7 | An experimental investigation on decoupling performance for a lateral axis micromachined gyroscope with varying environmental parameters显示文摘This paper carries out an experiment study of decoupling performance for a novel lateral axis micromachined gyroscope with varying environmental parameters. The non-ideal mathematical model for the coupling mechanism of the gyroscope is established through the gyro dynamic response matrix. The coupling components varying with ambient pressure and temperature induced by stiffness coupling,damping coupling and electrostatic force coupling are semi-analytically discussed. The overall coupling ratio is evaluated via experiments in the custom-built installation. The testing results show that the decoupling performance of the gyroscope is sensitive to the environmental parameters and all the non-ideal errors are determined as a function of ambient pressure and temperature. The coupling error varies from 0.05% to 0.25% within the pressure range of 100 Pa-100 kPa. The characteristics of coupling with temperature are measured from 20°C to 100°C with a variation from 0.35% to 0.41%. The results also indicate that within the range of measured ambient pressure and temperature,the minimum coupling ratio occurs at 100 Pa and room temperature. The overall performance of the gyroscope is tested under the pressure of about 2000 Pa and room temperature to achieve a relatively low coupling ratio. The scale factor is measured to be 7.8 mV(°) -1 s-1 with nonlinearity about 0.45% in the full-scale range of 600(°) s-1. | 9 | Highly Efficient Heavy-Metal-Ion Removal from Shellfish Processing Liquid with Low Protein and Polysaccharide Loss by Hybrid Mesoporous Silica Diol-APDC-SBA15显示文摘Heavy metal ions in shellfish products are harmful to human health,and their removal with low nutrient loss remains challenging.Herein,a new type of mesoporous silica(SBA15),modified internally with ammonium pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate(APDC)and externally with alkyl-diol groups,which was named as Diol-APDC-SBA15,was successfully developed and characterized by powder X-ray diffraction patterns,nitrogen adsorption,and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The solutions with lead,chromium,cadmium,and copper were used to investigate the adsorption capacity of Diol-APDC-SBA15.Diol-APDC-SBA15 was adopted to remove heavy metals from cooking liquids of clams(Ruditapes philippinarum),hydrolysate liquids of oysters(Ostrea gigas Thunberg),and polysaccharide solution from the cooking liquid of R.philippinarum.The efficiencies of removing heavy metal ions and the loss rates of proteins and polysaccharides were examined.The results showed that the adsorption capacities of Diol-APDCSBA15 for Pb,Cr,Cd,and Cu in standard heavy-metal solutions were 161.4,166.1,29.6,and 60.2mgg^(−1),respectively.The removal efficiency of Diol-APDC-SBA15 for Pb in the three shellfish processing liquids ranged from 60.5%to 99.6%.The Cr removal efficiency was above 99.9%in the oyster hydrolysate liquid.Meanwhile,the percentages of polysaccharide loss were 5.5%and 3.7%in the cooking liquid of clam and polysaccharide solution,respectively,and the protein loss was 1.2%in the oyster hydrolysate liquid.Therefore,the Diol-APDC-SBA15 material exhibits a great potential application in the removal of heavy metals from shellfish processing liquids with low losses of proteins and polysaccharides. | QI Yanxia SONG Yang LIU Chang QI Shizhe WANG Haibo CAO Jijuan ZHAO Qiancheng | 2023 | Journal of Ocean University of China2023,22,1: | 1 |
| 10 | An electrical-coupling-suppressing MEMS gyroscope with feed-forward coupling compensation and scalable fuzzy control显示文摘This paper proposes a novel electrical coupling suppressing and drive closed loop control method for a MEMS gyroscope with feed-forward coupling compensation(FCC) and scalable fuzzy control. Theoretical analysis of the novel method is described in detail, and it is very simple to realize. Experimental results demonstrate that the electrical anti-resonant peaks located at the amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency responses are both eliminated by FCC control, and the height of the amplitude resonant peak increases more than 24 d B over 1800 Hz span. In addition, the overshoot of the transient response with scalable fuzzy control is smaller than 5%, and the settling time is less than 15 ms. The stabilities of the resonant amplitude and phase of the drive-mode velocity with scalable fuzzy control are about 15 ppm and 11 ppm, respectively. The scale factor of the gyroscope is measured to be 33.98 m V/deg/s with nonlinearity about 0.08%. Experimental results demonstrate that the signal to noise ratio of the robust design scheme is better than those of the other experimental schemes.Over the full temperature range from -40 to 80°C, the temperature sensitivities of phase margin, gain margin, sensitivity margin,the maximum amplitude of open loop system, bandwidth of closed loop system, and the performance function of the robust design system are all smaller than those of the original design system. Meanwhile, the temperature sensitivity of the bandwidth of the robust design system is improved to 126 from 1075 ppm/°C. | 16 | Effects of laser powder bed fusion process parameters on microstructure and hydrogen embrittlement of high-entropy alloy显示文摘Hydrogen embrittlement behavior, micro-deformation, and crack propagation mechanism of CoCrFeNiMn high-entropy alloy (HEA) fabricated by laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) under different parameters were investigated by slow strain rate tensile tests (at room temperature) with/without electrochemical hydrogen pre-charging. The LPBF CoCrFeNiMn HEA shows excellent resistance to hydrogen embrittlement. Unsuitable LPBF parameters are accompanied by many microcracks and holes, resulting in a slight decrease in the hydrogen embrittlement resistance of the material. The electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD), electron channeling contrast image (ECCI) techniques, and transmission electron microscope (TEM) were carried out to research the main influencing factors of hydrogen on the deformation mechanism and crack propagation. Compared with un-charged samples, a larger number of deformation twins (DTs) appear in the deformation process of hydrogen-charged LPBF CoCrFeNiMn, attributing to the reduction of stacking fault energy (SFE) due to the ingress of hydrogen. The nano DTs and crossing twin system contribute to the extra work hardening, and a strain hardening platform is observed for all hydrogen-charged samples, resulting in the increase of strain hardening rate or the mitigation of the loss of strain hardening.
