1Zircon U-Pb dating confirms existence of a Caledonian scheelite-bearing aplitic vein in the Penggongmiao granite batholith, South Hunan显示文摘Granite at Penggongmiao is a large batholith in the Nanling Range, with an outcrop area of over 900 km 2 . There are many scheelite-quartz veins around the granite. LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating was carried out for zircons from the granite. The middlecoarse-grained biotite granite has U-Pb ages of 435 to 436 Ma. Ages of 426.5±2.5 Ma were obtained for aplitic dyke cross-cutting the granite. The scheelite of magmatic origin in the aplite dyke was identified from petrographic investigation. This demonstrates that W-bearing granites of Early Paleozoic (corresponding to the Caledonian orogensis in the traditional sense) occur in the Nanling Range. This finding has important implications for the ore-forming potential of Paleozoic granites and on the extent of Mesozoic mineralization. Thus it merits performing an intensive study of Paleozoic granites in South China. 2African Swine Fever Virus MGF360-12L Inhibits Type Ⅰ Interferon Production by Blocking the Interaction of Importin α and NF-κB Signaling Pathway显示文摘African swine fever(ASF)is an infectious transboundary disease of domestic pigs and wild boar and spreading throughout Eurasia.There is no vaccine and treatment available.Complex immune escape strategies of African swine fever virus(ASFV)are crucial factors affecting immune prevention and vaccine development.MGF360 genes have been implicated in the modulation of the IFN-Ⅰresponse.The molecular mechanisms contributing to innate immunity are poorly understood.In this study,we demonstrated that ASFV MGF360-12 L(MGF360 families 12 L protein)significantly inhibited the mRNA transcription and promoter activity of IFN-βand NF-κB,accompanied by decreases of IRF3,STING,TBK1,ISG54,ISG56 and AP-1 m RNA transcription.Also,MGF360-12 L might suppress the nuclear localization of p50 and p65 mediated by classical nuclear localization signal(NLS).Additionally,MGF360-12 L could interact with KPNA2,KPNA3,and KPNA4,which interrupted the interaction between p65 and KPNA2,KPNA3,KPNA4.We further found that MGF360-12 L could interfere with the NF-κB nuclear translocation by competitively inhibiting the interaction between NF-κB and nuclear transport proteins.These findings suggested that MGF360-12 L could inhibit the IFN-Ⅰproduction by blocking the interaction of importinαand NF-κB signaling pathway,which might reveal a novel strategy for ASFV to escape the host innate immune response.Yisha Zhuo Zeheng Guo Tongtong Ba Cheng Zhang Lihua He Cuiping Zeng Hanchuan Dai 2021Virologica Sinica2021,36,2:21

4An Exact Virtual Network Embedding Algorithm Based on Integer Linear Programming for Virtual Network Request with Location Constraint显示文摘Network virtualization is known as a promising technology to tackle the ossification of current Internet and will play an important role in the future network area. Virtual network embedding(VNE) is a key issue in network virtualization. VNE is NP-hard and former VNE algorithms are mostly heuristic in the literature.VNE exact algorithms have been developed in recent years. However, the constraints of exact VNE are only node capacity and link bandwidth.Based on these, this paper presents an exact VNE algorithm, ILP-LC, which is based on Integer Linear Programming(ILP), for embedding virtual network request with location constraints. This novel algorithm is aiming at mapping virtual network request(VNR) successfully as many as possible and consuming less substrate resources.The topology of each VNR is randomly generated by Waxman model. 6Investigation on Microcrystalline Wax Doped Asphalts by Temperature Control Mode of Atomic Force Microscopy显示文摘Because of its economical and environmentally friendly characteristics, the warm mix asphalt(WMA) is widely used in pavement engineering. However, the lack of microscopic study of WMA brings difficulties in understanding of its mechanical behavior and mechanisms at macroscopic scale which finally hinders the enhancement of WMA's performance. Therefore, this article aims to use atomic force microscopy(AFM), a promising microscopic technique, to investigate the effects of wax-based warm mix agents on asphalt microstructures and micromechanical properties at different temperatures. For simplicity's sake, microcrystalline waxes are selected as an alternative of these wax-based additives. It is shown that the sample preparation method has a vital impact on the morphology of asphalt samples. The effects of microcrystalline wax on asphalt's mechanical properties can be well captured by AFM tests. Results show that the blending of #70, #80 and #90 microcrystalline waxes lowers the modulus(20—60 MPa) of Pen70 asphalt at 25 ℃ while increasing its adhesion force(5—20 n N). 