| 1 | 中国及世界风资源变化研究进展显示文摘20世纪以来,随着能源需求成倍增长,风能资源因其安全、清洁、丰富的特性已成为世界上增长最快的能源方式。有关风能资源可持续利用的近地层风和风能资源变化研究也逐渐开展起来。20世纪观测事实研究表明,①全球高纬度地区风速呈增大趋势,而中低纬度地区风速呈减小趋势变化;②中国近50年来年平均风速呈明显的减小趋势变化;③中国区域城市化发展、测站迁址及测风仪器的变更都对中国年平均风速的长期变化产生了一定影响,但都不是近50年来中国年平均风速呈显著减小趋势的主因;大气环流的变化才是造成中国年平均风速呈显著减小趋势的最可能原因。与风和风能资源预估相关的研究表明,21世纪由于人为温室气体排放增加和全球变暖,中国年平均和冬季平均风速和风功率密度将可能减小,夏季平均风速和风功率密度的变化不确定性较大。目前,利用气候模式模拟和预估近地层风速方面的研究才刚刚开始,今后还需要做大量和长时间的研究试验,才能得到更可靠的结论。 | 江滢 罗勇 赵宗慈 ZHU Jinhong | 2009 | 科技导报2009,27,13: | 30 |
| 2 | Significant relationship between spring AO and the summer rainfall along the Yangtze River显示文摘The influence of spring AO on the summer rainfall along the Yangtze River is investigated. The long-term rainfall observations are filtered to remove the low-frequency variations longer than 10 years. The inter-annual components show a high correlation to AO in the last hundred years. The strongest correlation appears for May AO and summer rainfall with a value of -0.39, significant above the 99% confidence level. Associated with one standard deviation stronger May AO index, the rainfall over the Yangtze River to the southern Japan decreases by about 3%-9%, while, at the same time increases by about 3%-6% in the northern China and far-eastern Russia. The coherent changes in rainfall are significantly related to the East Asian summer jet stream in the upper troposphere. When there is stronger AO in spring, the jet stream tends to move polarward in summer, and leads the rainfall-belt to move northward too. | 3 | Projections of Wind Changes for 21st Century in China by Three Regional Climate Models显示文摘This paper examines the capability of three regional climate models (RCMs), i.e., RegCM3 (the International Centre for Theoretical Physics Regional Climate Model), PRECIS (Providing Regional Climates for Impacts Studies) and CMM5 (the fifth-generation Pennsylvania State University-the National Center for Atmospheric Research of USA, NCAR Mesoscale Model) to simulate the near-surface-layer winds (10 m above surface) all over China in the late 20th century. Results suggest that like global climate models (GCMs), these RCMs have the certain capability of imitating the distribution of mean wind speed and fail to simulate the greatly weakening wind trends for the past 50 years in the country. However, RCMs especially RegCM3 have the better capability than that of GCMs to simulate the distribution and change feature of mean wind speed. In view of their merits, these RCMs were used to project the variability of near-surface-layer winds over China for the 21st century. The results show that 1) summer mean wind speed for 2020-2029 will be lower compared to those in 1990-1999 in most area of China; 2) annual and winter mean wind speed for 2081-2100 will be lower than those of 1971-1990 in the whole China; and 3) the changes of summer mean wind speed for 2081-2100 are uncertain. | 6 | Atmospheric oscillations over the last millennium显示文摘The variations of global atmospheric oscillations over the last millennium, including the North Atlantic Oscillation (NAO), the North Pacific Oscillation (NPO) highly associated with the Pacific Decadal Oscillation (PDO), the Southern Oscillation (SO) and the Antarctic Oscillation (AAO), are studied and compared in this paper based on observations and reconstructed data. The cross correlation analysis of AAO, NAO and NPO shows that there is no significant relationship on interannual variation among them. However, the consistency on decadal variability is prominent. During A.D.1920–1940 and A.D.1980–2000, the positive (strong) phase was dominant and the negative (weak) one noticeable during A.D.1940–1980. | 8 | GOLM1 exacerbates CD8^(+)T cell suppression in hepatocellular carcinoma by promoting exosomal PD-L1 transport into tumor-associated macrophages显示文摘The immunosuppressive microenvironment plays an important role in tumor progression and immunotherapy responses.Golgi membrane protein 1(GOLM1)is correlated to hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)progression and metastasis.However,little is known about the role of GOLM1 in regulating the immunosuppressive environment and its impact on immunotherapeutic efficacy in HCC.In this study,GOLM1 was positively correlated with infiltrating tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs)expressed high levels of programmed death-ligand 1(PD-L1)and CD8^(+)T cell suppression in HCC tissues.Both gain-and loss-of-function studies determined a close correlation between GOLM1 and immunosuppression.In the mechanism,GOLM1 promoted COP9 signalosome 5-mediated PD-L1 deubiquitination in HCC cells and increased the transport of PD-L1 into exosomes via suppression of Rab27b expression.Furthermore,co-culture with exosomes derived from HCC cells upregulated the expression of PD-L1 on macrophages.Zoledronic acid in combination with anti-PD-L1 therapy reduced PD-L1^(+)TAMs infiltration and alleviated CD8^(+)T cell suppression,resulting in tumor growth inhibition in the mouse HCC model.Together,our study unveils a mechanism by which GOLM1 induces CD8^(+)T cells suppression through promoting PD-L1 stabilization and transporting PD-L1 into TAMs with exosome dependent.Targeting PD-L1^(+)TAM could be a novel strategy to enhance the efficacy of anti-PD-L1 therapy in HCC. | Jinhong Chen Zhifei Lin Lu Liu Rui Zhang Yan Geng Minghao Fan Wenwei Zhu Ming Lu Lu Lu Huliang Jia Jubo Zhang Lun-Xiu Qin | 2021 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,12: | 5 |