8Fast and highly reversible Na^(+)intercalation/extraction in Zn/Mg dual-doped P2-Na_(0.67)MnO_(2)cathode material for high-performance Na-ion batteries显示文摘P2-type layered Na_(0.67)MnO_(2)has been considered to be a promising candidate cathode material for sodium ion batteries.Nevertheless,the undesired phase transitions during operation and the large Na^(+)radius induced sluggish ion diffusion remain the stumbling blocks to realize its high performance.Herein,we propose a Zn/Mg co-doping strategy,which is proved to have bifunctional effects.First,relative to the pristine P2-Na_(0.67)MnO_(2)and the single-ion(Zn/Mg)doped samples,the Zn/Mg dual-doped P2-Na_(0.67)MnO_(2)demonstrates a lower Mn^(3+)/Mn^(4+)ratio and a higher lattice O content,which facilitate the structural stability of the cathode material.More intriguingly,the Zn/Mg co-doping gives rise to enlarged interplanar spacing,which provides spacious ion diffusion channels for fast Na^(+)intercalation/extraction.As a result,the Zn/Mg dual-doped sample exhibits a high Na^(+)diffusion coefficient and a solid-solution reaction during charge/discharge,with a cell volume change determined to be only 0.55%.Taking advantages of the above favorable features,the Zn/Mg dual-doped P2-Na_(0.67)MnO_(2)demonstrates a high rate performance with 67.2 mAh·g^(-1)delivered at 10 C and a decent cycling stability with a capacity retention of 93.8%achieved at 1 C after 100 cycles.This work introduces the Zn/Mg co-doping strategy to simultaneously improve the cycling stability and rate capability of P2-Na_(0.67)MnO_(2),which may offer a promising avenue for further performance enhancement of the layered Na-ion batteries cathode materials.Xiaoqin Huang Deli Li Haijian Huang Xiao Jiang Zeheng Yang Weixin Zhang 2021Nano Research2021,14,10:2

17In-situ design and construction of lithium-ion battery electrodes on metal substrates with enhanced performances:A brief review显示文摘For the ever-growing demand of advanced lithium-ion batteries, it is highly desirable to grow self-supported micro-/nanostructured arrays on metal substrates as electrodes directly. The in-situ growth of electrode materials on the conducting substrates greatly simplifies the electrode fabrication process without using any binders or conductive additives. Moreover, the well-ordered arrays closely connected to the current collectors can provide direct electron transport pathways and enhanced accommodation of strains arisen from lithium ion lithiation/delithiation. This article summarizes our recent work on design and construction of lithium-ion battery electrodes on metal substrates. An aqueous solution-based process and a microemulsion-mediated process have been respectively presented to control the kinetic and thermodynamic processes for the micro-/nanostructured array growth on metal substrates, with particular attention to CuO nanorod arrays and microcog arrays successfully prepared on Cu foil substrates. 18Selective Adsorption and Electrocatalysis of Polysulfides through Hexatomic Nickel Clusters Embedded in N-Doped Graphene toward High-Performance Li-S Batteries显示文摘The shuttle effect hinders the practical application of lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries due to the poor affinity between a substrate and Li polysulfides(LiPSs)and the sluggish transition of soluble LiPSs to insoluble Li2S or elemental S.Here,we report that Ni hexatomic clusters embedded in a nitrogen-doped three-dimensional(3D)graphene framework(Ni-N/G)possess stronger interaction with soluble polysulfides than that with insoluble polysulfides.The synthetic electrocatalyst deployed in the sulfur cathode plays a multifunctional role:(i)selectively adsorbing the polysulfides dissolved in the electrolyte,(ii)expediting the sluggish liquid-solid phase transformations at the active sites as electrocatalysts,and(iii)accelerating the kinetics of the electrochemical reaction of multielectron sulfur,thereby inhibiting the dissolution of LiPSs.The constructed S@Ni-N/G cathode delivers an areal capacity of 9.43mAhcm^(-2) at 0.1 C at S loading of 6.8 mg cm^(-2),and it exhibits a gravimetric capacity of 1104mAhg^(-1) with a capacity fading rate of 0.045%per cycle over 50 cycles at 0.2 C at S loading of 2.0 mg cm^(-2).This work opens a rational approach to achieve the selective adsorption and expediting of polysulfide transition for the performance enhancement of Li-S batteries.Jiapeng Ji Ying Sha Zeheng Li Xuehui Gao Teng Zhang Shiyu Zhou Tong Qiu Shaodong Zhou Liang Zhang Min Ling Yanglong Hou Chengdu Liang 2020Research2020,,1:1