| 9 | Modeling studies on the changes of the Subtropical High over the Western Pacific during the last 100 years显示文摘Intensity index series of Subtropical High over the Western Pacific was constructed according to modeling results by using of CCM3.6 atmospheric model with cli-matologically SST forcing for 30 years, and with observed SST forcing from 1900 to 2000. The index series constructed by modeling closely correlated to the observations for 1951-1999 (c.c. 0.72) and to the statistically reconstructed one for 1900-1950 (c.c. 0.51). The index series for 1900-1999 showed significant 80 a and 40 a periodicity. A minimum of persistence in seasonal variations of the index occurred in Autumn, which was called 'Autumn Barrier'. It may relate to the 'Spring Barrier', found in the seasonal variations of SST over the Eastern Equatorial Pacific. | 10 | Feasibility study on the use of near-infrared spectroscopy for rapid and nondestructive determination of gossypol content in intact cottonseeds显示文摘Background:Gossypol found in cottonseeds is toxic to human beings and monogastric animals and is a primary parameter for the integrated utilization of cottonseed products.It is usually determined by the techniques relied on complex pretreatment procedures and the samples after determination cannot be used in the breeding program,so it is of great importance to predict the gossypol content in cottonseeds rapidly and nondestructively to substitute the traditional analytical method.Results:Gossypol content in cottonseeds was investigated by near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)and high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Partial least squares regression,combined with spectral pretreatment methods including Savitzky-Golay smoothing,standard normal variate,multiplicative scatter correction,and first derivate were tested for optimizing the calibration models.NIRS technique was efficient in predicting gossypol content in intact cottonseeds,as revealed by the root-mean-square error of cross-validation(RMSECV),root-mean-square error of prediction(RMSEP),coefficient for determination of prediction(R_(p)^(2)),and residual predictive deviation(RPD)values for all models,being 0.05∼0.07,0.04∼0.06,0.82∼0.92,and 2.3∼3.4,respectively.The optimized model pretreated by Savitzky-Golay smoothing+standard normal variate+first derivate resulted in a good determination of gossypol content in intact cottonseeds.Conclusions:Near-infrared spectroscopy coupled with different spectral pretreatments and partial least squares(PLS)regression has exhibited the feasibility in predicting gossypol content in intact cottonseeds,rapidly and non destructively.It could be used as an alternative method to substitute for traditional one to determi ne the gossypol content in intact cottonseeds. | LI Cheng SU Bangsong ZHAO Tianlun LI Cong CHEN Jinhong ZHU Shuijin | 2021 | Journal of Cotton Research2021,4,2: | 4 |
| 11 | Performance enhancement of paper-based SERS chips by shell-isolated nanoparticle-enhanced Raman spectroscopy显示文摘Paper-based flexible surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) chips have been demonstrated to have great potential for future practical applications in point-of-care testing(POCT) due to the potentials of massive fabrication, low cost, efficient sample collection and short signal acquisition time. In this work,common filter paper and Ag@Si O2 core-shell nanoparticles(NP) have been utilized to fabricate SERS chips based on shell-isolated nanoparticle-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SHINERS). The SERS performance of the chips for POCT applications was systematically investigated. We used crystal violet as the model molecule to study the influence of the size of the Ag core and the thickness of the Si O2 coating layer on the SERS activity and then the morphology optimized Ag@Si O2 core-shell NPs was employed to detect thiram. By utilizing the smartphone as a miniaturized Raman spectral analyzer, high SERS sensitivity of thiram with a detection limit of 10^-9 M was obtained. The study on the stability of the SERS chips shows that a Si O2 shell of 3 nm can effectively protect the as-prepared SERS chips against oxidation in ambient atmosphere without seriously weakening the SERS sensitivity. | 15 | Dasatinib inhibits proliferation of liver cancer cells,but activation of Akt/mTOR compromises dasatinib as a cancer drug显示文摘Dasatinib is a multi-target protein tyrosine kinase inhibitor.Due to its potent inhibition of Src,Abl,the platelet-derived growth factor receptor(PDGFR)family kinases,and other oncogenic kinases,it has been investigated as a targeted therapy for a broad spectrum of cancer types.However,its efficacy has not been significantly extended beyond leukemia.The mechanism of resistance to dasatinib in a wide array of cancers is not clear.In the present study,we investigated the effect of dasatinib on hepatocellular carcinoma cell growth and explored the underlying mechanisms.Our results showed that dasatinib potently inhibited the proliferation of SNU-449 cells,but not that of other cell lines,such as SK-Hep-1,even though it inhibited the phosphorylation of Src on both negative and positive regulation sites in all these cells.Dasatinib activated the phosphoinositide-dependent protein kinase1(PDK1)/protein kinase B(Akt)/mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR)signaling pathway in SK-Hep-1 cells,but not in SNU-449 cells.Blocking the Akt/mTOR signaling pathway strongly promoted the efficacy of dasatinib in SK-Hep-1 cells.In SNU-449 cells,dasatinib promoted apoptosis and the cleavage of caspase-3 and caspase-7,induced cell cycle arrest in the G1 phase,and inhibited the expression of Cyclin-dependent kinase(CDK4)/6/CyclinD1 complex.These findings demonstrate that dasatinib exerts its anti-proliferative effect on hepatocellular cell proliferation by blocking the Src family kinases;however,it causes Akt activation,which compromises dasatinib as an anti-cancer drug. | Chang Liu Xiaoxia Zhu Yuqi Jia Fenqing Chi Keru Qin Jinhong Pei Chan Zhang Xiuli Mu Hongwei Zhang Xiushan Dong Jun Xu Baofeng Yu | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,7: | 2 |
